In the Hidden Leaf village life was peaceful but sad as of right now because of the Uchiha clan massacre.

At the gates of the village were to chunin, Izumo and Kotetsu. They were both standing at the gates guarding it but we're both board out of their minds.

"Man this sucks... I can't believe we got sent here because we couldn't protect that shipment of Icha Icha" said Izumo.

"I know... Hopefully something interesting will happen today" said Kotetsu.

"Dude don't say that! You probably just jinxed us" said Izumo.

"Oh come on what's the worse that could happen? Oh look 10 minutes before we have to open the gate" said Kotetsu.

Just then they felt the ground shake, the both looked at each other confused before they felt it again. The ground kept shaking and becoming more powerful and violent.

After a minute of this they noticed 3 figures heading towards them and the ground cracking from on of them.

The 2 in the back were Jiraiya and Shizune, but the one Infront of them scared both Izumo and Kotetsu.

Tsunade Senju, the slug princess. And she looked pissed. A massive dark aura was surrounding her and the ground kept breaking from each step she took.

Both Izumo and Kotetsu started shaking from the sight as they watched the 3 of them walk towards the gate.

"T-tsunade-sama here let me o-"

*BOOOOOM!*

The massive gates of Konoha were blown off their hinges and sent across the village with one imbedding itself on Hokage Monument and the other disappearing into the sky.

Tsunade then kept walking and looked even more pissed now.

Hiruzen was doing some paperwork and wondering if Naruto would like to go and have lunch with him when he heard a loud explosion. He turned around and saw one of the doors of the Konoha gate was imbedded in mountain of Hokage Monument.

"...well... Tsunade is here..." Said Hiruzen sending a quiet prayer that he lives. After a couple minutes he heard some screaming.

"I DON'T CARE IF HE'S TALKING TO KAMI HERSELF!! NOW MOVE!!" Screamed Tsunade who punched a chunin through his door and out his window.

Hiruzen looked and saw Tsunade... And he's never seen her this pissed before, he was pretty sure she would scare Kami.

"Achoo" said Kami.

"Are you alright Kami-sama?" Asked the Shinigami.

"Yes, I think someone is talking about me though" said Kami.

"Sensei where is he!" Said Tsunade in some controlled anger.

"He was released from the hospital a while ago and h-" Hiruzen was cut off when Tsunade lifted him from the collar of his robes.

"WHAT!? WHY WAS HE IN THE HOSPITAL!!!" Yelled Tsunade.

"H-he was injured" said Hiruzen.

Tsunade raised her fist to hit him when she was stopped by Jiraiya grabbing it.

"Hime we both know sensei did the best he could to help Naruto, but don't get me wrong I'm pissed too. Sensei tell us what's happened since I left" said Jiraiya sitting down and placing a privacy seal down.

Hiruzen sat in his chair and sighed "very well".

Elsewhere in the village Naruto was walking towards his house and ignoring the glares from the civilians. He sensed the occasional Anbu team who looked at him with happiness or waved at him thinking he didn't know he could sense them.

"It's weird that some of the Anbu are nice too me" thought Naruto.

Sadly he didn't get a response because of that seal the Anbu last night put on his stomach but was unaware that was the reason.

As Naruto kept walking he sensed someone... Stalking him... It creeped him out so he decided to try and escape. He quickly started to speed up and turned a corner before he used some chakra and climbed the building and ran off to escape his stalker.

What he didn't know that it was a certain Hyuuga heiress that has been learning his normal routes so she can follow him. So far she memorized most of them but can't figure out where he disappears too during the day or where he sleeps.

"Ok.. that was honestly creepy... Who was stalking me and why? That's just so wrong" said Naruto as he soon reached his house. He activated the seals and entered his home heading for the library to find a strategy and tactics book.

"Hey Kyuubi do you know where they are?" Said Naruto but was met with silence "kyuubi... Are you mad at me...?".

Naruto looked down thinking that because he wasn't strong enough that the Kyuubi wanted nothing to do with him.

He slowly looked over the library before he finally found the book and went into the leaving room to read. As he sat down and started reading a few tears rolled down his cheek thinking that because of how weak he was, the Kyuubi wanted nothing to do with him.

"So he knows his true heritage?" Said Jiraiya looking at Hiruzen.

"Yes, he met and talked with the Kyuubi and so far the Kyuubi has been helping Naruto like he promised Kushina" said Hiruzen.

"Still doesn't explain why I wasn't informed or why no one took care of him!" Seethed Tsunade.

"I've tried to get in contact with you for 5 years and never could and for the other reason.

After the Kyuubi attack someone leaked out his Jinchūriki status and because of that the village hated him. I couldn't place him in one of the clan homes as much as I wanted because it would've swayed the power too much.

