Emery's POV
I woke up to an empty bed.I frowned and seen Asher was in our closet.I looked at the clock seeing it was 7am.
"Good morning baby"
"Good morning Ashy"
Time to train almost so you might want to eat now the Alpha doesn't tolerate tardiness mate or not he yelled as he closed our bedroom door.I rolled my eyes and got out of our bed and walked straight for our closet.I groaned mentally when I couldn't find anything workout related.
"What the actual fuck Asher setting me up for failure"I walked onto the beta floor.
"Brit do you have any workout stuff I can borrow"
"Yeah come on in"
"Your a fricken lifesaver"She smiled and I noticed she was braiding her hair.
"Want me to do yours"

"Of course pick out some clothes first"I grabbed the first couple things I seen taking off my short robe and slipping into the leggings and halter top/sports bra thing.I brushed my hair and Brittany did my braids.

15 minutes warning I heard Asher call through link and I huffed as I slipped on my tennis shoes and went down stairs eating some breakfast.

"Asher told me to tell you to meet him out there a couple minutes early"
"Okay thank you"I opened the door and Asher was talking to Derek and Max with his back turned to me.Brittany slapped my butt making me shriek but laugh.We've gotten close the past couple months and I'm really grateful for her.
'Come on your going to want to stretch first Asher is kinda brutal'I nudged Asher causally and he choked on the water he was sipping.
"Something wrong Asher"He shot a glare to Max who chuckled and ignored it.
'Where'd you get that baby'
'I didn't have any workout stuff so I borrowed this stuff from Brittany'

'I can wait til you see how limber I am'He stilled and I bit my bottom lip and stepped a distance from Asher and everyone.I did simple stretches before doing a back bend pushing myself back into a standing position.Asher's eyes darkened and I kissed him.

"Hm very well baby"He started slow with lunges and squats.I watched a couple people whisper about me and I looked at Asher.His brow furrowed and he gritted his teeth.
"Listen up I have all of you right here.Emery will be Luna yes I know she's not announced but consider this an announcement.She will train and be park of this pack and if you have a problem with it you can leave"I looked down at my shoes and felt nothing but embarrassment this people thought I was ridiculous probably.I felt a hand on my shoulder and I looked to my right seeing Brittany.
'Don't let them bother you they are just jealous they aren't Asher's mate'

Brittany was leaning against my shoulder as Asher was in the fight circle they created.I winced when I watched Asher's wolf buck someone.
Mate is strong Luna purred and I could hear Ryker growling lowly.
'Did you decide yet baby'
'Just choose someone Asher I don't care'His wolf nudged me and I ran my hand down his ink black coat as he took a protective stance at my side.This was my first time seeing his wolf and I had an idea what'd he look like because Alpha's were usually with a black coat and double the size of a regular wolf.I was nervous showing my wolf to the pack because most people didn't realize how Luna's had different coat colors for the rank they hold with their mate.Once a girl stepped in I watched her shift into a brown wolf.She waited for Asher to pick the next person and I felt him nudge me.
'Show then you can protect them baby I know you can do it'
'I'll try my best'I shifted into my white wolf and gasps filled the small circle.My opponent narrowed her eyes.
'So beautiful baby'I looked over to see Asher's tail wagging slightly his eyes filled with pride and adornment.I let Luna have control giving her strict instructions for just fighting no killing.A white wolf was the highest power below the moon goddess.
"Begin"I noticed Asher had shifted into his human form he was wearing some shorts and was still shirtless.I turned my attention back to the fight to see Luna had her pinned.I climbed off her and sat when Asher walked over to me.The girl lunged and I snarled making her cower back standing in front of Asher not knowing what had gotten into Luna.Asher stroked me and I relaxed slightly.Knowing he was safe.
Mine I growled.The she wolf growled but stalked off.
Derek capture her Asher growled and three wolves bolted after her.
"Are you okay"
'I'm fine'
"That's enough for today everyone get some food and Max organize a patrol"
"Yes alpha"
"Go ahead and shift baby I had Jane bring you down some clothes.I nodded slowly and shifted when I got to the door.Jane gave me the small pile of clothes and I changed in the bathroom.I walked outside to see Asher holding two plates full of food.
"Is one of those mine"
"Mhm I got it"We sat in the grass and we ate pasta salad and fruit kabobs along with chicken tacos.Brittany and Derek joined us and soon enough so did Max when he got back from patrol.I leaned back into Asher's arms as he held me close.I admired the scenery around our pack.We were deep in the forest hidden from trails and any human.There was a closed off stream that was about 2 miles behind the pack house that was stunning.I looked up at Asher as he laughed my hand rubbing over his forearm as he kissed my hair.

"Just looking at workout clothes so I have clothes for training besides this one outfit"
"We can shopping tomorrow if you want"

"You need a gown anyways for your crowning ceremony"

"I have your crowning ceremony set for 2 1/2 weeks from today is that okay baby"

"My mom is thrilled she's starting invitations tomorrow"

So a white wolf huh why didn't you tell me he murmured.
I didn't think anything of it really I whispered.
