(Opening theme)

On a hot summer-like day, many military vehicles gathered near a city in wait of something.

All was quiet until a man's voice began blaring out of a speaker system.

Man on speaker: May I have your attention.

Man on speaker: As of 12.30 pm today, a special state of emergency has been declared for the Kanto and Juru region surrounding the Tokai district.

The city streets were empty, with no movement or signs of human life whatsoever.

Man on speaker: Residents must evacuate to their designated shelters, immediately.

The man repeated the warning as a woman drove through the empty streets.

Woman: Damn...

Woman: Why did I have to lose him in a time like this? Why now...? ugh...

On a payphone, a young man with brown hair, jeans, a button-up white shirt, and a bag over his shoulder was attempting to call someone.

Recorded message: We're sorry, due to a state of emergency, all lines have been cut off. This is a recorded-

Slimming the phone in annoyance, the young 15 years old boy leaned against the payphone.

((Y/n) Ikari)

(Y/n): This was a mistake...

(Y/n): If it wasn't for that blind fart, I would be on the other side of the world with my bike...

(Y/n): Ugh... Why did I even bother to come here?

He takes out a photo.

(Y/n): Ah right... Damn hormones...

Checking the time, (Y/n) began feeling like someone was watching him, however, raising his head all he saw was a flock of birds fly away.

(Y/n):?

(Y/n):!

A sudden gust of wind blows through the city, causing even the electric wires to shake.

(Y/n): What the...?

Looking up to the sky, (Y/n) saw several hovering fighter planes fly overhead towards something in the city.

(Unknown location)

Military Woman: Unidentified object is continuing its approach to this facility.

Military man: Target located, putting it up on the screen now.

Two men were staring at the screen.

One man with glasses was sitting down and watching the live footage.

The other man, named Kaouzou Fuyutsuki was standing right beside him.

(Kaouzou Fuyutsuki)

Kaouzou: It's been 15 years...

Man with glasses: Yes... No doubt about it.

Man in glasses: It's an angel.

(What's on-screen)

(Back with Ikari)

(Y/n) watched as the military fires bullets and rockets at something in the city.

After a large explosion that (Y/n) was able to feel from where he was, the military operatives and leaders began cheering while the two old men in the unknown location continue to watch silently.

(Y/n): What the hell are they doing...?

A laser from the grown then fired at one of the flying military vehicles causing it to fall and crash near (Y/n).

(Y/n):!?

(Y/n): What the hell are they fighting!?

The crashed vehicle exploded as a car stopped in front of the young man.

(Y/n):?

Woman: Am I late?

(Y/n): Yeah, a little...

Entering the car, the woman begins driving the boy out of the city as rouge lasers from the military's enemy hit buildings.

After driving a good distance away, the woman leans over the boy to look out the window with a pair of binoculars.

(Y/n): Can't you just get out of the car instead of shoving your-

Woman: Wait a second...

She says as she watches the military follow something over some mountains.

Woman: No! They're going to use an N2 mine!

(Y/n): A N2 what-?

Woman: Get down!

(Y/n):!?

She pushes (Y/n) down and lays on top of him to protect him as a large explosion goes off, sending the car flying back.

(KABOOOOOOOOOOOOM)

With the car now on its side, the two exit the car.

(Y/n):(coughing)

Woman: You alright?

(Y/n):(spits)

(Y/n): Yeah, just got a little dirt in my mouth.

Woman: Well time to get over it. Come on now, help me push.

(Y/n) then aids in pushing the car back on its wheels.

Woman: Thanks (Y/n), you're pretty useful.

(Y/n): Sure, whatever...

(Y/n): Thanks for the lift back then, miss Katsuragi.

Woman: Misato is just fine.

(Misato Katsuragi)

Misato: We meet at last.

(Unknown location)

Military general: We killed it, we must have!

Their hopes were high only to be shattered when they regained visual of the angel.

Military general: No!

