(In Scout's POV)

Damm it damm it,

I had over slept, and was now in some very bad trouble since the last chance to sign up for the race is today and I'm so fare away from the pokemon center.

I was actually thinking about taking part in the Pokemon Tag Team contest if I don't sign up for the race in time.
Because it will give Me a great chance of getting stronger than all of the solo stuff that I have been doing,

I ran and spotted the center I was close just around this corner and then I w- bam.

I landed on the ground having actually run into something or someone since I heard someone ask the person if they were alright, wait that voice wait was that Necro!

"Necro?" I mumbled out loud as I got up from the ground.

"Scout?" She said superised to see Me.

"Necro do you know him?" a girl with dark blue hair and hold on is that a fucking Piplup in her arms.

"Yea his name is Scout and he's a racer?" She said.

"A racer?" The boy who I had just run into said.

(Back Into Necro's POV)

I was surprised to see Scout run into Ash knocking them both to the ground after they got up we started talking to one another however since Scout had been running, I wonder what he's in such a hurry for?

"Yeah bro I'm a Pokemon racer. I take part in Pokemon races in order to take part in the grand canyon race, you need to take part and win seven different races where when or if you win, you get this," Scout said before he took a small box out of his bagpack and opened it and when I looked inside I saw a small whirle with a green ribbon on in the box, as I looked more closely it was clear that it was mead to hold seven of them, like Scout said before he needed to win seven different races to take part in the grand canyon race.

Hold on didn't he say back when I first met him that we choud meet back up at the grass gym.
If he were talking about gyms back then that would mean that he's planning on taking part in the pokemon league?

"Wait Scout are you planning on taking part in the pokemon league as well," I asked him.

"Of course I am Necro," Scout said with a node.

"Then that means we're rivals the names Ash and this is My partner Pikachu," Ash said.

"Hello I'm Scout and this here is My very own partner," Scout said while reaching to his belt and picking a poke-ball from it before throwing it into the air making his own partner appear on the ground.

"Wow your partner is a Piplup just like Mine," said Dawn while she let her Piplup go to meet Scout's own.

"It's in a very good condition," Brock said making Scout look at him confused with mead Brock continue. "I'm Brock and I wanna be a Pokemon breader,"

"Wait Scout what are you doing in Oreburgh City? didn't you say that you were going to take part in a race?" I asked him.

Ohh shit! I forgot? thought Scout!

"Quick what's the time I need to sign up?" Scout said as all of the color left his face.

I saw Brock look at his watch before saying the time to witch mead Scout sigh.

"Scout what's worng?" Dawn asked him.

"Entering the race ends at exactly four a clock and Brock said that it's ten minutes over four, so it ended ten minutes ago," Scout said making his Piplup look down.

"But Scout how about you enter the Tag Team
contest with us?" Dawn offered him hoping that he whoud take up on her offer, since it could be fun if we were all in it.

"Well I suppose that I could now that I'm not gonna be taking part in the Oreburgh pokemon race," Scout said with a sigh while he rubbed the back of his neck.

"Then come on," Ash said while he grabbed Scout's arm and began running though town to the pokemon center making Brock sigh while Dawn began yelling at him to wait up as she picked Piplup up and start running after them.
I began laughing as I watched Ash run ahead still holding onto Scout's arm tightly while Scout struggled to keep up with him.

"Necro we should follow them before we end up not being able to enter the Tag Team," Brock said with a smile, just before he could run after Ash and the others I stopped him.

"Umm Brock can I ask you something?" I said.

"But of course Necro what's up?" He said before reaching for My hand and taking his hand we began walking forwards the pokemon center.

"Brock what if I'm not good enough?" I said being raised by a mother and an older brother who have always been the dream child of and to any parent.

I had always been told by almost every single costumer back at the Daycare that I was just a useless little girl that's never ever gonna be to something at all!

"Necro come on you have already won a contest and not to mention that you always got your pokemon besides, your stronger than you think and besides your not gonna be alone in this?" Brock said.

"Thanks Brock I needed that," I said.

"Sure Necro anytime," Brock said with a smile.

(End Of Necro's POV)
(Time Skip Later At The Center)

"Here you go, Dawn!" Ash replied, handing Dawn a number card, which said 28. Dawn grew very confused about this.

"What's that?" Dawn asked.

"Piplup?" Piplup asked along.

Scout stepped up and answered with a smile while he gave a card with a different number to Brock "It's one of the entry cards for the Oreburgh Tag Battle Tournament. This one is for you to use." Scout explained.

Dawn widened her eyes in surprise. "Why Me?" Dawn asked.

"Both Necro and Zoey suggested that you should enter it right before Zoey left! She thought that it would lift your battle spirit for a little bit." Brock answered.

Necro blushed when Brock answered. "Don't embarrass Me like that!" She complained making Ash and Scout laugh.

Ash rubbed the back of his head with a sigh. "But, yeah. I thought it would make you feel better, so that you would be happy." Necro admitted.

"Monferno." Monferno agreed with a nod. Dawn smiled as she stood up and hugged Necro, startling both her and the three boys. "Thanks for the suggestion, Necro..." Dawn replied happily.

She then let go of her and turned to the other three. "But, why didn't Zoey tell Me about it herself?" Dawn asked.

"No matter! it's still sounds like a good idea! What Necro said!" Ash exclaimed, smiling at his friend.

"Pikachu!" Pikachu agreed with a smile and a nod. Dawn looked at the card for a moment.

She took a quick glance at the other girl, before blushing and agreeing. "Come on! Just do it!" Ash recommended.

"Pika!" Pikachu agreed.

"Pip Piplup!" Piplup replied. Dawn smiled and nodded.

"Okay... I'll do it!" Dawn agreed. She walked over and held onto the other girl's right arm.

"Again, thanks for suggesting this guys." Dawn thanked.

Necro blushed lightly, before laughing nervously. "That's the spirit! That's what we wanted to hear!" Ash exclaimed, grinning.

"So when is the tag team gonna start?" Dawn asked while she got up.

"It's in two days so I thought that we could challenge the gym leader today and attend the tag team event in two days," Ash said making Pikachu node his head..

"What about Team Rocket do you think that they will try to pull something under the event?" Necro asked.

"Team Rocket who are they?" repeated Scout confused having never heard of the name at all before now..

Ash sighed while Dawn's eyes narrowed none of them saying anything making Brock open his mouth to answer.

"Team Rocket are criminals who steal other people's pokemon and want to rule the world, Me and Ash first met them back in the Kanto region when they tried to take Pikachu from Ash," Brock explained to Scout who's grip on his Piplup had tightened during Brock's speech.

Suddenly Piplup began moving around trying to get free, Scout quickly let go before saying sorry for holding on so tight.

"So you boys wanna go to the gym?" Necro asked to witch mead Scout shake his head.

"Sorry Necro but I'll head over to the Daycare and get the pokemon that I left there.. I should be back later today or tomorrow afternoon, so I'll catch up with you guys when I get back later," Scout said before reaching for a pokeball.

"Yeah see ya later Scout," Ash said giving Scout a high five witch Scout retuned with a smirk on his face.

I bet that he's going back for the pokemon that he left there when I first met him?
