As the first duel at Daytona came to a close. The next duel to determine who will start on the front row was about to begin. 20 cars rolled off of pit road getting ready for a chance to race in the Daytona 500 and to start in a high position. 

The green flag waved in the night as the lights shone bright on each car that went by. The 1 car of Kurt Busch started leading the race with Tyler Reddick(8) and the 2020 Champion, Chase Elliot(9) staying on his tail as each lap went by across this huge speedway.

LAP 20/60:
Rain started falling down from the pitch black sky in Daytona. All the drivers were called to pit road and waited patiently for the rain to stop and the race to continue. The rain kept pouring down on the huge speedway which has kept the race from continuing.

The rain kept coming down in Daytona as the drivers and teams keep on waiting until it stops. The rain starts to become harder as the drivers and teams now know that when it becomes harder, the race will be cancelled.

The NASCAR officials have decided that the race will finish now as the rain has kept coming down harder on the track. Kurt Busch has been declared the winner as he was in front of the 20 car pack when the rain started to fall. Kurt Busch(1) and Denny Hamlin(11) will start on the front row of the biggest race in NASCAR.
