In the Fire Daimyo Palace all was quiet with the birds singing and the leaves blowing in the wind was all that could be heard. The occasional dragonfly would come by and make it's slight buzzing sound but it never disturbed the peace and quiet.

"DODGE!!!!" Yelled Tsunade as she threw a dodge ball at Naruto who quickly ducked under it and watched the ball tear a hole in the perimeter wall.

Naruto was now 6 years old and has been at the Daimyo's Palace for 2 years and has grown to a much stronger and healthier kid than before.

He now stood about a inch or two taller than the average height for kids his age and started to show slight signs of muscle growth. His red hair started to grow out much like his father but he had a short pony tail on the back that reached the bottom of his neck.

"Bachan that almost took my head off!!!" Yelled Naruto pointing at the hole In the wall.

"Meh your fine, you dodged it" said Tsunade "besides I'm gonna keep doing this until you can hit it back with super strength".

She then grabbed another dodge ball and threw it at him and he decided to try and kick it away this time.

He pumped good amount of chakra into his leg and sent it towards the ball and kicked it. The force of the kick created a massive shockwave and sent the ball back to Tsunade twice as fast.

Tsunade ducked under it and turned to see it disappear into the sky with a smoke trail behind it.

"That's my grandson!" Yelled Tsunade happily seeing that he finally unlocked super strength and now just had to refine it.

"Bachan what will we do now?" Asked Naruto panting form the workout, even with his Uzumaki stamina he's exhausted.

"Your gonna take a break from exercising then I'll have you start practicing with your water Ninjutsu" said Tsunade.

Naruto nodded his head and fell on his butt exhausted and just breathed heavily.

"Hehe you look tired Naruto" said someone he's known for 2 years now.

He looked over at the girl who was about 1 year younger than him. She had long chocolate brown hair and bright green eyes, as well as a small mole under her lip on the left side. She was the granddaughter of the Fire Daimyo.

"Hello Kayo-san how are you today?" Asked Naruto.

"Hehe I'm doing good, father just returned from a meeting in the land of Hot Water" said Kayo. "So he's now meeting with grandpa even though he promised to spend time with me".

Naruto chuckled at his friends antics and patted her back "don't worry I'm sure he'll spend time with you Kayo-san" said Naruto.

"I hope so... Hey wanna go and play with me?" Kayo said excitedly since Naruto was her only friend and treated her like a actual person.

"Sure, what do you wanna play?" Asked Naruto standing up.

"Hmmm... Tag your it" said Kayo as she tagged him and ran off giggling.

Naruto sighed and chased after her at civilian speeds so they can both play the game.

Up in the castle was the Daimyo, his wife, his son, and Tsunade all standing and watching the two kids run around and play.

"Ohohoho look at our little Kayo, I've never seen her have so much fun before" said Shijimi smiling at her granddaughter. "Oooh, honey maybe in a few years we can arrange a marriage for them?".

Tsunade and Kayo's dad both spit out there tea in shock from hearing that.

"WHAT!?" They both yelled at her.

"Oh come on what's wrong with that? Oh they would be so cute together I can already see the wedding" said Shijimi.

"Hmph I won't let my grandson just marry anyone, if a girl wants to marry him she better be nice and only love him for him" thought Tsunade.

It was now late at night and Naruto was laying in bed reading a book from his mom talking about Fuinjutsu level 4.

As he was reading he blinked his eyes and found himself in a massive sewer that was his mind scape.

He stood up and walked towards Kurama's cage "hey Kyuubi what's up?".

"We need to talk Naruto.." said Kurama somberly.

"What's up?" Said Naruto wondering what he wanted to talk about.

"Over the past 2 years you kept referring me to a friend. Why?" Said Kurama looking him in the eye.

"Well that's cause your my friend Kyuubi" said Naruto.

"...Would you still consider me your friend if you knew I'm the reason your a orphan?" Said Kurama.

"What..?" Said Naruto looking up at him shocked.

