I take another Lyft to the resort to do my onboarding. I put on a gray pair of Converse low tops with some white socks I decide not to wear a belt cuz it's not required I put on my floral shirt.

When I get out of the Lyft vehicle in front of the hotel resort for my first day of work I am greeted by a few of the HR lady that I met during interview they handed me my name tag it's gold with my name Reagan on it. I meet so my new co-workers and I tell them my name is Regan Murphy. They all tell me how I still look like I'm twelve and they all thought I was a guest who got lost they'll have a chuckle at my expense.

I decide I don't want to become a spectacle so I take a seat in the back of the room but of course the head of the HR department the head lady of my interview comes and gets me and puts me right up front because she wants to make sure I can see everything they hand me my folder with my name on it and I read through all the paperwork.

The paperwork has my name correctly my birthday is correct as well as my address and my marital status is single. So I decide to continue reading and I noticed that I get food vouchers if I want to use the mic in if I don't want to use them I don't have to but I only get them for my onboarding they remind us over and over we are not supposed to eat in the dining area we can't even take leftovers. I make a note of that and make sure I don't forget my lunch.

After about 45 minutes if I'm going through all the information they tell us we can have a 15 minute break I get up and run out the door of course everyone you meet me outside I asked for the rest of my days and I'm directed around the corner when I arrive there it just says restroom I'm not sure if it's meant for ladies or gentlemen when I open the door it just has one toilet so I walk inside close the door and lock it upon arriving I read a sign that says family restroom so I guess it's unisex no big deal I use the restroom wash my hands and I even Sing Happy Birthday as I'm washing my hands to make sure I do it correctly.

When I am finished using the restroom I immediately get back to my unborn during information and it is about another 6 hours of boringness broken up with lunch. Just like the song says High School never ends when we are all dismissed to have lunch of course everybody has already decided who they're going to eat lunch with. I'm trying quiet so I can't find anyone to eat with so I sit by myself in the corner of course somebody who doesn't know I'm part of the onboarding comes by and says guess you're not allowed here I think you need to go find your parents. I show him my name badge and that I'm a new employee he apologizes and offers me a desert. Hoping that nobody else ruin our conversation but of course not everybody burst out and laughter can be heard all the way through the lunchroom. Again I'm so embarrassed. But at least the next part of the onboarding will be my department which is the Kids Corner. My supervisor is a sweet older lady she tells me to call her grandma everyone does she explains that we have toys games video games movies all kinds of sweets as well as a indoor and outdoor play area even a small pool for the kids to use even trampolines for them to bounce on as well as a zero-gravity Space Room and how all the fun things we have for the kids to do while they're staying at the resort and they're not at the different theme parks. I'm explained that each child did they step on their hand that glows in the dark under a black light that shows there room number so in case they don't remember we can assist them back to their room. We also have fun giveaways for all the kids and fun activities. No matter if it's raining or Shining we have fun things to do she tells me that this is the best department to work at in her opinion.

I really like my new boss and I'm excited to start my first day she tells me that she will put me on the schedule for tomorrow and I can begin training and if I am good at my job when people call out sick I can earn overtime when it's available. Most important part about this job is to be on time be reliable dependent and safety we must make sure all children are safe and returned to their parents or Guardians.

I'm excited for my new job and enjoy the rest of the day. When I leave the Resort's I see that I have a voicemail message it's from my specialist doctor the office says they have a appointment for 8 tomorrow if I'd like to take it I mean it they call the number back luckily somebody still there and they answer they told me yes I can still have eight and I am excited to get in to get this over with. I also receive a second text message and a phone call from an automated system telling me that I need to be to work by 2 in the afternoon my shift will be from 2 to 11 p.m. .

I wake up the next day get dressed to go to my doctor's appointment put my uniform in my backpack so I can change and in case the doctor's appointment runs long. When I arrive in the doctor's office I give them my brand new insurance card as well as my ID card I explained who I am and I'm here for my appointment they tell me to have a seat and wait. There are a few other people in the waiting room could I decide to take a seat in the corner. I am sitting there for at least 20 minutes a little annoyed because my appointment was supposed to be taking 15 minutes ago. waiting to be called a young lady walks in she is cute and she sleeps in that down next to me and she starts to fill out paperwork one of the nurses walks up to us and asked us where our mother is will you both angrily say that we are old enough to be here without our mom the nurse says well you didn't have to be so rude. I'm waiting for to be called when the young lady next to me puts her hand on my shoulder I turn and she says hi my name is Kennedy and no I'm not 12 years old I am 20 and I'm not short I'm fun sized! LOL! I tell her Lol my name is Reagan and I'm 22 years old not 12 LOL I am also fun size! I hate to be called short.
