Kennedy's point of view

Delivering Flyers to let people know about different sales that we're having I'm on my pink scooter.

I'm actually making some good Headway with some of the visitors on the beach they may not want to buy a scooter but they all are loving the pictures of the different bathing suits surfboard skateboard and other water sport material especially are windsurfing items.

I'm giving out all my flyers and I'm also giving out business cards. I'm making my way up and down the beach also stopping at two different restaurants picking up their Flyers as well because you never know we can Co Market events or different things you have to be friends with your neighbors.

I stopped to get a drink of water at a water fountain I noticed that I have to text messages one from Reagan the other one from rainbow. Both messages stated we're getting a lot of business from my ocean marketing mostly small items but sales are sales and they're all saying they got the information from the cute girl on the pink scooter. This makes me very happy I hope I get a good commission from this day of sales

As I hop on my scooter and I'm about to continue with my marketing trip. A beer truck comes out of nowhere and almost hits me manage never get my scooter around the truck but I end up hitting the curb and flying off my scooter crashing into a wooden bench and smacking the pavement and everything goes black🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵🛵

I went to a mask on my face and I'm in the ambulance they are stopping the bleeding and we're on our way to the hospital. I fall asleep again due to the pain medication.

Reagan's point of view

My phone rings and it is a police officer letting me know that my friend the love of my life Kennedy was in an accident. It's not life-threatening but I need to get to the hospital because she is hurt. As I let rainbow know what happened I put my helmet on and head off on my scooter to the hospital this is the second time I've had to come to the aid of my friend Kennedy.

I don't know what I would do without her and I know Mugsy the dog would not be very happy with her missing as well.

I decide no matter what I'm not going to worried about any I'm just going to take care of my friend and make sure that she's okay my main concern is her well-being and her health.

When I get to the hospital they ask me for her insurance card I don't know if she has insurance so I give them my credit card and they tell me that she has a concussion three broken ribs a broken arm it has some stitches on her head but other than that she will be okay.

When I see her I immediately give her a gentle half hug and kiss her on that and tell her everything is going to be okay. I asked her one quick question after I find out how she's feeling well it's her first so I can give them her insurance card she left a little bit and tells me it's her Blue Cross Blue Shield card in her wallet and her purse. I easily find the card in her wallet and hand it to one of the nurses and they let me know that everything will be taken care of.

To our surprise and big basket of flowers come it turns out it was the beer and beverage Distributing Company from the truck that almost hit Kennedy has told us if they are going to pay all her medical bills plus they want to meet her to apologize in person and they're going to give her a cash settlement the manager of the warehouse even comes by to see how she's doing and he tells us it would be in our best interest to get an attorney.

I called rainbow to let her know what has happened and that we need to find an attorney she tells me not to worry about that she will take care of that her father knows many of them so don't worry but we will take care of everything she also believes it was nice with the Distributing Company was doing but she's right we need to get an attorney to make sure everything is okay.

The doctors let me know that she will spend a few days in the hospital but then after she heals up and goes home for about 6 to 8 weeks then she will have to get physical therapy to make sure that she can use her arm properly.

When I look at my watch I realize I need to go to my job at the resort so I give Kennedy gentle kiss on the head tell her everything will be okay and I contact one of my friends at the resort so he can put our scooters in the back of his truck so I can leave them at the triple s store.

it's amazing that her scooter is not even got a scratch on it. I can't say the same for Kennedy or her pink helmet with sparkles on it but it sure did its job of protecting her this just makes me more aware that we must wear helmets so we can stay safe.

I think that somehow angels are looking over me because all the residents at the resort I'm being very nice and I'm even getting some really nice tips this money will come in handy because I know Kennedy will not be able to work for a few months until she is fully healed and gone through her physical therapy rehabilitation..

Kennedy's point of view

Why I'm in the hospital recovering I text my mom and dad and my sister and let them know that I'm okay but I was injured of course my family has very little concern for me they stay as long as I'm doing okay it will continue on their cross-country trip doing all the athletic tournament. That's BS I'm even injured in the hospital and they can't even come home to make sure I'm okay that just shows how important I am to them.

But one good thing is my best friend and one day husband he he he Reagan he always puts my needs first that Brewery truck that almost hit me headed me some paperwork but I'm going to listen to Reagan and let the attorney look at the paperwork before I sign anything.

What is the nurse's hand me a stuffed animal and tell me that we can play checkers because I have to stay awake for the next 24 hours it's nice to have somebody who cares about me although she's been paid in my stupid parents. Brighten early once this shift ends here is my best friend the love of my life Reagan was donuts and chocolate milk because I don't like coffee and neither does he but he does give the nurse send Starbucks coffee but she is very happy to receive. He brings me a few clothes from the trailer home that we share concluding my stuffed unicorn and it won't with my mermaid nightgown.
