Preeti stays back with Naina in balcony after Chinni left to complete her studies... she keeps talking about all fun moments they spend together expecting her to respond on any of it... seeing her all lost and not replying she asked with a mischievous glint, "mujhe lagta hai aaj tu mere saath time spend karna hi nahin chahti... sach bata tujhe Sameer ki yaad aa rahi hai na..." knowing after Sameer's feeling she was eager to hear the same from Naina... might be this will be help her to recover fast...

Naina looked at her shyly with a small smile crept on her face hearing his name... but before she responds heard a loud completely besuri awaaz...

Tum ne pukara aur hum chale aaye,

Saath mein gift bhi le aaye re.... ooooo..

They both turned to see Sameer and Pandit at their back few steps away, carrying a big gift wrapped with colorful paper for her... seems they were hearing their conversation... Pandit was grinning widely and singing loudly spreading his hands dramatically to make them laugh...

Preeti coming to Pandit hit on his arm, "sharam nahin aate yun chhup kar ladkiyon ki baatein sunate huye... aur aisi besuri awaaz mein gaaoge toh hum kya poora mohalla aa jaayege maarne ke liye..."

Pandit smiled circling his hand towards her shoulder, "ab apni pataka aur behen ki baatein toh hum sun hi sakte hai... pata toh chale hamare pichhe hamari buraai ho rahi thi ya koi dil se humein yaad kar raha tha jiske liye hum itani speed se aaye hai ki kisi ki wajah se mujhe jaldi hi gaadi mein pahiye ki jagah pankh lagane padenge..." he winked to Sameer and Naina who were all lost in each other oblivious to their surrounding...

Preeti gesture Pandit to leave the love birds alone and went inside with him to give them some privacy... Sameer came close to her handing her the gift he brought, expecting her to be surprise... earlier whenever he gifted her anything she always rejects showing her annoyance... he expected her to at least react now... but to shatter his hopes for her reaction, Naina didn't take it in her hand and keep it aside, showing no interest in anything... she was sitting just inches away from him as he looked at those beautiful deep black eyes that looked lifeless with no sign of liveliness...

Sameer feels dishearten seeing her not reacting on anything when suddenly feel her petite frame hugging him tightly.... he too wrapped her in his arms lovingly... he smiled feeling blessed thinking how much she must be missing him... she is so simple and naïve that being with him is the only gift she needed...

Sameer POV

Hamesha ki tarah aaj bhi tumne mujhe galat saabit kar diya... socha tha yeh gift dekh kar khush ho jaaogi par tumhein gift nahin sirf mera saath chahiye... kaash waqt rehte mein tumhein apne dil ki baat bata paata... shayad mera pyaar tumhein yeh bharosa de pata ki tum akeli nahin ho... koi ho na ho, mein hamesha hoon tumhare saath... kaash tumhein iss dard se bacha leta toh aaj tumhari yeh haalat nahin hoti... in kuchh dinon ke saath ne ehsaas dilaya ki tumhari zindagi mein meri kya jagah hai... kitna pyaar karti ho ki ek pal ki judaai bhi sahan nahin kar paayi... shayad hosh mein hoti toh kabhi yeh baat mujhe nahin pata chalti par aaj iss haal mein bhi tumhare dil ki har dhadkan mein mera naam hai... khush hoon ki tum mere itne paas ho... bas ab intzaar hai tumhein pehle ki tarah muskurate huye dekhne ka...

Few moments passed, they remain seated like this silently feeling each other closer and listening their heartbeats... with her clinging onto him like her life dependent on him while he held her like a delicate piece of glass that could be broken any second... in a blissful feel of peace, satisfaction, togetherness or love, none of them wants to break the reverie... he could feel his shirt all wet with her tears, but he doesn't mind at all....

Her nose and eyes got red from crying, making her look nothing like his strong Naina he knows, pinches his heart... he felt disappointment, as doesn't know much what to do to bring her back to her original self... not knowing what to do, taking a deep sigh he controls his own emotions to break down in front of her...

Sameer parted slowly keeping her face in his palms kissed on her forehead, "you missed me..." he asked with a mischievous glint in his eyes wiping her tears from her cheeks to change her mood...

He looked at her expecting to reveal her feelings like she did when they suddenly surprised her coming back from Mumbai, but this time, Naina lowered her eyes feeling shy but didn't reply, shattering his hopes to hear a word from her...

Sameer picked up the gift from chair and handed to her again, "khol ke toh dekho... I am sure tumhein bohot pasand aayega..."

