Sameer felt dishearten seeing Naina going out after Kamya without listening him... he wants to talk with her, explain her... can't afford to let any misunderstanding come in between them but she left... he was scared with the thought that he was the one who forced her to go in room and take some rest... what if she misunderstood his intentions to spent lonely time with Kamya... he knew how much blindly she trust on her friend rather than anyone else... though they are now in talking terms and she said she trust him but it's still a long way to go ahead gaining her complete trust...

He waited for her quite long but getting restless left out to find her... he felt as if something was missing suddenly, and he felt bereft of her presence at this moment... he went to their room to search her, but find it empty making him more worried for her... after searching whole place he went back to the backside of house, her peace place near poolside...

He sighed relaxedly seeing her sitting alone there in garden completely lost in her own thoughts... he was totally clueless what's going on in her mind but can't afford to leave her alone in this state... even if she was annoyed with him, he was all ready to apologize to make up with her...

He softly keeps his hand on her shoulder jerking her... she turned to look at him with a faint smile appeared on the corner of her lips instantly... her face was calm with blank expression...

Sameer asked concernedly, "where were you... I was waiting for you so long... are you fine...?" he keeps asking her endlessly, but she remain sitting there silently with no reaction...

Suddenly she lifted slightly kept her head in his lap cried bitterly holding his hand in hers... tears which she was holding for so long, started streaming down on her cheeks like a broken dam...

Sameer got shocked seeing her crying, felt a sudden stabbing in his heart... he didn't understand the reason exactly but can't see her shattered... but feel relieved slightly seeing her not miffed with him any longer...

He softly caressed her hair, "Naina, kya hua... please bataao toh... listen if I hurt you for anything, I am really sorry for that... please aise ro mat... I just can't see you in tears..." his own eyes got wet seeing her like this... he tried best to protect her getting hurt but feels failed somehow...

Listening his deep intensely worried voice Naina came back to her senses... she slowly lifts her face said between her sobs, "I am sorry..." making him surprised more... keeping her face in his palms he wiped her tears softly, "shh... tum kyun sorry bol rahi ho... kya hua hai bataao toh please... kisi ne kuchh kaha tumse... maine kaha tha na tum mujhse kuchh bhi kah sakti ho... agar meri bhi koi baat buri lagi ho toh bol do na..." he was totally clueless why she was suddenly saying sorry to him...

He was expecting her to be angry with him after finding him alone with Kamya in study room but here she is apologizing to him, making him more baffled on his thoughts... till date even after his all efforts, she never opened and shared her feelings with him making it more difficult to understand what's going on in her mind...

Naina looked at Sameer, their faces were very close to each other... all of a sudden, she stood and hugged Sameer tightly... Sameer stunned on her reaction but wrapped his hands tightly around to calm her... caressing her back softly he asked, "Naina... please aur nahin... it's okay agar tumhein nahin batana but please don't cry..." he keeps trying to calm her with his comforting words... her act depicts that she was no more angry with him giving a slight relief to his unsettled heart...

Once her sobs get down, she parted slightly away from him... Sameer makes her sit comfortably on bench lying there in front of him offering water... she drinks few sips when Sameer asked, "are you okay?" his voice was filled with concern for her...

Naina looked at him when fresh pool of tears rolled on her cheeks, "I am sorry... maine aapki baat nahin maani... maine kisi ki nahin suni apni zid mein... you all were always right... I was so dumb and idiot..." she said slowly between hiccups lowering her eyes feeling guilty to hurt all...

Sameer looked at her in confusion when she uttered slowly, "about Kamya..." she burst into tears again making him realized that she got to know the true face of her friend... she must be dishearten with the fact that her own friend tried to spoil her life... creates misunderstanding between them...

Sameer softly pulling her in his embrace tried to calm her, "it's okay Naina ... it's not your fault... you should not be sorry for this... you trusted her completely that doesn't mean you are dumb... it's her loss to lose a friend like you..." he hated himself seeing her hurt for a worthless person but can't do anything...

Naina remain in his embrace crying silently for quite some time... she keeps mumbling in her pain, "why... why she did this to me... I never hurt her... mere saath hamesha aisa kyun hota hai... I trusted her blindly but what she did is so painful... I really tried a lot to mend up the things, I gave her so many chances, but she still betrayed me... why am I so unlucky?"

Her mind clouded with all the memories, her good time she spent with her since their childhood... never in her dreams she had expected her relation to end up like this, "maine hamesha usey apne dil ke sabse kareeb rakha... hamesha har sukh dukh share kiya uske saath... Mummy ne hamesha mana kiya tha ki kisi se dosti nahin karna par maine unse bhi chhupa kar Kamya se dosti ki... aur usne mujhe dhokha diya... jo bhi Sharad ne kiya usase meri zindagi barbaad ho gayi aur khud ek ladki hokar voh mere character par galat ilzaam kaise laga sakti hai... maine aap sabko naraaz kiya, Preeti ki baat bhi nahin maani... I am sorry to hurt you all..." she keeps apologizing Sameer knowing how many times she argued with him whenever he tries to give some sense to her, showing true face of her friend...

