The whole day passed but there was no improvement in her condition... even time to time her fever rises making them all more worried about her... Sameer himself keep the wet cold sponges on her forehead and keep checking with doctor what all can they do for her... although entire hospital and staff was there for her, but Sameer still insisted on taking care of her by his own...

Pandit in no time, contacted all specialists across countries to take second opinion about her condition but the result was same... there is no special treatment to get the patient out from Coma... they have to wait and can only pray for her early recovery...

After a day, her fever gets down giving a slight relief to all... but Sameer refused to go back home leaving her alone in hospital... Pandit after dropping Preeti at home, bring his lunch at ward ...

Pandit tried to offer him lunch, "Sameer tu please apne aap ko toh saza mat de... iss baar jo bhi hua us mein teri koi galti nahin thi... yeh sab toh Naina ka past tha, tujhse milne se bhi pehle ka... aaj nahin toh kal usey pata chalna hi tha aur tu ne toh koshish ki thi na usase chhupane ki"

Sameer mocked himself, "lekin bacha toh nahin saka na... ek baar phir ek dost, ek husband fail ho gaya... agar thoda waqt aur mil paata toh yakeen maan mein khud sahi mauke par Naina ko dheere dheere sab bata deta... iss tarah achanak se sab pata chalna uske liye kitna shocking hua hoga... isey iss dard se bachane ke liye hi ab tak sab chhupa rakha tha aur mera darr sach hi saabit hua... ab jab tak yeh uth nahin jaati mujhe ek pal bhi chen nahin aayega"

Seeing him refusing again to eat anything Pandit finally scold him, "dekh kha le varna Naina se shikayat ki toh tere saath achchha nahin hoga... tu jaanta hai na jab voh Naina devi banti hai toh teri awaaz bhi nahin nikalti usake saamne... bhool mat pichhli baar kya daant padi thi tujhko aise bhukha rehne par..."

Sameer smiled faintly looking at her, "I wish bas ek baar uth kar mujhe daant de... agar kahegi toh mein kada bhi pee lunga bina munh banaye... kya pata agar mein aise bhukha rahoon toh gusse mein hi madam uth jaaye mujhe daantane ke liye... bas ek baar aankh khol de, promise dobara kabhi apne se dur nahin jaane dunga... aaj iski yeh khamoshi iski daant se jyaada dard de rahi hai..."

Pandit himself was in no more good condition either... he was in guilt of not securing the documents properly... he said, "sorry Sameer... yeh sab meri laaparwahi ka nateeja hai jo yeh papers Naina tak pahunche... par sach kehta hoon mujhe nahin pata ki yeh kaise iske haath lage... maine toh file locker mein safely rakhi thi... par abhi jab jaakar dekha toh file khaali hai... saare documents missing the..." he told him how he visited home to check on file and shocked to see the file empty in the locker... it seems that someone has stolen all the documents from the file leaving it empty there before Pandit kept it in locker...

Sameer keeping his hand on his shoulder console him, "tu chinta mat kar... kuchh nahin hoga Naina ko... tujhe maloom hai na kitna darrti hai mujhse... mujhse puchhe bina kahin nahin jaati varna mera gussa pata hai usey... dekhna bas thodi der mujhe pareshaan karne ke liye yeh sab kar rahi hai... jab mujhe tension mein dekhegi toh jhat se uth jayegi... do din ke liye isey akele chhod kar Mumbai gaya tha toh kya haal hua tha yaad hai na... I know meri Naina mujhse dur jaane ki sochegi bhi nahin..." he said smilingly looking at her face which was devoid of any emotions... lying lifeless...

Pandit wiping his own eyes served him food which they both had unwillingly, only for sake of their health... Sameer ensure all to keep smiling around her to spread positivity...

After lunch, Sameer asked Pandit to go back home and rest... from last two days he was with him searching for Naina and must be extremely tired...

Pandit laughed slowly, "tujhe lagta hai mein apni behen aur tujhe iss haal mein chhod kar ghar par aaraam kar sakta hoon... ab jaayenge toh sab saath hi jaayenge..."

Sameer insisted a lot but seeing Pandit so much adamant accept his demand... they arrange an adjacent room for him to stay there...

Pandit left in his room to rest leaving them alone in ward... Sameer spent whole day and night awaked checking on her in between expecting some response with a hope... in dawn hours getting extremely tired he slept keeping his head on her bed itself but didn't leave her alone even for a moment...

