" So how bad was your hangover" Hutch asked as he sipped on his coffee " Bad enough I wanted to blow the sun up for being so damn bright" I groaned out.

Hutch chuckled then reached his right hand over to mess with the glove box before pulling out a pair of dark blue sunglasses " Need 'em" he asked as I looked over them, they were actually really nice not to mention they looked expensive.

" Are you sure you won't need them" I asked taking them from his hands and placing them on my face " Nah I haven't worn them since I started working here" he said looking over at me then smirking " They look good on you keep them" he said looking back at the road.

" Hutch I..." " Shut up Jon just take them alright I know you don't like gifts or that kinda stuff but come on man were friends so just think of it as your borrowing them but you won't have to give them back" Hutch said as I saw him smiling warmly.

" Thank you" I mumbled looking shyly out the window as he hummed to me pulling into the road for parking out back of the station " Well looks like Max and Adam are back" He said looking at Max's cop car.

" Yeah I guess so" I said as he turned the car off and we both got out shutting the doors " Well I have headache pills if you need any just find me and ask alright bud" Hutch said holding the doors open for me as I nodding walking inside.

" Well someone looks hot" I heard Luke's voice pur in my ear as lips met my neck " Thanks" I said as he hummed " Well Max needs you in his office and remember I'm here if you need me" he said then walked away making me raise a brow.

I walked over to his office knocking on the door " Come on in Jon" he said, I turned the doorknob and moved my sunglasses on top of my head " When did you get those" he asked " Oh Hutch just gave them to me" I said rubbing my arm nervously.

" Well they look good for you" he said standing up and placing an arm on my shoulder " Well you up for a drive" he asked as I raised a brow " Um sure where are we going" I asked as he chuckled " You'll see come on were taking my truck" Max said as we left his office and he locked it up before placing his keys in his pocket.

" Leaving already" I heard Adam ask and we both turned around " Yep I will be back in a few hours oh and you need to take the new guys your training with you and Luke today don't forget" Max said as Adam nodded and kissed him quickly on the lips " See you later babe" Adam sang and skipped away playfully.

I chuckled as we walked out the back doors " What" Max asked playfully " Oh just Luke calls me a girl and yet I'm not an Adam" I said making Max laugh as he clicked a button and his truck beeped " Yeah he is a bitch sometimes ain't he" Max asked to both of us as we got inside his truck.

I groaned getting inside and sipping my coffee fixing my sunglasses to my eyes " Ok now what are you complaining about" Max said as he backed out of the parking spot " Today I couldn't be stuck inside no the one day I have the worst fucking hangover is the day I'm stuck running around outside" I said hearing Max laugh.

I rested my head back in his seat watching as he tapped on his phone before placing it down then turning up the volume as I heard a familiar band " Really" I asked as he lightly head banged " Bring Me The Horizon has some badass songs" Max said as I chuckled remember how I got some of my old friends addicted to this band when I used to play drums.

" Yeah not to mention the drums sound amazing" I said " Hell yeah dude all though I could never do that screaming shit" I chuckled out seeing Max smirk and I knew what he was thinking " Don't even go there I swear I'll push you out of this truck right now" I groaned out shooting him a playful grin.

" Luke was right you're cute when your all frustrated like that" Max said making me look away blushing as Max laughed and placed a hand on my shoulder squeezing lightly " Come on it's a joke but hey I know most places are strict on dating coworkers but I'm not so you don't have to be so shy about stuff I tell you a lot about me and Adam" Max said as my blush calmed down.

" Yeah I know it's just I'm not used to this" I mumbled out " Well don't worry Jon, Luke said you had a rough childhood and I can see it by the way you act with certain things but hey you'll warm up and come around more" Max said patting my knee lightly.

" In your dreams you guys are to weird for me working in the same building is to much for me sometimes" I playfully said as he pushed me slightly " Coming from the man who was fighting a trash can" He laughed out as I joined him " Like I say that damn thing had it coming" I said as he laughed harder.

" Alright maybe it did but hey I fought a tree before" he said looking at me with calm eyes and I raised a brow at him " Yeah well I was drunk this was in my teenage years when I first started dating Adam he said he liked this one tree so I tried bringing it to him but I couldn't move it so I started yelling at it" he said laughing at himself as I chuckled.

" Damn things in this world just ask for it ya know" I said making him chuckle " Yep and then we kick their ass for it but most of the time we end up the most damaged" he said as we shared a quick laugh then I returned to staring out the window.

It was a peaceful quiet with Emperor's New Clothes by Panic! At The Disco started playing in the background while my finger started tapping along with the beat I must admit not a bad song its catchy.
