3rd person POV:

Gendo: Correct, I have already arranged it with the committee.

Gendo: The cargo left from Sasebo port yesterday and now is making its way here across the Pacific Ocean.

(In a helicopter)

Misato, Kensuke, Toji, and (Y/n) were in a Smart Brain helicopter flying towards the sea.

Kensuke: Oh! A MIG-55 D transport helicopter! I never dreamt in a million years I'd get to ride in one!

Kensuke: Thank god I have a friend like you (Y/n)!

(Y/n): Glad you're happy, your military otaku.

Misato: I thought you guys must be sick of being cramped up, so I just invited you on a date.

(Y/n): Don't call this a-

Toji: Date!? Really?!

Toji: I bought this cap just for today, Misato!(fixes white cap)

(Y/n): As you're friend, I'll do you do the favor of forgetting what you just said.

He turns his attention to the Smart Brain briefcase, containing the Faiz Gear, on Misato's lap.

(Y/n): So where are we going?

Misato: Were taking just a little jaunt across the Pacific onto that cruise over there.

(Y/n): Cruise?

Looking over her shoulder, (Y/n) sees a fleet of warships called "Over the Rainbow". The Pride of the UN.

(Opening theme)

A girl watches from a distance as a Smart Brain helicopter land.

Once Kensuke got out, he began fanboying over all the military equipment while also filming it for his blog.

Kensuke: Oh cool! Awesome! Incredible!

Kensuke: Mega-cool!

Kensuke: This kind of thing brings a tear to the heart of a real man!

(Y/n):(mind) Just looks like a bunch of iron tubs with guns.

Toji's hat is blown off his head by a gust of wind.

Toji: No! Wait!

(Y/n):(stretches)

(Y/n): So why did you bring the gear?

Misato: Just in case an angel attacks the city you can be sent right to it instead of risking going into the base to get it.

(Y/n): Huh...

Toji: Stop stop!

He continued to chase his hat that was being blown by the wind.

A girl then stepped in the hat.

Toji:!?

Girl: Hello, Misato. How have you been?

Toji:(angry)

Misato: Fine. How 'bout you? You've grown some, haven't you?

Toji tried to get his hat from under the girl's foot.

Girl: I'm not just taller, but my figure has filled out as well.

(Y/n) stared, unimpressed at the girl with his hands in his pockets.

Misato: Let me introduce you.

Misato: This is the user of the Kixa gear. The second child...

Misato: Asuka Langley Sohryu.

(Asuka Langley Sohryu)

A gust of wind then blew up her skirt.

(Slap)

(Slap)

(Slap)

She slapped the boys.

(Y/n): What a lovely first impression...

Toji: What did you do that for!?

Asuka: The viewing fee. Quite the bargain don't you think?

(Y/n): Do you do refunds?

Asuka:(glare)

Toji: What?! You think it's worth that!? Here! Take a look at mine!

(Y/n): What are you...?

Toji pulls down his pants.

Asuka: Eh!?

(Y/n): Did you just pull down your pants... In front of a girl... In the middle of a warship... Surrounded by sailors?

Asuka: You insolent dork!!

Asuka slapped Toji once again while (Y/n) kicked him in the crotch.

Toji: W-why...?

(Y/n): I don't need to associate with people who pull down their pants in front of girls.

Asuka: So, which one is the famous third child? Don't tell me it's him...

She glares at Toji.

Misato: Don't worry. It's him.

She gestures to (Y/n).

(Y/n): Hey...

Asuka looks over (Y/n).

Asuka: Hmm... He seems kinda dull...

Asuka:(mumbles) Guess looks are deceiving...

(Bridge)

Captain: I thought you were the leader of these boy Scouts but seems I was wrong.

Misato: Thank you for your understanding, Captain.

Captain: Oh no... Thank you for giving me more kids to babysit.

Misato: We appreciate your assistance in the marine transport of the Kaixa gear.

Captain:(sigh)

Captain: When did the U.N transform into a bloody cargo service?

First mate: It was just after a certain company won over the favor of the United Nations.

Captain: Guarding some toys... We're the strongest fleet in the world.

Misato: It's still not enough, considering the importance of the rider system.

Misato: So would you sign this document?

She presents a paper to him.

Captain: Not yet. The Kaixa gear and its user has been entrusted to us by the third branch in Germany. I won't let you waltz in and do as you please!

Captain: When we arrive at our port of destination, then and only then will I sign it.

Misato: Understood. But I should remind you that in case of an emergency my Smart Brain authority overrides yours.

Toji: She's so cool...

(Y/n): Wow... This responsible adult looks so much like Misato... Wait, maybe it's Ritsuko in disguise?

???: Well, well, well... Aren't you as gallant as ever.

Misato;?!

Asuka:(smiles) Kaji!

Turning their heads, they all saw a man lean into the room.

(Ryoji Kaji)

Misato:!?

Captain: Mr. Kaji, I must insist that you don't just invite yourself into the bridge.

Kaji:(chuckles) Sorry about that.

Once the talking with the captain was done, the group headed to the cafeteria to get some food.

Sadly, due to how many of them there were, the elevator ride was quite... Cramped.

