I walk into the ROR with Ginny, preparing to face the music after sneaking out last night. I'm not surprised to see Neville standing there just inside the door.

"WHAT WERE YOU THINKING LUNA?" He shouts, as Ginny cowers behind me. "BEDS EMPTY! NO NOTE! SPECTRESPECS GONE ... could have been CAPTURED BY THE CARROWS, out of my mind with worry ... did you care? ... Never, as LONG AS I'VE LIVED ... you wait until Ginny hears about this..." ranted Neville, pacing up and down the Room.

"I just needed to get my Wrackspurt Siphons--"  He cuts me offs I try to explain.

"It doesn't matter! Oh hello Ginny."

"I just needed my Wrackspurt Siphons Neville!" I yell starting to get upset, "WITHOUT THEM I WON'T BE MY NORMAL SELF! I DON'T NEED AN OVERBEARING MOTHER HEN!"

Ginny stomped her foot. "Listen. I don't care about whatever spat you guys are having.  We just got her Spectrespecs after spraying the walls with that Muggle sparring paint thing. We put it up like you asked. We weren't caught." She tried to reason

"SPRAY PAINT!?!"

We leaves to our beds I'm the Room because it is unsafe for any of us to stay I'm our dorms.

THE NEXT MORNING -- WHILE THE MINISTRY GETS INFILTRATED BY THE GANG(not the squad)
Ginnys pov

I felt a prickling down my spine, like somebody was watching me and knowing all of my movements, but whenever I looked back, nothing. (btw that's harry being a pervywerv with the marauder's map)

I went to wake the others. I had an idea. Neville and Luna stared at me. "I'm confused. You know Dumbledore meant to give Harry the Sword of Gryffindor, so you want to steal it from Snape? And try to find Harry to give it to him?" asked Neville. "You think it might work?"

I nodded. "It just might work, and then we can help Harry as well as undermine that great sizzling dragon bogie Snape. Harry was angry at Scrimgeour when he didn't get it."

Luna spoke then, "True but how are we gonna get past all the Death Eaters? They're tons patrolling the corridors during classes."

"I have a plan for that." I said smirking, confidence growing.

~time skip~

While everybody was in class, we hid and jumped our way over to Snape's office. Dashing into an unused classroom when Peeves came by, and hidding from the Bloody Baron. Eventually, we made it over to the headmaster's office. Taking biggest gamble yet, we revealed themselves to the guarding gargoyle. The gargoyle was surprised, but let us in when Luna asked it, quickly explaining the situation. The gargoyle was kind after all.
We broke into the glass case. It was almost too easy.  Taking the sword, and hidding it in Ginny's bookbag, which had an Undetectable Extension Charm on it, we smuggled the sword out of the room only to bounce off of the door. We ran down the stairs in a hurry to get away, but Snape stepped out behind the Gargoyle.
"Going somewhere, Longbottom? Oh dear, little miss Weasley and miss Lovegood too. You three. With me."
Snape stormed off to the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom, to Amycus Carrow. He stopped right outside of the door. He twisted around to look at the children. "You students would love me to tell Amycus what you just did. He would just love to know."  He smirked as we all shuddered at the thought.

To our suprise Snape turned and walked towards the Main Hall, and out to the edge of the Forbidden Forest, dragging us along. He walked up to the small hut on the grounds. His lip curled. "HAGRID!" Snape shouted.
Hagrid pulled himself out of his cabin. "Oh, it's yeh. Get away from my house, murderer."

"These troublemakers will be serving their punishment in the Forbidden Forest. Deal with them".

Snape spun on his heel and began back towards the castle. We turned back to Hagrid and he looked down at us, sympathy shining in his eyes. "Alrigh' then. Yeh three fol'ah me." He said in a gruff voice.

He started towards the forest, later I  hand and Fangat his feet. Once inside the forest he turned towards us. "The thestrals 'ave been actin' real weird lately and runnin' off. So we'll be off looking for 'em. Now as not everyone can see 'em we're splittin' up. Ginny you're wit me. And Neville, you're with Luna and Fang."

I sigh and start off after Hagrid with a quick look over my shoulder at Nev and Luna. Nev looks terrified. Poor guy.

Nevilles pov

After Ginny and Hagrid go off I turn to Luna and say, "well we better start."
She looks at me with that whimsical expression of hers and nods her head. We turn and head into further into the forest, in the opposite direction of the others.

About a 1/4 of a mile in the forest gets denser and darker. We both light up our wands. But the dim light does almost nothing for our sight.

We continue to we've through the trees for about  5 minutes before I her Luna shout out. I swivel towards her and catch her right as she was about to fall into a deep hole. But the force of me pulling her back was to much, we go going backwards.

I land flat on my back with Luna on top of me. I groan in pain, and when I open my eyes I see her looking down at me with worry etched across her face. We stay like that for what feels like hours before she dips her head down ever so slightly. I rise up to meet her. Our lips brush against each others for a few seconds before. I press mine to hers and kiss her with a bit more meaning.

After a few minutes she pulls away. Smiling she crawls off of me, "we sbould probably call for Hagrid. We haven't found anything and I don't think you could continue anyways."
I nod at her with a grin on my face and she helps me prop up against a tree before sending up red sparks to signal Hagrid.