Seeing her still not holding the gift in her hand, he smiled dotingly and said, "it's okay... let me unwrap it for you.... tumhein pata hai mujhe bachpan se gifts unwrap karne mein bada maza aata tha... voh colorful papers mujhe bohot pasand the... mein toh unhein bohot dinon tak sambhal kar bhi rakhta tha apne paas..." he keeps sharing his childhood moments with her to make her react on it...

Naina surprised to see the same big size teddy bear which she had seen in mall few days back when they went for Pandit and Preeti's proposal... she liked it for her baby but reject the idea seeing its cost as beyond her budget... she looked him surprisingly as she never told him about it than how did he know.... is it like same he heard her unsaid words...

Sameer keeping teddy in her lap asked, "yeh tumhein baby ke liye chahiye tha na... ab sambhal kar rakho... jab tak baby nahin aata tab tak baby ki mummy iske saath khelengi... vaise ho toh tum bhi ek cute si baby jaisi hi... hai na..." he squeezed her nose affectionately laughing slowly...

Naina keep looking at the teddy in her hand when Sameer said keeping his hand on her cheek, "Naina, tumhein kisi bhi cheez ke liye sochne ki jarurat nahin... mein hoon tumhare saath, tumhare har armaan, har sapne ko poora karunga... tumhein haq hai mujhse apne dil ki har baat kehne ka, farmayish karne ka... I know maine bohot dil dukhaya hai tumhara par sirf kuchh galatfahmiyaan thi, par ab mujhe yakeen hai ki hamara milna hamari kismat mein tha... kabhi juda na hone ke liye... bohot tarse hai hum donon kisi apne ke saath ke liye par ab aur nahin... hum donon ek dusre ke liye kaafi hai... promise mein kabhi tumhein chhod kar nahin jaaunga... I will never leave you alone... a life long promise" knowing how much hurt she is, he wants to give her feel of security that she is not alone... he is with her forever...

Rest of the day went smooth seeing her feeling slightly better than earlier but still lots of recovery was due... though she was still quiet but seems much relaxed and calm with him... Sameer was more elated seeing her so close to him... he smiled often thinking how much comfortable she is with him only... like her whole world lies with him... indeed a great achievement for him... finally he wins her trust and love completely...

Pandit was also bit relaxed out of his guilt seeing her recovering slightly... Preeti keep teasing her, "this is bad Naina... subah se maine kitna time spent kiya par tu ne ek baar bhi meri taraf dhyaan nahin diya aur ab Sameer ke saath kitni relaxed hai... par koi nahin, teri Khushi ke liye ja tujhe maaf kiya..."

Pandit added, "haan toh aur kisi ko bhi kahaan chen tha... meeting mein aisa lag raha tha jaise kisi ko jabardasti bandh kar baithaya ho... mauka mile to ek minute mein ud kar yahaan aa jaata..."

Preeti & Pandit keep teasing the love birds, trying hard to make her smile, laugh on his banter jokes... they all spend rest of the evening together to keep her happy... even before going to bed, Karthik also joined them for some time... they made a video call to Amrita who was keen to talk with Naina knowing her condition... its first time Sameer talks with Amrita and find her simple with a strong personality, same as Naina... he really liked her sober nature...

Next day morning Sameer woke up seeing her sleeping peacefully cuddling into him... he recalled how last night she again got the nightmares and lastly, she herself clutched him tightly and sleep after having a secure feeling around him... though they were now used to of sleeping like this, his embrace emitted a familiar scent and warmth, which always gave her a sense of security...

Without disturbing her sleep, he went to get freshen up and gets ready... before he came back from his study, Preeti was there with Naina helping her to get ready... they all planned to have breakfast together but Naina was feeling nausea with morning sickness and not having appetite any more... feeling weak and exhausted after throwing again n again, she fell asleep again...

Pandit asked concernedly, "Sameer, isey achanak kya hua, kal tak toh theek thi... isey hospital lekar chalein kya... ya kahe toh Doctor ko yahin bula lete hai"

Sameer too nodded with a worried look, "hmm... yeh theek hai... kitni vomiting bhi kar rahi thi aur ab thak kar so gayi... aise toh aur bimaar ho jayegi..." he picked up his phone to call Doctor when Preeti laughed slowly keeping her hand on her mouth...

