(Ash's POV)

I'm now standing on my side of the battlefield. I can feel the flare trying to burn me. The flare in his eyes.

"IT'S THE FINALS," The commentator yells. "NOW WHO WILL WIN?! THE POSTER BOY FOR DETERMINATION..? OR THE MASKED DESTROYER?! WE'LL FIND OUT SOON! I'M SO EXCITED THAT I CAN'T EVEN STAY IN ONE PLACE!!!"

"The battle will be a 6 on 6 battle," The referee says. "When either side loses all of their Pokémon... it will reveal who we shall crown champion!" Everyone cheers. "Now, trainers, please choose your first Pokémon!"

"Talonflame," I say as I throw a Pokéball. "I choose you!" Talonflame comes out!

"Honchkrow," Lysandre says, throwing a Pokéball. "DESTROY THEM!!!" Honchkrow appears in the sky.

"Battle begin," The referee says.

"Start it off with a FLAME CHARGE," I yell out. Talonflame starts charging at Honchkrow with speed.

"Dark Pulse," Lysandre says through his filthy mask.

"Steel Wing to protect yourself and still use Flame Charge!" Talonflame's wings turn into a silvered color and then it flies right into the Dark Pulse. Smoke appears high in the sky. 

"What a fool," Lysandre yells out. All of a sudden, Talonflame appears out of the smoke and hits Honchkrow. Honchkrow is sent to the ground. It crashes hard. "HONCHKROW," Lysandre yells. "GET UP YOU PIECE OF TRASH!!" I wanna kill him! For good. But I don't. Honchkrow gets up. "Use Psychic!" Talonflame is now crashing into the ground. 

"TALONFLAME," I shout. Talonflame keeps on taking damage. "What should I do?" I whisper to myself. I have an idea! "Talonflame, use Steel Wing on the ground!" Talonflame waits for it to hit the ground and then it digs a hole and hides in it.

"YOU REALLY THINK YOU'RE GONNA WIN THIS BY HIDING IN THE GROUND?" Lysandre yells. "HONCHKROW, USE DARK PULSE INTO THE HOLE!!" Honchkrow flies over to the hole in the ground and uses its attack. An explosion appears in the ground. 

"WHERE IS TALONFLAME?!" The commentator asks. 

"Flame Charge out of there, Talonflame," I command. Talonflame flies out of the hole and knocks out Honchkrow.

"Honchkrow is unable to battle," The referee says. "Talonflame wins!" Cheers come from the crowd.

"Return, Honchkrow," Lysandre says as he uses the Pokéball to return his Pokémon. "Destroy them, Pyroar!" A male Pyroar appears.

"Talonflame," I say. "can you still battle?" Talonflame nods.

"Battle begin!"

"Start it off with a Brave Bird!" I command. Talonflame starts charging at Pyroar.

"Snarl," Lysandre says. Pyroar attacks. Talonflame is hit and is sent flying. It gets it's edge back though.

"Use Flame Charge," I say. Talonflame hits Pyroar in a blink of an eye. Pyroar stands though.

"Grr," I hear Lysandre growl. "Use Snarl again!"

"Steel Wing to protect," I say. Pyroar gives a LOUD Snarl but Talonflame defends itself.

"Give it you all with Brave Bird," I yell out. Talonflame starts charging towards Pyroar.

"Dodge it," Lysandre says. But Talonflame has already gained a lot of speed. It knocks out Pyroar.

"Pyroar is unable to battle, Talonflame wins!"

"AMAZING," The commentator says. "TALONFLAME HAS BEATEN THE FIRST TWO POKÉMON OF THE MATCH!"

"THAT WAS PERFECT, ASH," I hear Bonnie happily yell.

"Return, Pyroar," Lysandre angrily says. He grabs a Pokéball. "Go, Mienshao!" His Pokémon appears.

"You've done a great job, Talonflame," I say as I return Talonflame back to its Pokéball. "You just get some rest until your next battle!" I grab another Pokéball. "Hawlucha," I say as I throw the Pokéball, "I choose YOU!!"

