Nanu coming back to his room sits on his bed relaxely smiling looking at the frames hanging in front wall, "ab toh khush ho na tum donon... bilkul ziddi aur adiyal ladki aayi hai hamare ghar mein bilkul tum donon ki tarah... jhat se mujhe manakar maafi dilwa di tumhare laadle ko... aur mujhse bhi maafi mangwa li... itane saalon baad kisi ki daant padi hai mujhe... bohot kadak hai bilkul tumhari tarah..." he said making cute pout in a complaining tone to Nani...

Soon his expression changed into a contented smile plaster on his face, "lekin phir bhi mein khush hoon ki jo mein na kar paaya voh tumhare aashirwaad ne kar diya... apne laadle ki zindagi phir se khushiyon se bharne ke liye ek pyaari si Gudiya bhej kar... mein jaanta hoon jitna mein chintit tha uska dukh dekhkar utna tum donon bhi thi... lekin ab lagta hai sab theek ho raha hai... jis ghar ka sapna tum donon ne dekha tha ab lagta hai shayad hamare bete ko voh ghar, voh khushiyaan mil hi jayengi..." he keep talking to the love of his life and his beloved daughter, who left Sameer's responsibility on his shoulder... it was his daily routine talking to them informing what all going on in his life...

Completing all preparations of mid night celebration, they all decided to send Naina to call Nanu as all three were afraid of Nanu's wrath... they never forced Nanu to celebrate his birthday against his wish but this time they did all arrangements as per Naina's wish... but have no idea if Nanu will join them or not...

Sameer knowing Nanu's anger tried to comfort her, "Naina, dekho agar Nanu gussa karein toh vaapas aa jaana... please unki baat ka bura man manana... voh kabhi nahin manate apna birthday toh it's okay... agar hum jayenge toh bohot naraaz honge lekin I am sure ki tumhein  daatenge toh nahin kam se kam..." he was worried as doesn't want her to feel bad for anything...

Naina smiled assuring him, "don't worry... ab mujhe pata hai ki Maheshwari's ko kaise manaate hai so aap log wait karo... mein abhi aayi Nanu ko lekar..." giving a wink making him surprised she went upstairs to call Nanu...

Naina knocked softly on his door expecting him to be asleep but surprised hearing his voice from inside...

She knocked and entered getting his permission, "sorry Nanu, mujhe laga aap so gaye honge... lekin aisa kyun laga jaise aap kisi se baat kar rahe the" she asked curiously looking around as no one was there in the room except them...

Nanu laughed caressing her head, "mein toh apni jaan se baat kar raha tha... jaise tera voh majnu har waqt tere se chipka rehta hai vaise hi mein bhi jab tak poore din ka hisaab na de doon teri yeh Nani mujhse rooth jaati hai... saath mein meri beti bhi..."

Naina asked looking at frames, feeling her eyes wet, "aap donon ko bohot miss karte ho na..."

Nanu smiled wiping his own eyes, "shayad ek baar saans lena bhool sakta hoon lekin inn donon ke bina jeena padge kabhi socha nahin tha... lekin ab tu aa gayi hai na inn donon ki kami poori karne... meri two in one..." he laughed teasing her again...

Naina hugged him suddenly, "Nanu aap mujhse kabhi dur toh nahin jaaoge na... kabhi mujhse naraaz toh nahin honge na..."

Nanu seeing her getting emotional caressed her back to calm her, "mein apne bachchon se kabhi naraaz nahin ho sakta aur dur jaane ki toh baat hi nahin hai... bas tu waada kar kabhi apne Nanu aur mere bete ka saath nahin chhodegi... sach kahun toh jo sapne maine aur jaanki ne dekhe the voh ab poore hone ka waqt aaya hai... Vivek ke dhokhe ke baad laga hi nahin tha ki phir se ek baar yeh khushiyaan aayengi hamare ghar mein..."

Naina parted away wiped his eye, "hamare ghar mein aaj jo khushiyaan aayi hai unki wajah mein nahin balki aap aur aapka aashirwaad hai.... aapka bharosa hai hum par jo aaj hum sab saath hai... aur inn khushiyon ki shuruaat hum sab milkar celebrate karenge... aaj ke din..."

