Naina was sleeping peacefully in her room when suddenly she got awaked with a jerk... she roamed her eyes and feel scared seeing the room empty... since the day she came out from Coma, either Sameer or Preeti was always there with her, never left her alone for a moment... it's first time she was alone, and a sudden feel of loneliness make her heart frightened...

She stood immediately and left the room to search for any of them when heard Vishakha's loud voices coming out from study room... she halted on her way reaching till door hearing how Vishakha was shouting and making accusation on her to betray Sameer... though Sameer was defending her but the truth cannot be changed that she married to him without revealing her real identity and hide about her first marriage, a kind of betrayal from her parents... again she was blamed for the sin which she had not done... her only fault was her blind trust on her own family...

कभी कुछ समझते, कभी थोड़े हँसते, कभी कुछ बातों को टाल गए...

ये रिश्ते बचाते बचाते हम जिंदगी से हार गए

The last string of hope shattered and her heart sink hearing how her mental condition is destroying Sameer's life... she cannot deny that since the day she was awaked from Coma, Sameer is leaving no stone unturned to keep her happy... he stayed back with her in hospital fighting with his own fears... he was not going to office from last so many days as doesn't want to leave her alone... he is taking care of each and every matter related to her by himself... be it her food, or medicine, or her comfort... he didn't mind to spent restless nights fully awaked to give her a peaceful sleep... she had seen how with every passing moment, he is going beyond his limits to make her feel better... to get her back into life...

Her mind got surrounded with all negative thoughts... she was considered as manhoos by entire world and was reason for her parent's untimely death... his fake parents betrayed and used her for their selfish motive to earn money.... Sharad disgrace her character for his own motive... her childhood friend deceived her & tried to spoil her relation...

Its only Sameer, who is trying his best to keep her alive but is she really worthy for this?

Has she really become a burden on him?

Is she really spoiling his life?

Is her past will ruin his reputation, his name?

Preeti and Pandit all were searching for her getting worried but the moment Preeti saw her standing in balcony a loud scream instantly came out from her mouth... Pandit instantly keep his hand on Preeti's mouth to not let her voice come out... Preeti looked at him with a horrified look when Pandit keep his finger on his lips gesture her to be quiet and not to make any noise...

Naina was standing on the boundary wall of the balcony, keeping her back towards them... she is in the worst stage of mental state and was all planned to jumped out from the balcony to end all her miseries...

Sameer entered room and shocked too following the line of gaze of his friends... he got numb seeing her standing there... her single move can make her to fall from second floor and lead to severe injuries or may be to death...

Before Sameer move ahead to stop her, Pandit keeping his hand on his shoulder stops him... he shook his head and asked him to stay there only as she can get distracted hearing the sound of wheelchair and can lost her balance and fall...

Indeed, the most painful moment for Sameer as he was not able to save her... if he moves and make any sound, she can get abstracted, and anything can happen to her... his eyes got stuck at her feeling so helpless with lots of mixed emotions...

Taking a deep sigh, Pandit and Preeti moved ahead towards her slowly from each side without making any noise... stepping slowly, they went close to her from each of her side as close as possible suppressing their fear to handle the situation calmly...

Preeti controlling her uneven breath, softly called her, "Naina... tu... tu yeh kya kar rahi hai... dekh sab theek hai... kuchh nahin hua tujhe... please meri baat maan aur neeche aa ja... hum sab hai na tere saath... tu aisa kaise kar sakti hai hamare saath.... please Naina, tu ne wada kiya tha na ki mera saath kabhi nahin chhodegi... tu apni behen ko chhod kar jaane ke baare mein soch bhi kaise sakti hai... tu jaanti hai na tere alawa koi nahin mera..." she tried explaining her with a hope that she won't take any drastic step for which they all got regret throughout their life for not able to save her...