And finally... Danzo... After the Kyuubi attack I was swamped in paperwork trying to stabilize our village, dealing with Orochimaru, and other villages along with Naruto.

Before I knew it, Danzo, the elders, and the civilian took a massive amount of power which I wasn't able to take back. Without the threat of civil war.

Because of Danzo he was able too make it so no one should help or take care of Naruto officially because he's a village asset. But I still had enough control to allow Kakashi to guard him along with his team, Neko's team and Kushinas old Anbu team". Said Hiruzen.

Tsunade leaned back in her chair still angry but a her logical side took over and could see why Naruto wasn't officially taken care of.

"You still should have done more" said Tsunade.

"I agree I should have and I regret it every day.." said Hiruzen.

"Now... Where's my grandson Hiruzen! I'm not letting him stay in this village any longer, I'm taking him with me" said Tsunade.

"T-tsunade you can't be serious? His home is here" said Hiruzen in shock.

"I AM SERIOUS I WON'T LET THE LAST MEMBER OF MY FAMILY STAY ANOTHER SECOND IN THE VERY PLACE THAT HURTS HIM!!" Yelled Tsunade.

"Hime.. you know what his dream is.." said Jiraiya making her flinch.

"I know Jiraiya... You told me..." Said Tsunade. His dream was the same as his dad's... And Nawaki's...

"Tsunade.. what If we were to make a compromise" said Hiruzen catching her attention. "You can take Naruto out of village and wherever you want but when he's old enough return to the village with him so he can be a ninja".

Tsunade looked like she was about to protest when Jiraiya spoke.

"Hime I know you don't want him to be one but you don't have a choice, it's his life and also... He's being hunted by a group of S class ninja" said Jiraiya. "Not only that but Danzo has his eye on him and god forbid his true heritage be revealed, every village would come after him to steal him or kill him".

She clenched her hands in tight fists at this. She didn't want to loose her family again.. but sadly the only way to do it is if he becomes a Ninja.

"Fine... Now... Where is he..." Said Tsunade.

"The Senju/Uzumaki compound" said Hiruzen watching the 3 of them leave.

He leaned back in his chair with a tired sigh before a new figure appeared and had his lone Sharingan glaring at the Hokage.

"Who hurt my little brother Hokage-sama" said Kakashi who just came back from an A rank mission.

Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Shizune all stood in front of the gates of the compound with Jiraiya handing Shizune a piece of paper.

"Wear this, it'll allow you in the compound or the seals would... Well let's just say Tobirama and Mito we're sadistic trap makers... Especially Tobirama with seals". Said Jiraiya shivering slightly.

They all walked into the compound and saw in the distance a small figure with red hair reading a book in the grass of the training grounds.

Tsunade froze at the sight of him and watched Jiraiya walk in his direction with a big smile.

"Hey Naruto" said Jiraiya making his presence known to the red head since he was hiding it subconsciously.

"TOAD JIJI!!" Yelled Naruto running to him and hugging him tightly "I missed you! Oh I've been training really hard wanna see!".

"Yea let's see Naruto" said Jiraiya watching Naruto walk towards the shuriken and kunai practice area.

Naruto pulled out some kunai and threw them the same way his father did and hit bullseye's with each one.

"Awww they didn't go as fast or deep into the target as I wanted" pouted Naruto.

"Haha good job Naruto and don't worry, give yourself a couple more years and you'll be as good as your dad" said Jiraiya.

"I hope so!" Said Naruto before he noticed two other figures who were now standing in the training grounds.

He looked over and saw a girl with black hair about 10 years older than him and a beautiful woman with blonde hair. He wasn't sure why but he felt nothing but sadness and pain and happiness coming from her.

"Who are they?" Asked Naruto but for some reason the blonde one felt familiar.

"That's Shizune the younger one and the other one... Is Tsunade... Your grandma" said Jiraiya making Naruto's breath hitch.

Both Naruto and Tsunade stared at each other with neither one moving while Tsunade made out every detail of her grandson.

"He has Kushinas red hair, eye shape, and paler skin, and nose but has Minato's hair style, eye color and face" thought Tsunade. Before she realized it Naruto was slowly walking towards her.

Soon Naruto was only a foot away from her and she was ready to hear him yell and blame her for everything but was met by a hug.

"Hi... Bachan..." Said Naruto before he was engulfed in a hug by her with her crying.

"Naruto..." Said Tsunade as she held him and started to sob.

Jiraiya and Shizune both watched as Naruto and Tsunade tried to connect for the first time since he was born.

She slowly let go of him and gently cupped his face running her fingers over it.

"Oh Naruto... It was like only yesterday you were just a baby..." Said Tsunade.