She hit slightly on Pandit's head, "buddhu... yeh morning sickness hai... uske liye hospital thode hi jaate hai... tum bhi na bas chale toh saara ghar hi hospital mein badal doge... jab dekho usey hospital mein admit karne ki sochte rehte ho... voh bimaar nahin hai pregnant hai..." she tried to knock some brain to both who seems totally unaware of how to handle her...

Sameer asked confusingly, "toh yeh theek kaise hogi... pehle bhi kai baar maine dekha hai aise par ab aur nahin dekh sakta... kuchh toh karna padega na... kuchh khaaya bhi nahin subah se... isne nahin khaaya toh baby bhi bhukhi hogi na... kahin donon bimaar ho gayi toh..." he said as best of his knowledge he learnt so far about pregnancy phase...

They both tried giving all possible options when Preeti suggest suppressing her laughter on their weird thoughts, "itna mat sochiye aap log... yeh theek ho jayegi bas thodi der ki baat hai... mujhe lagta hai tension lene se jyaada better hoga hum iski pasand ka kuchh khaane ke liye banwaye taaki yeh jab uthe toh achchhe se kha sake..."

Pandit smiled widely, "haan, yeh idea theek hai... isi bahane hum sab ki bhi party ho jayegi... mein abhi chef ko iski saari pasand ki dishes banane ke liye bolta hoon..."

Preeti giving an irritated looked on his silliness, "par isko pasand kya hai, pehle yeh toh bataao... I mean jitna mujhe maloom hai isey gol gappe, chaat aur ice-cream bohot pasand hai par breakfast mein toh yeh sab nahin kha sakte na..." even Sameer immediately denied on having junk food at breakfast time...

Pandit looked at Sameer getting confused as they hardly know her likes dislikes till now and have no clue what will be healthy for her at this time... though Naina cooked daily for them but it was always as per Sameer's choice only...

Pandit tried to say something when Sameer smiled widely, "I know Naina ko kya pasand hai... Preeti you stay with her, will arrange her favorite breakfast, jise yeh chah kar bhi mana nahin kar paayegi... and it's healthy also..." saying this asking Preeti to take care of her he left with Pandit out to do preparations

Naina woke up in an hour and came out getting freshen up when Preeti asked, "Naina ab bata kya khayegi... jo bhi tera man ho bata varna voh donon pakka tujhe aaj phir se hospital mein admit karwa denge... pata nahin abhi kahaan gaye hai tere liye...."

Before she completes, soothing and refreshing aroma filled their nostrils gives a cute smile on Naina's face... they looked at the source when Pandit entered with servant serving their breakfast on table...

Sameer entered following them, seeing her in daze... he smiled pulling her hand making sit next to her... he opened the lid and make her surprised seeing her favorite masala poha with ginger tea...

He took the spoon feeding her lovingly, "isey dekh kar tum khaane se mana kar hi nahin sakti... aakhir tumhare favorite kaka ne jo banaya hai..."

Preeti asked surprisingly, "aap log yeh sab vahaan se lekar aaye ho... Naina ne bataya tha ek baar ki isey un kaka ke haath ka poha aur masala chai kitni pasand hai..."

Pandit laughed feeding her too with his own hands, "hum breakfast nahin usey banane wale ko lekar aaye hai.... Sameer ne unse personally jaakar request ki taaki voh yahaan aakar fresh yeh sab garam garam Naina ke liye bana sake... complete healthy and hygienic... saare ghar mein iski Khushbu phel gayi hai... mujhse toh ruka hi nahin ja raha, soch raha hoon inn kaka ko hi chef rakh lun... apna personal poha chef..."

Hearing Pandit Naina looked at Sameer with damp eyes feeling guilty to make him suffer so much... he is making so much of efforts just to make her smile... it was all beyond her imagination... no one has ever done so much for her... her parents, her best friend on whom she trusted blindly, time and again cheated on her... broke her trust and shattered her to the core...

Sameer wiped the tiny drop rolled on her cheek... making a cute pout he said, "itni mehanat yeh aansun dekhne ke liye nahin ki maine... please ab aur nahin..."

She smiled slightly amidst tear and filled a spoon feeding him too... Pandit laughed, "arey wah... itani mehanat karne ka kya phal mila hai... yeh huyi na baat..." he teased them both who were all lost in each other hardly giving attention to their surroundings... it was indeed a great achievement for him... his efforts paid well seeing her responding him...

Seeing them all lost, Preeti pulled Pandit out with her leaving them alone.... they both left outside leaving the love bird alone in room... Pandit bring her to show the terrace to spend some quality time with her in alone... though they were together from last few days but seeing Naina in this state, they hardly think about themselves and tried their best to support their friends in all possible ways...

