AN/  I know this took a while, but I've had writer's block that I just can't seem to get rid of. Despite that,  I'm going to try and update more often. 

Third Person Pov

Chaos ensued after Will Solace's body was found at Camp Half-Blood. Word had gotten around somehow that he had gone over to Perseus's side, so many of the campers had started calling him a traitor without knowing the whole story. Now Nico stood in the amphitheatre, heartbroken as they were about to burn Will's shroud. Of course, his shroud was gold since his father was Apollo. Chiron stood by the fire looking solemn and placed Will's gold fabric-encased body on the fire before he started to speak.

Chiron said, "We are here to remember a brave heroic demigod, recently I have heard some of you calling William Solace a traitor, but I believe a better word to describe him would be Hero. He has been here many years now, and he fought in the last two wars and survived when far too many of his friends and siblings didn't.

As you all must know, he has also been doing his part in this new war. He did not go to Perseus to betray us and the gods. Before he left I believe I was the only one who knew his true intentions,"

That last statement left Nico stunned, had Will lied to him about why he had agreed to go join Perseus? He didn't want to believe that, but as Chiron continued speaking, that thought was proven true, Will had Lied to him.

Chiron was saying, " I tried to talk him out of his plan, but he was determined to attempt it. The real reason why Will joined Perseus was because he was trying to increase our chances in this war. He had decided to join to be a spy for us. He suspected that Perseus has at least one spy in this camp so he hoped to help us by spying on him for us. His attempt wasn't entirely in vain, and I have relayed what he told me to the gods, we will discuss the information that he gave me in a meeting tomorrow,"

After everything Chiron had just said Nico had a mix of emotions in his mind. He was still heartbroken from losing his boyfriend, but now he also felt hurt that Will had lied to him. He now understood why Perseus had killed Will, he must have found out that Will was a spy. Nico honestly wasn't sure what to think anymore, he knew he should hate Perseus for killing will, but for some reason, he couldn't do it. Perseus was like an older brother to him, and although he had been furious after Bianca died, he had also still been a kid then. Now he just couldn't make himself hate Percy, and he had no idea why.

Chiron continued, "I believe the reason Perseus killed Will was because he discovered he was a spy. Yesterday Will contacted me through an Iris Message. Not long after we started talking, the message suddenly ended without warning. I'm not certain since I couldn't see him, but I believe it was most likely Perseus who ended it before also ending Will's life.

So stop thinking of Will as a traitor, think of him as the hero that he was and hope his spirit ends up in Elysium,"

Chiron finished with, "Does anyone else wish to Speak about him?"

Nico couldn't bring himself to do it, he was too busy trying to figure out his feelings toward Will and Perseus after everything Chiron had said. Instead, one of Will's half brothers went to stand by Chiron and recounted some of his memories of Will until there was nothing left of Will's shrouded body on the fire, and only flames and smoke remained. After He finished Everyone began to leave, returning to their various camp activities. Nico had a lot to think about now, and he knew he would have to report back to Perseus later that evening, he honestly didn't know how that meeting would go after everything that had happened.

Zeus sat on his throne, he had just summoned the other Olympians for a council meeting, and they were arriving one by one, so after most of the gods had arrived he looked around and realized that two thrones were empty rather than just one. It seemed that he and Apollo were having the same thought because Apollo said, "Where's Artemis?"

That's when the rest of the gods noticed her absence and revealed that they didn't know why she wasn't there either. That's when Zeus spoke. "The last time I heard from her she was tracking some traitor demigods in an attempt to find Perses's base,"

"Maybe she's still tracking them and didn't want to lose them," Apollo guessed.

Athena said something none of them wanted to believe, "Maybe she did find it, but Perseus caught her,"

While looking at Zeus, Apollo said, "I will try and find out where she is, for now, we should probably continue this meeting since I assume that you have learned something important father?"

They all were reluctant to admit it, but the war hadn't been going well for them so far. Many demigods from both camps had gone to Perseus's side, and some were refusing to fight for them after what Perseus had said during the battles.

Not only that but although they were reluctant to acknowledge it they all knew that Perseus had become extremely powerful, and even with the help of the remaining demigods and the avengers, they might not be able to defeat him and everyone else who had sided with him.

Zeus took over after Apollo spoke, and the meeting continued despite Artemis's absence. "I recently heard from Chiron, One of Apollo's sons Joined Perseus in an attempt to spy for us," This surprised all the gods except for Apollo, and Zeus continued, "He wasn't able to gather much useful information before Perseus caught him and killed him, however, he did gather some information that may be of use to us,"

Zeus told them everything that Chiron had told him.

Poseidon spoke up, "How could his palace be deep in the ocean, I took away all his demigod powers when I disowned him,"

Athena spoke again, "he is obviously a god now, Perhaps he has sea-related domains, that would make sense considering that he used hydrokinesis in the battles at both the demigod camps,"

Poseidon argued again, " I would have noticed him regaining power over my domain, or a new palace being built in my domain,"

Athena argued back, "Perhaps you've grown lax in your duties as of late,"

Poseidon fired back, "You try controlling a domain as large as mine and not miss a single thing that happens in it,"

The two bickered a little longer before Zeus interrupted them and revealed the final piece of information he had learned from Chiron that might turn out to be very useful.

Both Perseus and Khione knew that she would probably have their babies any day now, and after he had discovered Will Solace was a spy and killed him for it, he had insisted Khione stay in his palace until after she gave birth. Perseus had heard at least some of the things Will had been telling Chiron and one of those things was that Khione was pregnant, and he had also guessed correctly that she was expecting more than one baby, and she would probably have the babies any day now.

Perseus was sure they were both hoping that the babies would be born as soon as possible, since the pregnancy had obviously not been fun for Khione, not only had it stopped her from being able to fight in the war and instead made her stay hidden in the palace most of the time, she had also been dealing with back pain and sore feet due to the extra weight she was carrying. Goddesses didn't usually experience any of the pregnancy symptoms that mortal women do, but when they are carrying more than just one baby that isn't always the case.

Both Perseus and Khione were also looking forward to finally seeing their children, even though Perseus still wasn't completely sure he could be a good father. Regardless it was too late to worry about that now since their babies would come soon so he would just have to do the best he could when the time came. They were both sitting on their bed and talking, they talked for a while, mainly about what might happen in the future. They talked about their still unborn babies, the war, Thanos and how soon he was planning to carry out his plan for the mortal world, They also kissed a few times. Eventually, though, Perseus knew he had more things he should do. He was going to pay Artemis a visit to see if she had changed her mind, although he suspected she probably wouldn't have. After that, he would have to meet with Nico for the first time since he had killed Will. He wasn't looking forward to that meeting since he suspected that Nico wouldn't be happy with him for killing his boyfriend.