Naina turned her face slightly seeing her with damp eyes... her mind was clouded with Vishakha's voice that she is mentally ill and should be sent to mental asylum... she is spoiling Sameer's life and can harm him also... she herself realize how much disturbed Sameer is for her and bearing so much pain seeing her in this condition... she could not make him suffer anymore... even seeing Preeti and Pandit's efforts, she feels herself more guilty for not letting them live their life fully... in a worst state of mind she finds out best way to end her life to avoid her close ones to suffer anymore because of her...

Naina's eyes were focused on Preeti when Pandit, stepped slowly from other side without making any noise... reaching close to her from back side without wasting a moment he pulled her down holding her tightly from her waist... he was extremely careful to pull her as his one wrong move can lead her to fall from balcony...

Seeing her safe now, Preeti pulled her tightly in her embrace, scolding her, "yeh kya karne ja rahi thi Naina... tu aisa soch bhi kaise sakti hai... tujhe haamara ek baar bhi khayal nahin aaya... tujhe kuchh ho jaata toh hum sab ka kya hota... tu kab se itni selfish ho gayi ki tere iss kadam se tere apno par kya beetegi tu ne ek baar bhi nahin socha... tu itani kamjor toh nahin thi kabhi..." she scolds her showing all her concerns and fear to lose her...

Pandit too hugged her tightly scold her, "bas itna hi bharosa tha apne bhai par... agar koi baat pareshaan kar rahi thi toh mujhse nahin bol sakti thi... chal di apni jaan lene... socha hai tere bina hamara kya hota aur Sameer... uske baare mein socha hai kabhi... tu itni patthar dil kab se ho gayi Naina... tu jaanti hai na tujh mein jaan basti hai hum sab ki..."

Naina parted and looked at him shockingly... feeling offended and hurt, she didn't think about Sameer... she was in guilt to become burden on him but on the contrary he must be extremely dishearten with her act of thinking to end her life... from last so many days he was taking care of her forgetting everything, just to keep her safe and happy... but today she hurt him badly...

Pandit caressed her head lovingly, "khabardaar jo aaj ke baad aisa kuchh socha bhi toh... iss kaam ke liye toh bada bhai hone ke naate teri pitaayi bhi laga sakta hoon... samjhi buddhu ladki..." he said wiping her tears... he took both the girls in his embrace and trio cried hard... a mere thought of losing her make them shuddered to the core...

They parted after few moments when Pandit realized someone missing... his eyes roamed around but Sameer was not there... he himself stopped him to come ahead thinking it might alert Naina and she can jump before they pulled her back... but now realized how much hurt and disheartened he must be feeling now...

Pandit understood his condition, his pain for not able to save his love.... he said smilingly wiping her tears, "Naina maine hamesha Sameer ko daanta hai tujhe pareshaan karne ke liye par aaj jo tu ne uska dil dukhaya hai uski maafi tujhe usi se maangni padegi... jo log teri zindagi mein mayne bhi nahin rakhte unki kahi baaton ki wajah se tune un logon ke baare mein nahin socha jinki jaan basti hai tujh mein... ab jaa aur jaakar mana apne chhote Kunwar ko... hum sab se jyaada tu jaanti hai uske dil par kya beeti hogi tujhe aise dekh kar... aur aaj jo tu ne uska dil dukhaya hai ab tujhe hi manana padega... samjhi... hum koi madad nahin karne wale teri..."

Preeti too smiled wiping her tears, "jisne itni shiddat se tere theek hone ki mannate maangi hai uska dil aise nahin dukhana chahiye tha tujhe... ab jaa aur sambhal uss dil ko jis mein sirf tu rehti hai aur phir bhi itna dard de diya..."

Naina nodded slowly accepting her fault and all three came back into room... Sameer was sitting there keeping his back towards them engrossed in working on his laptop showing like nothing has happened just now...

Preeti gestured Naina to go and talk to him... he must be extremely hurt by her impulsive decision to end her life... and his helplessness to not able to save her must have shattered him more... she knew how much Sameer loves her and can't see her in pain any more... they had seen him spending sleepless nights, caring for Naina... Pandit left out with Preeti leaving the two souls alone in room...