"I'm the reason why you were a orphan and never felt the love of your parents. I'm also the reason why the village hated you and why you were treated like a monster.

So tell me Naruto would you still be my friend knowing this?" Said Kurama.

Naruto was silent for a while unsure what to say or do. "W-what happened that night..." Said Naruto.

"After you were born some masked figure attacked your parents and forced your father away to protect you. When that happened he captured your mother and tried to extract me from her but she released me In hopes I'd kill him.

Sadly that didn't work so he put me under a powerful genjutsu and had me try and kill your mother but was saved in time by your father. After that he had me go and attack the village while the masked man left to probably deal with Minato.

After some time I was about to destroy the village when I was released from the genjutsu and stopped myself. Then your dad came and teleported me far from the village to try and reseal me into you since your mother was too weak". Said Kurama "sadly the masked figure came back and had my try and kill them before they sealed me. Luckily he lost control of me and I gravely injured him but wasn't able to save your parents".

Naruto had his head down in sadness for a long time not saying anything but was just thinking all of this over.

"It's... It's not your fault..." Said Naruto.

"What? I was the one that killed them so it is indeed my fault" said Kurama.

"No.. it was that masked man's fault not yours. If it wasn't for him then my parents would still be around and you'd still be sealed in my mother" said Naruto before he walked into Kurama's cage. "I don't blame you Kyuubi, your not a monster like anyone says and despite what you say. Your my friend and I want us to be friends".

Kurama was in silent shock from what Naruto said and the simple fact that he entered his cage again. He couldn't stop a small smile from forming on his face.

"Kurama. My name is Kurama".

"Well Kurama it's nice to finally meet you, I'm Naruto and I hope we can be great friends" said Naruto while sticking his fist out.

Kurama smiled back and fist bumped Naruto creating a connection between them that luckily the seal didn't stop.

"You now have better access to my chakra but I won't let you touch anymore than 1 tail because it's to powerful and toxic. For you to handle as of now, but in a couple years you'll be able to handle more" said Kurama.

"Right and when I become strong enough I shall free all the tailed beasts and bring peace to this world!" Said Naruto as he quickly hugged him.

Kurama closed his eyes and smiled but when he opened them, they widened in shock.

Behind Naruto were his parents, his ancestors and behind all of them was Ashura and Hagoromo with both of them smiling.

Hagoromo looked Kurama in the eyes and simply mouthed "he's the one Kurama" then they all faded away.

Kurama looked down at Naruto who had a big fox like grin on his face and chuckled.

Outside a small house in the land of Rivers was a group of over 40 Root Anbu watching the house that had the small Uzumaki family.

"Remember what Danzo-sama ordered. Kill the husband and kidnap the mother and daughter for the breeding program" said a Root Anbu.

The others nodded and got ready to attack them when the door was kicked open and a man wearing blood red samurai armor. That had the white Uzumaki symbol on it and he held a massive Odachi that was almost as big as him.

"If you want my family your gonna have to go through me" said the male Uzumaki who was one of the few Uzumaki Samurai royal guard's left alive.

The Root charged at him and in a single swing he cut down 8 of them before he reached out with his free hand and crushed the skull of another.

The man looked and saw all the other Root charging at him while he flared his chakra to hide his families escape.

"Mommy what about daddy.." said Akane as she was being carried away from the battle where she could still hear it going on.

"Don't worry Akane daddy will come back to us" lied her mother while she forced tears down so her daughter wouldn't see her crying. "Kushina please be alive we need you" she continued on her way to the Fire Daimyo Palace in the hidden leaf.

Elsewhere in the elemental nations Jiraiya sat on top of a cliff waiting for one of his 3 best spies with 2 of them working together very well.

"Hello Jiraiya-sama" said a deep voice.

Jiraiya smiled and turned around and saw one of his best spies that worked with his partner in a hidden organization.

"Hello Kisame" said Jiraiya which received a shark like grin from him.
