A/N: I feel like I just swear a lot when anyone's talking in this particular fic, sorry if you're not a fan. (But I love swearing so...)

Sorry that I don't update this as much as my other fics.

Michael had plans today, such great plans. Plans that definitely involve being some shitty ass chauffeur for someone he barely knew. Plans that he had to cancel last minute because of this person he barely knew.

"You're a fucking asshole." Michael mumbled as the person who completely destroyed his plans smiled at him from the passenger seat before smoothing out the front of his shirt.

"You fucking love me, shut your mouth."

Michael rolled his eyes, but thought it was best to keep them on the road. Love sounded like a really strong word right now, it was more of a moderate dislike at the moment.

"I was supposed to buy house stuff today," Michael groaned, thinking about the bleak walls and similarly bleak rooms. Today he had just enough time today to buy some proper household items before work. He'd already had to cancel having tea with his landlord because of this, he knew already that whatever Luke had planned would eat up what little time he had before work.

It was Luke's turn to roll his eyes, "We'll do it later, I promise."

Luke's words didn't do anything to assure Michael that it would happen, depending on the kind of crap he was planning on getting into, Michael might not even make it to work on time.

"Remind me where we're going again?" Michael muttered, unfamiliar with the layout of this town. Every street seemed to mimic the one before, down to the flowers in the garden. Michael was slightly disturbed by the occurrence by Luke didn't seem to mind that they were basically driving through a creepy cornfield

"My school. Turn left here." Luke seemed uninterested with the fact that he was being dropped off at school, a half hour later than Michael remembered school starting. He didn't understand why Luke wanted him to drop him off, there were better ways to get to school. Michael had things he needed to do anyway, he couldn't be dropping his underage friend off all the time.

He pulled up to the school, putting the car in park automatically. Michael realized instantly that there weren't any students outside, the school grounds were completely barren.

Michael looked over at Luke, seeing the lad was concentrated on his phone as he got out, closed the door and then leaned on the car door carelessly.

Michael knocked on the passenger seat window, "Hey!"

Luke didn't even shift.

Michael was annoyed, he was under the impression that going to the school would mean dropping the blond kid off and going on with his day - buying new furniture - but here Luke was, at the school, with his ass pressed against the passenger window and clearly not heading off to class.

Michael rolled down the passenger seat window, causing Luke's rear end to join Michael in the car while the rest of his body scrambled around trying to figure out what went wrong. His ass wiggled around as he tried to escape the window, Michael decided to help him out a little.

In hindsight, slapping Luke's butt probably wasn't helpful at all. The boy did get out of the window faster but that was mostly from the shock because he did yelp as the window freed up.

Luke ducked down to scowl at Michael through the window, who in turn scowled back.

"What are we doing here?" Michael asked, practically groaning.

"Picking up this guy I kinda like." Luke admitted, biting his lip nervously. He looked shy suddenly, appearing smaller than he was in that large sweater he was wearing.

"You're making me third wheel you two? C'mon . . ." Michael whined, getting out of his car to join Luke. He leaned more against the hood so that Luke wouldn't get any ideas. He pulled out a pack of smokes and his lighter.

"You can't smoke on school grounds." Luke said just as the tiny flame touched the tip of his cigarette.

"I'm only twenty, okay? I know that some janitors like to smoke in their downtime and they do it while leaning on the fence just outside of school bounds. I'm safe right now, the school yard fence is a few feet away." He mumbled, cigarette dangling from his lips as he gestured to the chain-link fence.

"When's your boyfriend coming?" Michael asked, looking down at Luke's phone to see if he was messaging the guy, Luke locked his phone pretty quickly and stuffed it into his pocket.

"I told him that we're here."

"Woah! Did you actually say we? You like this guy and you're deliberately telling him that there's a third party involved on this 'road trip'? Absolutely unbelievable." Michael shook his head, green hair shifting in the breeze.

"I kinda like this guy. Small crush, nothing more. I wouldn't want him to think this is a date, we're just hanging out and hanging out can include more than two people." Luke explained, taking his phone out again and checking his texts.

"Why did you say it like that?" Michael asked, scrunching up his nose in disgust.

"What?"

"Why did you say 'hanging out' like that? You made it sound like hanging out meant orgy or something. Fuck." Michael flicked what remained of his cigarette onto the pavement beside his feet and ground it into the asphalt, successfully snuffing it out.

"Ew stop, I was not suggesting that." Luke snapped, looking as disgusted as Michael did. He had a massive frown on his lips and looked like he could smell the locker room from here.

Luke put his phone back in his pocket and looked around with a huge grin on his face, "He said he's outside now."

Michael looked around, trying to see who could possibly have the little blond kid mesmerized. Luke was waving giddily as someone approached from one of the side doors. Michael cursed is somewhat poor eyesight, blaming it slightly on getting older.

Michael could see the figure clearly as soon as the person greeted Luke with a simple hey. He could also clearly see the Misfits shirt he was wearing too. God, did he want to deck the kid.

Of course it was that fucking cashier.

"Fuck me in the ass." Michael whispered, wondering how long it would take to start the car and speed away and if Luke would be able to stop him in time.

"Fancy meeting you here." Calum said with a rather smug look on his face that made Michael want to scrunch up his nose in distaste.

"The displeasure is all mine." Michael greeted with a sickly sweet smile on his face, deciding that now would be the best time to get in his car and avoid any further conversation with the cashier.
