3rd person POV:

(The S.S Last Dream)

Ritsuko was busy at work until she heard the click of a gun and a cold metal object against her head.

Gendo: Hello doctor Akagi.

Ritsuko: How did you get in here?

Gendo: Out of all the questions you could ask, is that really the one you want to be answered?

Ritsuko: You're right...so answer this, why would you do all this?

Ritsuko: Your plan will only lead to the destruction of the planet. You'll get nothing.

Gendo: I can do nothing but help my son with his purpose.

Ritsuko: Purpose?

Gendo: The 15 years he was missing, you all believed he was flying around the solar system.

Gendo: But in reality, he traveled to meet the ones that created it all.

Ritsuko: What are you on about?

Gendo:(sigh)... I thought you'd be smart enough to figure it out.

Ritsuko:?

(Smack)

She is knocked out by Gendo, who then locks down the lab to continue his work while Lilith sits quietly and waits.

(Opening theme)

After working on the motorcycle for some hours, (Y/n) managed to get it working.

(Vroom, vrooooom)

Asuka: You got it working?

Cleaning off the oil on him, (Y/n) answered.

(Y/n): Yeah... But I don't know how well I did. Need to give it a test drive.

Asuka: Leave it to me. You go get changed. No way I'm letting your oil-covered ass sit behind me and get grease in my hair.

Asuka: It hard enough to keep it clean.

(Y/n): We don't really have spare clothing.

Asuka: Q found something. Talk to her.

Jumping on to the motorcycle, Asuka went off on a test drive. (Y/n), after talking to Q was able to change out of his plug suit.

(Y/n): Really baggy... But it'll do.

Q: It's a miracle that there was something that fit.

(Y/n): What a strange miracle.

Q: Uncle... There is something I must give you.

(Y/n): What?

Taking out the Psyga and Delta mission memories, she hands them to (Y/n).

(Y/n):?

Q: All that is left is the Kaixa mission memory.

(Y/n):... You think she'll trust me with it?

Q: No. You're probably going to need to take it by force. (Yawn)

(Y/n):... Did my father tell you that?

Q: No. My mother.

(Y/n):?

Q: I only listen to Lilith, you, and aunt Asuka. In that order.

(Y/n): Aunt Asuka?

Q: Lilith refers to her as my aunt. I don't really get it...

With the sounds of a motorcycle getting louder and louder, it was obvious that Asuka had returned.

Leaving the garage, they saw her waiting for them.

Asuka: Come on, let's get a move on!

(Timeskip)

Traveling across the crimson-stained land, Asuka drove the motorcycle with (Y/n) sitting behind her and Q sitting behind him, working on some kind of device.

Seeing Q working on something in the rearview mirror, she asks.

Asuka: What are you doing back there?

Q: Working on project Genesis.

Asuka: The hell is that?

Q: A new rider gear, specifically made for (Y/n).

Asuka: What!?

(Y/n): So that's what it is...?

Asuka: Tell me more about this new rider gear.

Q: According to Gendo Ikari, it's "the peak of rider technology". But he's kinda crazy, so take that with a grain of salt.

Asuka: Son of a-(sigh)

Asuka: (Y/n)! You're not using that, got it?!

(Y/n): Yeah... Okay...

Asuka: What's with that tone?

(Y/n): Sorry, just... Do you hear that?

Asuka: Hear what?

(Y/n): How do I describe it... Crying?

Everyone stayed silent for a moment. Ignoring the sounds the motorcycle was causing, the trio managed to hear some kind of loud whaling.

Glancing around, the trio finally noticed several angels in the distance. To them, they looked like they were laying on the ground and crying in pain.

(Y/n): They're crying...?

Q: Mother tells me that they are begging.

Asuka: Begging? To who?

Q: A higher power. According to Lilith and Kaworu, the angels are begging for an end.

Asuka: Higher power... Who is this higher power?

Q: Mother...Kaworu...Gendo... When I ask they all gave me the same answer.

Q: "The one with no dreams".

Asuka/(Y/n):!?

The cries of the angels continued as the trio was silent for the rest of their journey.

(The S.S Last Dream)

It was done. Gendo had fully completed the device that would allow (Y/n) to travel through universes. The old commander couldn't help but be slightly impressed at his work.

For what he had built was truly revolutionary.

Handing the device to little Lilith and attaching a little devive like a pin onto her clothes, the angel girl escaped the lab through the air vents. Just in time as Misato broke into the lab with a bunch of guards.

Misato: Gendo Ikari...

Glaring at with spite that grew when she saw Ritsuko unconscious on the floor.

Misato:(points gun) You made a mistake coming here.

Gendo: I did what was necessary to speed up the process.

Misato: Tch! Stop acting like you're the smartest person in the world.

Gendo: Acting...? No, I don't act like the smartest person in the world. I am the smartest in the world.

Misato: Can you back that claim up?

Gendo:(smirks)

Crossing his legs, putting his elbows on a table, and resting his head against his hands in the good old Gendo pose, the old commander stares at the current commander.

Gendo: The world is dying. The angels wish to go down with it, but humanity wants to find an alternative to save themselves.

