As days passed, Yugi was wondering if the game shop would go out of business. Kelly told him that she was one of the character witnesses and that she'll do her best to help in the fight to keep the game of Duel Monsters. Tea nodded in agreement, as she also was nervous. Alex knew that they had to go to court, and went there with everyone, knowing that there was a chance they would all get questioned. Solomon was one of the people being questioned along with Jin and Nik, the paranormal friend of Belle. Kelly knew she was going to be next and explained what she knew about some of the situations.  Jin was also a character witness as he had a lot of trauma from war and explained everything he knew from what he was told about each situation. Yugi went up again and said that, despite how dangerous the Shadow Games were, he trusted that, since Atem was a twin of Nephthys, he would be safe despite how scary situations were handled. 

Yuya nodded in agreement, knowing those twins were not to be trifled with at all. "Trust me, the last thing you want to do is attack these two," Yuya said as he was on the stand. "It... turns into a PANCAKE!"Serenity nodded at this and explained that her duel partner was Kisara, the Blue-Eyes White Dragon card of Yugi, while Asani was both a duel partner and Punishment Dragon. Yugi's item was sensing something off about Ray, and looked at Kelly, wondering if there was a chance that Ray was lying to Belle and using her, which was not cool in his mind. 

"If there's a chance we have to let Atem and Nephthys see what person Ray is...it might be our best shot at saving the game shop, and the game itself." Kelly understood what this meant as it looked that way. Nik was called back to the stand, and was questioned about his knowledge, and understood everything. He also explained that, based on what Yugi said, along with everyone else in support of the Duel Monsters game, Atem and Nephthys, despite their ways of handling scary situations, were trustworthy because Tea explained that, without them, Kelly and Yugi wouldn't be alive.  

Jade was another witness to get called up as she was married to Jin, and sister-in-law of Tea and Belle. Carol was called up as well, being a cousin of Yugi, along with Becca, another relative of his. Nichole, Jellia, Morgan, and Cole were called up along with Mokuba and Kaiba, who knew that the craziest games were the mind penalty games and Shadow Games, and the two of them shared their knowledge on the games, knowing Guinevere and Valeria were next. Valeria exchanged her knowledge while Guinevere exchanged hers, both of them ratting out Vanessa and Noah. 

Joey was next to rat out Weevil and Aura, which was a piece of cake for him. "It's true," Lydia said, taking her turn. "Their names scream the movie A Bug's Life for Weevil, and Sixth Sense for Aura. The Tylers have that 1998 film with Rex having Land Before Time." Mai took her turn with Gong, and it continued going. Yugi kept getting nervous, with the others trying to reassure him everything will be okay. When they went back to court, even more evidence was presented, and Yugi hoped that this could help his group win their case.  Kelly showed her duel disk and deck to Yugi, helping his case, and all of them switched with their duel partners to prove their point. 

Ray and Belle sighed, knowing that they wouldn't win their case, and they looked at each other, nervous. As Nichole went up, she explained half of the same story that Solomon told and knew that Kelly had the evidence to prove her point that both Nephthys and Atem were, despite their ways of handling things, trustworthy in her eyes. Sarah was another witness to go up, and already explained her share of the same story as Tristan. "I know this is crazy to believe, but it's true," Sarah said. "Both Nephthys and Atem helped out Serenity and Oliver by making Kisara AND Asani their duel partners, so they won't need laser eye surgery."

Yugi nodded in agreement, knowing that it was true, as it was hard to get enough money for laser eye surgery. Marik, Ishizu, and their brother went to the stand, explaining what they knew. Ahmed explained everything he knew along with Sora. "This is going to be a long court," Joey said. "We need to figure out how to win this." Serenity nodded, seeing Eva, Leana, Kell, Kiara, Kelleigh, Gabriella, Yuri, Yuto, Yugo, and everyone else go up. 

Scarlett went up and explained what she knew since she was a millennium welder/dueler, teleporter, and healer, but the true champs of Duel Monsters in her eyes were Yugi and Kelly. Mai went up again, explaining her situation up to getting a millennium like the others. Yugi knew that Shadi had to go up. As Shadi went up, he explained the rest of his story, including that Nephthys and Atem were part of a prophecy that could save the world, due to the twin millennium puzzles. 

Kaiba wondered if Vanessa and Noah would be there, along with other people. "If Weevil's here with Rex, Noah, Grace, and Gloria again, we're in a pickle," Yugi said. "How can we win with those idiots?" Kelly sighed, not knowing what would happen. "Same with Pegasus and Dartz," Kelly said. "They're also nuts, along with Aura." Mai nodded as they saw Sylvio sharing his story, and Bakura explained that, because of Nephthys and Atem, he wasn't controlled by Thief King Bakura. "They are overprotective of Yugi and Kelly," Bakura said. "It's true. Putting those two in danger...isn't smart at all." 

His counterpart, Athena, agreed when she shared her story. Tea shared her other experiences, and one of them was being blackmailed. "It's not cool," Tea said. "Nor is mugging people. I've even been in that situation. Carol is a cop, and, if any of you do something like that, you'll get arrested by a police officer!" Yugi nodded, as it was so not okay to do those things. Jellia expressed her point of view on the situation, along with everyone else, though Yugi gagged when he saw Noah and other enemies.

 "You're kidding," Yugi said. "THESE IDIOTS?!" Kelly rolled her eyes as she heard their stories, each of them being countered with what Yugi, Kelly, and everyone else said. Rebecca countered this as well and knew that, based on what she was told, the twins would do a lot for Yugi. Kelly had to admit that she wasn't Aura, as Yugi often blushed around her and Tea. "We do have one thing in common," Tea said about Rebecca. "We don't want Yugi to get hurt, and my duel partner, Mana, is Dark Magician Girl, one of Yugi's cards." Yugi nodded as he showed his deck, proving that what Tea said was true. 

Belle and Ray were called, seeing that they had to go up, and explained what they just heard, though, Belle, in her claim, was taking the fact that Tea's worse enemies showed up personally as Jin did, as those two would be furious if Tea got hurt. Alex nodded in agreement, as they were really good friends. "I'm basically like Sora," Alex said. "I would hate to see Tea or anyone else I was close to in that situation, despite being a crazy nerd like him."  

"I...might be a bit like Atem and Nephthys, in ways," Belle admitted as she was up. "I would definitely be aggressive with Weevil if this happened to Tea or the others, as I'm actually a lot taller than him..and I can definitely strangle him." Serenity knew that Joey and Tristan would share that they would punch someone in the face if that happened, along with Lydia and Sarah.  "Called it!" Serenity and Oliver said at the same time. 

Kelly figured that this would basically turn into Alex, Sora, Mai, and Gong. Yugi saw Alex, Sora, Gong, and Mai do this with Ahmed. "This is getting crazier," Alex said. "And we so need to arrest these freaks." Kelly nodded but wondered if Dartz would be able to pay corrupt idiots to free Noah and Vanessa. Kaiba explained his group's point of view on corruption, which he figured Belle would understand. As the court ended, Kelly and the others went back to hanging out., but saw that Belle was still with Ray.
