[3] 10. Hug me you stupid Angel
******3rd person POV******
Sam watched the poisonous blood drip into Mahogany's mouth. How could he had let it come to this? Inside, he desperately hoped that being a Nephilim would counter act the process. Thank fully, the Vamp didn't know she wasn't human.
Where were Dean and Cas? They'd better get here soon if Sam had any chance of rescuing Maggie and the girl. Clark sickly chuckled, "you'll be her first meal,"
Sam scowled at the Vamp, who in turn put a hand on Maggie's unconscious face. "Quite pretty, isn't she?" He asked, and Sam kept a straight face. The vamp began to inch his head closer to hers, and that's when Sam snapped. "Don't touch her," he growled. Clark slowly turned his head from the limp girl. A cynical smile crept on his pale face as he took lumbering steps towards Sam. "What are you gonna do about, pretty boy?"

"Sam hasn't checked in," Dean frowned, staring at his phone. "The barn I checked had no traces of the vamp or Maggie," Cas instructed, meeting up with a worried Dean. "Neither did mine..." He trailed off un surely, "think he found her?"
Castiel shrugged, squinting into the sun. "He probably would've alerted us right away, unless," he paused, cautiously looking at Dean. "Unless the vamp got to him first," Dean cleared his throat, and gave Cas a hearty par on the back. "Come on, let's go,"
Dean slid behind the wheel of Baby, his prized 67 Chevy Impala. Castiel crawled into the passenger seat, rapping his knuckles on the dash. "Quickly," he urged, just as Dean turned the key. The car roared to life, a sound only made by the King of the Road. Forget the jungle, Dean Winchester is the road master. Rubber smelling smoke hissed off the pavement when the car veered forward, high pitched screeching revving the engines. "How far was it down this road?" Dean checked in with Cas. "I believe 10 minutes away.
Though Castiel didn't show it, he was worried. He shouldn't have put so much faith in Mahogany's ability to protect herself. After all, he had already been able to kidnap her. He wasn't trying to go against Maggie in away, in fact it was slightly comforting that she wasn't as much of a rock hard soldier as Sam and Dean. It means her mother did her job, and protected her from what's out there. Let her grow up as normal as she could being what she was. Castiel droopily glanced at Dean.
He had wished so many times that Sam and Dean had a normal childhood. But then again, that's not who Sam and Dean would be today. The Winchesters have saved so many lives, Cas had even lost count. It was a certain reassurance that they did. It was a view that there's not all evil in the world. Evil has tried to use them as weapons all the time, because the best weapon is that with a true heart.
Castiel suddenly felt a lump in his throat. The best weapon is that with a true heart. "Dean, Dean!" Castiel said hurriedly, causing Dean to jump in place. "What Cas?" He replied, angrily glaring Cas's way. "I know why he took Maggie, he wants to turn her," Cas explained. Dean felt the blood drain from his face, going slightly faster. "How do you know that?" He asked, to which Castiel narrowed his eyes. "Just drive,"
*********
"Try," Sam said defiantly, mustering up as much courage through him. Clark stopped, a quizzical demeanor to his expression. "Try to get her to suck my blood, cause she won't," he said confidently. Clark twitched his lip, "and What would you know?" He asked, challenging Sam's hope. "I can cure her," Sam whispered. Clark sucked in a breath, and there was almost a hint of sadness in his voice. "I wished that 2 years ago, when a goddamn vampire turned me!" He shouted, spittle flying from his mouth. "It's true," Sam simply replied, and Clark came right up to him. "Then cure me," he snarled. Sam looked down in depression, "I can't. You've already fed," he explained, sincere sorrow in his voice. "Then what use are you to me," Clark whispered softly. He mockingly turned to leave, but instead twirled around to kick his shin. A grunt tore from sam's throat and he gritted his teeth.
Clark circled around Mahogany once more, but a creak from behind stopped him in his tracks. "Angey, marcel!" He called out, to which two new vampires emerged from a side door. The woman had long black hair, and brown skin. She had a shiny bronze complexion. She would've been beautiful except for the slow drip of blood smeared over her mouth. The man was tall and lanky, and he resembled Clark, for they were brothers. "How many more?" Sam asked softly, but Angey shushed him. A steady five seconds passed with nothing, until Dean came charging along side Cas. The vampires swiftly bounded over furniture, clawing at the boys. Castiel untied Sam, then rushed over to Maggie. "Sam, what's wrong with her?" He desperately asked, checking her pulse. "They turned her, I think," Sam explained, helping Dean out. They hand to hand combatted, punches thrown in all directions. "Cas! Wanna help out?" Dean questioned, successfully slicing Marcel's head off.