Kaouzou: It seems not only does it possess an AT field but it also has regenerative properties.

Man with glasses: So it does...

After "borrowing" some batteries to help power her car, Misato and (Y/n) were on the move.

Misato then made a call.

Misato: Yeah yeah, his safety is my top priority. Can you get a car train ready for us? Express of course.

Misato:(listens)

Misato: Well I did volunteer to pick him up. So it's only my duty he gets there. See ya.

While she was speaking on the phone, (Y/n) flicking his wrist to try to shake off a bad irritation in it.

(Y/n): Hey, Misato?

Misato:(mind) Oh this sucks. I-I just had this car repaired and it's a wreck already.

(Y/n): Misato?

Misato:(mind) 33 more payments plus the cost of repairs...

(Y/n): Earth to Misato?

Misato:(mind) And look! My dress is ruined. And I look so good in it.

Misato:(mental sobbing)

(Y/n): Oi, Misato!

Misato:(smiles) Hmm? What's that?

(Y/n): I was just wondering if I'm going to be considered an accessory to theft for those batteries.

Misato:(awkward chuckle)

Misato: Don't worry about it. It's an emergency. We needed a working car so... Yeah... Don't worry, about it.

Misato: Besides, I'm an agent for a pretty big organization, so we're fine.

(Y/n):.....

(Y/n): If the police ask, I'm selling you out.

Misato: Oh lighten up.

Misato: For a kid with such a cute face, you sure are uptight.

(Y/n): What was that?

Misato:(smugly) Oops, did I make you upset? I'm sorry, you are just a boy after all.

(Y/n): So childish... I don't know if I should call you a hag or wannabe adult.

Misato:(glares)

The car begins to swerve as the two struggle.

After making amends so they wouldn't drive into a tree, the two drive into a basement that leads to a vehicle transport system to get them where they need to go.

Looking around, (Y/n) noticed a logo on the walls.

(Y/n): Smart brain? Isn't that the tech company?

Misato: Uh-huh. It's also has a military division funded by the UN.

(Y/n): And that's where my old man works?

Misato: Well duh. You do know what he does, don't you?

(Y/n): Our relationship hasn't reached that point where we know personal information about each other.

(Y/n): All anyone has told me was something, something mankind.

(In the unknown location)

Military general: We are handing the reins to you. Don't betray trust.

Man in glasses: Yes, sir.

Military Captain: Mister Ikari, our weapons have had no effect on them, are you sure you can beat them?

The man fixes his glasses.

Man with glasses: Of course. That's why Smart brain is here.

Military general: I pray you're right.

The military leaders then leave.

Kaouzou: The forces are exhausted. What are you going to do?

Man with glasses: Prepare the Faiz gear.

Kaouzou: The Faiz gear? But we have no one who can use it.

Man with glasses: Not anymore. Another spare has been delivered.

Back with Misato and (Y/n).

They were waiting until they arrived at their location.

Misato handed (Y/n) a manual of some kind which he skimmed over, only reading it out of boredom.

(Y/n): Hey, are we going to see my old man?

Misato: Well yeah.

(Y/n):(sigh) great.

Misato: Oh yeah. Did your dad send you an Id card?

(Y/n): Uhh.

He searches his bag and pulls out an Id card.

(Y/n): Yeah. Here.

He hands it to her.

Misato: Thanks.

(Y/n): Now tell me...

He shuts his Smart brain manual.

(Y/n): Am I going to be working for my old man?

Misato:...

(Y/n): Stupid question... He obviously needs me for something.

Misato; Sounds like you don't get along with your dad.

(Y/n): Can't get along with someone who you never see.

Misato: You almost sound like me...

(Y/n):?

Existing a tunnel the two get a clear view of an underground City called a Geofront.

(Y/n): Wow... This is cool.

Misato: The Geofront. Our secret underground base and the key to rebuilding our world.