Sameer tried hard to keep her calm as this can affect her health condition but she was extremely hurt and in guilt for being so dumb... thought of diverting her mind he asked slowly, "Naina, I know you are disturbed but can I ask you something..." he can't let her in depression for any reasons... even for a single moment... at present he knew she is in pain, but he has no other ways to give a peace to her heart... no matter how much he will try she will remain in deep sorrow...

Naina lift her head sensing seriousness in his voice.... Sameer caressed her cheeks wiping tears said with a cute baby face, "voh... actually, I am feeling very hungry... can you cook something for me... kuchh different in your style... bohot bhukh lag rahi hai..."

Naina giving a shocked look asked, "kya... aapne khaana nahin khaaya abhi tak..."

Sameer shook his head innocently, "no, I was waiting for you only... I don't want to eat alone... aur jab se tumhare haath ka khaana khaaya hai mujhe chef ke haath ka khaana bilkul pasand nahin..." he said with a cute baby face...

Naina stood hurriedly, wiping her face, "I am sorry.... mein abhi laayi kuchh... mujhe dhyaan hi nahin raha..." she felt guilty for not fulfilling her responsibility... she was so lost in her own sorrow that forget he must be alone waiting for her...

Sameer smiled thinking, "thank god idea aa gaya... I can't see her crying for anyone... but she is so cute... ek minute mein apna dard bhool kar meri chinta karne lagi... she is really a pure soul aur tumhari aankhon mein aansu toh ab mein bhi nahin dekh sakta... pyaar mein thoda jhuth toh chalta hai..." he grinned naughtily as succeed in distracting her mind and make her relax for some time to forget all her pains...

He was more elated to see her sharing her feelings, her pain with him first time, "aaj pehli baar usne khul kar apne dil ki baat mujhe batayi hai... I hope ab yeh najdeekiyaan kabhi kam na ho... koi hamare beech na aa paaye... aaj tumne apna dard baanta hai aur wada hai jaldi hi hum hamari khushiyaan ek saath celebrate karenge kyunki aansu toh ab mein aane nahin dunga tumhari aankhon mein... ek Kamya ki wajah se jo duriyaan humne sahi hai ab kisi aur ko yeh mauka nahin dunga mein..."

Naina left for kitchen making food for him when Sameer called Pandit and found his mobile switched off... very unusual for him...

Sameer followed Naina in kitchen and surprised to see her working there all alone... he asked making her startled, "why are you working alone... where are other servants..."

Naina jerked hearing him suddenly... keeping her hand on her chest she said, "aapne dara diya... aise achaanak se kaun aata hai..." she was too engrossed and working in lightning speed forgetting all her surroundings...

Sameer pointing towards his wheelchair asked, "really... tumhein awaaz nahin aayi..."

Naina frowned a bit saying, "please... voh mera dhyaan nahin tha... vaise aap yahaan kyun aaye... mein bas aane hi waali thi... thodi der mein khaana ban jayega..."

Sameer asked, "fine, par tum akeli kyun kar rahi ho yeh sab... I mean baaki sab kahaan hai..." though he just asked her to cook to distract her mind but never wanted her to work so much, all alone...

Naina smiled turning her attention back to work, "voh mujhe hamesha sab akele banane ki aadat hai... maine hi sabko baahar bheja hai... don't worry mein jaldi se bana lungi, bas thodi der aur..."

Sameer coming close to her hold her hand to turned and shocked to see her crying... he asked, "why are you crying again... don't feel bad, mein toh bas majaak kar raha tha... itni bhi bhukh nahin lagi mujhe... aur agar nahin banana toh its okay, mein chef se bol deta hoon, voh bana dega kuchh..."

Naina laughed showing onion in her other hand, "mein ro nahin rahi... yeh pyaaz ke aansu hai... aap bhi na..."

Sameer getting relived, took the onion and knife from her hand, "give it to me... I will chop it...." he murmured slowly, "I can't see you in tears even if it's for this stupid onion..." he said making weird faces...

Naina tried to stop him, "mein kar lungi... aur aapko aata hai pyaaz kaatna..."

Sameer said with a stern face, "don't underestimate me... if I can handle such a big company alone without any support, yeh pyaaz kya cheez hai... I will show you now..." he takes it as a challenge to prove himself... but in reality, it's his first time to be in kitchen and he took the most difficult task...