In room, Samaina feed each other in silent but contended in heart... their trance broke seeing Kaka entering their room before leaving to meet her knowing she is still not well... he was the one who saw her in wet condition in his shop and admitted her in hospital... he blessed her to get well soon and left assuring Sameer for all his support any time required... he loves Naina like his own child and ready to do anything for her...

Sameer gave her medicine and make her sleep for some more time... he stays back in room close to her bed working on his laptop attending some urgent video calls... seeing her so much restless last day without him, he has no heart to leave her alone anymore...

Sameer completed his call when heard a knock on the door... he lifted his eyes to see Vishakha barged in their room furiously...

Before she shouts, Sameer spoke in low but firm tone, "shh... Naina is sleeping here... if you need to discuss anything, wait for me at study... we can talk there..." he turned to see her sleeping peacefully and doesn't want to disturb her for anything...

Vishakha looked at her in anger and replied, "fine... come fast... I need to discuss something very important..." saying this she dashed out from the room closing the door behind with a loud voice...

Sameer gnashed his teeth in anger but remain quiet seeing Naina's condition... Vishakha was out of country for a month but suddenly came back... seeing her reaction, it was clear that Vishakha must be furious on something related to Naina only... he suspect Kamya could be the reason for sudden outburst of Vishakha, but he cannot let Naina hear any of her hurtful talks and get disturbed at all...

Sameer covering her properly with duvet left outside the room and went towards the study... he entered seeing Vishakha pacing in the room here and there getting impatient... seeing him coming she clenched her fist staring him angrily ...

Vishakha shouts on him, "how dare you Sameer... tumne itani badi baat ghar mein sabse chhupayi bhi kaise... Naina ke ghar walon ne humse itna bada dhokha diya aur tumne sab jaankar bhi usey saza nahin di... unki himmat kaise huyi ki galat pehchaan ke saath unhone Naina ko iss ghar mein bheja... badi behen ka bata kar chhoti se shaadi karwa di... how dare they can cheat us"

Sameer giving an irritating look replied harshly, "yeh sab aapko shaadi fix karne se pehle sochna chahiye tha... yeh rishta aapne fix kiya tha Mrs Maheshwari aur iske badle mein ek badi rakam bhi di thi aapne Naina ke ghar walon ko... yeh sab deal karte waqt aapne ek baar bhi ladki dekhne ki ya uske baare mein jaanane ki koshish nahin ki kyunki ismein aapka apna fayda tha... yeh shaadi ek formality thi aapke liye jiska meri khushiyon se koi lena dena nahin tha... it was all your selfish motive then why you are blaming others... you got what you want... isn't it so... aur vaise bhi ladki koi bhi hoti usase aapko koi lena dena nahin tha..."

Vishakha dumbfound as it was true that she was the one who fixed this marriage and just bribe Beena to let her daughter get married to Sameer without disclosing his disability to the girl... at that time, she was least bothered to know about the girl as Sameer's life and happiness was doesn't matter for her... but to her bad luck the girl turned out his true love and gradually they get close to each other and starts loving each other unconditionally...

Vishakha still protest, "pas iska matlab yeh nahin ki kisi anaath ladki ko utha kar hamare matthe maar denge... Naina toh unka apna khoon bhi nahin... pata nahin kaise logon ka khoon hai us mein... voh khud bhi apne maa baap ke baare mein kuchh nahin janati... aisi ladki hamare ghar ki bahu nahin ban sakti..."

Sameer smiled sarcastically, "agar aap bhooli nahin toh bata dun ki voh already legally iss ghar ki bahu hai and she is my legal wife too... aur mujhe iss baat se koi farq nahin padta ki uske maa baap kaun the aur voh kis ghar ya khandaan ki hai... vaise aapki knowledge ke liye bata dun uske parents bohot respected and shareef log the... voh donon iss duniya mein nahin hai par ab yeh sab baatein mere liye koi mayane nahin rakhati... vaise toh mujhe aapko safaai dene ka koi shauk nahin par phir bhi bata dun ki Naina is perfect for me... she is the best partner for me and better you stop interfering in my life anymore.. I will not bear if anyone dares to hurt her..." he said warning her to not to hurt Naina for her past...