Misato and (Y/n) after arriving immediately got lost.

Eventually, when the elevator door opened in one of their attempts to find their location, a blond woman finds them.

(Ritsuko Akagi)

Misato: H-hey there Ritsuko...

Ritsuko: Hmm...

She stands in from of Misato while (Y/n) leans on the wall.

Misato:!

Ritsuko: Why are you wasting my time, Captain? Don't you know we're low on time and manpower?

Misato: S-sorry.

Ritsuko:(sigh)

She turns her attention towards (Y/n).

Ritsuko: So is this the one?

Misato: Yep. According to the report, he's the third child.

(Y/n): Third... Child...?

(Y/n):(mind) That better not mean I have any siblings.

Misato: I'm afraid he's just like his father.

(Y/n):?!

Misato: The gruff and unfriendly part that is.

(Y/n): Those are still fighting words.

Ritsuko began leading them to the right area.

After some more talking and a boat ride, they arrived in a dark room.

(Y/n):(mind) Why Is it so dark?

When the lights came on, he needed a moment for his eyes to adapt.

Once they did, he saw an open briefcase in front of him with strange equipment inside it.

(Y/n): What... What is this?

Ritsuko: This is man's ultimate weapon against the Angels.

Ritsuko: A system that gives the user armor to utilize Photon blood to enhance whoever uses it.

Ritsuko: That there is called the Faiz gear. Built here in secret. The last hope for humanity.

(Y/n): Is this what my old man been working on?

Man in glasses: Correct.

(Y/n):!?

Looking up, (Y/n) sees his father on a balcony overlooking the entire room.

(Gendo Ikari)

Gendo: It's been a while...

(Y/n): Old man...

Gendo:(smirks) We're moving out.

Misato: Moving out? But the Delta gear is still undergoing repairs!

Misato:!

Misato: Don't tell me you're going to use the Faiz gear!

Ritsuko: There is no other way.

Misato: But Rei can't do it yet, can she? We don't have a user!

Ritsuko: We just received one.

Misato: You're serious?

Ritsuko: (Y/n) Ikari. You will become Kamen rider Faiz.

(Y/n):?!

Ritsuko: It took Rei Ayanami months to even use the Delta gear. He just got here, he can't do it.

Ritsuko: He just has to try to transform. We don't expect more than that.

Ritsuko: Defeating the angel is our ultimate priority. If we have someone who can do it, we then have to risk it.

Ritsuko: You do understand that, right?

Misato: .... Yes.

(Y/n): So is this why you sent for me?

Gendo: Of course.

(Y/n): So let me get this straight. You want me to take this belt and flip phone and go out there to fight a monster for you?

Gendo: Correct.

(Y/n):!

(Y/n): You're mad if you think I'm just going to go along with this!

(Y/n): Is this the only reason you called me here?

Gendo: Correct. I had a use for you, so I called.

(Y/n):....

(Y/n): I'm not some kind of fighter.

Gendo: You will be instructed. And the experience you've gained from those little brawls you've gotten yourself in will only make it easier.

(Y/n): Tch...

(Y/n): I'm not some kind of lab rat! I won't do it!

Gendo: Either do it now or leave.

(Y/n):!

(Rumble)

Everyone:?

Gendo: It's close. It must sense us.

Ritsuko: (Y/n), you have to do it.

(Y/n): You heard my answer! I won't be your test puppy!

Gendo: Kaouzou... Get Rei in here.

(Y/n):(mind) This was definitely a mistake...

An injured girl on a medical bed was then rolled into the room.

(Rei Ayanami)

(Y/n):?

She sat up with immense pain.

The belt was then placed on her waist. The phone was then opened. Three numbers were dialed.

Enter.

Faiz phone: Standing by.

The phone was then placed into the slot on the belt and slid to her left, only to hear.

Error.

Rei: AAARRGGGHHH!

The belt and phone fell to the floor along with Rei.

(Y/n):!?