Naina giving an impossible look said slowly, "CEO banana aasaan hai par cooking... I don't think you can do this but let's see..." she turned back to do other work when Sameer starts chopping onion with shedding uncountable tears...

She laughed seeing him and wiped his tears with her dupatta, "rehne dijiye... mein kar lungi... dekhiye kya haal ho gaya aapka..." she tried to take knife back from his hand...

Sameer snatched back knife wiping running water from his eyes, "don't laugh okay... nothing is impossible for me..." he thought seeing her happy, "iski muskaan ke liye ek baar nahin sau baar aansun baha sakta hun... but she is right... cooking is more difficult rather running business... aaj ke baad kabhi challenge nahin karunga..."

He was lost in his thought staring her when suddenly shouts getting a slight cut in his finger... Naina turned seeing it bleeding and pulled his hand in hers... she instantly keeps his finger in her mouth sucking all blood...

Sameer feels an electric current passed in his body feeling soft touch of her lips on his wounded finger... he feels lucky to have her in his life who can't see him even in slight pain... first time a wound make his heart flutter... unconsciously he lifts his hand tracing his fingers on her cheek with other hand giving goosebumps in her stomach... she lift her eyes slowly looking at him heard his husky voice, "itni chinta karti ho meri... vaise mein theek hun... itni bhi nahin lagi..." he said with a smile to make her relax..

Breathing heavily averting her gaze, she stood and opening a side cupboard pulled out a band-aid... she pressed her lower lip under the teeth to stop its quivering... getting control on herself, she wraps the band-aid on his finger asking avoiding looking at him, "jyaada dard toh nahin..."

Sameer laughed slowly, "Naina, jara sa cut hai... itne se dard nahin hota... I am fine..."

Naina took chopping board and knife from his hand, "please ab aur nahin.... mein kar lungi... aap baahar wait kariye na..."

Sameer sits there only, "okay fine... I will not disturb you but at least I can stay here with you... promise bilkul pareshaan nahin karunga..." they both chatted for some time while Sameer noticed how quickly she cooked so many dishes all alone... no doubts she is perfect in all manners whether it is working in office or in cooking... she is absolute marvelous...

Sameer said with a teasing tone, "Naina, I was thinking that Maheshwari group should get associate in hotel industry also... I mean now we have expert staff in this field also... jyaada nahin toh dhaaba toh pakka khol hi sakte hai..." he said suppressing his laughter...

Naina didn't get hint of his teasing said excitedly, "ya correct... infact aaj kal hotel business mein bohot scope bhi hai... we should think about it... next week will prepare a project plan for this and discuss with all... infact hum aur cities mein bhi chain of restaurants khol sakte hai..." she keeps telling him all ideas best of her knowledge...

Seeing him laughing like a mad, she stops and understood his teasing, "it's very bad... aap mera majaak uda rahe the..." she said making grumpy face avoiding talking to him...

Sameer hold her wrist turning to his side, "sorry par sach mein majaak nahin uda raha tha... I know I am selfish, par tumhare haath ke bane khaane par sirf mera haq hai... itna tasty khaana mein kisi ke saath share nahin kar sakta... kabhi nahin..." he said deeply looking into her eyes...

Naina looked down feeling shy on his intense gaze, full of emotions... he felt his heart beating fast when her cheeks turned red... it's very much evident how much they are longing for each other... he further said, "sach kahun toh aaj tumhein thanks kehne ka man hai... tum bhi sochogi mein kitna ajeeb hoon par sach toh yeh hai ki sirf tumhari wajah se yeh makaan ab ghar lagne laga hai... jahaan aakar saare din ki thakaan mit jaati hai... koi hota hai jo aapka, aapki jaruraton ka, aapki pasand na pasand ka itna khayal rakhta hai... jiske liye aapki khushiyaan, aapki pareshaniyaan maayne rakhte hai... koi hai jisase baat karke aapka dil ka saara bojh halka ho jaata hai... and all this credit goes to you... meri iss aadhi adhuri si zindagi ko accept karne ke liye, usey poora karne ke liye, thank you so much Naina for being there with me..."

Naina got stunned hearing him opening his heart... she was disturbed, shattered with Kamya's betrayal but feels glad knowing someone is still there in her life for whom her presence matters a lot... his words instantly worked as healing on her wounds... to an extent they both are unfortunate for not having a family around... but seems soon they will be blessed with someone with whom they can share their all feelings openly...

Their trance broke with someone coughing from back, "hmm... lagta hai ab se Maheshwari Industries ki saari board meetings and all new business ideas kitchen mein se hi aane wale hai..." they both moved away slightly feeling awkward when heard Pandit laughing madly to tease them... again spoiling their moment...