Sameer's sleep disturbed hearing a soft knock on the door... he sits straight back and looked at Naina, but she was still in same position... no improvement... he wished her softly giving a peck on her forehead, "good morning Naina..."

Preeti came inside carrying breakfast for them, "Sameer sir, aap thodi der rest kar lijiye, mein hoon Naina ke paas... aise agar aap bimaar ho gaye toh Naina ka khayal kaun rakhega..."

Sameer smiled seeing her concern for them, "don't worry, jab tak Naina theek nahin hoti mujhe kuchh nahin hoga... vaise bhi jab tak koi dhyaan rakhne wala na ho, bimaar padne ka kya fayda... koi toh hona chahiye jo kada pilaye daant ke..." he laughed slowly recalling how Naina takes care of him when he was not well...

Whole day spent them expecting for some good news, but nothing happened... turn by turn Preeti and Pandit stays with them ensuring others should take proper rest...

Sameer and Pandit handled all office work from hospital only... if needed, only Pandit visits office handling urgent matters and documents signed by Sameer to submit...

Sameer and Preeti was staying in ward with Naina and working on their laptops to handle office matters... a sudden knock on the door breaks their trance...

They both surprised to see Kamya standing there with a smile on her face and carrying a beautiful red roses bouquet, wearing a sleeveless knee length tight fitted revealing dress... looks like she came to some party rather in hospital...

Kamya grinned widely seeing Sameer sitting close to Naina's bed and working on his laptop... Preeti was sitting on couch at corner which didn't get noticed by Kamya at all... her complete focus was on Sameer only... a great chance to talk with him in alone

She entered with a smile towards Sameer, "Hi Sameer... how are you?"

Sameer ignoring her presence didn't even lift his eyes, "are you blind or what... yahaan Naina hospitalized hai and you are asking my well-being?"

Her smile lost from her face on his stern voice filled with anger, "haan... I know... I mean mujhe pata chala Naina hospital mein hai toh mujhse ruka nahin gaya... mujhe pata hai aapko mera yahaan aana achchha nahin lagega par mein uski bachpan ki dost hoon toh ruk nahin paayi..."

Sameer ignoring her presence turned his focus back on screen saying, "I don't want any nuisance in the ward around her... so leave right now before I lose my patience..." he said sternly in a low voice as not in a mood to argue with her...

Kamya came forward, "I am sorry Sameer... I know maine sabko bohot hurt kiya hai... par Naina meri bachpan ki dost hai aur aaj iss haalat mein hai... tumhein mere dard ka andaza bhi nahin hoga ki mere dil par kya beet rahi hai isey iss haal mein dekh kar..." she sobs slowly trying to gain sympathy, but Sameer didn't move at all...

Kamya said further to gain his attention, "mujhe maloom hai Naina bachpan se kitni emotional hai... kitni zazbaati hai aur inn sab baaton ka uske dimaag par kya asar hota hai... mujhe toh bas yahi darr hai ki kahin iski haalat aur kharaab ho gayi aur yeh coma se vaapas na aayi toh kya hoga..."

Sameer suddenly stopped his finger and frowned with an impatient expression on his face... but keeping himself calm as doesn't want any kind of negativity around Naina... he said slowly in a stern tone, "I said, just leave it... I know how much you are concerned for her... don't show your fake sympathy... we are here to take care of her so you can leave now..."

Kamya fumed in anger getting insulted from Sameer again and again but calm herself... she said with a pity look, "tum nahin samjhoge Sameer ki apni dost ko iss haal mein dekhkar mujh par kya beet rahi hai... mein itani bhi buri nahin ki aakhiri baar apni dost ko milne bhi na aau... kya pata yeh kab hum sab ko chhod kar chali jaaye... phir toh sirf yaadein hi rah..."

Chataak....

Before she completes, felt a sharp pain on her cheek... she covered her cheek with her one hand... she got shocked of sudden happening... she lifts her face seeing Preeti standing in front of her with red-shot eyes...

Preeti pointing finger towards her warned, "how dare you... teri himmat bhi kaise huyi Naina ke baare mein yeh sab sochne ki... khabardaar jo apni gandi jubaan se agar Naina ka naam bhi liya toh.... aaj sirf thappad maara hai, par aaj ke baad tujhe Naina ke aas paas bhi dekha ya tere ghatiya dimaag mein Naina ka khayal bhi aaya toh mujhse bura koi nahin hoga... voh haal karungi ki make up se bhi tere chehre ki badsurati chhup nahin payegi..."

