Sameer and Pandit keep searching her everywhere but unable to find her... all their guards spread in different directions to search her but of no use...

Suddenly sky turned dark with thundering and heavy rainstorm... he got more worried for her knowing she must be alone somewhere on road and must have drenched completely... they feel so helpless for not able to keep her safe...

Doctor's warning keeps budging in his mind, "she is already very weak... emotionally and physically... she should not be stressed more, or the outcome could be worst..." this mere thought make him shuddered...

Since the day Sameer was aware of her past, he always tried to keep her away from her parents... he knew how much innocent and emotional she is and surely be heartbroken if she knew the truth... but instead of all his efforts, he didn't get save her to bear this pain...

Pandit too cursed himself internally for his carelessness... he took the responsibility to hide this file but failed miserably... he swears to find the culprit soon & punish who stole the documents from that file and passed it to Naina and make the situation worst for her...

Pandit quickly dialed Preeti's number expecting Naina might have called her... but to his dismay, Preeti just got free from shopping with his parents and was on her way back to home... Naina didn't approach her either... after knowing that Naina is missing she extended her support to find her with them, but Sameer refused seeing the weather getting worst outside...

Whole day and night they all keep searching her in heavy rain outside at all possible places, but they didn't find her anywhere... no one was in a position to speak anything... no words were even required to consol each other...

During early dawn hours, getting fully exhausted, Pandit said, "Sameer, kal se tu ne paani ki ek boond tak nahin pi... lets go back home and take some rest... tu chinta mat kar mein usey dhundh kar le aaunga tere paas..." his own guilt was killing him more

Sameer shook his head slowly, "jab tak Naina nahin mil jaati mein ghar nahin jaanuga... I think you all are tired... you guys go and rest for some time... I am fine here... just left a driver for me..." he was getting a feel of complete failure to save his love to get into this situation...

Pandit smiled faintly, "and you think mein tujhe aur Naina ko iss haal mein chhod kar ja sakta hoon... jitni tujhe chinta hai utani mujhe bhi hai... dil se behen maana hai usko maine... yeh sab meri laaparwahi ka nateeja hai... mujhe file theek se manage karni chahiye thi..." his eyes brimmed feeling guilty of his carelessness...

Sameer keeping his hand on his shoulder consol him, "tu ne kuchh bhi jaan kar nahin kiya... don't feel bad... galti toh meri hai jo vahaan hote huye bhi Naina ko rok nahin paaya... voh office mein bhi aayi thi mere paas par maine uski suni hi nahin aur meeting mein chala gaya... mujhe usey yun akela nahin chhodna chahiye tha... agar office mein hi uski baat sun leta toh usey yahaan aane hi nahin deta... mein soch bhi nahin sakta us par kya beeti hogi jab voh document usne pade honge... I wish mein uss waqt uske saath hota toh usey yun akela mehsoos nahin hota... kaisa mehsoos hua hoga yeh soch kar ki uski poori zindagi ek jhuth, ek illusion mein beeti hai... jin rishton ko usne bachpan se apna maana tha unhone usey kitna bada dhokha diya ki uski zindagi barbaad kar di aur unhein iss baak ki koi sharam bhi nahin ulta voh toh Naina ko hi dosh de rahe the... agar uss waqt mein vahaan nahin jaata toh Naina apne hi guilt mein aur doob jaati unki jhuthi baaton mein aakar..."

Pandit clenched his fist in anger, "man toh kar raha hai ki uss Agarwal khandaan ko iss shahar se toh kya duniya se gaayab kar doon... koi itna ghatiya aur zaleel kaise ho sakta hai... maana Naina unki beti nahin par unhone usey paala toh tha na... lekin unko unke kiye ki saza milni hi chahiye"

Sameer replied with fiery eyes, "aur tujhe lagta hai mein unhein chhod dunga... mein sirf Naina ki wajah se chup tha ki usey kuchh maloom nahin... par ab jab saara sach saamne aa hi gaya hai aur unhein abhi bhi apni galti ka ehsaas tak nahin toh Naina ke aansuon ki keemat toh unhein chukani hi padegi na... unka saara kiya dhara duniya ke saamne mein laaunga ki kahin kisi ko munh dikhane laayak nahin rahenge... lekin abhi mujhe sirf Naina ki chinta hai... bas ek baar voh mujhe mil jaaye mujhe aur kuchh nahin chahiye..."

