Truth or Dare - R3hab ft. Little Daylight

Why? Just....why?

I have to go to a party in just one hour. It's at one of Hayden's friend's house whose name, as far as I remember is Jayden. Rhyming much! Whatever.

So I have to keep my dress as casual, simple and normal as possible. No cleavage. As if I have any of that dress. But at least that's my main motive for today.

Alexis is right now in the bathroom changing into her clothes. And I'm here, still thinking what to wear.C'mon, Bernice, it should be easier for you as you don't have to put any effort.

Oh! How can the theory contradict that girls always take time to decide what they wanna wear. Then it doesn't matter if you are a sexy slut or a nerd.

So now, we are heading to the party house. I, Alexis and Hayden ae in Hayden's car. While Diana and Jenny are in Diana's.

The house is quite far away from the college as we've driven for at least twenty minutes now.

Alexis is still touching up with her makeup. She us wearing a royal blue coloured dress reaching her mid-thigh and has very thin straps at shoulder showing-off her collar bones. Her brown curls are falling down in her shoulder in a gentle manner. She has a gifted natural beauty. I'm surprised to know that she is still single.

Wait! Am I lesbian? Obviously not. I'm just appreciating beauty. My new habbit.

On the other hand, I'm wearing a blue ripped jeans, brown boots and a red-black flannel above my white tee. My hair is parted from side and tucked behind my ears from both side. Also, most importantly, my thick black rimmed glasses.

Hmm...nice try to look simple and elegant.

The drive is silently Alexis is busy doing hee touch up, Hayden is driving the car and I, well, I didn't make any effort to start any conversation. It was until I could hear the thomp of music coming from nearby which meant we had arrived.

We reach a big house, party worthy, and saw Jenny and Diana waiting for us outside their cars. We get out of the car and reach them.

"Woah...what are you wearing? We are going to a party not to a group hangout", Diana says looking shocked at the choice of my clothes for the party.

"I told her the same but she said she wanted to be simple and elegant. No effort, no cleavage", Alexis replies to her from my side.

"There are many party wear dress which fit your given description. You could have told me, I'd have bought that", Diana says looking at me.

"Whatever guys. She looks beautiful in that. Now we are getting late let us move", Jenny finishes the conversation.

Wow, this conversation ended without me. Quite quick, to be honest.

We head towards the front door of the house. The door is spun open by a tall, handsome guy.

"Hey, Hayden", the guy greets Hayden with a red solo cup in one hand.

"Hey, Jayden ", Hayden says while doing their brother hug and patting each other's back.

"You must be Hayden's sister, Alexis. Right?", Jayden inquires with a smirk and stares at her. I turn tossed Alexis beside me, equally staring at him.

"Yeah, that's me", she says, blushing.

"If you are done staring at each other then would want to go inside and actually enjoy the party", Diana says bluntly to both of them, hands on her hips.

They break their stare then Jayden clears his throat and says,"Yeah, sure. Your most welcome."

We enter the house when I whisper to Alexis,"Love's in the air." Then she gives me her 'say-another-word-and-you'll-be-dead' look.

I can see many horns couples making out on the walls of the house and alcoholic breeze in the air. Red cups scattered all over the floor. The neon colourful lights were the only lights on in the house. Many people were dancing in the dance floor.

Diana and Alexis straightway go to the dance floor, joint the rest crowd. Hayden joins his guy gang, at last I and Jenny are left from our group who go to the kitchen. I prefer to take fruit punch to avoid any regretful action.

"Hey everybody, we're going to play a game now", Jayden stands on a table and announces. "Let's play truth or dare." The crowd went wild on that.

The ones who wanted to play collected in a room and sat in a large circle, whilst the rest did whatever they were doing or wanted to do.

I, Diana and Jenny sat together joining the circle. Alexis sat a little far from us. The bottle started to spin. Many people performed their dare or answered the questions for truth. Infact, some accepted to forfeit and drank the said number of shots.

Then suddenly terror set inside me. The spinning bottle stops at me.

OMG!! Why didn't I think aboit it? I just thought I'd see people perform their dares and truthes. Now it's My FREAKIN' Turn!

A guy sitting across me has to give me the dare or the question for truth.

I can't do anymore stupidity by choosing truth. He could ask any question. Can be related to my past. Neither can I choose to forfeit. Alcohol will just lead to, as I already mentioned, regretful actions.

"I choose dare", I finally say.

"Oooo...The nerd got some guts, huh?", the  guy says and I roll my eyes to that.

"Don't underestimate her, you boy", Alexis says in a challenging voice.

"Okay. So I dare you to kiss any boy here in this room", he says with a devilish smirk. "But..they themselves have to take the initiative to come to you and ask for kiss or else you'll forfeit." He turns to see all the boys. "Who wants to kiss her?"

Should have known that this is party of horny college students we are talking 'bout. I mean kissing is nothing to them. They can even do a threesome in public.

This is totally emberessing. No one would want to kiss me in my nerd look.

I internally laugh at myself. A certain amount of time has passed but nobody has shown interest. I'm having mix feelings right now. First, that my second identity is helping me keeping me away from boys. So I'm saved. Second, I'm still a girl, duh. I do feel attraction towards these boys who are sitting over here but just getting bored because the game is not moving.

"Seems to me you have to face forfeiting", the same guy who gave me dare says, his smirk just getting wide.

"I'll kiss her", I'm thinking so much that now I hear someone saying they want to kiss me *again internal laughs*. I am so much delusional that I can now hear footsteps approaching me and other people hooting.

I finally look up thinking it's my imagination and see Mr.'Crazy-go' Hot.

I blink. Okay, so this is reality. He wants to kiss ME. More like, HE wants to KISS me. Well I didn't even notice him until now.

I see around in the room to see mlstly all girls throwing dangers towards me theough their eyes, being jealous and drooling iver him.

"But I'll do it in another room" he says seeing the guy then looks at me and says, "Let's get going."

I follow him to the room next to the one which we were playing. First I enter the room. The room is a big one, king-sized bed and blah blah...

Then I hear the door close behind me. I turn to see him already walking towards me. He was looking at me with kinda lustful eyes. I'm sure I clearly saw his brown eyes go a shade or two darker.

As he keeps walking towards me, I simultaneously take a step back each time and at last my back touches the wall. It's such a cliché moment.

I have kissed many times but right now I'm feeling nervous. Don't know why.

He was now mere two inches away from me and his hot peppermint breathe was facing my face. We both were looking at each others eyes. But his were also carrying another emotion, I can't point out what but something like anger or...revenge. My eyes, on the other hand, I was having scared feeling.

Okay, maybe I wanted to kiss him, seeing his soft looking pink lips but I don't know him and specially that particular type of emotion in his eyes was sending me goosebumps down my body.

He starts to lean so I close my eyes. I can't believe it's happening. I was expecting his lips to meet mine but instead they brush against my ear lobes and say something.

"You look even more tempting like this", he just says this much and leaves the room.

What did he mean by 'I look even more tempting like this'?

And BTW I am a nerd. I'm supposed to be anything but tempting!

Does he know anything about me? My past? Is he one of those boys?