Kamya looked at her shockingly as she was clueless about her presence in the room and averted her gaze towards Sameer who was smiling still focusing his gaze at Naina, seems nothing else matters for him... before Kamya revert back to Preeti, she holds her arm harshly and dragged throwing her outside the ward... all guards standing there got shocked seeing Kamya was thrown out from ward and lying on floor....

Preeti turned to scold them, "what the hell is going on here... aise kaise koi bhi aira gaira insaan munh utha kar andar aa sakta hai... agar aaj ke baad yeh ghatiya aurat yahaan dikhi toh you all will get fire... samjhe..."

Giving a deathly glare she warned her pointing finger, "aur tum... aaj ka yeh thappad tumhein hamesha yaad dilayega ki Naina ke baare mein sirf galat sochne wale ka mein kya haal kar sakti hoon... uske khilaaf kuchh karna toh dur ki baat hai..."

Crossing her hands towards her chest she said further, "Naina ki iss haalat ki wajah sirf kuchh log jaante the aur tum un mein se nahin thi... toh saaf zaahir hai ki yeh sab bhi tumhara hi kiya dhara hai... tu ne hi voh papers chura kar Naina ke bag mein rakhe taaki unhein padhkar uski yeh haalat ho jaaye... mein soch bhi nahin sakti ki jis ladki ne tujhe apni sabse achchhi dost maana tu ne uski zindagi hi nahin barbaad ki balki usey zindagi aur mout ke dohare par le aayi... par mat bhulna ki abhi usko sachche dil se pyaar karne wale log hai uske paas jo usey kuchh nahin hone denge... sirf Naina ka khayal kar ke hum sab thujhe jhel rahe the par ab agar tu ne kuchh kiya toh Naina bhi tujhe mere qahar se bacha nahin payegi... yaad rakhna meri yeh first and last warning Ms Kamya Parekh...." she turned and went inside the ward closing it behind...

Kamya stood holding the wall getting shocked and feel insulted in front of all guards and nurses around... guards initially allowed Kamya to go inside without taking permission from Pandit and Sameer, as they had seen her staying in Maheshwari mansion and they consider her as a family member only...

After hearing Preeti's word they figure out that Naina is in this condition because of Kamya only, make them hated her more... also they knew how much Preeti is close to Pandit means she is very special for Sameer too... clearly, they cannot offend her at all...

One of the guard approach Kamya holding her from arm harshly, "I think you should leave right now... otherwise jo tumne Naina madam ke saath kiya hai uske baad mujhe tumhein yahaan se dhakke de kar nikalne mein jara bhi afsos nahin hoga..." he dragged her till the end of corridor and push hard...

Kamya fumbled few steps and realize how this guard humiliate her because of Naina and Preeti... she opened her mouth to shout but seeing his fiery glares stops herself.... coming back into senses and feeling more humiliated she left the hospital without uttering a word... her mind went blank with all sudden happening ...

She came here after knowing that Naina is admitted in hospital and after bribing to one of the hospital staff she feels elated knowing that she is in Coma... she thrilled expecting that she might not recover soon and was the best time to gain some sympathy from Sameer showing her fake concern for Naina... this will be the golden chance for her to stay close to Sameer....

Although Sameer didn't welcome her at all when she entered in ward but before she tried to convince him more, Preeti slapped her hard and throw her out insulting her in front of guards and staff... unfortunately things didn't work out as she was expected...

Preeti came inside huffing in anger when feel embarrassed on Sameer's gaze on her... hearing bad about Naina from Kamya she lost her temper and react wildly... if earlier she was doubtful on Kamya for keeping the paper in Naina's bag, now she is sure that she is the main culprit... she had seen Sameer and Pandit holding them responsible for Naina's state from last two days...

Sameer putting his laptop aside on table came near to her... he said smilingly, "thanks Preeti..."

Preeti got shocked when Sameer said further, "thanks varna aaj mera life ka record toot jaata... aaj tak maine kabhi kisi ladki par haath nahin uthaya... par aaj jo bhi Kamya ne kaha agar tum nahin hoti aur yun react nahin karti toh shayad aaj mera haath uth jaata... I must say ki Naina ko tumse achchhi dost nahin mil sakti... thank you for everything... tum jis tarah sab bhool kar uski care kar rahi ho... yun hospital mein rehna, hamara saath dena, it really meant a lot for us... I know it must be tiring for you but..."