"I'm happy I get to finally meet you Bachan" said Naruto with a small smile.

"Come on let's go inside so we can finally catch up" said Tsunade and she picked up Naruto startling him.

"H-hey I'm a big kid I can walk" said Naruto pouting.

"Hehe yes you are.. but I'd like to carry you even if it's only once..." said Tsunade.

Naruto couldn't help but smile and he hugged her neck with a happy smile on his face.

After a quick walk they arrived inside the house and went to the living room where they all sat down, with Naruto sitting next to Tsunade.

"So Bachan now that your here what we gonna do?" Asked Naruto.

"We won't be here for long, tomorrow we are leaving" said Tsunade "but your coming with us".

"W-wait.. I'm leaving the village... But why?" Asked Naruto.

"To protect you and train you, also so no one finds out your heritage" said Jiraiya.

"Oh... W-will I come back? I just made friends and I don't wanna loose them..." Said Naruto.

"Yes... You'll be coming back before graduation" said Tsunade.

"Tsunade-sama should I go and get us something to eat?" Asked Shizune feeling pretty hungry.

"Yes please Shizune just get me whatever and same for Jiraiya I know he isn't picky, what about you Naruto?" Asked Tsunade.

"Whatever Bachan gets Shizune-neechan" said Naruto making her smile and nod before she left.

"Hey Toad-jiji... I need your help with something..." Said Naruto.

"Hm what is it?" Asked Jiraiya.

"Yesterday when I was attacked by some masked men, one of them hit me in the stomach and now I can't really use my chakra. Also... I can't talk to the Kyuubi... Unless he's mad that I was too weak..." Said Naruto with sadness In his voice.

Jiraiyas eyes narrowed when he heard that and stood up and lifted up Naruto's stomach to check his seal "pump some chakra to your stomach".

Naruto did as was asked and Jiraya saw a new seal over his original "this is the 'Five Pronged Seal' only myself, Sensei, Orochimaru, and... Danzo know this..." thought Jiraiya. "Alright this will hurt for a moment but will fix it".

"Five Pronged Seal release'" said Jiraiya as his finger lit with blue flames and slammed them into Naruto's stomach.

"Ow..." Said Naruto before he felt his chakra go back to normal.

"Naruto.." said Kurama.

"KYUUBI!! YOUR BACK!!" Thought Naruto in happiness "I thought you were mad at me.. because I wasn't strong enough to beat those guys".

"No.. I wasn't made I couldn't make contact with you because of that seal... Also I'm glad your ok"said Kurama with him muttering the final words so Naruto wouldn't hear them.

Kurama would never openly admit it but he's grown to care for Naruto more than just being asked to take care of him. Deep down in his heart he began to see him as a friend or As he would one day nickname him, his Kit.

"Mhm I'm glad your back Kyuubi it was lonely without you" thought Naruto.

"Naruto!" Yelled Tsunade waving her hand Infront of his face.

"Huh.. oh sorry I was talking to the Kyuubi" said Naruto.

"Oh I see.. Naruto I have something to give you" said Jiraiya as he reached into his pocket and pulled out 2 scrolls. "These were written by your parents before they passed and I've been keeping them safe till you were ready".

Naruto looked at Jiraiya shocked before he slowly reached over and grabbed them and set them on the table. He grabbed one of them and opened it and began reading the scroll.

"Oh Naruto my little Sochi... How I wish I could be there with you and watch you grow into the fine young man I know you will be.

In case you don't know me my name is Kushina Uzumaki the princess of Uzushiogakure or in the hidden leaf the Red Death. I was born and raised on Uzushiogakure but one day our village was attacked by Iwa, Kumo, Kiri and some of the smaller villages. Sadly a big number of our ninja were helping Konoha in the war when our village was attacked. My father the Uzukage of the village ordered all the civilians to escape along with myself. Sadly our enemy found a way to cross the whirlpools that defend our village and new how to get passed our protection seals. Which is something only the Uzumaki and a few in Konoha know how to do.

The allied forces sent 29,000 ninja to kill us and we only had 100 ninja and 200 royal samurai guard to defend our village. Our people fought bravely and while we tried to escape our forces that were helping Konoha returned when they heard what happened. But sadly it was too late and we were getting over run.

I was one of the last people to get off the island and the last thing I saw before I left was my father leading a counter attack and summoning his summon.

We arrived on land and... We were immediately ambushed by over 100 Iwa Shinobi... My... Our people sacrificed themselves to ensure I lived and got to Konoha.

After 5 long days of running I finally arrived and was brought in and told the grim news... The Uzumaki clan was slaughtered. The only good news that came out was that 9/10's of the enemy ninja were killed from the invasion.