Before Nanu asked she hold his hand, "mujhe pata hai aap apna birthday nahin manate lekin apne bachchon ke liye toh celebrate karenge na... dekhiyega Nani ji aur Maa kitna khush ho jayenge... please chaliye na Sameer ki khushi ke liye... unka bohot man hai aapka birthday manane ka... please..." she said with the most convincing pleading look which he cannot deny...

Nanu smiled thinking, "Sameer jab dekho iski khushiyon ke baare mein sochta hai aur aaj yeh mujhe Sameer ki Khushi ke liye mana rahi hai... shayad yeh khud bhi nahin jaante ki ek dusre se kitna pyaar karne lage hai aur inki khusiyon ke liye mein kuchh bhi kar sakta hoon... bhagwan kare inn donon ka pyaar yun hi bana rahe..."

Nanu agreed for the sake of their happiness and on her wish quickly changed into a new kurta and followed her downstairs... the moment they reached at center of the hall, lights illuminate... seeing Naina and Nanu smiling faces, everyone got shocked... they were expecting Naina to come back alone with dull face but opposite to it, Nanu was seen all eager to celebrate his birthday with them...

Nanu smiled seeing all their shocked faces, "arey ab khade hi rahoge ki koi mujhe wish bhi karega... cake vake bhi laaye ho ya khaali haath aa gaye nalayak... mein pehle hi kah deta hoon ki aaj mera birthday hai toh koi mujhe meetha khaane se nahin rokega..."

Naina smiled giving a victory look to others, replied to Nanu "humein pehle hi pata tha isliye maine aur Shefali Bhabhi ne sugar free cake banaya hai, aur saath mein aapki favorite kheer bhi... ab aap jitna chaahe utna kha sakte ho..." they all laughed seeing Nanu's excited face to hear his favorite desserts which he was not allowed to eat...

Nanu came ahead and cut the cake... all youngsters take his blessing one by one and feed him cake...

Naina seeing Sameer lost in his own thoughts asked, "ab toh aap khush hai na... dekhiye Nanu bilkul naraaz nahin hai aur kitna enjoy kar rahe hai"

Sameer seeing Nanu enjoying fully gets emotional, "aaj Mummy ke jaane ke baad pehli baar Nanu ne apna birthday manaya hai... and all thanks to you Naina... yeh sab khushiyaan sirf tumhari wajah se hi hai... agar tum nahin hoti toh shayad Nanu kabhi raazi nahin hote iss celebration ke liye" he said with utmost sincerity in his eyes...

Naina keeping her hand on his assured, "sirf mere liye nahin, Nanu aapke liye aaye hai aaj... and promise ki ab hum har saal Nanu ka birthday aise hi manayenge... ek saath..."

They had another round of snacks and cake prepared by Naina and Shefali in advance... Naina went to Nanu handed him cake, "Nanu sorry par mujhe pata nahin tha aur mein aapke liye koi gift nahin lekar aayi... lekin promise next year mein aisa gift laaungi ki aap khush ho jaaoge..."

Nanu laughed patting her head, "tu aa gayi mujhe aur kuchh nahin chahiye... par haan agar tu kuchh dena chahti hai toh agle saal tak mera promotion karwa dena... bas uske baad kabhi bhagwan se bhi kuchh nahin maangunga..."

Naina looked at him in daze as didn't understand what he is asking when Nanu laughed again, "sahi raam milayi jodi hai donon buddhoun ki... arey baba mera matlab hai ki cute si Naina ya shaitan sa Sameer... samjhi" he uttered slowly not audible to others...

Naina 's color drained from her face instantly realizing what Nanu is asking for... she lowered her head feeling embarrassed when Nanu left to join the gang assuming her feeling shy... he wanted to see his kids grow in their life but never wanted to force them for anything...  he respected their feeling and let them freeto take their own decision at right time...

Naina's eyes brimmed thinking, "kaash mein bata sakti Nanu ko ki ghar mein mehmaan toh aane wala hai par shayad voh usey utna pyaar nahin de payenge... mujhe maaf kar dijiyega Nanu lekin mein kisi ko dhokha nahin dena chahti thi... maine toh socha hi nahin ki jab aapko pata chalega toh aap kaise react karoge... kaise bataau ki mein shaadi se pehle hi pregnant thi aur yeh bachche aapka khoon nahin... aap kitna vishwas karte hai mujh par aur mein aapka ek sapna bhi poora nahin kar paayi... mujhe Sameer se baat karni hi hogi..."