Preeti interrupt him, "please Sameer sir, don't say thanks to me... Naina mere liye kya hai mein aapko shayad nahin samjha sakti... mere Mummy Papa ke achanak jaane ke baad sirf ek Naina hi thi jisne mujhe samjha, mujhe sahara diya, tootane nahin diya varna shayad voh hadsa mujhe hamesha ke liye tod deta... mujh mein akele jeene ki himmat Naina ne hi di... aur aaj voh iss haal mein hai aur mein uski koi madad nahin kar pa rahi... kaash mein uss din uske saath hoti toh voh yun khud ko akela nahin samajhti..." she burst into tears feeling so helpless for not able to help her friend when she needed her most...

Sameer wiped her tears, "tumhein yun rota dekh kar tumhari dost ko kitna bura lagega na... voh tumhein hamesha hanste mukurate dekhna chahti hai... kaash Kamya Naina ki sachchai aur masumiyat ko samajh paati, usey dhokha na deti toh uska dil itna na tootata... pehle Kamya aur phir Agarwal family ka sach nahin sah paaya iska masoom dil... lekin mujhe ummid hai ki jab tak Naina ke paas tum jaisi dost hai usey kabhi akela nahin feel hoga"

Preeti looking down said slowly, "Sameer sir, I think voh papers Naina ke bag mein Kamya ne hi rakhe the... mein sure nahin thi pehle par ab Kamya ki baatein sunkar mujhe poora vishwas ho gaya hai... uss din morning mein maine Kamya ko aapke room mein dekha tha... voh kuchh kar rahi thi aur mujhe dekh kar ghabra kar vahaan se chali gayi... galti meri hai jo maine iss baat par dhyaan hi nahin diya... par sach maaniye mujhe koi andaaza nahin tha ki yeh sab yun achanak ho jayega..."

Sameer seeing her concern said, "is mein tumhari koi galti nahin... laaparwahi humse huyi hai... humein voh paper ghar mein rakhne hi nahin chahiye the... humein pata tha ki Kamya kya chahti thi phir bhi hum usey rok nahin paaye... aur sach saabit karke ab koi fayda nahin hone wala... bas ek baar Naina theek ho jaaye... Kamya ko aisi saza dunga ki kabhi bhulegi nahin... voh hamesha se jaanti thi ki Naina ko nightmares aate the aur yeh sab baatein usey depress kar sakti thi... Naina ne bataya tha ki kaise shaadi se pehle ek baar voh Kamya ke saath hi kisi Doctor ko consult karne gayi thi... Kamya ne uski isi kamjori ka faayda uthaya aur usey sach pata lagne diya jise hum kab se chhupa rahe the..."

Preeti smiled but thinking about their divorce she asked hesitantly, "if you don't mind can I ask you one thing..." she knew Naina loves him so much, but she was still confused about Sameer's feeling towards Naina... is he still wants to divorce her?

He nodded agreeing when she asked slowly, "do you love her... Sorry, I know its personal but..."

Before she completes, he replied without any hesitation smilingly looking at Naina, "yes, I do... more than anyone in whole world... she is my life, how could I not love her..."

Preeti grinned widely, "thank you... thank you so much.... mein bata nahin sakti aaj mein kitni khush hoon... I mean thank you so much jijaji..." she said bluntly feeling so happy from inside... now she knew that after so much of struggle and hardship, finally Naina will get what she deserves...

Sameer laughed seeing her excitement, "thank you saaliji... par please jab tak mein apni biwi se nahin kahun, yeh secret aapko apne tak hi rakhna hoga... I want to tell her by my own... uske chehre ki voh khushi dekhne ke liye mein kab se taras gaya hoon jab hum donon apne dil ki baat ek dusre se kahenge..."

Preeti agreed to him forwarding her hand to shake with him, "deal... apne dil ki baat aap khud apni Naina se kahenge... mujhe poora vishwas hai ki aapki iss baat ko sunane ke liye toh pakka yeh jaldi uth jaayegi... aakhir iss din ka toh isey bhi intzaar hai kab se..." they both shake hands making a deal to give her best surprise of her life, whenever she will awake...

