Chapter Thirty Four

Zian's PoV

It has been two weeks since I met Alexandria in that bakery. I haven't even been seeing her at school, but I know she is there.

I would be lying if I said her words didn't affect me, but I couldn't let my emotions out because I am a gang leader. I never wanted to be one but since I'm my father's only son, it had to be passed onto me.

Her bright blue eyes that reminded me of the sky which was usually filled with energy. That beautiful smile of hers that she wanted to hide from others, even her gorgeous blonde hair kept popping up in my mind.

It seemed impossible to forget her and I couldn't help but wonder if she is thinking about me.

Everything she said was true and I couldn't deny it. This whole thing was done by our parents, so there was no real love relationship going on between the two of us.

I was just being foolish and failed to realize that she wasn't actually mine. She was just with me to keep our families happy and not once did she actually seemed happy to be here.

To me, she was an angel sent from down below. I have done many illegal things, so who am I to judge her for the way she was brought up? I'm just happy that I had the chance to meet her, even if we didn't end up together.

Mason has been trying to get my mind off of her by introducing me to many females, but none of them can compare to my Alexandria.

Ethan and Liam were busy handling the spy situation while I was trying to figure a way to take down Antonio quickly. My hatred for him grew even more when he contacted me saying that he had a wonderful time with my little toy.

Alexandria meant so much more to me and she could never be my toy. He even went as far to say that he would get her in his bed again and then mail her body parts to me once he's done with her.

Maybe she did sleep with him but if I know her well enough, I know that she does anything that comes to mind when she is surrounded by drinks and is in a happy mood.

According to her sister, Alexander, she has had many one nightstands when she goes to clubs. That is also the reason why there was a time that many men had been killed in their own apartments.

I have killed many people as well, but her killing style is always changing. That is something I didn't understand and Alexander told me to ask her about it because she didn't know either.

"So what do you want to do today since everything is under control?" Mason asked, finishing up the rest of his beer.

"I'm not in the mood to do anything and neither do I want to go out." I just felt tired and bored without her. Whenever she was here, I was constantly worrying about the many possibilities of crazy things she might do, but now it's dull and quiet.

Mason let out a sigh before he began smirking. "What if I told you I know where Alexandria is today?"

That suddenly got my attention as I was up out of my chair and already heading for the door. It seems as if I have become obsessed with her but I just can't help myself.

He let out a chuckle before following behind me. "I'm driving though," he said, twirling his keys in his finger.

It seemed like we had been driving forever until he pulled up in the front of an old looking building. There was another car which didn't belong to Alexandria.

Not thinking of anything else, I quietly rushed into the building and up the wooden stairs in the front entrance. I could hear faint sounds coming from one of the rooms, which I quickly followed.

I was just hoping that they didn't belong to Alexandria or I didn't know what I would do.

I stopped outside of the door where the sounds were coming from and I could hear a man laughing. Then an object dropped on the ground and the crying sounds stopped.

Kicking the door open, I barged in to see a girl that was covered in blood tied to a chair. Her head hung low as blood dripped onto her blue shirt.

I saw a man that I recognized as Alexandria's friend standing near the dead body pick up the bloody knife. His hands were covered in the girl's blood as well.

He looked me up and down and said nothing. His eyes were focused on the door opposite of him as he tapped his foot impatiently telling me he was waiting for someone.

"We should definitely do that again," I heard Alexandria's voice say as the door opened. She was dressed in all black clothing and her hair appeared to be shorter, maybe she cut it.

The man pointed at me and she turned around to look at me. The happiness in her eyes instantly vanishing as they got colder.

"Did you bring some other people that I don't know about Eugene?" She asked, her voice cold as she looked me over. That was not the reaction I was expecting, then again I didn't know what to expect from her.

"Of course not. I guess this guy is stalking you." They were speaking as if I wasn't even in the room and I couldn't see the dead body on the chair surrounded in a pool of blood.

She rolled her eyes and went back into the room she came from without saying another word.

"You're lucky to be alive dude," Eugene said, making me confused as to what he meant.

"What do you mean by that?" I asked.

"You really have no idea how mad you made her?" He asked with a little laugh. "I had to stop her from going on a killing spree because of how angry she is."

I was about to respond but she came back out with a little bag on her back. She was walking straight past me when I called her. "Alexandria."

She turned around and stared directly into my eyes. "Do I know you?"