Gendo: Of course you already know this. Yet, you waste time on trying to save something beyond saving.

Gendo: I, however... Have done the intelligent thing and aided the one being that could give everyone what they wanted.

Gendo: A fool takes one glance at the world and believes there are only set paths that they can take.

Gendo: An intelligent being, stares at the world to see more paths than they could imagine about.

Misato:...

Misato: Well let me tell you how I see things...

Misato: An idiot is a person who uses their last words to stroke their own ego.

(Bang)

Gendo's body falls to the floor. With a bullet to the head and a smirk on his face, the man laid dead.

Misato: Clean this up and get doctor Akagi's medical attention.

The commander tells her soldiers before leaving.

(Hours later)

Commander Katsuragi was in her quarters, taking a moment to relax by gazing out a window.

Hearing the doors to her room open, she simply said...

Misato: Leave me be.

No answer. Rather, she felt someone wrap their arm around her head and pull her towards their chest.

Misato: Kaji...

Kaji: Long day?

Misato: No...long decade and a half.

Kaji: I see...

Misato: I don't know what to do.

Kaji: Not a single person truly does.

Misato:(sigh)... Any stupid words of wisdom?

Kaji: Hmm...

Kaji: Stubbornness is good for survival, not the heart.

Misato: I don't get it.

Kaji: That's because you're too stubborn.

Misato:(light chuckle)

Makoto:(on PA system) Commander Katsuragi. We've located (Y/n), he, along with another, are in the custody of Asuka.

Misato: Back to work.

Buttoning up her uniform and putting on her hat, she takes one last glance out the window.

Walking past Kaji, she puts on her shades, before heading straight towards the bridge.

Once updated on their position, she directed a course straight to them.

Ritsuko: Commander!

Misato: What is it?

Ritsuko: Thanks to something Gendo Ikari said, I've figured something out about (Y/n).

Misato:!

Misato: What did you figure out?

Ritsuko: Blood test shows he's an Angel similar to Adam and Lilith because he is one like them.

Ritsuko: He's an original angel you could say.

Misato: Doesn't that mean he could destroy the world?

Ritsuko: That's not the problem. The problem is that if he's an original angel, where is his spear of Longinus?

Misato:!?

Ritsuko: An intact spear of Longinus could easily destroy the planet.

(Hours later)

Q, Asuka, and (Y/n) arrive on the outer deck of the S.S Last Dream where they were met with several armed guards.

Asuka: Try not to run away this time.

Q: Perhaps try not to imprison him this time.

Asuka: Not my idea.

Q: Not your concern either?

Asuka: Tch...

(Y/n): It's fine, as long as they don't try to put a bomb collar on me.

The trio sees Misato up ahead waiting for them. (Y/n) stops walking after hears something while the girls continue walking towards Misato.

(Y/n):?

Lilith: (Y/n)!

Everyone saw little girl Lilith run towards (Y/n) with a case in her hands.

(Y/n): Lilith?!

Misato:(mind) That case... Could it have the spear?

(Y/n): Lilith, how did you-

(Bang)

(Y/n):!?

Asuka/Q:!?

Lilith was now on the floor, with a hole through her head. The case she was carrying had slid up to (Y/n) feet, but he was too shocked to notice.

Turning his head, his heart broke apart more when he saw Misato was the one who pulled the trigger.

Misato: Get away from the case, now! Or I will fire!

Ignoring her and the case, he began approaching Liliths quickly decaying body which burned with blue flames as it turned to ash.

Misato fired and hit (Y/n)'s limbs to get him to stop, but he continued. But when he arrived, all that was left of her was ash and a small device that made a flatlining beep.

(Y/n):...

Meanwhile, in the Anti-Angel HQ, a spear is automatically launched down towards a long hole to the core of the planet.

Back on the S.S Last Dream, everyone began approaching (Y/n) only to stop in their tracks as he shouts at the heavens.

(Y/n): REEEEEEEEEEEEIIIIII!!!

(Y/n): WHY?! WHY!!? WHY DID SHE HAVE TO DIE!?

Misato was the only one who dared to approached the last original Angel.

Misato: Clam down and come quietly.

(Y/n): Answer my question, Misato.

Misato: I could not risk what could have been a spear of Longinus to get into your hands.

(Y/n), while angered, grabs his right wrist and starts to crack his wrist by twirling it.

(Y/n): Did you know it was in there?

Misato: I could not risk the world on the chance that it was not in there.

(Y/n): Better safe than sorry then, huh? I get it... That's why I hope you get why I did this!

With a sudden swing of his fist, (Y/n), shattering her glasses and knocking her to the ground.

Every guard raises their guns at him, but Misato lifts her arm, signaling them to stand down.

Misato: Stop being such a child... And wake up to reality!!

Swinging her arm, she punches (Y/n) across the face, making him stumble back, but out of anger, he forces himself to stay on his feet.

Misato: We don't have the luxury of taking chances! One mistake could lead to the end of the world!

(Y/n) begins to throw punch after punch at Misato who dodged out of the way of his attacks.

