"LISTEN UP BRATS!!" Yelled the guild master of Fairy Tail who is known as Makarov Dreyar. Now he may seem small, standing at 3'3, but don't underestimate his power, for he is one of the ten wizard saints. A group of mages who are the top ten strongest in the country. With him on the are the four S-Class mages. Erza Scarlet. A REQUIP mage. She is a young and beautiful woman with scarlet red hair and is usually found wearing her armor. She is also known as the strongest female Mage in Fairy Tail and "Titania" which means Queen of the Fairies. Next to her is the Model of the guild; Mirajane Strauss. She is also a very beautiful young woman with long lilac-white hair, and is usually known for wearing a white dress. Her magic is TAKE-OVER: SATAN SOUL which gives her the appearance of a she-devil. She is also the retired rival of Erza. Next to her is the grandson of the master; Laxus Dreyar. He used to keep it a secret, but now everyone knows he is a second generation dragon slayer who uses Lightning Dragon slaying magic.

Now let me tell you something real quick before we continue. There are three generations of dragon slayers. The first are the ones who were trained by dragons. And there are only three known in Earthland that are the first generation. There is the son of the Iron Dragon Metalicana, the daughter of the Sky Dragon Grandine, and the son of the now deceased Fire Dragon King Igneel. Their names are Gajeel "Blacksteel" Redfox, Wendy Marvell, and Natsu "Salamander" Dragneel.

Then we move on to the Second Generation Dragon Slayers. There are only two known in Earthland. The second generation are dragon slayers who had a Lacrima implanted into them. These two are Laxus Dreyar, the Lightning Dragon Slayer, and Cobra, the Poison Dragon Slayer.

And finally we move onto the third Generation. Like the second there are only two. The third generation are ones who were trained by Dragons and had a Lacrima implanted into them. They also have the power to go into DRAGON FORCE with their own will. These two are The descendants of the Light and Shadow Dragon Weisslogia and Skiudrum, Sting Eucliff and Rouge Cheney.

Now back to the last S-Class wizard. He is known as Fairy Tail's ace. He uses CRASH magic. This man is Gildarts Clive. He is also the father of a young brunette haired woman named Cana Alberona. Who is known as the guilds heaviest drinker.

"I have the names of the two new S-Class wizards of this guild! CANA ALBERONA!" exclaimed Makarov, as Cana came up to the stage.

'I still have a chance! It has to be me considering how much I've grown in strength!' Was the thought of the Salmon/Pink haired Son of Igneel.

"Congratulations my child. And GRAY FULLBUSTER!!" revealed the master as the Raven-haired young man named Gray was boasting in front of his rival, then came up to the stage to join the other S-Class wizards.

"WHAT?! HOW THE HELL DID GRAY MAKE IT AND NOT ME! CANA IS A STRONG MAGE AND I KNOW THAT SHE IS THE STRONGEST FEMALE OF THE A-CLASS MAGES! BUT GRAY?! SERIOUSLY?!" shouted the enraged son of Igneel, with a pillar of fire shot into the sky surrounding the teen.

"That is because of him actually using his brain while going into fights and actually thinking before he does something. While you just charge in head first without a care in the world about the consequences. That is why he-" the master never got to finish because he was cut off by the boy he was talking to.

"NOT USING MY HEAD?! HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I SAVED COUNTLESS PEOPLE IN THIS AND OTHER GUILDS FROM LIFE OR DEATH SITUATIONS?! BY NOT USING MY HEAD! I EVEN HAVE A LIST AND MEMORY OF ALL THE SHIT I'VE DONE FOR THIS GUILD AND THE COUNTRY!" exclaimed Natsu, as the pillar of flames died down to reveal him with an angry expression.

"NATSU!" shouted Erza as she charged at him with sword in hand while swinging. All the other members thought he was going to be scared of her, but really he proved them all wrong as he caught her sword with one hand, broke it, and threw her across the guild.

"SHUT UP ERZA AND LET ME EXPLAIN! OR DO YOU WANT ME TO BEAT YOU JUST LIKE I DID IN THE S-CLASS TRIALS?!" Yelled Natsu as he shocked all the members around him by saying that he beat her. And she just stayed silent but kept that glare on her face as she looked at him.

