The reason why I did this:

Wattpad will be disabling the Private Chapter feature, as in they will revert the Private Chapter back to draft and will be made into a Public Chapter. But because I want the private chapter to stay private for my followers (a bonus for you following me thank you by the way ~) I found another way to do this hence above. So thank you ~! Please don't ruin this for everybody ^-^
