"Have you ever thought about us, what do you mean by that" asked Haider with a confused look and Tehreem rolled her eyes. The whole place had a calm silence to it.

"I know that you know what I meant so stop acting clueless because you aren't fooling anybody" said Tehreem and Haider sighed. The cool winds were hitting their face and they were slowly walking down the place

"About Us? Do you know what, I have not given it a single thought and was counting on going where life leads us to" said Haider vulnerably and Tehreem gave him a sharp questioning look.

"So, you're telling me that you didn't think about the aftermath?" asked Tehreem with a questioning look. She held his hand and stopped him, He turned towards her and looked into her eyes

"You're the very person who knocked sense into me and so I don't need to explain the reason to you" said Haider and he felt the clutch on his hand tighten

"You didn't consider anything but for a second think about the fact that both of us are trapped in a relation where our loved ones are ecstatic over" said Tehreem and he knew that whatever she was saying the truth.

"Why did you think I was acting decent with you, I'm guilty over what I did, and I know it's irreversible to a certain extend and I'm being calm with you because You don't deserve to be annoyed by me" said Haider and Tehreem gave an Are you Kidding look

"Don't talk about how you are acting with me but seriously, Where the hell is this taking us to, and you know very well nothing is going to come out of this relationship" said Tehreem looking into his eyes for answers. He started walking away and she pulled him Towards her

"What do you want to hear from me? I f*cked up, I know that I f*cked up in anger and I do not need you to remind me of that repeatedly, I know that I did a lot of wrongs and all I saw was red," said Haider

"You saw red but what about me? What did I do to deserve this? I am going to struggle my whole life, huh? Is my mistake being Areeka's sister or being a good sister for her? I know that I did F*ck up here and there, but this is too much," said Tehreem

Haider stood silent Infront of her, she was taking deep breathes. She was shaken a bit by the outburst of his even though she knew that she was going to trigger it, both stood there while the winds hit their face, they were close together.

"Tehreem, I'm sorry and I know I didn't think this through, I know the base of a marriage is trust and Love which we both don't have for each other, and I don't think that's a possibility, but our other option will end up hurting everyone we love" said Haider in a fragile voice

"I f*cked up and I F*cked you up with it and I know that very well , I put up an act to convince my mom and It will break her heart if we call it off now , I know that's going to hurt you to stay in this but please" said Haider and Tehreem held his hand

"Haider, I really am fond of your family, and they treat me like their own but what you're saying is much more complicated, you know our current decision put us in a place where we don't have a path to travel," said Tehreem

"Please, an act for a year at least, Think about your parents too, they are happy with this marriage too so please a year that's all I'm asking" said Haider and Tehreem looked at his hopeful eyes.

"What we are doing is very problematic and you know very well that us both in an equation is equal to an explosion" said Tehreem and Haider nodded

"Please, we can be friends" said Haider and Tehreem gave a questioning look

"Haider please understand, for you I'm just your b*tch of an ex's annoying crazy sister who is hell bent on driving you mad and you're my B*tch of a sister's crazy ex who was lost his shit over a heartbreak by a crap person," said Tehreem

"Please, a try in the name of our loved ones," said Haider

"Where the hell do you think this Try is going to take us" said Tehreem doing air quotes at Try

"Nowhere but would you break this relationship at this instant" asked Haider and Tehreem averted her eyes, she slowly walked, and Haider walked up to her. He turned him towards her.

"Just like that, this is having a lot of complications and we can break off as a year and we can blame on compatibility or something else, until that just go with this and that's all I am asking for" said Haider, Tehreem was looking down. He held her chin up and looked in her eyes

"You can't break off this second nor can I so we don't and go with this for a year and I promise I wouldn't be a bad friend and We can make this work for a while being a good friend" said Haider and He looked at Tehreem hopefully

"A single year and that's it, I'll bury you if you become an awful friend and-" paused Tehreem

"And?" asked Haider

"I was going to say prick, but you already are so that's pointless, but I'll say that I won't tolerate shit and you know that very well" said Tehreem and Haider nodded

"So, friends" said Haider and kept his hand forward

"Friends" said Tehreem and shooked his hand

"Friends need something in common and let me tell you, friendship hits a level when two friends hate the same person, and we have one" said Tehreem with a sarcastic smile

"Areeka" said Haider and Tehreem nodded

"You've to suffer the whole package to be friends, which contains awful jokes, annoying thing because that's how it works and you would've to agree with me bitching, or you're out" said Tehreem looking into his eyes and their face were close

"Agreed Mrs. Haider Khurrana" said Haider and Tehreem gave him a questioning look

"You've to suffer these Taunts that's my side of the friendship" said Haider and Tehreem nodded with a smile

"I know that we aren't in the best of terms, we didn't start on it, and we've plotted against each other, so we have no trust in each other, but we have to have trust if we want to be friends" said Tehreem and Haider nodded

"Let's do something crazy" asked Haider and Tehreem nodded, both were from the same crazy headspace

"Blood pact" said Haider and Tehreem nodded, Haider made a small cut and so did Tehreem, both shook their hand cementing their trust for friendship purposes.

"We both are crazy and That makes me feel that there is a chance that this friendship idea might actually be a success" said Tehreem and Haider nodded agreeingly

Both went to a vending machine and brought themselves some cold drinks, Haider was going to drink it, but Tehreem stopped him and held her bottle forward, he smiled at her realizing what she meant.

"To new beginnings," said Tehreem

"To new beginnings" said Haider and clinked their cans......