Naina waited for few seconds to get his attention but seeing he was not looking at her at all she took steps slowly and went towards him.... she sits in front of him at couch, but he still didn't respond to her... he avoids looking at her face focusing his complete attention towards his laptop screen...

Sameer was earlier shocked seeing her standing at parapet but later felt a pang of pain in his heart... her act reflected Naina's loneliness and despair in a hostile environment... she must have felt so hopeless... was it because she had lost her faith in life or because she no longer trusted him?... he was not even able to save her from falling... what if Pandit and Preeti were not present there at this moment?

He had never felt so tired, so helpless ever before... the last few weeks he did his best to support her but at end, failed miserably... she needed someone who can give her secure feeling, a family, trust but that were the only things he couldn't give her... he was tired now... dead tired...

Naina slowly lift her hand keeping it on his hand to stop working... she realized how his hands were shivering till now with might be a mere thought of losing her.... Sameer stopped his movement seeing her lifting his face with her other hand to look at him... she took the laptop from his hand and keep it on side table... she holds her both hands in hers assuring her presence...

Naina knew she was wrong and hurt him, but she was dishearten when heard how much she becomes a burden on Sameer... he is not able to live his life fully and not able to handle office work too... but she was wrong to believe on Vishakha's words and all willing to accept it... she can go to any extent to apologize for hurting him, his feelings...

Naina slowly hold her one ear apologizing looking at him with damp eyes... she was ashamed of taking such a drastic step to end her life without thinking about his feelings... though they never confessed but knew how much they both needed each other and cannot think anymore to stay without each other...

Sameer's heart melt seeing her damp eyes and holding her ear... her eyes showing so much adoration that his heart started twisting with pain and joy at the same time... he held her hand softly keeping down, "it's not your fault Naina... it's me who failed giving you enough trust and believe on myself... I know mein iss laayak hi nahin ki kisi ko mujhpar vishwas ho ya mein kisi ka sahara banu... shayad yeh rishtey meri kismat mein hi nahin isiliye sab mujhe chhod kar chale jaate hai..."

His own eyes filled with tears feeling so helpless for saving her, "Naina, tumhein haq hai apni zindagi ke saare faisle lene ka aur mujhse dur jaane ka bhi par aaj jo tumne kiya voh bohot galat tha... tumhein dur jaana hai toh jaao, mein nahin rokunga par iss tarah apni jaan khatare mein daalna galat hai... agar mujhse dur jaa kar tumhare dil ko Khushi milti hai toh believe me mein kabhi tumhari khushiyon ke beech nahin aaunga... I promise..." he said with difficulty as if the word was just too heavy to say...

He smiled faintly lowering his eyes, "aur sahi bhi hai na... aakhir kyun tumhein apne saath bandh kar mein tumhari zindagi ki mushkilen badaau... aaj jab tumhein meri sabse jyaada jarurat thi toh dekho mein tumhein bacha bhi nahin saka... aaj mehsoos hua ki mein sach mein kitna kamjor hun... iss laayak bhi nahin ki koi mujhse kisi bhi tarah ki ummid rakhe... sach hai na jo insaan khud ko nahin sambhal sakta voh kisi aur ko kaise khush rakhega... tum galat nahin ho aur koi jarurat nahin mujh jaise apaahij..."

His words chocked in his throat feeling something soft landed on his lips... her unexpected kiss surprised him... she was sitting on his lap and kissing him... he was completely frozen on spot and his eyes widened in astonishment... in that instance, his mind became blank... he couldn't think of anything else and focused on the feeling of the moment...

He was looking extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable about what all happened and his inability to save her... it was then she realized how difficult it must have been for him when she hurt him so hard emotionally and mentally... how difficult it must have been for him to calm himself, fighting with his own disabilities, because of her... she regretted for his imprudent act to hurt him to the core and feels more guilty hearing him cursing himself for not able to save her...

