Kennedy and Reagan here! Here is our update with Mugsy our security dog.

Due to what's been going on in today's world we've had to find new ways to find customers to the triple s you know surfing scooters and skateboards!

Rainbow has us on Zoom or Microsoft teams showing the different products will there be a wetsuit swimsuit towels blankets beaches
Scooters skateboards paddle boards bodyboards even jet skis whatever your outdoor needs are we can fulfill it

Due to the fact that our customers can no longer come to us in the store will use these online platforms is zoom and Microsoft teams. The three of us do our best to show the customers whatever they want. We will either mail them their items or if they are within a 75-mile radius we will custom deliver their product within two or three business days most of the time same day. There is a small fee this is too. We will calculate how much it will cost us in gas to deliver the item and we will charge that as an additional fee but most customers are more than willing to pay the fee.

Rainbow will use the beach van to pull any of the jet skis or if we have a lot of deliveries to do in one day we will use the van. This was an innovation that we came up with to save the business mr. Mac is having issues in Alabama same as us

We may have to social distance but it doesn't mean you can't have fun in the sun. Sunscreen is very important but it's also very important that we get vitamin D

Kennedy here I enjoy riding around in my pink scooter

With my pink helmet decorated with red strawberries my nickname Strawberry Shortcake because I am fun size like we always say we're not short for fun size

I'm used to making deliveries because I did it with my family own the bakery now I do it for the Triple S!

Whenever I'm working or even when I'm not I always wear a jacket even if it is hot on the back of the jacket is the name of the store and our website I also always carry business cards in my pocket in case people ask

I let Rainbow and Kennedy handle all the sales and showing the customer are different products I handle Our IT services make sure that we have enough bandwidth make sure that our router is up to date we have virus protection I even make sure that we have very secure VPN I would never want any of our clients information stolen I'm always scanning and checking for hacking and viruses and updating our software looking for holes and patches to make sure that nobody can get in and steal our customers information or ours

I do use my sea foam scooter all the time.
To go pick up small pieces of inventory some technical gear or even food for us from other places even the grocery store to pick up cleaning supplies.

For larger items I will use the van I still enjoy although it is cramped the small trailer in the back behind the store living with Kennedy and Mugsy the Pug is always a wonderful way to wake up we may be small our home is full of love.

We've even found ways to attach surfboard to our scooters not only for our fun but for deliveries a lot of our regular clients have used word the mouth or the internet to let people know now we are getting customers from all around the world. I will get up in the morning and see what I have to deliver to the local UPS Store for shipping.

We are shipping so many items that UPS is giving us a volume discounts

Mr.mac hopes to break even in his store in Mobile Alabama but our store in Southern Florida is making a 24% prophet we're going to have an extra million dollars almost. Now we probably won't see that that will go to Rainbow and mr. Mac but maybe we'll get a bonus? Lol a guy can hope lol

My old boss at the resort told me once as tourism gets back to normal hopefully very soon she will hire me back I miss working with the Residence at the resort the clients and all their kids it's always fun watching them scream and yell as they run up and down the beach

Right now I'm just happy to have work a nice place to live and that we're secure and doing well!

We've even come out with new tie dye t-shirts with the store's name on the front and on the back with our new mascot Muggsy his cute mug all over our merchandise I'm hoping that rainbow will let us make him into our logo I'm here to create any graphics if needed

Although my degree is in Hospitality lodging and tourism there is a lot of hospitality in the retail do it who I'm working because it's all silly and fun

I'm learning that in this business world we have to innovate and grow with the punches. But this is not us by ourselves we have to work together with our networking system our vendors are suppliers even our neighbors in the plaza

Our neighbors don't say anything that Kennedy Muggsy and myself live in the trailer behind the store full-time although it is in the secure fence in area of the back parking lot were able to make sure nobody breaks into any of the other stores

Yes we both do have a concealed license permit and both have 38 Special revolvers just for security I'd rather beat use a baseball bat or a good piece of rebar for those who don't know what that is that's a very thick metal piece that goes into cement.

Although we live in a good area and many people in the community just want peace and quiet due to what's going on well today you have to be cautious insecure because people will do things they normally wouldn't when they're desperate. But I have to make sure the store does well because it's not only a job for both me and Kennedy and also provides a home but I'd only myself Canady and head of security and are social media Rockstar Mugsy the pug

The ocean provides us with so many blessings so I want to make sure that I pay it back so whenever I'm out and not on duty if I see litter or Garbage along the shore I will pick it up and if it can be recycled I do so usually once or twice a month I will take all the recycling down to the recycling center I only get 5 to $10 for all the bottles and cans I collect but hey it's income and it helps the environment.
