Okay, so I heard this on the radio while I was making pizza last night and I really wanted to write something inspired by it but when you're hand mixing dough because you forgot you had an automatic mixer thingy it's very hard to write...

Anyways, this is very heavily inspired by this song 😂

It may also be cheesy but eh, I tried hope you cringe 👍

Is he busy again? Standing up you make sure you don't step on anything. You make your way to your window, the sky is dark and the moon shines brilliantly in the night sky. You watch the streets for a bit before going back to sit down on the blanket you had laid on the floor. Small dishes of simple food were placed on top along with a couple glasses of water. Looking around you found that one of the three candles that you had lit was blown out. Lighting it back up again, the silence soon comes back with full force and your just standing there, a blank mind.

You walk over to your bookshelf, pulling out a book you've read more than once and you go to sit back down on the blanket. Fiddling with the pendant around your neck you read each line carefully, the emotions you felt while reading the book the first time, still arise within you.

Not noticing a still breeze, a hand is placed on your head gently. You look up at the figure standing in front of you and you smile at him.

"Hey"

He whispers before taking a seat in front of you. Now feeling the wind pick up, you look at your window that was once closed.

"I don't know why you insist on climbing through my window."

You pick up his empty plate and fill it with the foods that you've made,

"It's less of a hassle to just come through the front door, you have the key."

He chuckles and takes a small sip from his water glass.

"It's more fun this way"

"You're going to end up killed you know"

He smiles gently to you. You glare at him, trying to be mad at him is like nailing jello to a tree, practically impossible.

"I'm just worried Jaehyun. What if you don't have a strong grip and you fall, I don't want people mad at me if you end up dyeing"

You haven't dished out your food yet, I mean how could you when you're worried about him.

"You're more worried about people being mad at you than me dyeing?"

You shook your head and stumbled to find the right way to explain it.

"I just- "

He scoots closer to you and wraps his arms around your shoulders holding you close.

"I know I'm sorry for worrying you, next time I'll use the front door okay?"

You nod and curl up closer to him. How you've missed his warm embrace. His soft whisper.

"When will you have to go?"

It's almost as if you could feel his smile disappear. You draw slow circles on his knee, feeling the fabric of his pants move underneath your finger.

"Two o'clock, we have an early schedule today"

Nodding you kiss his cheek and lay your head on his chest, keeping this feeling locked in your memory for when he lets go of you.

"Do you know how much you mean to me?"

The sudden question startles you and you look up at him.

"No..."

He smiles and kisses your forehead.

"You mean the world to me, I'd stop time just to make you happy. I'd get you whatever you wanted, food, money, you name it"

You smiled. Placing your hand on one of his you take his hand in yours and begin to play with his fingers. His hands is much bigger than yours so when you intertwine your fingers, his hand looks like it's holding a tiny baby hand.

"The only thing I could ever want is you"

Squeezing your hand he rests his head on top of yours. Breathing in deeply you feel him kiss the back of your hand before putting it to his cheek.

"I love you so much"

"I love you too"

And you stayed there till an alarm had rung from one of his pockets. Whining a little you sit up as he lets go of your hand to grab his phone.

"Already?"

You pout as he nods. You pull him to the front door, making sure he doesn't leave through the window. Caressing your cheek he stares into your eyes.

"Get some rest okay?"

You nod as you hold his hand in place on your cheek.

"You too Jaehyun, I don't want you tired because of me"

He smiles and kisses your forehead before hugging you tightly.

"I promise I'll be earlier tonight."

You smile bitterly as you watch him turn back and wave to you before he walks back to his dorm to sleep before waking up again.

"I miss you already"

I don't know about you but I cringed. 'Caressing your cheek he stares into your eyes "Get some rest okay?"' Like what the heck is that? I don't know what I'm doing.

If this didn't make your heart flutter then I at least hope it made you laugh with how cringey it is. And if you didn't smile at all then I have failed you.

Also while editing this, I came to the nailing Jello to a tree and some how read it as nailing Jeno to a tree and I died. Please don't ever nail Jeno to a tree.