Misato: What are you doing here!?

Kaji: Accompanying her. I'm on a business trip from Germany.

Misato: Man, I got careless. I should have anticipated this.

Misato/Asuka: Hey, don't touch me there!

Kaji/Toji: I can't help it!

(Cafeteria)

They all sat around a table, enjoying tea or coffee. Kaji was playfully poking Misato, with his foot under the table.

Kaji: Do you have a boyfriend now?

Misato: That's none of your business.

Kaji: Come on... Don't be like that.

Kaji:(sigh)

He turns his attention to (Y/n).

Kaji: You're living with Misato here, aren't you?

(Y/n): Yeah... But how do you know?

Kaji: Not important.

Kaji: So tell me... Is she still wild in bed?

Everyone: EH?!

Misato: Wh...wha...

Her face turned completely red.

Misato: What are you implying!?

Kaji:(smirks) So, she hasn't changed, has she, (Y/n) Ikari?

(Y/n): I doubt it...

(Y/n): So now tell, how you know my name?

Kaji: I ought to know. You've made quite the name for yourself.

Kaji: The third child, who completed his transformation on the first try and defeated an angel with no training whatsoever.

(Y/n): It was just luck.

Kaji: Luck is apart of your destiny. It's a talent.

Kaji: Anyway, I gotta go. Have the next round on me.

(Y/n): But it's free.

Kaji:(smirk) It is now.

Misato: This has to be a joke...

(Timeskip)

Kaji and Asuka were on a balcony talking.

Kaji: So what do you think about the third child?

Asuka: He has such a boring and rotten personality! That's the great third child? What a joke!

Kaji: Yet, he has a 5% transformation fail chance with no training.

Asuka: 5%!?

Asuka then stormed off in search of the third child.

(Y/n) and the other three were having a chat until Asuka approached him.

Asuka: Hey! Third child!

(Y/n):?

Asuka: Come with me!

(Y/n):(mind)..... Phrasing.

Aa a way to punish himself for that joke, he agreed and followed Asuka the second child who brought him to a makeshift lab inside a cargo container on the outer deck of the vessel.

Asuka: Behold!

She opened the container to reveal a motorcycle called the Side Basher and the case holding the Kaixa gear.

(Y/n): Black and orange-ish yellow.

Asuka: The color isn't the only difference.

Asuka: Delta was the prototype.

Asuka: Faiz was the test to see what could be done with it.

Asuka: And My Kaixa gear was fully designed for combat.

Asuka: Making it the first true rider gear. The final model!

(Y/n):(scratches head)

(Y/n): Uhh... Cool?

(Y/n): Do... Do you want me to applaud?

Asuka: Tch!

Asuka: Do you think I'm joking!?

(Y/n): No.

(Y/n): I just don't really... Care.

(Y/n): Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to have you on board. It means less work for me, but I'm not going to go crazy because of it.

Asuka: I see... You don't believe me! You think I'm just all bark no bite, don't you!?

(Y/n): That's not what I meant!

Asuka: Don't lie to me!

(Y/n): Ah, whatever, believe what you want.

Asuka: Just you wait. I'll show what the Kaixa gear can do when an Angel comes along.

(Shake)

The whole vessel shook.

Asuka/(Y/n):!?

(Y/n): What was that?

Asuka: Underwater tremor... Something exploded nearby.

Running to the side of the ship they looked out to see something in the water crashing into the other vessels of the fleet.

(Y/n): An angel!?

Asuka: A real one?!

(Y/n): Tch, you just had to say something about an angel coming along, didn't you?!

Asuka: This is my chance...

(Y/n): We got to go get Misato. She has my Faiz gear.

Asuka: Before that... Come with me!

She grabs his arm and drags him along.

(Y/n): Stop shouting that at me!

Asuka grabs her Kaixa gear and a duffle bag.

Pulling (Y/n) along, Asuka searches for something until she finds a staircase.

Asuka: Perfect!

Asuka: Stay here.

She then goes a floor down and takes out a red plug suit which she quickly begins to change in.

(Y/n): What are you doing?

The foolish (Y/n) takes a peek at Asuka who's in the middle of changing.

Asuka: Don't peek pervert!

(Y/n):!?

(Y/n): Sorry!

He looks away.

(Y/n): Why are you putting on a plug suit? You don't need them to transform.

Asuka: What are you? A newbie? There's a chance the transformation can fail.

Asuka: The Plug suits make the usually crippling if an error occurs, slightly less hellish.

Asuka then pressed a button on her wrist, tightening the plug suit.

Walking up to (Y/n), she hands him an extra plug suit of hers.

Asuka: Put it on.

(Y/n): I'll pass.

Asuka: Suit yourself, but tell me, do you feel like it's your lucky day where you won't get an error?

(Shake)

(Y/n):....

(Y/n): Ffffffffffff-

(Y/n): Fine! Give me a minute.

(1 minute later)

(Y/n): I hate this...

Asuka: Stop complaining! Let's go!

The two then drive the Side Basher towards the bridge to get the Faiz gear.

Misato, Kensuke, Toji, and the captain stare out to see the angel, who had already sunk a few vessels swim around.