Taking a deep sigh she looked at Sameer who was all busy in enjoying with others... her eyes brimmed thinking, "pehli baar kisi ka pyaar bina kisi shart, kisi matlab ke mila tha... pehli baar man swarthi ho raha hai kyunki mein yeh khushiyaan apni zindagi se jaane nahin dena chahti, lekin dhokha bhi nahin de sakti... Nanu aur Sameer ke vishwas ko nahin tod sakti... mujhe Sameer ko sach batana hi hoga... maana maine kabhi jhuth nahin kaha lekin unhein lagta hai yeh Sharad ka bachcha hai... maloom hai sach jaan kar shayad mujhse nafarat karne lage par mein iss adhure sach ka bojh ab aur nahin utha sakti... dekhe kismat humein saath rakhti hai ya dur kar deti hai lekin mein apne rishtey mein kisi baat ka raaz nahin rakhungi..." she firmly decided to talk to Sameer at earliest...

After spending some fun time, they all dispersed to their rooms to take rest... before leaving Nanu warned them all, "kal subah pooja hai toh khabardaar kisi ne der ki toh... meri betiyaan toh uth jayengi par tum teenon nalayak time se uthana aur saara arrangement check kar lena... pata laga saara kaam akele ladkiyon se karwa rahe hai..." all nodded their heads obediently and left...

Coming back to their room, they both laid down next to each other feeling relax and happy... after a long they both are enjoying fullest each moment of their lives, like a true blessed couple... Naina tried to initiate discussion with Sameer to tell complete truth but he was so much engrossed in telling her about tomorrow's event, telling her what all rituals usually Nanu done... she didn't have heart to ruin his happiness, his smile which got plastered on his face... soon Sameer realizing her even breath smiled seeing her sleeping with a peaceful smile on her face...

Giving a soft peck on her head he clutched her tightly in his embrace thinking, "Nanu ki Khushi ke liye kitni mehanat kar rahi hai... yeh teen din hamari aane wali zindagi ki khushiyon ki neenv hai... wada karta hoon yahaan se jaate waqt tumhare chehre par sirf muskaan hogi... saare dard, takleef jo tumne sahi hai unki parchhayi bhi ab tumhare paas nahin aane dunga..."

सपनों की दुनिया में हम खोते चले गए,मदहोश न थे पर मदहोश होते चले गए,ना जाने क्या बात थी उस चेहरे में, ना चाहते हुए भी उसके होते चले गए।

Next morning till Sameer opened his eyes, Naina was missing from their bed... he sits back looking around when she entered carrying a tray in her hand... she smiled seeing him awake, "good morning... mein aapko hi uthaane aa rahi thi... jaldi se coffee peekar ready ho jaaiye phir saari preparations bhi karni hai... itna kaam hai ki puchhiye mat..." she starts listing non-stop all the planning she decided to do to make this day memorable for Nanu and Sameer...

Sameer was indeed happy seeing her so engage in the preparation to make the day unforgettable for all, especially for Nanu but inside feels sad for seeing her doing all work alone... even if he wanted, he can't extend his support to her in such preparations... if they were at their home he could have arranged everything on one call but here in aashram, no outsider are allowed to do anything... all preparations were done by the people living here by their own, giving their personal touch...

Naina seeing his dull face said sternly, "aur aap yeh mat sochiye ki aap koi kaam nahin karenge... maine sabke kaamo ki list bana li hai samjhe... mujhe koi bahana nahin chahiye... aur aaj koi office ka kaam bhi nahin okay"

Sameer smiled faintly, "par mein... you think so ki mein iss laayak hoon ki kisi ki koi madad kar sakunga in sab kaamon mein... I know you trust me, but things are still not so easy for me, even if I wanted..." he replied mocking on himself ...

Naina knowing his inner turmoil, replied sternly, "don't make excuses... get ready and come out to help me..." saying this she picked up his clothes from wardrobe and handed him in stern tone, "be fast... okay"

Seeing his still dull face, encircling her hand around his neck, giving a soft peck on his cheek she whispers into his ears, "I know what you are capable of... so just trust me..." she winked giving another kiss on his other cheek...

