Jin was low-key surprised when Yoongi said Jimin was 5 cause he looked way younger.

"And I want to talk to you in private for a while about something important.. " The doctor said with a serious expression on his face and Jin nodded..

"Could you both please wait outside?" Jin said to them softly as Yoongi nodded and tried dragging Jimin outside the doctor's chamber but Jimin held onto Jin's pants tightly..

"Jimin come on let's wait outside.. " Yoongi said, but Jimin just shook his head vigorously and held onto Jin's pants tighter.. "Angel uncle don't leave us.. " he said looking at the man in front of him with big, doe eyes..

Jin felt his heart dance in his ribcage when he heard the kid's statement.. Even the doctor was chuckling at how cute and innocent a kid can be..

"I'll not go anywhere, I'll be back in a few minutes.. Just wait for me outside hmm? "Jin said while smiling, softly ruffling the kid's hair..

"Pinky promise??" he asked, holding out his small pinky figure, making Jin giggle and Yoongi smile.. "Pinky promise!" Jin said, intertwining his pinky with the kid, though the kid could barely wrap his own pinky around the older's...

Yoongi then dragged Jimin along with himself as the doctor closer the door..

"Please take a seat, Sir.. " the doctor said, gesturing Jin to seit as Jin bowed a bit before sitting..

"Yeah.. So, the thing is that they are not are not in a healthy conditions.. They haven't been eating enough food.. If this continues, it can cause severe health problems later on... Jimin had and injury on his left leg and it was left untreated and it got infected, causing him to have very high fever... I have treated it so don't need to worry.. So please take good care of them..." The doctor said it all at once..

Jin felt his heart sank at the thought of how unfairly such a little kid was treated... Even though the shortcut was used a lot by people, no one helped them... He was so glad that he found them and brought then to his house...

He was just 5 year old and was living in the streets with no food and no shelter.. And his older brother had to starve himself, just to fill his younger brother's stomach with something....

"I will for sure.. Thank you.." Jin said, getting up from the chair and bowed to the doctor, to which, the doctor bowed back...

Slowly opening the door, looked at the kids who were sitting on the chairs beside the door.. The creaking sound of the grabbed their attention.. The toddler jumped off his chair the ran to the man, hugging his leg.. The man smiled at the kid and picked him up..

"Slow down dear, you'll hurt your leg." Jin chuckled, picking the toddler up.

"What did doctor uncle say??" The toddler asked, totally ignoring what Jin just said.. "He gave me some tips on how to take care of you in a better way so that you'll recover faster.." he said while smiling..

"Will you take care of us??" the toddler asked.. "Yes little one, I will take care of you and give you whatever you need" Jin said but what the toddler said made his heart break into a million...

"But momma said-" he paused, pouting.

"Momma said Jiminie is a big boy. He should take care of himself. And not annoy other people."

His lower lips wobbled a bit, tears filling his eyes.

"Momma said Jiminie is a bad boy when he gets hurt."

What does that suppose to even mean?!

"Mom a was lying dear. She was probably playing around with you." Jin said softly playing with the boy's dark brown hair...

"Hyung.." a faint voice was heard as Jin looked at the direction of the voice.. "Yoongi?? What happened?? Why are you crying??" Jin asked, concerned as he walked towards the teen, still carrying the toddler in his arms...

"What's wrong dear??" he said, wiping the kids tears with his thumb as the toddler just watched them...

"Thank you so much hyung... I-I couldn't e-explain how thankful I a-am... " he said as he sniffles, making the man chuckle as he pulled the kid closer to his chest, softly patting the kid's back to calm him down.. The toddler pulled out his left hand and started playing with his older brother's hair...

Jin looked at both of them and he had already made his mind... He'll take care of them, no matter what.. He'll give them everything he could. He'll make sure that they have everything they need...