Taking a deep sigh, he said looking outside hiding his tears, "mujhe hamesha se lagta tha ki kahin meri yeh ek kamjori hamare rishtey ke beech na aa jaye aur aaj bhi vahi hua... kaash mein itna helpless na hota toh Naina ko apne se dur nahin jaane deta... voh mere saamne mere paas baithi thi aur ek pal mein mera haath chhuda kar na jaane kahaan chali gayi akele... mein nahin dhyaan rakh paaya uska aur voh phir ek baar mujhse dur chali gayi... shayad abhi tak mein usey voh vishwas, voh bharosa nahin de paaya ki mein uska saath kabhi nahin chhodunga varna voh akele kahin nahin jaati mujhse dur... aaj usey sabse jyaada meri jarurat hai aur mein uske paas nahin"

Before Pandit said anything to comfort him, his phone rings... Sameer wiping his tears picked up phone seeing an unknown number flashed on the screen... Pandit gesture him to picked up the call expecting some news about her...

Sameer took the phone to his ear and listen... his eyes got wide hearing the other person... he quickly disconnected the call replying, "I am coming..."

Sameer looked at Pandit saying worriedly, "City hospital..." they both didn't said another word and with the lightning speed reached the hospital breaking all red lights... luckily it was early morning and being continuous raining since last day there was very less traffic on the road...

At this moment there was only thought in his mind... Naina must be fine...

After enquired at counter, they reached the emergency ward... seeing them an old man approached Sameer hurriedly, "uski haalat bohot kharaab hai sahib... Doctor usey andar lekar gaye hai... mujhe... mujhe kuchh samajh nahin aa raha yeh kaise ho gaya..." he broke with shedding uncontrolled tears unable to save the girl...

Luckily, it's the same hospital under Maheshwari's, where Naina got treated earlier and Doctor on duty was the same... seeing Naina's condition they got her admitted immediately and called Sameer...

Sameer holding the old man's hand said, "thank you so much kaka... aap nahin jaante aapne kitna bada ehsaan kiya hai mujh par... lekin Naina aapko mili kahaan... hum kal se usey dhundh rahe the..."

Old man replied while sobbing, "beta voh kal bohot barrish ho rahi thi toh mein apni dukaan jaldi bandh karke ghar chala gaya tha... aaj subah baarish ruki aur mein dukaan par gaya toh vhaaan Naina bitiya mujhe behosh mili... shayad poori raat baarish mein bheegane ki wajah se behosh ho gayi thi... mein usye jaldi se hospital le aaya... mere paas toh aapka number bhi nahin tha par yeh Doctor saab aapko jaante the toh inhone hi aapko phone kiya... kaash mujhe pata hota Naina bitiya meri chai ki dukaan par hai toh mein usey yun saari raat akele bheegane nahin deta aur pehle hi yahaan le aata... jab se aaye hai Doctor kuchh bata hi nahin rahe... bhagwan kare bitiya theek ho..." he cried hard as he always considers Naina as her daughter and was in tremendous shock seeing Naina lying on floor in unconscious state in his shop...

Sameer recalled how much this old man valued Naina as his daughter and blessed when they once visited to his small tea shop and enjoyed the breakfast there... seems like Naina was there since yesterday and drenched in rain for whole night when they all were searching her all over the city...

Pandit sends the old man back with his driver and they both waited for Doctor to come out and tell her condition... Pandit informed Preeti about Naina and she assured to reach there soon... she knew how much Sameer loves her and must be completely shattered seeing her in such condition... she herself was extremely confused as till last day everything was normal and suddenly what makes her to take such a drastic step to left alone...

Sameer was in daze outside the emergency room, staring at the word "emergency room" in a trance, feeling it unusually blinding... the panic that he had never felt ran over his body...

What if something will happen to Naina... this mere thought fermented a little in his heart, and his hands began to tremble uncontrollably...