"Battle begin!"

"Use High Jump Kick," Lysandre commands. Mienshao jumps high.

"Do the same, Hawlucha," I say. Hawlucha jumps to Mienshao. They both land a kick on each other. Unfortunately, Hawlucha couldn't take the high ground so it's now being sent to the rusty ground. Hawlucha sticks the landing though.

"Use Dual Chop," Lysandre says. Mienshao starts charging at Hawlucha.

"Use X-Scissor," Hawlucha starts charging back to Mienshao. They make contact. Hawlucha gets the edge over Mienshao this time! Mienshao hits the wall. "Hawlucha, it's time for a FLYING PRESS!" Hawlucha jumps high and then uses its move. It's flying pretty fast towards Mienshao.

"Quick," Lysandre says. "use High Jump Kick!" Mienshao jumps at Hawlucha. They make contact. But Hawlucha's Flying Press send BOTH of them to the ground. A huge explosion surrounds them. It's taking a while for the smoke to disappear...

"Both Pokémon are unable to battle... It's a draw!" I'm shocked. How... how did this happen? Hawlucha had the advantage. Hawlucha barely took any damage in this battle...

"Return, Hawlucha," I say as I use the Pokéball to return Hawlucha. I grab another Pokéball and throw it to the battlefield. "Goodra, I choose you!" Goodra comes out.

"Return, Mienshao. Go, Charizard!" (A/N: Yes, I know. Ash told me. Lysandre doesn't have a Charizard! I just needed something to fill that empty spot to make the finals even).

"Battle begin!"

"Give us the advantage using Rain Dance!" I say. Goodra yells out and then the weather turns into a stormy, wet battle. 

"THAT DOESN'T MATTER!" Lysandre yells. "USE DRAGON TAIL!" Charizard is flying over to Goodra. 

"Use Bide!" Goodra absorbs the attack. 

"Dragon Tail again!" Lysandre yells out. Charizard keeps attacking Goodra.

"HANG IN THERE, GOODRA!" I tell it. Goodra's doing its best to stay in this battle.

"YOU CAN'T SURVIVE THIS ATTACK!" Lysandre says. "GIVE UP!"

"SHUT IT!" I yell out. "I'M TIRED OF YOU TRYING TO GET ME TO FORFEIT! I'M NOT FORFEITING! ME AND MY POKÉMON DON'T GIVE UP 'TILL IT'S OVER!! GOODRA, DO IT NOW!" Goodra releases its attack. Charizard is sent flying. It hits the ground right before it was about to hit the wall. It's down.

"Charizard is unable to battle. Goodra wins!"

"Ash is winning! Ash has FOUR Pokémon left and Lysandre only has two!"

"IT DOESN'T MATTER!" Lysandre says. "GYARADOS, ANNIHILATE THEM!" Gyarados appears. This one is one to be careful of. It almost beat both me and Alain's Pokémon at once.

"Goodra," I say. "can you still go on?" Goodra nods.

"Battle begin!"

"Gyarados," Lysandre says. He clicks a bracelet on his left wrist. Oh no! It's coming! "MEGA EVOLVE!" Gyarados transforms from a giant sea serpent... to a giant red shrimp...

"Dragon Pulse!" I command. Goodra sends its attack. It hits Gyarados. But... Gyarados is unfazed!

"WEAK!" Lysandre yells. "HYPER BEAM!"

"GOODRA, QUICK, USE DRAGON PULSE!!" Gyarados sends out a devastating attack. Goodra quickly shoots out its Dragon Pulse. The power beams collide. But Hyper Beam destroy the Dragon Pulse and hits Goodra.

"GOODRA!!" G-Goodra's down.

"Goodra is unable to battle. Gyarados wins!" Goodra took too much damage from that last match! It couldn't hold on!

"Return, Goodra," I say, returning it back to its Pokéball. I'm not sending out Talonflame. It took WAY too much damage from those two hard fought battles.