She suddenly stood sitting on his lap circling her hand around his neck... she lifted her head, and the words were lost from him when her lips touched his... the kiss was slow but sensual enough to jerk all negative thoughts comes across in his mind... she parted slightly looking straight into his eyes, "Sameer... I am sorry..." her quivering lips makes the most rhythmic sound; he was craving for so long....

Their breathe mingled with each other staying so close... she lowered her gaze ashamed and guilty at her behavior from before... she knew they both might be very different in quite many things, but they were still same in at least one thing... they both were deeply in love with each other...

Sameer looked her surprisingly and not able to believe... she spoke... after a long she voiced out and cherry on the cake it's his name... first time she called him by his name... he was dying to let her speak but never expected that she will take his name with so much love and affection...

In a span of moment, he forgets how much hurt he was but feels contented her to be in his arms and calling his name... he asked fumbling on his own words, "Nai... Naina... tum... tumne mera naam... I mean tum... please... ek baar phir se... kahin maine galat toh nahin suna... please Naina... ek baar phir se bolo na..." he requested to take his name again as sounded like a 5-year-old kid who was so possessive and eager to get his favorite candy...

She smiled amidst tears and said softly again, "Sameer... I am really sorry... I know..." before she could even complete her sentence, he snaked his arm around her waist and brought her even closer to him getting excited, "shhh... don't say anything... just called me again... I can't tell you how much I waited for this moment..."

At this moment, he doesn't want anything more than to hear his name from her... every day, every moment he expects her to be normal, to be back in life, talk with all like earlier, smiled and laughed... today the moment has come, and he indeed feels it's a blessing one for him... somehow his all wishes come true...

Naina looked adoringly at him so close to her and wondered how his broken heart and trust could be repaired by just one word... she loves him so much that she wanted to climb on rooftop and shout to the whole world calling him by his name that "Sameer I Love You" but the person she wanted to hear this the most were just only wants to hear his name... she snuggled into his chest hugging him tightly keep mumbling his name giving him the much needed warmth he was looking for...

Parted away slightly from her he holds her beautiful face in his palms and bent slightly kissing her softly... she didn't protest either and let him go deeply... she lost in the warmth of his lips... his lips were chilly when he kissed her, and it gradually became warm... then, it became hot like fire, she was almost burned... she was so shocked that her body trembled, and she fell back feebly... but he caught her by her waist and smoothly pulled her into his embrace tightly... the kiss didn't end, it was deepened instead...

Feeling the need of air, they parted looking each other... their eyes were filled with passion and craving for each other... he placed a kiss on her forehead to calm down her erratic breathing and straightened her hair with his hand... Naina blushed profoundly and hugged him back softly keeping her head on his chest...

Naina said softly hearing his heartbeats so closely, "I am sorry Sameer... pata nahin kaise yeh galti karne ja rahi thi... aapko dukh nahin dena chahti thi par... I promise mein aapko chhod kar kahin nahin jaaungi..." her voice chocked recalling the worst moment of her life when she took this decision...

Sameer caressed her back hugging her tightly, "shh... chup, bas ab aur nahin... tum theek ho, mere paas ho, mujhe aur kuchh nahin chahiye... I am sorry too... bohot chaaha ki koi dukh takleef tumhare paas bhi na aaye par nahin rok saka... tumhein yun dekh kar mere dil par kya beet rahi thi mein bata bhi nahin sakta Naina... tumhare theek hone ka har pal intzaar kiya hai... aur aaj aisa laga jaise ek pal mein saari zindagi mere haathon se phisal rahi ho... uss ek pal mein tumhein kho dene ke darr se meri saanse than gayi thi... aur tumhein na rok paane ka ehsaas mujhe..." his own voice chocked feeling extremely emotional and helpless...

She lifts her face wiping his tears with a sorry look, "aap please aisa mat sochiye... aaj mein zinda hoon toh sirf aapki wajah se... jo aapne mere liye kiya voh toh mein soch bhi nahin sakti thi... par thanks kah kar aapke jajbaaton ko sharminda nahin karungi... par haan apni galti ke liye maafi jaroor maangungi..."

