"Hi Mahina!" Mark waved the girl over to where the five were sitting. "So what did they call you down for?" He asked leaning back against the wall.

"Nothing bad I hope." Taeyong murmured seeing how frazzled the girl seemed to be. He always had a soft spot for the young girl. Well, any of the dreamies to be frank.

"They uh-" Mahina cut herself off, walking over to the boys. "Offered me a solo song in the album. Music video, music shows the whole thing. Kind of like your song." Mahina nodded towards Taeyong and Ten. She plopped back on the ground, groaning and messing with her hair.

"What did you say?" Jisung asked tilting his head. He honestly thought it could go either way. Especially knowing how Mahina was.

Chenle interrupted him, "I bet you said yes!" He smiled at Mahina. "You deserve it!" His smile was infections and everyone in the room smiled a bit.

Mahina let out a nervous chuckle, rubbing the back of her neck. "I actually wanted to talk with the group about it first. But, it seems like most people left and I have to get my answer in today."

"Well, why wouldn't you want to take the opportunity?" Ten asked the girl. "It isn't a full album so it wouldn't put too much stress on you. It's not much different from the Baby Don't Stop concept."

Mahina's eyes flickered to Mark's before returning to staring at the floor. Mark let out a sigh, "It's because of me right?" The girl's mouth parted in shock. 

No sound came out of it. She couldn't deny it. "You deserve a solo song more than me." She mumbled. "It seems like the company is putting me on this high pedestal just because I'm the only girl in the group. You work just as hard as I do if not more. You should get the solo song not me."

"Mahina..." Jisung trailed off. "You deserve it, you've worked so hard for this." Chenle nodded vigorously agreeing with the youngest.

The room went silent as Mark scooted over to the younger girl. "Mahina, you deserve this as well. You're a freaking inspiration, a legend. Plus I'm in Yestoday and you aren't. I think we all knew you were going to be offered a solo song as some point."

"But-" 

Mahina was instantly cut off by Mark. "Mahina do what you want to do. Don't let our positions prevent you from doing that."

"Prevent?" Mahina asked furrowing her eyebrows. She'd never heard that word.

"Prevent." The male clarified.

Jisung smiled at Mahina, "You do you." Chenle let a nod from next to him.

Mahina hesitated glancing at the boys around the room. They all gave her a smile and a nod of reassurance. She knew whatever she did they would support her. And she loved them for that.

"I'm going to do it."