"Now. As I was saying before I was rudely interrupted. I've done a lot of things in this guild. Starting with Lullaby, if I hadn't been there then the flute would've been played and you would be dead gramps. Then we go onto Galuna Island where I saved Gray from killing himself TWICE from using the spell known as ICED SHELL which his late mentor used to seal the demon Deliora. I saved Lucy by catching her as she was falling out of a tower that was like 300 feet high. I got that Iron bastard in here." he pointed at Gajeel. "I saved Erza at the tower of heaven while she was on Death's door. Only for her to sacrifice herself again. Which I still don't know how we got out of that, but it's most likely thanks to Jellal. Then, lightning head over here decides to go bat shit insane and wanted to get everyone to actually fight eachother. In which almost got me and Gajeel killed. So of course WE beat him. And I say we because Gajeel helped me for most of the battle. And then skip a few weeks and we are at Oracíon Seis. In which, we met Wendy, Erza almost got killed AGAIN, Lucy, Gray, Happy and I were knocking on Death's door again only for us to get rejected and thrown back into the living world. Which brings us to destroy one of six Lacrimas at the same time, powering a thing called Nirvana. In which would've brought the world to darkness if we didn't stop it. And I also fought their master, which leads up to Jellal giving me the power of Dragon Force, which can only be activated through eating something that's not in your own element or a really overpowered version of your element, or a hell of a lot of anger. Then I defeat Zero. Skip a few more weeks, we have Edolas come and take. Every. One. Of. You. In which started with Wendy, Charle, and I, to find the other Fairy Tail, find Lisanna but we didn't know at the time, and set out with scary Lucy and find our Lucy. In which led up to me and Wendy getting captured and drained of our magical power, which I'm sorry for letting that happen Wendy. No one your age should be going through that much pain. Which also leads it to us getting it back, going through some battles, saving Extalia, and then Gajeel, Wendy and I fighting the King of Edolas or your Edolas self gramps, beating him and sent back here but without the new king of Edolas. Or Mystogan. Which leads to us reuniting with Lisanna. Which we were all very thankful for that God had other plans than letting her die. Then a few days later, the S-Class trials came. Which leads to Grimore Heart attacking us for Zeref, whom of which we didn't even know was on the island, and us beating them with the help of everyone, and reunites us with Laxus, then Acnologia came. How Mavis saved us, I will never know, but then 7 years later, we return only for the doll of Lucy's to be alive, giving Lucy a piece of the infinity clock, and then turning into our enemy with the Neo Oracíon Seis. Which leads to us kicking ass again, and then the clock spat Lucy out of it which led to me saving her again from another deadly drop. Sorry Luce, I've brought you into this story a lot haven't I. I'll try to keep you out of it from now on. And then we have the GMG gone bad and instead of having a blast. We are met with Future Rouge coming and starting the Dragon King Festival. In which again leads to a bad experience for Wendy which she shouldn't have to live through the that again. Same with Romeo. Which, unfortunately had Ultear sacrifice herself and saving us all. And I'm sorry Gray that your teacher and her daughter are dead and you had nothing you could do to stop it. But who stopped it all? Me. The only one who actually knocked a dragon unconscious and broke the eclipse gate which sent the dragons, including my uncle, back to their original time. Skip a few months later, we have Tartaros, the final guild in the balam alliance. And we all went through some really tough losses back then. For Lucy, it was Aquarius, for Gray, it was his father, his birth father, dying before his eyes. And for the other Dragon slayers and their dragons, it was the reveal that their dragons were really inside of them. Only to find out that they were dead. But mine, he died to the hands of Acnologia. And it still hurts to see that happen before my own eyes. So yeah. How did I do all of these things? By not thinking and charging head first." Stated Natsu. Everyone looked at him in shock ,except for a few people, wondering how he remembered all that.

"That is true, but that isn't what qualifies this. This was my decision of who made it and who didn't. So try again next year-" he was once again cut off.

"Fuck that. I'm outta here. I'll see you guys later." And he started to walk to the door.

"What do you mean boy?" asked Makarov.

"None of your business old man. Only the dragon slayers know about it." Natsu replied as he continued walking.

"Natsu! Just listen to Master and calm down. You're just upset that I made it and not you. So just calm down and go have a drink." Yelled Gray.

"Yeah, Natsu! Cant we go one day without you're loudness?!" Max.

"Seriously, you need to just simmer down and take a breather. Maybe go take a job and give someone else some trouble for a little while." Erza.

"If you're taking one, I'm not coming with. I need to actually pay rent, and I cant do it if you're always destroying things!" Lucy.

"I think you guys need to be less harsh on him." Juvia started to feel bad for the pink haired man. She rarely interacted with him but she's seen how much different he's treated when he does one small thing wrong compared to everyone else's mistakes.

"Yeah. He's done so much for us and we're just hounding on him. Simmer down everyone." Bisca spoke as she stood up while Alzack stood by her in support.

"Yeah. And it's not really his fault for his destructive nature. I don't know about you guys but fire on its own causes enough destruction and to combine it with the scale of dragon magic, it can cause the amount of destruction to be higher, but he's cut back a lot since he's been here." Levy started to get tired of how everyone just decided to turn on him. She used to always be amazed by the stories he would tell about him and Igneel laying under the stars or souring through the skies on a hot day. She liked him for that and couldn't stand how everyone didn't treat him with equality.

"Yeah well, he should do as we say and just be quiet!" Gray Shouted and he ran towards his best friend/rival. Only to be knocked away by a strong magical power emitting off of the man. Surprising a few others except for Gildarts who has seen and went up against this form. His Lightning Flame God mode. Which disappeared as soon as it came, but a few people recognized the black and blue flames and streams of lightning coming out of his fists.

"I was just about to do that Gray. But then you had to run your mouth." He replied. Gray and Lucy called after him, asking him where he was going, but he only held his hand up in a symbol.

A symbol understood in every nation and language. And it was a simple sign. Just one finger was needed and two can be added for effect.

His hand was clenched, the only finger extended was his middle, as he walked through the door and left the guild hall.

A/N

DONE! Ok so this is the first of the many new stories that I'm going to be writing. As you've seen it started out with Natsu not making it into S-Class for some unknown reason.

In all honesty, I don't really like how they portrayed his character in the anime or manga. Mashima made Natsu to be able to be summed up in about nine words. Food, motion sickness, nakama, fight me, and Fairy Tail. Not much character development except for his power growing in few moments. Truly, in my thoughts, if all the Slayers were trained by beings that can literally reshape the world, then they should be ten times stronger than the strongest Mage in the Wizard world, not the same as your Average Joe Mage.

Anyway. This one will be the independent mage. So yeah. And the promise, was a late one from his father Igneel wanted him to have. That being said, everything else still happened but with it on their own will. So yeah