Time passes but the emergency room door never opened... Sameer's heart sank little by little... with every passing second, uneasiness spread inch by inch in his mind and dominated his thoughts and body... he had never been more helpless in his entire life ever...

Preeti reached hospital seeing Pandit and Sameer waiting for her to come out from emergency room... even Pandit was also not in a state to explain what all happened... all remain stood outside the ward lost in their thoughts when the door of the emergency room opened and Doctor walked out, followed by a nurse...

Sameer's eyes lit up slightly and moved strangely faster to Doctor, wanting to know how is she now? when he saw the Doctor's serious face the words that had reached his throat couldn't even come out... he never thought there would be a time when he had to hesitate for a long time to ask a simple question...

Sameer's forehead covered with cold sweat hearing Doctor's stern voice, "Mr Maheshwari, come to my cabin..." giving some instructions to nurse beside him he move towards his cabin leaving them all in shocked... Naina was still inside the ward and not allowed anyone to see her...

Sameer didn't make a move sitting like a lifeless statue... an unknown fear engulfed them sensing some bad news to come... Pandit keeping his hand on his shoulder jerked him slightly to come back in reality... they went towards the Doctor cabin with a strange anxiety in their heart...

Doctor said examining some reports in hand, "you remember what I told you last time when she was admitted here... she was already in so much stress and excess of it can harm her... and it seems you hardly paid attention on any of my advice..." he said with an extremely disappointed look on his face...

Sameer asked concernedly, "Doctor, please bataiye Naina theek toh hai na... I know I was wrong, mein uski care nahin kar saka but believe me she really matters a lot for me..."

Doctor keenly looked at him, "is it so... toh kaise aapko pata nahin chala ki voh shayad poori raat baarish mein bheeg rahi thi sadak par... how could you be so careless Mr Maheshwari jab aapko pata hai ki she is physically extremely weak... aaj aapki laaparwahi ki wajah se uski yeh haalat hai... uske lungs mein paani bhar gaya tha..."

Sameer felt more ashamed for not able to save her but asked getting impatient, "how is she now..." he was all ready to take all blame on himself until Naina is fine... for him nothing matters most than her in his life anymore...

Doctor scold him more, "what's the point of asking it now... how could you be so much careless knowing her medical condition... I am really disappointed with you... thank god uski jaan bach gayi aaj varna kuchh bhi ho sakta tha aaj agar thodi aur der ho jaati usey hospital aane mein... we did our best to save her lekin..."

Sameer asked impatiently, "lekin... lekin kya Doctor... I know Naina ko kuchh nahin hoga... she is very strong..." he said keeping last hope of some better news...

Doctor said taking a deep sigh, "we saved her this time luckily, but she is in coma now... jab tak usey poori tarah se hosh nahin aa jaata hum jyaada kuchh nahin kah sakte..."

Shock was understatement for them... they all looked each other helplessly...

Sameer got thunderstruck for a longer time not hearing anything more what doctor said... when he came back to his senses asked slowly, "can I see her..."

Doctor nodded his head slightly replying, "we are shifting her to ward... you can see her after that..." saying this he stood to go out to check on other patients...

The moment he passed from Sameer he stops hearing, "Doctor... how's baby?"

Doctor patted on his shoulder, "luckily saved this time also... but she is very weak now... but we can't commit on how much her body can bear more... if it persists for more than..." he stops seeing their concerned faces...

"just pray from god" saying this taking a deep sigh he left out from cabin leaving them all in shock...

Pandit came forward keeping his hand on his shoulder, "tu ghabra mat... dekhna kitni jaldi hosh aa jayega usko... aur iss baar hum milkar usko itna khush rakhenge ki koi chinta koi pareshaani uss tak nahin aa paayegi..." he tried to console him but inside he knew no words can heal his pain any more...

Preeti was stunned hearing Sameer asking about baby... is this mean that Naina is pregnant... but how could be possible... Naina has no physical relation with Sameer till date and with Sharad, Naina herself told her everything... so how could it be even possible...

But seeing Sameer's condition, she remain quiet as this was not the right time to ask such question... they all were worried about Naina's condition and by god grace her life saved but she is in coma... no one knows what will happen in future...