Vishakha said keeping her hands crossed her chest adamantly, "aisa bilkul nahin hoga... iss khandaan ki bahu ek aisi ladki nahin ban sakti jiska pehle bhi divorce ho chuka hai... ek anaath aur divorcee ladki Maheshwari khandaan ke naam par sirf kalank laga sakti hai... hum aaj hi us par dhokhe se shaadi karne ka iljaam laga kar divorce file karenge... mein dekhti hoon..."

Sameer shouts stopping her in between, "how dare you even think of... look I am warning you first and last time... if ever you thought of this you will see worst of me... you better stay out from my life and Naina... you have no rights to talk between us... aur mat bhuliye ki aap khud kis mahaul aur gandagi se uth kar aayi thi aur aaj yahaan Rani Sahiba bani baithi hai... jiska khud koi character na ho, jisne kisi masoom ki zindagi barbaad karke uski zindagi mout se bhi badhtar ki ho, jisne ek hanste khelte pariwaar ko barbaad kiya ho, usey koi haq nahin kisi dusre par ungli uthaane ka... vaise bhi Naina aapse laakh guna behatar hai aur jo bhi uske past mein hua usmein uska koi dosh nahin... hamari shaadi Naina ke divorce ke baad huyi hai jo ki har lihaaz se legal hai... and let me remind you last time that she is a victim not guilty for whatever happened... don't forget aapne khud apni crime partner Beena ko paise diye the Naina se sach chhupane ke liye... infact case toh aap donon par hona chahiye humein dhokha dene ke liye... humein cheat karne ke liye... correct" he said eyeing to Vishakha losing all color drained from her face...

Vishakha composed herself, still not willing to let go of this issue easily... she said, "agar mein yeh sab chhod bhi doon toh isase yeh sach nahin badal jayega ki kaise us Agarwal family ne ek anaath aur paagal ladki hamare palle chhod di hai... mujhe sab pata hai ki usaki dimagi haalat theek nahin hai aur voh..."

Sameer shouts back on her losing all his temper, "aapki himmat kaise huyi Naina ke baare mein yeh sab sochne ki bhi... khabardaar jo Naina ke baare mein kuchh kaha toh... voh bas bimaar hai aur jaldi hi theek bhi ho jaayegi... aur aapko uski chinta karne ki koi jarurat nahin... so stay away from us..."

Vishakha asked narrowing her eyes, "bimaar... mujhe bewkoof mat banaao... voh bimaar hai par dimaagi taur par... usey ghar nahin paagalkhaane mein hona chahiye... usey bachpan se daure padte hai aur inka koi ilaaz nahin... tum kab tak usey sambhaloge... uski wajah se tumne office jaana chhod diya hai... ghar par rah kar uski dekh bhaal karte ho... meri maano usey kisi asylum mein admit karwa do... kahin kisi din hum mein se kisi ko hi chot na pahuncha de... aise dimaagi bimaar ka kya bharosa... kyun apni zindagi barbaad kar rahe ho uss paagal ke pichhe..."

Sameer getting pissed off with her and about to said something when heard low sobs from his back... he quickly turned and saw Naina was standing there at the door... her looks shows that she might have heard everything what Vishakha said just now... tears were flowing down on her soft cheeks...

Vishakha stepped ahead towards her when Sameer shouts loudly, "just shut up Mrs Maheshwari and don't you dare to say even a word more..." his sharp and loud tone stops her in between giving a shiver to the core...

Before Sameer approached Naina, she turned back and left out from the room... Sameer giving a hard glare to Vishakha, "agar Naina ko kuchh bhi hua toh mujhse bura koi nahin hoga... I warned you, aaj ke baad agar aapne Naina ko jara bhi dukh pahunchane ki koshish bhi ki toh you will be finished... maine aapka kayi gunaah maaf kiye hai lekin ab aur nahin... and I really mean it..."

Saying this he rushed out to go after her... she had heard everything and must be heartbroken... she is already in depression and he doesn't know what all impact she will have listening this bull shit...

The moment he came out from study he saw Preeti and Pandit was coming from the other side of the corridor... seeing a worried look on his face Pandit rushed to his side, "hey what happened... you look tensed... Naina theek hai na..."

Sameer's word chocked in this throat, "Naina... voh... Naina... I don't know..." he fumbled on his words getting anxious pointing towards the room...

Preeti Pandit rushed towards the room followed by Sameer... room was empty and Naina was not seen anywhere... Preeti checked in washroom and gets worried finding her missing... she was about to go out to check her when her step's halt with her eyes remains widely opened in shock seeing her standing alone in balcony...