तेरे से रिश्ता प्यार का है, सुख दुःख सहने का है
हर पल तेरे संग एक कश्ती में बहने का है,

Before he reacts and pulled her back, she left outside the room picking another packet from almirah, leaving him smiling whole heartedly... her small gesture of showing her affection and trust on him left him dumbfound... no doubts she always read his mind and knew how to handle his bitter mood...

Stepping out from her room she saw Preeti was sitting in living room alone, seems lost in her thoughts... it was very surprising for Preeti to be like this who is always be a cheerful person and a complete chatter box...

Naina jerked her, "Preeti, kya hua... tu aise kyun baithi hai..."

Preeti replied hesitantly changing her expression, "no, nothing... voh bas jaldi neend khul gayi thi toh socha baahar ghoom aaun lekin mein kisi ko nahin jaanti toh yahin baith gayi..."

Seeing Naina still not convinced by her reply she asked, "voh actually aaj pooja hai toh soch rahi thi kya pehnu... you know I don't have much Indian wear aur mujhe pata bhi nahin tha toh..."

Naina smiled handed her the packet she was carrying, "mein tere hi paas aa rahi thi yeh dene... iss mein ek saree hai with matching accessories... tujh par bohot achchhi lagegi... dekhna kaise aaj mera bhai tujhe dekh kar lattoo hota hai..."

Shefali laughed from behind joining the girls, "voh bechara toh pehle hi lattoo ki tarah iske aage pichhe ghoom raha hai kal se... bilkul vaise hi jaise Sameer tumhare pichhe... vaise aisa kya jaadu kiya hai tum donon ne mere devro par jo bilkul majnu, deewane bane huye hai..." she teased both the girls about the way how both the boys are stick to them since yesterday...

Before anyone replied Pandit came out from his room, "kaun deewana hai yahaan... mujhe toh sirf ek hi majnu nazar aatah hai jo meri behen ke pichhe pada rehta hai..." all three girls laughed making him confused...

Preeti hit on his arm, "jaise tum toh bhot sudhare huye ho na... vaise Shefali Bhabhi humein na inn teenon se thoda thoda dur rehna chahiye... you know thodi importance badti hai..." she winked making plan to tease the boys with Shefali...

Naina asked in confusion, "lekin hum toh saath aaye hai na, toh dur kyun rehna... aur Sameer kitna pareshaan ho jayenge... please mujhe nahin karna unhein pareshaan... unhein bilkul achchha nahin lagta jab mein dur jaati hoon... aur mujhe bhi..." she said making cute innocent face as doesn't want to make him disturb for anything...

Shefali and Preeti looked at her amazingly and laughed, "inn donon ka kuchh nahin ho sakta... humein toh laga tha ki Sameer hi paagal hai lekin lagta hai aag toh donon taraf baraabar hai..."

Spending some more time together, girls went out to check the preparation... Preeti took the charge of food with Pandit and Shefali went to check the other decoration....

Naina went towards mandir to check other preparations when halt in her way seeing some ladies busy in talking... she stepped slowly towards them and keep her hand on someone's shoulder...

The moment lady turned Naina excitedly hugged her, "Bela aunty aap yahaan... kaise hai aap... mujhe laga hi nahin ki aap bhi yahaan milegi... maine kitna miss kiya aapko"

Bela hugging her tightly said, "aisa kaise ho sakta hai... aaj ka din Babuji ke liye bohot maayne rakhta hai aur mujhe pata chala ki tum bhi yahaan ho toh mujhe aana hi tha... hum log toh har saal iss din yahaan jaroor aate hai... yeh din mere liye bohot maayne rakhta hai... kitne khush the hum sab jab iss din Sneha ne iss aashram ki sthapna pooja apne haath se ki thi... yeh aashram usi ka toh sapna tha jo aaj tak babuji ne uski yaad mein sambhal kar rakha hai..." she said wiping her tears missing her only best friend Sneha... she was with her in all ups and downs till her last breath...

Leaving all others, they walked aside when Bela asked cupping her face in her palms, "ab kaisi ho tum... vaise shakal dekh kar toh mein kah sakti hoon ki meri beti bohot khush hai aur koi lagta hai bohot pyaar se uska khayal bhi rakh raha hai... kyun sahi kaha na maine..."

