"My father I haven't seen for some time, mother is busy with my twin and couldn't make it nor could she come either" I stated

It wasn't all a lie it was more so a twist of the truth and part lie part was truth.

"Well then join us and we can shop together" Narcissa said

"If you'd like" she added

"I suppose I can, seeing as I don't know much about London wizardry" I said

"We can tell you all about it" Tom smirked

Although I knew they could read minds Tom and Matteo that is, but they couldn't read mine. That is partly their fault and mainly mine because of a nice spell I learned to keep others out. Although I could learn a I show them what I want them to know and keep away what they can't know. Like my personal reasonings and things they don't need to know or things I don't want them to know. Although their minds both Tom and Matteo's minds are running rampant right at the moment. Yes, I know it's invasion of privacy and such but I can't help when their thoughts are loud. So I decided to speak to Tom alone on this one, seeing as he's the eldest sibling and understands more of the mind reading thing.

"Tom, may I ask you something?" I said

"Go ahead" he said

"Can you and Matteo try to keep your thoughts quiet it's hurting my head" I said

His eyes widened in surprise at my statement, but he quickly changed that.

"My apologies I didn't know anyone could read our minds" he said confused

"I don't usually tell anyone that I can, the only people that know are my sister and now you" I said

"Not even your parents know?" He asked

"I can't tell them, they wouldn't understand" I said

"But your a Mikealson isn't it bound to happen to someone?" He asked

"I'm not sure, but let's keep it between us for now please" I said

"Sure" he said

I knew in that moment that I could trust Tom with anything for the most part at least. I knew that me and Tom would grow to be good friends at least that's my hope. Although I didn't know about his brother or Draco just yet but soon I would. And what is this speaking to snakes thing that they call parsaltounge. Somehow I don't think it's a bad thing at all it's just an ability that some possess like Matteo and Tom for that matter.

First we went to the book store, then the leaky cauldron for sen supplies. And second to last was the wand shop where I tested three wands before the fourth became mine.

"Try this one dear" Olivander said as he handed me a beautiful looking wand

And as I thought prior to coming to Hogwarts my thoughts on having to use a wand was skeptical. Although I've never seen such a beautiful piece of wood in my entire life. And that says something for I'm only an eleven year old girl or witch so to speak. So that being said I gave it a wave and the wand began to hum and glow as a light emitted from the end and surrounded me.

"How intriguing I've only know one wizard to have that kind of core in their wand and he was a founder of Hogwarts" Olivander said

It was made of Acacia wood, with a basilisk horn core, 11 inches in length and slight flexibility.

"What core sir?" Matteo asked

"Basilisk horn core of course" Olivander said

Tom's eyes widened upon the new knowledge but he quickly realized his mistake of emotion and it faded away.

Next was what I was looking forward to which was the animals, getting a pet to bring with to Hogwarts. Which will be my new home for the years to come seven total minus the spaces in between like summer, Christmas and other small holidays that will require a break from schooling. As much as I originally hated the idea of leaving home now it's not the worst of options. Yes I miss hope, mother and definitely the others, but father wasn't allowed to be around anymore because of things with hope. I missed father the most because I was closest to him than I was with mother. I was different than hope, where hope had red hair and blue eyes. I had brown hair with a tint of red and green eyes.

While hope had freckles I did not, hope had an American accent where as I had a British accent. How I got our father's accent and not an American one is beyond everyone's comprehension. Although I suppose it's fitting as I'm going to Hogwarts where everyone has an English accent. Considering they are all from England, Ireland, Scotland or around such places in Europe or whatever. Father and the rest of his siblings were born in older times and the older era and such. Back to where we were headed which was the pet shop to gather a pet of my choice. Also would be needing an owl so I could letter the family when needed or whenever I decided to.

Just to send little updates here and there like about my new friends or acquaintances and school progress things like that. I know this would be a big change for everyone especially me, but it had to be this way. For I need to learn more advanced skills and magic because I've already got the basics down and such easier spells and potions. Oh I heard the potions professor was a really good professor when it came to advanced potions. Although Tom mentioned him being quite tough and emotionless but he's also the head of the Slytherin house. Tom explained as we walked that there were four different houses that I could be sorted into which is when the magical hat chooses the best place for me.