Pandit arranged VVIP ward and isolated the whole floor for her, surrounded by the guards... he cannot take any more risk with her and ensure no stranger or outside person can even enter to this floor except three of them and hospital staff...

Nurse informed that they shifted her into ward, and they can see her now... Sameer entered the ward holding his breath as it was equally difficult for him to see her in this state...

Preeti wants to follow him to meet Naina, but Pandit hold her hand to stop, "let him go alone... he needs time with her... pata nahin kis ki nazar lag gayi donon ko... kal tak sab theek tha aur aaj achanak..." he burst into tears unable to bear the guilt of creating mess in their life...

Preeti understood and nodded her head... she thinks to ask Pandit about baby but seeing him also so disturbed and tired, she kept her thoughts aside... they both sit on the couch outside the ward quietly... no one is in a mood to say anything...

Inside the ward, Naina was lying on the hospital bed surrounded with machines and wires connected to her body... her face was as pale as thin paper...

Sameer rolled his wheelchair close to her without even removing his eyes from her face.... he just stared straight at her with scarlet eyes while tears keep rolling down on his cheeks... seeing so many tubes inserted into her body, it made his heart ached terribly... he felt a heart wrenching pain, as if there was so many needles piercing his heart...

Sameer took her hand softly in her and touched her forehead with other hand... her forehead was still burning like fire... he recalled nurse inform him that fever will gets down but slowly...

Caressing her hairs softly with his fingers he kissed on her hand keeping close to his heart, "I am sorry Naina... mein chah kar bhi tumhein iss dukh pareshaani se bacha nahin saka... sab meri laaparwahi ka nateeja hai... jab bhi khushiyaan hamari zindagi mein aane lagti hai kisi ki buri nazar ka saaya tumpar pad jaata hai... har baar tumhein kitni takleefo se gujarna padta hai... aur tumhein yun dekhkar mein andar hi andar toot jaata hoon...

Par tumse bohot naraaz bhi hoon... kyun ek bhi baar tumhein mera khayal nahin aaya... nahin socha tumhare yun achanak kahin chale jaane se mere uppar kya beetegi... maanta hoon jo sab tumhein pata chala voh kitna painful hai tumhare liye par mein tha na tumhare saath... maine wada kiya tha na ki kabhi tumhara saath nahin chhodunga... ek baar toh mujhpar vishwas kar leti... jiske bina tum ek pal nahin rah sakti uspar jara bhi bharosa nahin raha tumhein... tum itni kamjor kab se ho gayi Naina...

Mein maanta hoon maine bohot dil dukhaya hai tumhara par tab mein majboor tha... tumse itna pyaar karta tha ki tumhari zindagi apne saath barbaad hote nahin dekh sakta tha... par jis din se tumhare dil ki baat samjhi hai, tumhein jaana hai, tumhari aankhon mein apne liye pyaar dekha hai, khud se wada kiya tha ki kabhi koi dard, koi aansun tumhare paas bhi nahin aane dunga... par mein haar gaya Naina... aaj khud par, apni bebasi par bohot gussa aa raha hai... kaash mein rok paata tumhein akele jaane se... par tum nahin ruki... ek pal mein mujhe paraya karke mujhse dur chali gayi..."

He keeps talking to her slowly pouring all his heart, his pain seeing her in this condition... somehow, he blamed himself to not able to save her...

After spending a long time outside, Preeti insist to go inside and check on Naina... Pandit agreed to her knowing how much their friends must be needing them ... Sameer mut be heartbroken and not able to handle himself all alone...

Pandit softly knock on the door but didn't get any response... he pushed the door slightly and entered seeing Naina was on bed and Sameer was sitting close to her holding her hand... he keeps looking her without even blinking his eyes... his tear stain face depicting how much he must have cried...

Pandit keeping his hand on his shoulder said, "Sameer, tu thodi der ghar chala ja... kal se tu ne na rest kiya hai na kuchh khaaya hai... mein aur Preeti yahin hai Naina ke paas..."

