Mahina's hand twisted nervously as she stood outside the entrance to the Dreamies dorm. It was honestly a bit nerve-wracking to be standing there after all that had happened. Yeri softly ran her fingers over Mahina's arm in comfort. 

Her hand went to knock on the door, but she hesitated for moment. Shaking her head, to hopefully get rid of nerves, she knocked three times loudly on the door.

After a couple seconds, a disheveled haired Chenle opened the door. His face had plain exhaustion written all over it and Mahina felt a twinge of regret pang in her chest. His face immediatly brightened once he saw who was at the door. "Mahina! I missed you so much!" He sprang wrapped Mahina into a hug, slipping into Chinese. 

Noise was heard through the dorm, as feet ran towards the door. Only understanding the name of their female member.

"MAHINA!" Jisung yelled joining Chenle in the bear hug. She softly patted their backs, silently waiting for them to finish. 

A stillness fell over the group as Jeno and Mahina made eye contact.

"I'm sorry-"

"I'm sorry-"

A sharp, bitter laugh came out of Jeno's mouth. "Why on earth are you sorry?" The question sprang out as he shook his head in disbelief. "I'm the one who lashed out at you."

"I should've told you guys that I was dating Yeri." Mahina's head started to sag, and her posture faltering. "I'm so sorry. I never wanted this to happen." Choked sobs were leaving her, as a few rebellious tears trickled down her face. Yeri grabbed her hand and softly squeezed it in support, knowing it was extremely hard for the other girl to be this vulnerably. 

"You had a right to keep your privacy. I had absolutely no business lashing out at you. So, just stop crying it's too weird seeing you cry." Jeno said a small joking smile fell across his face.

A laugh erupted from Mahina's throat as she hastily wiped her tears away. "Let's just start over." She stood up straight, a tiny smile playing onto her face. "I'm Lina Qiu and this is my girlfriend Kim Yerim. Nice to meet you." She said before bowing.

"I'm Lee Jeno. Welcome back." Giggled erupted from the other Dreamies at what could've been the most awkward apology ever.

Then came the onslaught of questions as they were ushered inside.

"How long have you two been dating?"

"Since Cherry Bomb promotions."

"What's with the pet names you to have?"

"Hey- leave us alone"

"Who else knows?"

"Red Velvet."

And maybe the one that scared Mahina the most.

"Who's telling Taeyong-hyung?"

"Irene-unnie." "Irene-noona." Came the answer from everyone except Mark. Then they all started bending over laughing. It seemed like everything had gone back to normal.