Naina feeling shy lowered her eyes, "kya aunty aap bhi... vaise yeh sab aapki samjhayi huyi seekh ka hi nateeja hai aur aapka aashirwaad ki meri zindagi mein yeh din aaya... mujhe kabhi nahin laga tha ki mein Sameer ke dil mein apne liye itni special jagah bana paaungi... lekin ab sab badal gaya hai... mein bata nahin sakti ki Sameer mera kitna khayal rakhte hai, meri kitni care karte hai aur kitna pyaar..." she stops in between feeling shy to reveal her feelings in front of an elder...

Bela kissed on her forehead blessed her, "bas yahi khushi toh dekhni thi teri aankhon mein... ab lagta hai sahi maayno mein tum donon ek dusre ke Jeevan saathi ban gaye ho"

During initial days, when she met them during Naina's accident, she had observed the indifference in their relation and realized that even they got married but are still not so close to each other... she always wished all happiness in their life as she consider Sameer as his own child since his birth and started loving Naina like her own daughter...

They talked for some more time when Bela asked about her pregnancy, "vaise tum achchhe se apna checkup toh karwati ho na... ab toh kamjori nahin huyi dobara se..." she asked realizing how last time she fainted and admitted into hospital due to weakness...

Naina looked at her confusingly when realized she met with Bela last time when Rocky kidnapped her... this means Bela is not aware of real reason of her to be admitted in hospital...

Naina feeling hesitate request her, "aunty men bilkul theek hoon lekin abhi yahaan kisi ko nahin pata that I am pregnant... please aap kisi aur ke saamne..." she knew till now they had no clarity and never discuss about the baby's existence with any outsider... she was eagerly waiting to discuss the matter with Sameer before announcing to others as having no idea how will he react knowing the full truth?

Bela finds it strange but agreed to her as doesn't want to interfere in their personal matter... although she had seen the change in their relation after knowing from Nanu that how much they are happy together... she accepted as it must be in between a couple to decide how and when to reveal their happiness with others... she assumed that might be they have some other plans to reveal others or at some perfect time...

Getting freshen up Sameer came out seeing Nanu coming downstairs... he quickly rolled out towards him wishing again, "good morning Nanu... and once again happy birthday Nanu..." it was indeed a blessed morning for him that after so many months Nanu talking to him with no complaints anymore... all thanks to her Jaadu ki Pari...

Before Nanu replies to him, he saw Naina entered back with carrying pooja thaali in her hand... she put the tika on Nanu's forehead and does his aarti... she touched Nanu's feet wishing him again and take his blessing, "Happy birthday Nanu..." Nanu and Sameer got surprised seeing her doing the same way how earlier Sneha used to do this every year on Nanu's birthday to wish him...

Nanu blessed both of his kids adoringly, "tum donon aaj yun mere paas ho, bas isase jyaada mujhe kuchh aur nahin chahiye... aaj tumhari wajah se jo raunak aayi hai iske liye aankhen taras gayi thi..." he wiped his eyes getting wet missing Sneha who was so close to his heart...

Naina realizing his pain looking at Sameer's gloomy face too, "Nanu mujhe pata hai aaj aap sabse jyaada Maa ko yaad kar rahe hai... I wish mein unse mil paati... lekin sochiye unhein kitna bura lagega jab aap aur Sameer aise udaas rahenge... jitna pyaar aap donon unse karte hai, jis tarah voh aapke dil mein basi hai, voh aapse dur kahaan hai... aur jo dil ke kareeb hote hai unhein khush ho kar yaad kiya jaata hai... ro kar nahin..." she wiped Nanu's tear making him smile...

Nanu left outside hearing someone calling him... Sameer was lost in looking her daze thinking how easily she always read other's mind and calm them... he was on cloud nine hearing her calling his mother as her own "Maa" like a family...

Seeing him all lost in his thoughts, she jerked him slightly, "so ready... lets go and finish the preparations... abhi bohot kaam bacha hai aur time bhi kam hai... jaise office mein aap mujhe deadline dete the na aaj meri baari hai..." she laughed slowly making his mood better...

Sameer coming back into senses, looked her in confusion that how can he help her in handling this task when Naina helped him pushing his wheelchair going out... they moved towards the other side of the garden where they had made the arrangements of pooja...