Misato:?

Misato: Is it looking for something?

Kaji in the meantime was in his room, looking out at the angel with a pair of binoculars.

As he watched the chaos he spoke with someone on the phone.

Kaji: Should I have expected an angel attack? Probably, but why now all of the sudden?

Gendo:(on phone) That's why the Kaixa gear was brought on board. I've also generously provided a second rider.

Gendo:(on phone) If worse comes to worst, you can escape by yourself.

Kaji: I know.

Asuka then drifts roughly to a stop in front of the bridge on the outer deck, where Misato and the others noticed them.

Misato: (Y/n)? Asuka?

(Y/n): Misato! My gear!

Misato:(smirks) Right away!

Captain: Oh-

Misato: Quite! I'm in charge now!

Misato opened the Faiz case.

Kensuke: So this is the Faiz gear? So cool!

Toji: Is that a camera?

Misato quickly assembled the gear together. With driver and phone in hand, she first tossed the driver to (Y/n) as the Angel began swimming towards their ship.

As (Y/n) put on his driver, Misato inputted the transformation code into the Faiz phone for (Y/n).

Standing by.

Misato: (Y/n), Catch!

She threw the Faiz phone towards (Y/n).

(Y/n) jumped out of the Side Basher, caught the Faiz phone midair. When he began falling he completed his transformation.

(Y/n): Henshin!

Complete.

(Y/n) landed on the deck as Faiz.

Kensuke: Whooo! Go, buddy!

Toji: Kick its ass!

The fishing boat size Angel then jumped on board the ship.

(Y/n):!

Flicking his wrist as he dashed towards the Angel, (Y/n) attempted to kick the Angel back into the sea.

He succeeded, however, he dragged into the water by the Angel.

(Y/n): Whoa!?

(Splash)

(Y/n):(mind) Guess I'm doing this underwater-

The Angel tried to eat (Y/n).

Faiz ended up in between its teeth, using his strength to stop its teeth from piercing him.

(Y/n):(mind) Well this went horribly wrong! Horrifically quickly!

Asuka simply smirked.

Asuka: This is just too perfect!

Asuka: Time to show everyone what I can do!

Assembling her gear, she placed the driver around her waist. She then slid the Kaixa phone open to enter the transformation code.

Standing by.

She held the phone to the side before shouting...

Asuka: Henshin!

Inserting the phone diagonally into the driver then pressing it down, she completed her transformation.

Complete.

Yellow light surrounded her. When it died down, Asuka revealed herself as Kamen rider Kaixa.

(Kaixa theme)

She got on her Side Basher and pressed a few buttons.

Battle mode.

Her Side Basher transformed into its battle mode.

Asuka then used the Side Basher to jump to the other nearby boats to follow the Angel.

While in the air after her jumps, she fired at the Angel with the Side Bashers rockets.

Asuka: Run all you want! I will catch you!

In between the teeth of the Angel, Faiz was trying not to get crushed. Taking out his Faiz phone, he activated its gun mode with one hand to shoot at the ceiling of its mouth.

(Bang bang bang)

The pain made the Angel burst out of the water and onto a vessel.

Asuka: Got you now!

She crashed her Side Basher on top of the Angel.

Angel:(painful grunting)

Asuka then took out her X shape weapon, the Blaygun.

Pulling the hammer of the gun, she activated its gun mode.

Burst mode.

She relentlessly fired down at the Angel until it began shaking.

Kaixa then jumped off her vehicle and landed on the deck of the ship after doing a little flip in the air.

Asuka: Time for the main event!

While Faiz held the Angel as it struggled to get in the water, Asuka took out her Mission memory and inserted it into her Blaygun.

Ready.

A yellow beam sword extended out. Asuka held her Blaygun in a reverse grip sword style.

Sliding the Kaixa phone open, she activated her finisher.

Enter

Exceed charge.

Once the photon blood reached the Blaygun, Asuka shot the Angel covering its body in a yellow x shape net.

Running up to the Angel, energy began surrounding her until a sudden burst of speed priced into the angel and phased to the other side of it.

(Kaixa slash)

The angel bursted into blue flames before turning into ash as the Kaixa symbol appears on the area where Asuka hit the angel.

Asuka: I win.

(Y/n):(sigh)

Misato and the others watched their victory in the distance.

Misato: They did it!

(Jet noises)

Misato:?

Misato noticed Kaji in a jet.

Kaji:(coms) Sorry, I'm late for something, so I gotta jet. Until next time~

Misato:!?

Kaji flew off.

Misato:!?!

(A few hours later)

What remained of "Over the Rainbow" arrived at its port of destination.

(Y/n) was teased with pictures of him in the female plug suit.

Misato vented her anger to Ritsuko.

And Asuka was filled with joy over the whole situation that transpired.

Kaji was in Gendo's office with a briefcase.

Kaji: This thing is insane. Even in cryostasis, it managed to regenerate this much.

Gendo opens the case.

Gendo: Adam...

Kaji: Happy?

Gendo:... Good job.

Gendo: With this, we are one step closer to Smart Brain's goal...

Gendo: The Human instrumentality project.