Hehe I'm sorry for telling you something so dark but I believed it would be important that you learn how our home fell.

Anyways in this scroll I left you everything I own my Jutsus, my books, my sword and my Anbu mask. They are all your Naruto and I hope you use them to protect those you care for.

Also remember the 3 rules of being a Ninja. 1 use your money wisely and don't waste it. 2 drinking I. FORBID. YOU. FROM. BECOMING. A. DRUNK. And 3 women, don't marry some girl just because she's pretty or from a powerful clan or something. Find a woman that you love and care for and that loves you, for you.

I'm sorry I couldn't be here with you Naruto but just remember I will always love you and please go to our home country. Claim the sword of my father, it's the clans sword and go to the archives you'll find something that made our clan truly feared. But be warned they will test you too see if your worthy to summon them.

Naruto put the letter down and let some stray tears leak from his eyes and he wiped them away.

"Once your strong enough go there, I'm sure they will approve you being there summoner" said Kurama.

"What summon are they?" Thought Naruto as he wiped more tears away.

"Summons powerful enough to take on me and my siblings and the leader of them helped my father beat his mother" said Kurama not fully answering the question.

Naruto nodded before he grabbed his mother's scroll and poured some chakra into the storage seal on it.

A puff of smoke appeared and a pile of scrolls containing Jutsus, Tai Jutsus, genjutsus, and ninjutsus that Kushina used. The other object caught his attention it was a black porcelain mask wirh red markings that looked like a fox. The last object was a Wakazashi with the grip being a mixture of black and red and had the Kyuubi on it.

Naruto slowly opened the sword and saw that the blade was a beautiful crimson red and the guard of the sword had the Uzumaki symbol on it.

"That was your mother's sword, she used that very sword and defeated all 7 members of the seven deadly swordsmen" said Jiraiya.

"Wow..." Said Naruto before he gently put the sword away and opened his father scroll.

"Hey Naruto I just want to say that I am sorry that me and your mother are not here. I wish more than anything that we were so we could take care of you and watch you become a fine young man.

Sadly that isn't possible... But I do have some gifts for you. The first is all my Jutsus, I put them all in here along with the theories behind them. My 2 greatest ones being the Rasengan and the other being my Flying Thunder God.

Don't try the Flying Thunder God until your at least a level 15 in Fuinjutsu like me.

Hehe I'm sorry I don't have much too say, I'm not the best at this but just remember Naruto.

It was the next day and 4 figures were standing at the gate with the area being closed off by Anbu for safety.

"I guess this is goodbye Naruto.." said Hiruzen sadly.

"Only for now Jiji but I promise you that when I return I'll be stronger then ever" said Naruto.

"Hehe I'm sure you will" said Hiruzen before he reached into his robes "I was asked to give this to you. Don't open it until your our of the village ok Naruto".

"God it Jiji... Jiji could you tell my friends I said bye and that I will see them when it's time to graduate?" Asked Naruto.

"Of course" said Hiruzen before he gave him one last hug.

Naruto and the others soon left to start there journey with them heading for the fire capital, the Daimyos Palace where they were summoned.

After a hour of walking they were interrupted when I figure appeared in front of them.

"Kakashi sensei" said Naruto happy and shocked.

"Hello Naruto.." said Kakashi sadly before he looked at the others "Jiraiya-sama, Tsunade-sama".

"Kakashi what are you doing here?" Asked Jiraiya.

"To say goodbye to Naruto and for this" said Kakashi as he handed Jiraiya a scroll which he read and went wide eyed.

"K-kakashi.. this is.." said Jiraiya shocked.

"Yes... But it will protect him so I think he deserves to learn it" Said Kakashi before he walked over to Naruto and hugged him. "I'll miss you Naruto and I hope to see you when you return.

"I'll miss you too Kakashi sensei" said Naruto as he watched Kakashi disappear In a body flicker.

"Ok come on we better get a move on" said Tsunade as the others quickly does up to keep up with her.

"So the weapon is leaving the village..." Said Danzo quietly as his Root informed him. "Damnit I was supposed to have more time so I could steal the boy and turn him into my personal weapon.

Not only that but once he is old enough have him impregnate a bunch of woman willingly or not and have the next generation who are loyal only to me.

So much wasted effort especially with the Uzushiogakure invasion.. I should have known better then to leak the information to Iwa. Because of them I wasn't able to get any Uzumaki members and also those stupid parents who killed their own children. To prevent them from being kidnapped" thought Danzo.

"What are your orders Danzo-sama" said root 317.

"Hmmm don't track them Tsunade and Jiraya will he on alert the whole time... But once he returns I'll show him the true light" said Danzo.