Angey cried out in despair, throwing Sam across the room in a fit of anger. Clark jumped up on Dean, grabbing his blade. Dean pushed against the sharp edge that was coming near his throat as Castiel sliced off Angeys head. "Cas!" Dean shouted. A hand was placed on Clarks head, and light poured out from him with a high pitched crackling. The smited body fell, broken and smoldering to the floor.
Mahogany Ellis standing behind it with glowing Sky blue eyes.
********5 minutes ago**MAGGIE'S POV*********
Consciousness hit me like a brick, that was attached to a bus, that was being pushed by a train, which was dropped from a jet liner. Basically it hurt. The ropes which had been binding me smoldered away, left in a pile of ash. Suddenly, instinct took over and I raised to my feet. I'm not exactly quite what's going on. People. Fighting?
But that's when my eyes focused. Clark was on top of Dean, two inches from slicing his throat. My steady stride finally reached them. My small hand was placed on Clark, just as a warm feeling tsunami'ed through my body. It tingled under my skin, went burning hot, then icy cold. A lump of a body sat in front me, and also a fearful Dean.
"What the hell?" He squeaked, and I stumbled back a bit. My eyes watered at realization. I just killed someone with my glowing hand. "Cas..." I hiccuped, "Cas!"
Castiel had his brow furrowed, and slowly walked towards me, Sam behind him. "It's okay, it's your powers. You just smited him," he explained, seeming as if everything is fine. I controlled my breathing and remembered something else. "He-he turned me," I whispered, and Dean got up to wash his hands in an open faucet.
"It may not work, since you're a Nephilim," Sam soothed, and Dean slaked over. "Here just let me," he said, as his arm raised to my face. I instinctively held it back, which earned a soft glare. He turned my lip up, and felt the gun of my mouth. "No fangs," he concluded, to which I then checked myself. "I'm... Fine?" I curiously asked. "No, you're friends with us, nothing will ever be fine," Sam laughed sadly, but I engulfed him in a hug. "Okay," I said into his chest.
I spun around to Dean, throwing my arms over his shoulders. "Alright kiddo, I don't do this mushy-we're-alive shit," Dean grumbled, but I could here his smile. "Sure," I laughed, then turning to Cas.
"Maggie I-"
"Hug me you stupid angel," I smiled, wrapping my arms around him. He was stiff at first, then relaxed. "I'm so sorry we let you get taken," he apologized when I pulled away. "Cas really, it was fine," I smiled.
**************
"Hey, I'll start packing the car!" Dean called, grabbing the duffel bag. I called back an okay, just as my phone made me jump. Dust in the wind played beautifully, sounding that it was Tiana calling. My ringtone was actually carry on wayward son, but Tiana set hers to her favorite Kansas song.
"Hello?" I asked curiously, when a cheery British voice replied. "Maggie! Oh thank god, you're alive," she sighed, to which I mumbled, "barely."
"I'm sorry?" She asked, and I hurriedly covered up what I said. "Oh nothing. Any way Tiana, it's only been like two days," I chuckled, secretly liking how she worried. "Anyway, it doesn't matter. And I want you to tell me everything that happened, no lies," she ordered sternly. I contemplated doing exactly what she didn't want me to do, but thought better of it. "We hunted some vampires," I said with a sigh, understanding how insane that sounded. "Holy shit," she murmured on the other side. I scoffed with a laugh, "yeah, then they kidnapped me and this other girl. They tried to turn me into a vamp, but it didn't work since I'm a Nephilim. Then basically the boys showed up and I boiled the vamps insides with my hand," I said running it through my head. I began to have the urge to cry, "my hand, Tiana. Do you know how scary that is?" I whimpered, as a silent tear rolled down my cheek.
She took in a shaky breath on the other line, "no I don't. And I never will. But one thing I do know, is that you can handle it," she said. I wiped away the tear, "okay, Disney princess cliche," I laughed. "Good thing though, the little girls back with her mom," I said, letting myself smile. "See," she chirped, "that's what it's about,"
"Maggie were ready to go," Sam called, and gave him a nod. "Call you later Tiana," I farewelled. "Call me later," she replied, before I heard the click of the phone line ending.
We all took our usual seats in the car. Dean had cranked up the music, and I bobbed my head along. We continued down the highway, laughing about something. Even Castiel cracked a smile. I treasured the moment, because I knew with this new life. Things are going to get rough.
"So," I smirked, "where to boys?"
