Naruto was looking at his grandfather with a blank expression as they were sitting near a waterfall far away from the village. Jiraiya took him away from the village to train him without having to worry about being spied on, especially from Danzo.

"So what are we gonna do for a month since you basically kidnapped me in the middle of the night and left bachan along with the others a note saying whatever it was you said" said Naruto.

"Hahaha oh don't worry we'll be fine, besides I left a note" said Jiraiya waving it off.

Meanwhile back in the Uzumaki Senju compound, Tsunade, Akane and Fuu were all glaring at the simple note left on Narutos bed.

'See ya in a month Hime'

"JIRAIYA!!!!!!!!"

They both felt sudden shivers down their spines but brushed it off, they were sure they'd be fine.

"But anyways for this next month you'll do absolutely nothing but train and during the final week we'll calm it down since sensei said the Daimyo along with his family are coming to the village and he wishes to speak with you. Also for the last three days you'll be resting, absolutely no training since you need to let your muscles relax from an entire month of nothing but training" said Jiraiya.

"Alright, can't really complain about that, so what will I be learning during this month" said Naruto.

"Hmm... well first we'll focus on your Tai jutsu since your opponent is Lee and he's a expert in that field, but after I think your good enough we'll be working on your seals and Ninjutsu, especially elemental Ninjutsu since you'll be going against Sasuke then you'll most likely be fighting at least one or maybe two of the others with Bijuu" said Jiraiya.

Naruto nodded his head again, he's been neglecting his elemental training for a long time now and he needed to get back into training with it, he'll need them to fight other Jinchuriki or the Akatuski.

"Not only that but if you show enough drive and are progressing fast enough I'll begin teaching you something else, which you already have a vague idea how to do, but it's a different jutsu" said Jiraya as he stuck his hand out.

"T-thats" Naruto said in shock and amazement as a Rasengan formed in his grandpa's hand with no effort.

"Yep, If you do good enough I'll begin teaching you to use the Rasengan, it's your birthright to know this jutsu, plus times are changing and I have to get you ready for all the threats out in the world" said Jiraiya.

"I promise toad-jiji I won't disappoint you!" Said Naruto with a fire in his eyes.

"Haha, don't worry you have already made me proud" said Jiraiya.

Thus began the training for the next entire week, it was nothing but pure Tai jutsu and Shuriken jutsu given his first opponent Lee. From what Jiraiya said was that Lee wasn't good at long range fighting so the Shuriken jutsu was to keep him at bay.

But as of right now Naruto was plain and simply getting his ass handed to him seven ways from Sunday.

Naruto was panting in exhaustion while Jiraiya looked like he hasn't even broken a sweat, it was nothing but pure Tai and Shuriken jutsu and Naruto still has yet to land a hit on him while his whole body was covered In bruises.

"Come on is that all you got? You have to he faster to use your father's Hummingbird fighting style, your already extremely proficient in the Dragons song, but have been neglecting this style and your Toad style" said Jiraiya.

"I know... just haven't had the chance to train like this.. but I have to say it's fun" he said with a grin.

Naruto then charged forward and once he was near, he reached into his pouch and threw 3 kunai at Jiraiya who effortlessly dodged them, but then had to bring a hand up to block a kick to the face. He grabbed Naruto's foot but then saw a grin on the kids face.

Using Jiraiyas grip against him, he kicked his whole body off the ground and twisted his swinging his other leg at him.

Clicking his tongue, Jiraiya let go but Naruto didn't stop the assault and hucked another kunai while moving in again. Once he was on top of him, he began a series of quick strikes aiming for vital areas to cause the most damage.

Blocking the strikes was easy, but that's when Jiraiya noticed something on his hands, but before he could react, Naruto reacted first.

Pulling a punch of ninja wire on his hands, he tugged Jiraiyas arm to the side which gave a opening and he struck true right onto his exposed chest.

Then Jiraiya popped showing he was nothing more than a shadow clone.

"Wow, it only took ya a week to hit me with the Hummingbird style, that's 4 days faster than your dad took to land a strike" said Jiraiya who's been watching the whole match. "Though like my clone said, we'll have to up your speed so you strike faster and your eyes can keep up with those speeds or else this will be completely useless".

"I noticed that... this fighting style really relies on fast speed to work" said Naruto.

"Yup, it was something your great great grand uncle started the ground work on, but your father finished it and mastered it when he made the hirashin" said Jiraiya.

"Oh right.. speaking of Hirashin... can I use my father's kunai?" Said Naruto.

Raising a eyebrow at Jiraiya spoke "I mean.. It is your birthright, but your nowhere near ready to use the Hirashin".

"What no, I know I'm not ready for that, I meant so I can get used to those kunai for when I do learn the hirashin" said Naruto "plus his kunai are better for piercing and throwing along with close quarters combat".