Kamya coming out from hospital sits back in her car feeling highly dejected and upset... she determined to take revenge from Preeti for her insult...

Jis din se Naina ke past ke baare mein uss report mein pada tha hamesha socha usey bata dun taaki voh khud hi toot jayegi aur iss ghar ko chhod kar chali jayegi... agar voh pyaar se meri baat maan kar Sameer se dur chali jaati toh mujhe yeh sab karna hi nahin padta... pehle Karthik ke saath uski photo aur ab yeh documents... par Sameer ne har baar usey bacha liya... I always knew about her mental state and her weakness... socha tha sach jaankar ya tou khud hi mar jayegi varna paagal ho jayegi... par mujhe poori ummid hai ki iss baar voh coma se nahin vaapas aa paayegi... yeh dard uske liye bohot bada hai jise voh nahin sah payegi... emotional fool jo hai...

Kamya breathed heavily thinking about Sameer and tried her best to comfort herself... in the past when he rejected her, she did not look as upset as she was now... she had indeed mishandled the situation wrongly otherwise how can be possible that he has not fallen for her...

It's just that Sameer really didn't have any feelings for her at all... even though Naina is in bad condition, he still hopes for a better future with her...

Since she was young, everything had been smooth sailing for her... being the only child she was pampered by her parents limitless... she handled all her past life and able to resolve all issues smoothly... the only thing that she wasn't able to handles was her feeling for Sameer, to win him... an unrequited one-way love... it was getting painful... so painful....

Her trance broke with continuous ring on her phone... she picked up seeing her father's number reflecting, "Hi dad... how are you?" she said excitedly hiding her tension...

Mr Parekh shouts, "what the hell is going on Kamya... we just landed back in India and heard that you are trying to hurt your best friend Naina who is now Sameer's wife... I can't imagine that my daughter can stoop so low... you really disappointed me this time" he shouted after knowing all misdeeds of her from Sameer...

Kamya stammered shockingly, "what... no Papa... I mean what do you mean & who told you?" she was surprised as in her entire life she never gets scolded by her parents ever... as being the single child she was pampered by them since her childhood and all her wishes was fulfilled without saying...

Mr Parekh, "look Kamya, I always loved you and support you but this time you messed up badly with Sameer, which I can't afford even... before things go beyond my control you immediately come back... I want to see you at home right away..." he disconnected the call without listening any of her explanation...

Mr Parekh recalled when only few minutes back he receives a call from Sameer... though he didn't say much but shows his annoyance towards Kamya and in brief explained how she is trying to hurt his wife Naina, spoiling & interfering in his personal life... being in the same business community he cannot afford to offend The Sameer Maheshwari, who has capability to ruin him without giving a second thought...

Kamya harshly banged her hand on the steering frustrated, "not fair Sameer... tumhein mere parents ko inn sab ke beech nahin laana chahiye tha... aaj tak kisi ne mujhse unchi awaaz mein bhi baat nahin ki and just because of you they are shouting on me... I was expecting them to support me in getting you but tumne unhein mere hi khilaaf kar diya..." she was aware that how much her father has admired to Sameer and respect him as an idle and best businessman... no doubts all her deeds were told to them by Sameer only making them annoyed on her...

Looking outside the window, she took a deep breathe thinking, "no ways Sameer... tum kuchh bhi kar lo par mein haar nahin maan sakti... aaj tum jeet gaye par ab tum meri zid ban gaye ho... Sameer is mine aur Naina ko hamare beech se jaana hi hoga tabhi mein apni jagah bana paaungi... mere parents mere against ho gaye hai so I need to re-think of some other ways to keep Naina away from him..."

Thinking for a while an idea propped up in her mind leaving an evil smirk on her face... "let's wait and watch Sameer... I really wish for Naina ki voh coma se kabhi baahar hi na aaye varna yeh dard uske liye bohot bhari hoga... uski aankhon ke saamne tumhein mera hote voh bardasht nahin kar payegi... poor Naina" she laughed loudly on her evil plans to win over her obsessed love...

When I started this journey, I was literally afraid of imagining of all your reactions to see our beloved hero in negative character with his all rude and harsh behavior to our sweet Naina but the way you all shower your love and support to story, we together reached till this stage... 

I personally believe that love doesn't need to express in words if feelings are genuine... this is what they both felt and now they are together after so many ups and downs in their life... that's the power of true love... 💞
