I got letter after letter from my friends over the first week of summer break. And within each reply that I sent Gabe hovered over and told me exactly what to write or watched to make sure I didn't ask for help. Because I was weakened and beaten every time I made the smallest of mistakes in his eyes. I was a prisoner in my own home and he rarely left my side now. I didn't know what to do, I thought back to months back when Tom and Matteo said not to trust him. And the one night that gave was gone I rushed to find my house elf Daisy. They weren't allowed around when Gabe was here for fear that he'd hurt them or worse.

"Oh Miss trinity what happened" Daisy asked

I put my finger to my lips to make sure she was silent as I used my magic that I barely had to tell her through my thoughts.

"Go to the riddle brothers, go to Draco and Tom, Matteo and Theo, Enzo and blaze get them all even pansy tell them what's happening here or just say I need an help immediately don't say anything to anyone other than them and whatever you do don't say a single word when you get back or before you leave" I said

She nodded with with a snap of her fingers she disappeared and then right then gave came back. I walked slowly around the house pretending I was cleaning up things when he came in. He looked beyond angry about whatever it was, now soon going into my fourth year at Hogwarts and fourteen years old. Gabe was fifteen and he did whatever he wanted whenever he wanted and that meant anything and everything.

"Get on your knees" he shouted

"Baby what's the matter?" I mistakenly asked

Suddenly he laughed hysterically and pushed me to the ground, he began to rip my clothes off as tears filled my eyes.

"Gabe stop please your really hurting me" I cried

He pinned me down as he undid he belt buckle, he removed my clothes violently and began to rape me. I froze feeling my body go numb as he was suddenly ripped off me by an unknown force. I was bloody and bruised, I was broken inside and out I was completely numb to everything. I couldn't move as someone went to touch me I screamed in horror. The reality of the moment finally hitting me as I fought whoever it was as they tried to calm me down.

"Hey hey, she bestie it's me it's pansy" a sweet voice said

I opened my eyes to see the familiar face of my best friend causing me to cry and leap into her arms. She rocked me back and forth trying to calm me down as I shook with fear.

"Shh your safe now" she whispered

"He he threatened you all, I I couldn't do anything, weak and and stupid" I repeated

"Hey love it's okay don't worry this isn't your fault" Matteo said but as he reached for me I flinched

"Hey sunshine we'd never hurt you" Theo said

Then I heard it the words Tom spoke before the pain and shock got to me.

"Avada kadavra" I heard Tom shout

I tried to see but pansy turned my head to face towards Matteo before everything went black.

Tom's POV

"Sir, riddle sir it's trinity she" Daisy began

"What is it?" Matteo asked jumping up

"He's hurting her bad, she needs all of your help she begged me to get you but he's been taking her magic or or blocking it but she said to get you all" Daisy said

"Fuck, damn it I told her" I shouted

"Brother clam this isn't what she's going to need" Matteo said

"Gather Draco, pansy, Theo, blaze and Enzo were going to the Mikealson manor immediately" I said and began gathering things

Daisy disappeared just as quickly as she appeared but when we got to the manor I was beyond rage at that point. He was raping and beating her senseless, she was trying to fight but she looked weaker than ever. Matteo ripped him off her and tried to help calm her but she couldn't get see it was him. Pansy rushed to her and was able to get hold of her shaking and very naked form. She had bruises and scars all over her body we hadn't seen her in weeks. I should have known her letters sounded off, that this was happening or was going to happen. I should have been able to tell damn it I should have fucking known. All that anger and rage filled me to the point I said the words I wish I hadn't well part of me wished that.

"Avada Kadavra" I shouted as I pointed my wand at Gabriel

He shouted right before the words left my mouth and then he turned to dust. It was an unforgivable curse but I just hoped Merlin that Trinity would forgive me for it. I rushed to her which she was still in pansy's arms but now she was passed out.

"You killed him" Draco said shocked

"What choice did he have" Matteo snapped

"If done the same" Pansy said softly but I heard it

"What do we do now?" Theo asked

"Pansy go take her to her bedroom and get her some clothes" I said

"Can someone carry her I know she's naked but I can't carry her" Pansy said

"I got it" I said and threw my jacket around her to cover her for the time being

I looked down and noticed all the scars, bruises and fresh cuts and handprints on her body. I felt terrible for letting her be alone with that freak and lame excuse for a wizard. I knew that I might get into trouble for this, but I would do anything for her I knew that. I knew Matteo would as well, the whole lot of us would do anything for her she's too good to be in this situation now.
