After figuring out that Chenle lives across from me, I had been shaking slightly ever since. The answer as to why specifically was a mystery.

Personally I found it peculiar that I never noticed Chenle was my neighbor. Now that I think of it, I guess it was because except for just today, I did not once see him come in or out of that house. How would he manage that? How did he..

Live?

And why would he not want to be seen?

It left a million questions in my mind, but all of a sudden my phone buzzed.

♥Chenle♥→ Hey Y/N you still on for coffee this morning? I get it if you don't want to..

Me: NONONO I want to, trust me, I'm almost done getting ready

♥Chenle♥→ Oh, okay, yay!! :DDD I guess I'll see you soon then? Idk if it's rude or inconvenient for me to ask this but I don't have my drivers license yet, so since we both live close to Starbucks I was hoping we could just walk..

Me: It's totally cool, I understand. Besides, walking is a more adventurous journey than a car ride

♥Chenle♥→ Oh thank god XD Ok then text me once your ready and I'll walk over, beautiful ^-^

I didn't open the message, I only read the notification slider on the top of the screen.

He called me beautiful, is he joking around and lying? Well.

Obviously, cause..

Soon enough, I had completed my look for this- what is this again? I don't assume its a date because.. well..

I waited outside only for only a few moments before Chenle stepped outside. He saw me and waved frantically, not paying attention to walking. Next thing we knew, he tripped and fell to the grass on his side. My eyes widened and I gasped as I ran towards him.

"Chenle! Are you okay?" I kneeled down to him once I got over to his lawn where he fell and looked at his face. It was slightly red, and I realized he was blushing.

Aww poor cutie is embarassed.

"Chenle?" I repeated his name once again when he didn't respond.

"I-I'm fine.. I just-" he stuttered.

"You just....?"

"You look pretty.." Chenle finally said out of the blue, and I joined in on the blushing topic.

"Thanks.. Um- here?" I offered my hand out the help him up and slowly he grabbed ahold of it, but tripped once again.

Falling on top of me.

We both sto- well, lied on the ground, staring at each other all flustered and blushing messes. The answer as to why we didn't get up immediately, I don't know, but I quite enjoyed his eyes. They were very gentle, yet full of mystery and untold/answers stories and questions. His stare was a comforting lock, and mine was a key. Together, our eyes seemed unbreakable.

"Y-Y/N?" I heard his voice call my name to grasp my attention.

"Hm?"

"I'd rather spend time looking at you not on the ground and at coffee? Yah?"

I blushed even worse and gulped all my embarrassment down. He smiled and pushed some loose strands of hair out of my face. He slowly leaned in next to my cheek and plante a soft kiss. My skin tingled and I was processing all that had just happened in what seemed like forever but in reality was only 35 seconds or so. Slowly and carefully, he removed himself off of me and steadily helped me up. Once I faced him, he shot a mischievous wink my way and grabbed my wrist before taking off running.

"FS/D for Y/N?" the drinker maker called and I thanked him. I went to grab my drink and our hands brushed slightly. He grabbed my wrist and leaned over the counter to talk.

"You here alone se-?" he asked, being interrupted by a familiar voice.

"No, she's not, go back to you're chores, Jungkook" Chenle turned up from grabbing straws and saved the day.

"Oh, what are you, her boyf'wiend?" Jungkook asked teasingly, slightly upset.

"Yes, I am, now stay away from her" Chenle said through gritted teeth.

"Mhm, sure" Jungkook wasn't convinced.

Chenle growled and turned me to him, pecked my lips for a few moments and hugged me afterwards.

"As. You. Were" he purred at Jungkook angrily.

Jungkook only rolled his eyes in return and went back to work.

"Sorry.." he whispered

"It's fine" I replied as we walked outside to our seats.

When we sat down at our table, it was completely silent for the first couple of mineutes, but he finally spoke.

"Y/N.. I have to tell you something.." he confessed, scratching his neck nervously.

"O-okay. Go ahead".

He took a deep sigh, and bit his lip while looking at my hands. He grabbed ahold of them and intertwined our fingers.

"Promise you won't be mad or freaked out....?"

I nodded.

"Ok.. I- When I came in the auditorium whle you were practicing the other day, I-It um.. wasn't the first time I was in there.." he paused.

"I've been watching you dance and draw for a while now and I didn't stop because I was just really fascinated by your work, but I was too shy to say anything.."

Silence, once again.

"How long has this been going on...?" I asked quietly.

"Um.. Since t-the second week of s-school.." he admitted finally.

"Well.. Chenle, I-"

"That's not all.. I- I've continued to watch you because in the time being.. I-...

"I've fallen in love with you.."

My mouth was slightly left open in utter shock and I felt a familliar color arise from underneath the skin on my cheeks, forming a blush.

"Is this serious?" I asked.

He nodded and smirked cutely.

"I love you Y/N.."

I smiled widely and hugged him over the very small table. He immediately returned my hug and smelled my hair, taking in the scent of perfume I applied this morning.

"I love you too Chenle" I at last said back.

To be completely honest, I've always eyed Chenle closer, for, he was a mysterious looking boy, but his demeanor was anything but mysterious. It was shy, bubbly and cute. All smiles and giggles.

He pulled away from the hug and pecked my lips repetitively, still hand in hand. I scrunched up my nose, which he kissed soon after.

"Because I love you AND to piss off Jungkook, be my girlfriend???" He asked cutely, both of us giggled in sync.

"Of course"

About a week later, every morning when I go to my locker, I've been receiving notes with drawings from Chenle. His skills in art we're slowly improving thanks to paying attention to my lessons in the auditorium after school.

The notes read..

1: Hey my beautiful Y/N. How are you this morning? Good I hope. Here's smth for you to be reminded of ;)

A beautiful, symmetrically sketched out red and black heart was drawn under the note and it made me laugh, smile, anything positive came from Chenle.

2: Hello again cutie ^-^ ♥♡♥ I just wanted to let you know I love you soooooooo soooooooooo much and yah. Here is another doodle for my beautiful princess :)

This time it was a pretty golden crown with red roses laced in between the designs on the crown.

Suddenly I felt arms around my waist, making me immediately dip my head and bend my back to see who it was.

Chenle, of course.

"Hiiii" he greeted me happily, wearing an amazing, toothy smile.

He leaned down and kissed my lips. I smirked against his lips and pulled away slightly, but Chenle spun me around to face him, putting his arms around my neck and deepeed the kiss. It was passionate, but gentle at the same time. Almost immediatley after he was acting unusually serious, a teacher stepped out of a classroom and told us off to class. We just giggled and skipped off to first period together.

The notes, laughs and fluff continued forever into a beautiful relationship that lasted throughout college until he finally proposed, obviously I said yes. About half a year later, we got brave and tried for kids, and next thing we knew, there was a mini Chenle boy running around the house.

Identical or not, I love them both equally.