Naina said, "aap roj mere saath pooja karte ho toh ab aaj aapki jimmedari hai pooja ki saari taiyari karne ki... dekhte hai maine jo bhi sikhaya hai aapko kitna yaad hai..." she smiled widely handing him a big packet carrying all stuff required for Pooja to arrange properly...

Sameer smiled finally knowing how much efforts she is doing to make him comfortable, "as you say madam... ab aapne sikhaya hai toh prove toh karna hi padega na..."

Naina giving him pooja thaali left laughing, "all yours... and yes, no mistakes will be allowed... okay..."

Sameer held her wrist stopping her to go, "tum ho na mere saath hamesha, meri galtiyaan sudharne ke liye... jab tak tum saath ho mujhe pata hai kuchh galat nahin hoga..." he said giving an intense look full of love and adoration...

Her face instantly turned red feeling shy in his intense gaze replying, "vaise hi jaise aapne kabhi mere saath kuchh galat nahin hone diya..." she turned and left to handle other work...

Sameer remain seated there seeing her retreating figure... he didn't know what magic she had done to make him fall so deeply in love with her...

His trance break with few little kids approaching him, "Sameer bhaiya, hum bhi aapke saath mandir decorate karenge..." they all started working together as per his direction and soon the whole area was well decorated with all preparations required for the pooja...

Naina smiled seeing him busy with kids from a distance thinking, "how can I let you feel low... kal se sabko busy dekh kar I knew how much upset you were... maanti hoon aapki bhi kuchh restrictions hai par mere rehte aapka man kabhi udaas nahin hoga... jab tak saath hai, wada karti hoon kabhi aapko aapki kami ka ehsaas nahin hone dungi... itani mushkil se yeh hansi aapke chehre par vaapas aayi hai, uesy kaise jaane de sakti hoon..."

Wiping her eyes quietly she turned to see Nanu coming towards her... Nanu handed her a big thaal of shagun saying, "yeh tere liye hai... teri shaadi mein toh tujhe kuchh de nahin paaya par aaj pooja mein tu yeh hamare khandaani jewar aur kapde pehnegi... mein bhi toh dekhu meri pyaari si bitiya inn gehno mein kitni khubsurat lagegi..."

Naina took the thaal in her hand asked, "yeh Sameerji ki Maa aur Nani ke gehne hai na..."

Nanu caressed her head smilingly, "hmm... hamesha se sambhal kar rakhe the ki Sameer ki Dulhan ko dunga par shaadi aise achanak se huyi aur mein bimaar tha toh kuchh nahin kar paaya... mein jaanta hoon Vishakha ne koi reet riwaaz nahin kiya hoga tere swagat mein, jiske liye mein bohot sharminda hoon... par ab mein koi kasar nahin rakhna chahta... mere bachchon ko voh saari khushiyaan milni chahiye jin par unka haq hai..."

Naina keeping her hand on the jewellery, "Nanu, mujhe yeh jewar aur kapdo se jyaada aapka aashirwaad chahiye..." though her relations with Sameer was way much improved but still few things are still unresolved between them... somewhere she was scared with a thought that they might get separate after few months as per the agreement... how can she accept his mother's jewellery... it's her Mother's blessings for his future life partner and she has no rights to own them... but at present, she can't hurt Nanu's feelings also...

Nanu smiled seeing her selfness nature, "par agar tu yeh pehnegi toh mujhe bohot khushi hogi... please mere liye inqaar mat kar... kal tum bachchon ne jo kiya isey meri taraf se tere liye return gift hi samajh le... mujhe pata hai sab teri hi planning rahi hogi kyunki inn nalayakon mein itani himmat nahin jo mujhe manaa sake..." he laughed making her comfortable to accept his gift...

She nodded but asked, "aap Sameerji ke liye kuchh nahin laaye... I mean aap abhi bhi naraaz toh nahin ho kya unse..."

Nanu replied, "arey nahin, usase naraaz hokar teri daant thode hi khaani hai mujhe... tu hai na uski waqalat karne ke liye... uske liye yeh kurta laaya toh tha par maloom hai har baar ki tarah voh nahin maanega... bohot ziddi hai... jab bhi kuchh traditional pehnane ke liye bolo mana kar deta hai... ab pooja mein jeans t-shirt thode hi achchha lagega, par usey kaun samjhaaye... ziddi kahin ka..." he said in a complaining tone as Sameer always deny to wear traditional dress even on Pooja or festivals...
