When your escaping from somewhere of course the first thing you do is obviously run away. The next step is get as far away as possible from the escaped location, and that's exactly what Y/N and J did.

As soon as they broke out to the surface of their underground prison, they ran straight to the first large body of water in New York City, dived in and submerged themselves and swam away. Y/N did this by changing his skin to scales and gills, while J made his mind calm and able to hold his breath for the entire time they went underwater.

When they finally resurfaced, the two were now not only away from New York, but also in a new city all together. Somehow they had ended up in a city that was not only filled with villains all of the time, but was probably one of the worst cities to live in...which would be a perfect hideout and base of operations.

Location: Gotham City

Now walking around in just what looked like medical gowns was of course getting them attention that they didn't need. Luckily for them though it seemed that there was a gang shootout in progress at one of Gotham's Malls so deciding to use that to their advantage, J deactivated the Mall's security system and the two went on their own personal shopping spree.

After getting some regular clothes on (what they're wearing in the previous chapter), the two split into different parts of the mall. Y/N gathered food, more clothing, a few pillows and blankets, and the mall's cash registers, and J gathered many different electronic appliances, hardware tools, and guns and ammunition. As Y/N heard sirens coming closer to their location thanks to his new super hearing, he alerted J and the two left from the back with all of their new belongings. Once again luck was on their side, because in the back of the mall was a semi that happened to be unloading  their products for the mall.

Quick on their feet, Y/N knocked out the drivers, and J disabled the semi's company tracker and hotwired it. Now with a vehicle, the two loaded up all of their goodies and drove and disappeared into the night.

One Week Later

Calmly walking around the streets, Y/N was walking around Gotham City and quietly without suspicion scoping out the city. He and J had both scoped out different areas at different times, and Y/N was just finishing up scoping the last part of the city. While on his way back to the hotel they were staying at, Y/N would "accidentally" bump into any rich or wealthy looking jerks and the next thing he knew, he ended up with their wallets, credit cards, watches, and other valuables.

As Y/N entered the hotel lobby just as sunrise was coming up, he greeted the woman at the front desk.

Y/N: *smiles* Morning Marry.

Marry: And good morning to you Y/N. Are you going back to your room?

Y/N: Yep, I need to check on J and see how's he's doing, and get ready for later.

Marry: Well then when you go and check on him *suddenly blushes* Can you please give him this note and tell him it's from me please?

Y/N: *nods* Of course.

Y/N then left and went to the elevator. When he was in, he pushed a button that was on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Even though it wasn't the penthouse, Y/N and J had gotten their own rooms that we're side by side, and with a little bit of help thanks to their powers, they made their rooms jointed together and extended them. As he walked into J's he could hear him singing. As he got closer he could see J working on another new gun with a bomb on the side.

A/N: When singing, J's voice is fine.

J: 🎶 Here's a little story, Bout a man named Mike, He worked a job as Security, He worked at night, I called him up, With a lil advise, About them bad robot animals, They don't play nice-

Y/N: J.

J: *stops singing and looks back* O-Oh, H-Hey there b-bud. *clears throat and uses his telepathy* So did you scope out the docks?

Y/N: Yep, got all of the warehouses mapped and boats marked. Also, as I was coming up, *hands him the note* she told me to give you this. You know, I know it's only been a week, but yet you've made us restraints that help control our powers, tapped into almost all of Gotham's servers without getting found out, made already bunch of gadgets and weapons, and yet you still somehow caught the eye of the girl of the front desk.

J: *still telepathic* While I do thank you for the compliments, remember that I have the mind and even some memories of some of the most smart, clever, and psychotic Heroes and Villains. But besides that, there's something you should know about Marry.

Y/N: And what's that?

J: Well besides actually liking her and such, I think we should have her join us.

Y/N: What?! But she's just a desk girl.

J: And that is where you're wrong my friend. When I got my little computer set up going, I hacked into the Gotham records and when I found out that Marry had a criminal record, I went on further. Turns out that Marry is Marry Louise Dahl AKA Baby Doll.

Y/N: *interested* What did she do?

J: Apparently she was actually the star in a show called Love That Baby, which I loved watching growing up mind you. The thing about it though was that while she played a little girl, she was already in her teens, but that's because she's diagnosed with Systemic Hypoplasia, which is a disease that stopped her from growing. That's why she's just three feet and five inches tall. When her show was cancelled she tried acting for different parts, but was shunned. Due to that she snapped and kidnapped her t.v. family and tried to end them all. Of course The Bat came and stopped her, but she actually took him on as well.

Y/N: *whistles* Dang.

J: No kidding, but think about it. She'd be a really good asset. And if we want to take over this city first, then we're gonna need some help. True we might have some powerful abilities, but we can barely control most of them, and with said it's never a bad idea to have some numbers with us.

Y/N: Well if you think it's a good idea, then go for it.

J. *smiles* Great, because I'm going to have dinner with her tonight. It'll be in her room, since she doesn't want to eat out. After that, tomorrow we'll go to you'll go to Wayne Manor and I'll head to Wayne Corporations. From there, it'll only be a bit of time till Gotham City is under OUR control.