"Pikachu," I say as I kneel down to it. "do it!" Pikachu gives me a determined smile. It runs off to the battlefield. "Pikachu, I choose YOU!"

"Battle begin!"

"Give it your all," I say. "with a THUNDERBOLT!" Pikachu sends out its Thunderbolt. It hits Gyarados.

"Ha," Lysandre says. "your weak little Pikachu can't do anything!" But then Gyarados looks like it took a lot of damage! "WHAT?!"

"Reality check," I say. "Pikachu's electric types are four times effective..."

"Hyper Beam!" Gyarados attacks.

"Quick Attack to dodge!" Pikachu dodges the attack. Gyarados has to recharge! "Pikachu, Quick Attack, Thunderbolt, Electro Ball, and Iron Tail!" Pikachu jumps high.

"Gyarados," Lysandre says. "Stone Edge!" But Gyarados can't attack. Pikachu first attacks with Electro Ball, then its Thunderbolt. They both hit Gyarados hard. Pikachu jumps onto Gyarados' face and uses Quick Attack and Iron Tail. Eventually, Gyarados shakes Pikachu off. HOW IS GYARADOS STILL UP?!

"YOU IDIOT!" Lysandre yells. "WHY DIDN'T YOU ATTACK!?"

"After using Hyper Beam," I say in an annoyed tone. "the user needs to recharge. So really, the idiot is YOU!"

"WHY YOU!"

"Pikachu, hit it with an Iron Tail!" Pikachu jumps high and makes its way to Gyarados.

"Dragon Tail!" Gyarados counters Pikachu. Pikachu hits the ground hard.

"Pikachu!" I worriedly say. It can't get up.

"Now for the finish," Lysandre says. "Gyarados, HYPER BEAM!!" Gyarados' attack hits Pikachu.

"Pikachu, no!" An explosion surrounds Pikachu. I spot Pikachu in the air. Its heading for me! I quickly catch it, seeing that it's down.

"Pikachu is unable to battle, Gyarados wins"

"What's next?" Lysandre says in a cocky tone. "Your weak Greninja? IT HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL! BUT I NOW SEE THAT IN YOUR HANDS THAT... GRENINJA'S WEAK!" Greninja comes out of its Pokéball can its Bond Katana appears in its right hand.

"Greninja," I say. "Let's show them our Never Ending Bond!"

"Battle begin!"

"Use Stone Edge!" Lysandre commands.

"Dodge it!" I say. Huge, tall rocks appear from the ground. Greninja dodges them though. It gets close to Gyarados.

"Water Shuriken!" Greninja throws its Shuriken that lays on its back.

"Destroy it using Dragon Tail!" Gyarados destroys the Shuriken. But then Greninja appears in Gyarados' face.

"Double Team!" I command. Hundreds of Greninja surround Gyarados. "This is EVERYTHING we've got! Greninja, BOND KATANA!" Every Greninja teleports into Gyarados' face. Then they all attack Gyarados using their Katanas. Gyarados falls to the ground. Smoke surrounds Lysandre. Then I spot Lysandre's mask at my feet. Then the smoke disappears and the face of Lysandre shows. Everyone gasps.

"ARREST HIM!" I hear Officer Jenny say.

"NO!" I yell out. Everyone's staring at me. "I CAME HERE TO BEAT LYSANDRE! THIS IS MY FIGHT! SO NONE OF YOU PEOPLE INTERFERE!"

"What do you say, Diantha?" Officer Jenny shouts. I spot Diantha near the commentator.

"If Ash wishes to," Diantha says. "THE FINALS SHALL CONTINUE!"

"L-Lysandre," The referee shakes. "p-please send out y-your last P-Pokémon!"

"I've been waiting to use this!" Lysandre throws his last Pokéball.

I'm shocked. I stare at the giant Pokémon. H-how did he get it?! This doesn't make any sense! He got it! Bonnie yells out with a close-to-crying tone. She yells the Pokémon's name.