Sameer shook his head slowly, "mein ghar sirf Naina ke saath hi jaaunga... jab tak Naina uth nahin jaati mein yahin rahunga uske paas... ek baar akele chhod kar dekh liya... dekh kya haal bana liya hai isane apna... tujhe pata hai na kitni careless hai... apni jara bhi parwah nahin isey... har waqt bachchon ki tarah khayal rakhna padta hai iska... aur tu iski zid nahin samjhega... meri daant se hi theek rehti hai yeh varna roj koi naya adventure dhundh leti hai mujhe pareshaan karne ka..." he said in a complaining tone smiled faintly hiding his pain...

Pandit looked at Preeti for trying to explain Sameer as unable to say anything more knowing how much stubborn he is... he knew what Naina matters for him and leaving her in this condition he will not go back home to rest...

Preeti came ahead requested softly, "Sameer sir, please aap ghar chale jaaiye... I promise you Naina ko ek minute bhi akela nahin chhodungi... aap jante hai na ki mere zindagi mein Mummy papa ke baad Naina ki kya jagah hai... voh mere liye meri dost hi na, meri behen se bhi badhkar hai mere liye..."

Sameer smiled seeing her concern, "mujhe pata hai par Naina meri jimmedari hi nahin meri zindagi bhi hai... hamesha socha tha iske chehre par ek udaasi bhi nahin aane dunga par dekho aaj yahaan kaise ek dam bilkul khamosh, chup chap si leti hai... isne apni parwaah kabhi nahin ki bas hamesha dusro ko khush rakhne mein hi busy rahi toh mera farz banta hai na ki iski parwaah karun... mein manta hoon mein theek se apni jimmedari nahin nibha paaya par isey iss haal mein akele nahin chhod sakta... aaj jitni Naina ko meri jarurat hai usase jyaada mujhe Naina ki jarurat hai... kyunki iske bina jeene ka mein soch bhi nahin sakta"

He laughed slowly wiping his tears, "jisne pyaar karna sikhaya hai, us par vishwas karna sikhaya hai aaj usey mere pyaar, mere saath ki jarurat hai... kehte hai na pyaar kitni bhi shiddat se kar lo par usey nibhana, usey poora karna jyaada mushkil hai... jis pyaar ka itna daava kiya hai maine usey aaj saabit karne ka waqt aaya hai... yeh mere pyaar ki aazmayish hai jise mein marte dam tak nibhaunga... mein haar nahin sakta, kisi bhi keemat par nahin..."

Preeti got quiet as unable to said anything more... Pandit again tried a lot but Sameer refused clearly that he will go back home only with Naina...

Seeing no other option, leaving Sameer alone with Naina, Pandit went out doing arrangements for Sameer to stay in hospital with her... since the hospital was under Maheshwari's collaboration it was easy for him to soon convert the entire ward into a luxurious room...

Preeti gets restless thinking more about Naina's pregnancy and decided to talk with Pandit... she asked hesitantly, "Pandit, vaise Naina ke saath achanak hua kya... I mean voh kal subah tak theek thi jab hum tumhare parents se milne gaye the... phir tumhein phone aaya aur tum bina kuchh kahe vahaan se aa gaye..." she was with Pandit's parents and was totally clueless what all happened with her friend suddenly...

Pandit taking a deep breathe told her everything which happened in a day... he told her how earlier seeing Naina's medical condition after their marriage Sameer asked him to enquire about her and they got to know the truth of her past... about her childhood, her fake parents and the deal between her fake parents and Sharad... they were initially suspicious that Vishakha must have also done some deal with her parents and it also turned true...

Pandit was more surprised that he purposely kept the file in locker, and no one knows the passcode to open it except him and Sameer, then how that file reached to Naina... who can be the person who hates her so much... no wonder he doubts correctly about Kamya...

Preeti already knew a little bit of story as what Naina told about her own past but got more shocked hearing the real truth of her life from Pandit... anyone can get shocked and shattered knowing the reality of her own identity... whatever her parents done with her, but she always respects them a lot and always think about them... the truth was enough to break her innocent heart...

After knowing all Preeti left with no heart to ask more from Pandit, especially about the baby... she decided to let Naina herself disclose this to her... she trusted Naina blindly that even in her weird imagination Naina cannot betray Sameer and had relation with any other person...