(Y/n): You can save the world, but would it be worth it if, in the end, you couldn't look yourself in the mirror?!

Faking out Misato with a punch, (Y/n) was able to land an uppercut which knocked the hat off Misato's head while sending her fly back.

Landing on her hands, Misato immediately pushed herself away from the ground and flipped back to her feet.

Misato: Someone has to bear the great sins for a pure future.

Misato: A good clean path doesn't exist in this world!

Misato: In real life, almost every path has its sins you must bear!

As (Y/n) rushes in to punch Misato, she spins around to heel kick him in the side of his head.

While staggering to the side, the kick to the head made him remember some words...

"Revive the planet for your new species. And those who remain, you may spare."

(Y/n) gritted his teeth and glared at Misato.

(Y/n): You think I don't know that?! I know that better than anyone, you damn hag!!

Sprinting up to her to throw another punch, Misato catches the attack and twists his arm behind his back.

(Y/n): I did it. I admit it... I'm the reason the third impact happen. The world is a hellscape because of me!

Misato: Good, now come quietly.

(Y/n): No... I might have screwed up, but I know I can make things right!

With pure strength Misato couldn't hope to match, (Y/n) broke free of the arm lock and punched Misato in the stomach.

Misato: You've done enough!

Raising back to her feet quickly she jabbed her fist at (Y/n) forehead. Without moving at all, he simply looked at her.

(Y/n): No... I've done everything everyone else wanted!

(Y/n): Becoming a rider was never my choice! Coming back to help was something I didn't want to do, but I still did for all of you!

(Y/n): Well I'm done!!!

Punching Misato across the face, he causes her to spit up blood.

(Y/n): From now on, I'll do things my way!

His eyes glowed with a crimson hue.

(Y/n): I shall end the angel's suffering and save humanity!

Picking up Misato by the collar of her jacket he stared at her.

Misato: So you're going to start with killing me?

(Y/n): No! Of course not...

His eyes began welling up with tears.

(Y/n): Because despite everything... You and I are a family!

Misato:!!

(Y/n): I don't care what you say, but to me, that's the truth. And that's why this breaks my heart!

Again, he punches her to the ground. Asuka then got in the way with the Kaixa phone in gun mode.

Asuka: That's enough!

(Y/n): The hell it is!

Their argument was short-lived as the ship alarms began blaring, telling everyone to evacuate into the vessel.

Looking in the distance, everyone was able to see large chunks of the planet begin to float up.

(Y/n): What the...?

Q: This must have been Gendo's doing.

Ritsuko:(on intercoms) Misato! We've been played! The earth's core is gone!

(Y/n): Hahahaha! Of course, it is...

(Y/n): Saves me the time. The angels can rest in peace now.

Asuka: Idiot! What about humanity!?

(Y/n): Can't save everyone... Except maybe all of you.

Quickly sliding the Kaixa mission memory out of the Kaixa phone, (Y/n) knocks Asuka into Misato.

(Y/n): Q, get them into the ship.

Q: Understood.

With surprising power, Q began dragging the two into the ship as (Y/n) walked up to the edge of the ship after grabbing the case Lilith was carrying.

Opening it to reveal a unique kind of driver, he equips himself with it as he tosses the now-empty case away.

Taking out the mission memories, (Y/n) inserts them into the driver.

Orga.

Psyga.

Kaixa.

Delta.

Faiz.

Ready, and standing by.

(Y/n): HENSHIN!!!

He spins the chamber of the driver.

Full Complete.

All the rider symbols appear in front of him, as he's engulfed in, a bright blinding light.

When it died down, it revealed (Y/n) in a new rider form.

(Y/n): I'll justify the means... And bring about a happy ending as...

(Y/n): Kamen Rider Pantheon

(Kamen rider Pantheon)

Flicking his wrist, (Y/n) looked at the destruction around him as he spun the front of his driver a full 360°.

Full Exceed Charge.

Jumping into the sky, (Y/n) launched himself forward and kicked the sky.

Phasing past the point he kicked, all five rider symbol appeared.

(World smash)

The sky shattered like glass after his finisher, creating a large portal to some unknown location.

Everyone in the bridge of the Last Dream watched as (Y/n) jumped into the portal he made.

Misato: Where did he go?

Q: That driver allows (Y/n) to travel through different universes. He just created a hole for us to follow.

Q: If you all wish to live. Then I suggest you follow.

Misato:... Tch.

Misato: Full speed ahead!

With the world falling apart behind them the Nerv was left with no choice but to follow (Y/n) into the great unknown.

Next time on "Neon Genesis Kamen Rider"

The last arc is upon us. Perhaps it will be shorter? I don't know.

But on the last arc, we shall return to the main reality where arc 1 took place.

There we'll see how (Y/n) moved on after saving the world from the instrumentality project as Faiz.

After a few years of helping society rebuild, (Y/n) the CEO continues to work hard to help humanity as himself. But when a hole in the sky appears, and along with it, a massive skyship with a rider that has some kind of messiah complex from an alternative reality.

Will (Y/n) Ikari be able to settle the matter or shall the world see the return of the Kamen Riders.
