Next morning shiva woke up before the sun rise, got ready and called viren

Shiva shows something to viren and explains something imagine this is all in mute jaise serials mein hota hai

Viren : yeh to solid proof hai par hume isko sach prove karna keliye saboot chahiye aur humare paas time nhi hai aaj raavi ko court mein produce kar rahe hai 10 baje aur abhi 9 baj gaya hai

Shiva : plz viren tum judge se thoda waqt mango main kaise bhi karke saboot collect karunga plzz help me

Viren : thike par judge zyaada waqt nhi dete hai hume jo karna hoga jaldi karna hoga abhi court chale time ho rahi hai

They both went to court jagat, gautam and dev also came rishitha and prafulla also want to come but prafulla health is not well and suman refused to send newly wed bride to court. Dr. Pratap also came as his hospital is involved in this case

In court all are waiting for judge to come. viren is sitting with lawyers and shiva is opposite to him as he is dealing this case. Soon the judge came and raavi also brought by lady constable and raavi stood in the court box. The defence lawyer begins to talk

Defence lawyer : my lord iss dr. Raavi sharma ke careless wajah se ek jaan chali gayi hai aur ab uss masoom bachi ne maa ko khodiya hai vo bhi iss dr. Raavi ki wajahse so my lord mai vinathi karta hun ki iss careless doctor ko sakt se sakt sazaa dena chahiye that's it my lord

Now stands to speak

Viren : my lord meri client pe kiye gaye case galt hai meri client begunnah hai aur iss baat ko prove karne keliye mujhe thoda waqt chahiye so plz give me some time my lord

Defence lawyer : abjuction my lord sare proofs dr. Raavi ke khilaf hai to aur waqt dene ki kya zaroorat hai?

Viren : zaroorat hai ek begunnah ko sazaa milna kaha tak thik hai......my lord plz ek mauka do

Now judge is thinking all have tension faces

Judge : iss court dr. Raavi sharma ki begunnah sabit karne keliye poore 24 ghante deti hai kal final hearing hogi

Viren : thankyou my lord thankyou so much

Everyone becomes very happy raavi doesn't meet anyone and goes with police

The whole day shiva and viren are busy in collecting proofs

Next day everyone comes to court except gauri and suman. Prafulla is waiting to see her child and dr. Pratap also present there

Soon raavi came and after her judge also arrived and the argument begins again

Judge : viren kya aapke paas saboot hai??

Viren : ji my Lord ( then he gives a CD to judge and he sees the video in tv in that video nothing is there just the patient is sleeping on the bed just like shiva and viren seen before )

Judge : viren iss mein to kuch bhi nhi hai aap kya dikhana chahte ho

Viren : dhyaan se dekhiye my lord iss CD mein uss deewaar pe clock hai jab patient ko room mein shift kiya tab time exactly 10'o clock hua hai aur fir vo patient rest kar rahi hai 10:15 tak. aap screen par time bhi notice karo aur uske 5 minutes baad bhi wall clock mein time 10:15 hi dikh raha hai par screen par 10:20 iska matlab hai uss video cut and paste kiya gaya hai 10:15 to 10:20 ke beech ke 5 minutes cut karke firse 10:20 pe paste kiya hai iss matlab uss 5 minutes ke beech kuch to hua hai ( i hope aap samaj gaye hai )

Defence lawyer : abjuction my lord kya koi saboot hai ye kehne ke liye ki yeh video sach hai

Viren : mujhe pata hai defence lawyer yahi sawal poochenge isiliye mai solod proof ke saath aaya hun. ( he takes some papers from his file and gives to judge )
Yeh forensic lab ka reports hai isse yeh prove hota hai ki yeh video cut and paste kiya gaya hai..... Sir i have another witness may i call him sir

Judge : permission granted

A man come and stood in the witness box

Viren : aapka naam

That man : suresh

Viren : aap kya karte ho

Suresh : sir mai jiss hospital mein raavi mam operation kiya uss hospital mein cctv footage handle karta hun

Viren : kya yeh video aapne cut aur paste kiya hai

Suresh : haan sir

Viren : kyun kiya kisike kehne par kiya hai aapne?

Suresh : sir hamara senior doctor mera matlab dr. Pratap sir ne mere paas aaye the yeh kaam karvaane keliye lekin maine mana kardiya to mujhe damki diya to isiliye mujhe karna pada

Viren : u may go now...... ( he turns to judge ) sir mere paas ek aur proof hai (and then he handovers another CD to judge and judge sees this also) sir yeh hai asli cctv footage ( in that video dr. Pratap enters into patients room and injects over anesthesia and he throws that siren into dustbin and the video ends ) sir kaatil kitna bhi bada shaani kyun na ho par kahi na kahi kuch to galat karta hai sir dr. Pratap ne bhi wahi kiya injection karke uss siren ko roome ke dustbin mein hi daal diya aap iss video mein dekh sakte hai aur jab hum uss siren ke fingerprints check karvaaye to vo dr. Pratap ke fingerprints se match hua hai here are the forensic reports of fingerprints and dusre video ka iss reports se yeh prove hota hai ki 2nd CD real hai. So i will request u to plz allow me to question dr. Pratap

Judge : permission granted

Viren : thankyou sir ( now dr. Pratap comes and stands in witness box) so dr. Pratap jhoot bolne ki koshish bhi mat karo kyunki sab ko pata hai uss video mein aap hi hai so yeh bataao ki aapne yeh sab kyun kiya

Dr. Pratap remains silent he is very tensed and he wiping his sweat then viren again speaks

Viren : bataayiye aap dr.raavi ji ko kyun fasana chahte te boliye dr. Pratap

There is no way for pratap to escape so finally he says the truth

Pratap : dr. Raavi kabhi bhi meri baat sunti hi nhi thi hamesha zyaada normal deliveries karne keliye try karti thi uss ki wajah se hamari hospital ko bahut loss ati thi mai kayi baar samjhaane ki koshish ki par vo suni nhi isiliye mai yeh sab kiya usski naam barbaad karne keliye

Viren : that's it my lord the truth is out I'll rest my case ( then he sits in his chair, judge after writing and checking something he speaks up )

Judge : After observing all the evidences the court declare dr.pratap as guilty and under ipc section 302 murder under ipc section 449 defamation gives punishment of imprisonment for life

All are very happy with the court judgement police took dr. Pratap to jail all the family members are waiting for raavi infront of court steps soon raavi also came near them

Prafulla joins her hands and says : viren beta tumhe bahut shukriya tune meri beti ko bachaaya hai uske.......... ( interrupted by viren )

Viren : nhi aunty maine kuch nhi kiya sab shiva ne hi kiya shiva hi vo video mein loop hole pakda hai isiliye raavi ki begunnah sabit karpaye hum

Prafulla turns to shiva with folded hands : thankyou shiva thankyou so much ( tears are flowing from her eyes )

Shiva : arey maami kya kar rahi ho yeh to mera farz hai aap plz haath mat jodo ( says with a smile )

All talks for few minutes all this raavi doesn't see at anyones face she is just looking at her foot with head down this hurted shiva alot he just want to hear her voice but nothing happened like that. Soon viren, pandya family members, prafulla, jagat and raavi also starts to leave while raavi is going shiva is looking at her only but raavi doesn't even turned once

Soon the day came to an end.........