With another loud rumble, debris began falling from the ceiling.

Misato: Rei!

Instinctively, (Y/n) ran up and pulled Rei away from the falling debris.

Now in his arms, (Y/n) saw how injured Rei truly was. She was now in so much pain, she couldn't even scream in agony.

(Y/n):(mind) I can't run away from this...

(Y/n): Fine! I'll do It!

Gendo:(smirks)

Grabbing the belt, he places it around his waist.

(Y/n): What do I have to do?

Ritsuko: Open the phone. Enter the transformation code then press enter.

Misato: Then lift the phone in the air, shout Henshin, then insert the Faiz phone into the driver.

(Y/n):(nods)

Opening the phone, he dials the transformation code.

Enter.

Faiz phone: Standing by.

Lifting the phone into the air he shouts.

(Y/n): Henshin!

Inserting the phone into the belt, he heard one word.

Gendo:(smirks)

A bright crimson glow blinds everyone with its brilliance.

Once the light had died down, they all saw (Y/n) in the Faiz armor.

He was given no time to examine this new form as he was immediately shoved to another room.

Ritsuko: Everyone! Battle stations!

Ritsuko: You follow me!

(Y/n): Right...

He was quickly brought to a room with tunnels going up. After shoved against a wall that attaches to his armor he laid waiting.

Everyone else went to the command room.

Ritsuko: Amazing... There are no problems at all.

Ritsuko: Faiz is ready to launch!

Misato: (Y/n), you ready?

He heard her through the coms.

(Y/n): Yeah. But what do you mean, launch-

Misato: Faiz! Launch!

(Y/n) was jettisoned into the air at tremendous speeds all the way to the surface in the city where the angel was.

(Y/n): Ugh... Give a guy a warning...

Misato:(on coms) Quit complaining, enemy up ahead.

(Y/n):?

(Y/n): What do I do?

Misato:(coms) Fight.

(Y/n):....

(Y/n): Good grief... What did I get myself into?

Flicking his wrist to the side, he approaches the angel.

The Angel is the first to attack.

It swings its arm in a punching manner at (Y/n).

Moving to the side he avoids the hit.

He then throws a punch and damages the angel.

After throwing a few more punches, his attack was then blocked by some kind of force field then was knocked back by the angel.

The impact sends him sliding across the concrete.

(Y/n): What was that?

Ritsuko:(coms) That a AT field. It's basically a force field the angel generated.

Ritsuko:(coms) Don't worry, your armor is infused with Photon blood, which will let you break that AT field. It's also what allows you to damage it.

Flicking his wrist once more, he glares at the angel.

(Y/n): Got it...

Ritsuko:(coms) Now what you're going to want to do is-

(Y/n) charges straight ahead towards the Angel, which brings up it's AT field to protect itself from (Y/n)'s attack.

(Y/n) however, was unfazed by this. He stabbed his hands into the AT field and began brute-forcing it open.

(Y/n): AAAAHHHH!

Ritsuko: I guess you can also do it the inefficient way...

(Y/n) then broke open the AT field, allowing him to land a punch directly on the core.

He then proceeded to let loose and vent out all his frustration on the Angel as he smashed his fist against its red core.

Once the angel's core began cracking, the angel itself knew it couldn't win, so it attached itself to (Y/n).

(Y/n): Oi! Get off!

Ritsuko: Energy readings are growing immensely!

Misato:(coms) (Y/n), get out of there!

(Y/n): Huh?

The angel began glowing brightly. Instinctively, (Y/n) began ripping off the angel.

But it was too late.

(KABOOOOOOOOOOOOM)

The angel exploded.

Ritsuko: We lost signal!

Misato: Give me a visual now!

After a minute they finally regained a visual on (Y/n).

They found (Y/n) climbing out of a crater in his damaged armor.

(Y/n): That... Went as well as all my fights...

Collapsing on the ground, he falls unconscious.
