When Athena sat down she looked at another camera that was in the corner then she started to talk to Gibbs in sign language. "McGee you and me will go down there now she's ready Bishop you stay up here and see if anything has changed" said Gibbs "Got it Gibbs" said Bishop.

In the garage Athena has a plan and it's ready to go and the only thing she had to do was keep talking because that's what she is good at and if she wanted to she could talk her way out of hell.

"So what is it you guys are looking for?" said Athena "Why do you care?" Sam the third guy said "Hey I'm not the one holding a gun I just asked nicely" "In one of these boxes it has my friends stuff in it and I would like it back" "Who was your friend?" "His name was Duane Hunt why?" "I just wanted to know so I know what to look for" Athena went to go look for the box she went the same way where Nick went with the other guy. Once she was over there she went straight to Nick "What are you doing?" "Just a game" "Well do you want to explain to me what this game of your's is" "Cat and mouse" "Who's the cat?" "We are and they are the mouse" "Alright what's the plan?" "I told Bishop to tell Gibbs I was going to distract them until he gets here witch should be any second now" Athena said while she grabbed Nicks wrist that had is watch on it. Athena looked to her left and there she saw the box that belongs to Duane Hunt "Look here it is" Athena pulls down the box onto the floor to look thorough it "We are not seriously going to give him this right?" "Nope here give me that other box we are going to put his stuff in and give him the empty box" "He will know that it's empty" Athena quickly looks around her and she saw a stack of empty folders and puts them into the box then she puts the top on it and gets up and walks out and over to Sam with the box in her hands "Here you go Duane Hunts things" said Nick out of the corner of Athena's eye she can see Gibbs and McGee coming around the corner Gibbs puts a finger to his lips telling Athena to be quite Athena puts the box on the ground and took a step back to where if Nick needs to grab her real quick he can "What is this?" said Sam who points the gun at them "It's what you wanted that's everything we have on your friend" "This is just a pile of folders where is the real stuff" Rick turned his head to see what he heard and there he saw Gibbs with his gun pointed at Rick and Sam "Put your guns down on the ground now" said Gibbs "And if we don't?" said Sam "Then your going to have a bullet in your shoulder" "You first" Sam shoots his guns along with Rick.

Nick quickly grabs Athena by her hand and takes her to cover but he gets shot in the process "Here" Athena rips a piece of her dress and hands it over to Nick so he can put pressure on the wound "Keep pressure on it I'll be right back" Nick nods his head and Athena leaves she goes to find a spot for her to shoot at she stashed the gun that she got from Chris once she found it she begins to shoot it at Sam and Rick. Athena really don't like guns but if she has to she could use them a few minutes past and the gun was now empty so she quickly ran back over to Nick to see if he is still alive "Nick, Nick stay with me alright let me see it" Athena takes a look at the wound to see if the bullet went through but it didn't go through "Shit" said Athena "What what's wrong?" said Nick worried "The bullet didn't go through so I would have to fish it out" Athena looks around to see if she can find something but there was nothing around then she noticed Nick's belt "Give me your belt" Nick quickly takes off his belt with his good arm and gives it to Athena "Bite down on this" Nick bites down on the belt once he did Athena quickly put her hair up so she can get the bullet out of Nick's arm.

Both Sam and Rick were dead now because of Gibbs, McGee once they were down Gibbs went to go look to see if Athena and Nick were alright "How is he?" "Well I got the bullet out but I think Ducky needs to stitch him up" "Alright McGee can take him up" Gibbs told McGee but Athena didn't let him instead she offered to take him "I'll go I'll take him up there I need a check up anyway and plus I can see Ducky again" Gibbs just laughed a little bit then he helps Nick to his feet. Nick put his uninjured arm around her neck while she put her arm around him and walked him over to the elevator up towards Ducky office "What happened?" Said Ducky "We had three guys come in looking for Duane Hunts things and they had guns" "Mr. Palmer help me with him" Palmer help Athena put Nick on the table so Ducky can stitch him up. Nick quickly took off his shirt so Ducky can take a better look at it but Athena just couldn't stop looking at Nick without a shirt "I'll be outside if you need me" Athena walked outside of the office and took a seat on the floor her knees up to her chest with her arms around her legs and her head on her knees she was like that until Gibbs came down to check on them and he saw her like that so he sat down next to her "You alright?" "Yeah it was just so much to handle for me" "Did that remind you of something?" "When I was little way before I met Abby my family was robbed by two guys with guns and it was just like this and I guess I just froze I couldn't do anything at all" "What about that girl that kicked ass at that party last week?" "That was a girl who watched way too much Tv when she was a kid so she picked up any fight scene that happened that really wasn't me" "Well to me that was you" Athena just looked at him with puppy eyes then she puts her head on his shoulder "Did they ever figure out who it was that robbed your house when you were young?" "No the case went cold and it still is to this day" the doors to Autopsy room opened and out came Ducky "Athena I would like to check you over to see if you have anything" "Alright Ducky" Gibbs gets up and holds his hand out for Athena to take when she did she walked inside the autopsy room to find Nick just putting his shirt back on.