Sameer, "Naina hum donon ne zindagi mein bohot utaar chadaav dekhe hai, bohot kuchh saha hai, apno ka dhokha, unke bebuniyaad ilzaam, lekin kabhi toote nahin... kyunki hum galat nahin the... mein yeh nahin kahunga ki dil nahin dukhta, lekin humein apne aap ko sambhalna aana chahiye...  mein jab jab toota hoon, zindagi se haara hoon, mujhe tumse himmat mili hai aage badhne ki, phir se ladne ki lekin aaj tumhein yun kamjor nahin dekha gaya mujhse... aisa laga jaise tum nahin meri zindagi mujhse dur jaa rahi ho... hamesha hamesha ke liye"

Naina looked at him slightly confused thinking what special she had done in his past life to give him courage but before she voices out, he asked, "promise me Naina aaj jo tumne kiya tum dobara aisa sochogi bhi nahin... aur mein jaanta hoon meri Naina itni kamjor nahin hai ki chhoti si aandhi se ghabra jaaye... mein yeh nahin kehta ki zindagi mein kabhi koi pareshaani nahin aayegi lekin wada hai ki tum hamesha mujhe apne saath paaogi... hum har musibat ka saamna ek saath karenge, ek dusre ka haath thaame huye... aur un logon ko kabhi apni life mein importance mat dena jinki life mein apne koi standards aur values na ho..." Naina nodded her head agreeing and understood to whom he was referring to...

He smiles widely and pulled her in a tight hug... Naina smiled but realize the uncertainty in his touch... she could feel how tightly he held her in his embrace as if scared that she might go away from him again... she said wrapping her arms, "I promise, I will not go anywhere leaving you alone... I am sorry again"

He smiled wiping her tears, "vaise, aaj jo tumne pehli baar mera naam liya uske badle mein tumhari yeh galti maaf... thanks mujhe meri zindagi ka best gift dene ke liye... bas ab aaj ke baad no sorry, no thank you... aur apne se dur toh mein tumhein vaise bhi jaane nahin dunga... samjhi..." he said making his grip more firm on her waist holding her tightly...

He pinched her nose slightly with a naughty smile, "vaise tum bhi na kam cheater nahin ho... pata tha na ki mein tumse bohot naraaz hoon aur jaldi se nahin maanunga toh jhat se mera naam le liye... aur mein jo itane dinon se mehanat kar raha tah tab kitna pareshaan kiya tumne... mere saare plans fail kar diye lekin mera naam nahin liya... Ms Cheater"

She smiled feeling shy, "ab teacher ke kuchh gunn toh student mein bhi aa hi jayenge na... aap se hi seekha hai yeh cheating and torture ke 1001 ideas" they both laughed finally after a long time feeling contented with the warmth of togetherness...

ज़िन्दगी कभी मुश्किल तो कभी आसान होती है

ना कभी भुलाना अपनी मुस्कुराहट को

क्योंकि इससे हर मुश्किल आसान होती है

Soon Pandit and Preeti joined them and hugged her tightly seeing her all fine and smiling like earlier... they spend some time together having fun but a pair of eyes glued at her face only... a smiled plastered on his face thinking, "thank you kanhaji meri zindagi, meri Naina mujhe vaapas karne ke liye... Naina ne mujhe sikhaya tha aap par vishwas karna aur aapne mera saath diya... ab mein bhi aapse vaada karta hoon ki koi dukh takleef aapki Naina ke najdeek bhi nahin aane dunga... zindagi ne ek baar phir mujhe itna khubsurat tohfa diya hai jo mein poori zindagi sahej kar rakhunga, apne dil ke sabse kareeb... apne saare farz poori imaandari se nibhaunga... jald hi Naina se apne dil ki har baat kah dunga aur hamesha hamesha ke liye hum do se ek ho jaayenge... kabhi na bichhadane ke liye..."