"Hmm that does make sense.. ok, I'll get you those kunai while you have your clones continue to train, it'd be good for you to take a quick break then work on the speed of your hand seals along with building up your speed more" said Jiraiya before he left.

"Lazy bastard" grumbled Naruto as he made a hand sign and 40 clones popped into existence "Alright get to work, you all know what to do".

The clones walked off and began the training while Naruto sat on the ground and thought over his training, he was honestly hoping to start the Rasengan training sooner, but Jiraiya wasn't budging.

"I'm sure he'll teach you it soon Kit, just be patient, after all he has to get you ready for a battle against a Tai jutsu specialist, then most likely a Uchiha and finally a three way battle where it might be possible, you'll be fighting two Jinchuriki" said Kurama.

"Yeah that does make sense, still doesn't mean I can't be unhappy... I mean after I talked with my dad inside my mindscape, all I wanted to do was get stronger so I can make him proud" said Naruto.

"I'm sure he's already proud of you Kit, after everything you've gone through, he'd have to be retarded to not be proud" said Kurama.

"Thanks Kurama.. I needed that" he said with a smile as he then got on his knees "I think the seal has stabilized enough that I can loosen it like before".

Kurama was silent for a moment and sent some chakra through it, to get a feel and after a couple of seconds, he got his answer.

The seal is now completely integrated into him and can now be loosened with no fear of the seal collapsing under itself.

"Go ahead Kit, but remember, slow or else my chakra will start to overwhelm it".

"Right" taking a deep breath through his nose then exhaling out his mouth, he did that a couple times until he calmed down enough to begin.

Reaching for his stomach, a sealing formula formed on his hand while the seal on his stomach also appeared. Placing his hand on it, he slowly turned his hand which started to loosen the seal. A couple of seconds passed, before Naruto stopped and took his hand away.

"How is that Kurama?" He said.

"Good, I can sense and feel everything again, plus now I'm not in that cage and back in my forest you made me" he said with a small smile.

"That's good, now I just have to get back to training" he said standing up and pulling his headband down covering his eyes, while walking back over to the training ground. Taking a deep breath he shot off heading through the trees to increase his speed and the speed his ears can track and recognize things at a simple sound. It was very dangerous but it'll help him greatly in the long run since then he can rely on chakra sensing, sound and smell.

Jumping from tree to tree, he began to jump from them while also using branches to grab onto and before he could get to far a kunai whipped past him.

Quickly dodging it, he moved to the side and stood still while listening closely for any sounds that sounded off.

The sound of the wind blowing the limbs of trees was heard along with the flowing water in the nearby river. Everything was normal along with the sound of his clones training, but then he heard breathing an-.

Naruto ducked his head down, dodging another kunai, while also whipping one in the direction the breathing was heard, along with where the kunai sounded like it came from. He then dodged a hail of Shuriken but was punched painfully, which made him fall on the ground.

"Hahaha you did good, but any chunin worth is salt would've dodged that" said Jiraiya purposefully egging him on.

"I somehow doubt that... considering all the weak chunin I've met..." said Naruto.

"I meant ones that are consistent with training and take it seriously, also the training you were just doing is something chunin have to he adept at, Jonin have to proficient at, while Anbu have to be masters. It's so they can fight at all times, even in the pitch darkness of nighttime" said Jiraiya.

Naruto pulled up his headband to glare at his grandpa "I hate you".

"Hahahaha, alright now come on, I got the kunai and if your able to hit at least 40/50 bullseyes with these kunai then I'll teach you the first step in the Rasengan" said Jiraiya taking a small scroll out and handing it to him.

Waisting absolutely no time, Naruto opened it and unsealed the well over 500 kunai.

"Wow.. I honestly expected my dad to have more..." said Naruto confused.

"Oh he does... that's just what he brought around when he walks around the village, if he was leaving then he'd have triple at the bare minimum" said Jiraiya.

A sweatdrop formed on Narutos forehead "how many of these did my dad get made?".

"Hmm let me think for a moment" said Jiraiya doing some quick math in his head from the sheer amount of scrolls he saw in Minatos sealing room "Well if I remember correctly... I think he said, he has over 10K".

"HOW DID MY OLD MAN HAVE THAT MANY AND WHY!?!?!".

"He said he always has to be prepared, besides I now remember when he ordered that much... he spent 2 S class missions amount of money to get the metal and have the blacksmith make then all. The Smith had to hire I think like 13 assistants for him to just keep up with his normal orders, plus that".

"I now understand why Bachan and Kakashi always say I over prepare like dad..." said Naruto.

"Hehehe, nothing wrong with that considering we are ninja, you never know when something could go wrong, so it's always better to be over prepared then under prepared" said Jiraiya scratching his chin.

"That makes sense... so what do I do to throw these?" Said Naruto.

"Ah right, well your dad threw this, either overhead or he'd throw them like a kunai except he'd flick his wrist at the end to get more speed behind his throw. Now just remember before you start, that these are heavier and longer, plus they are designed to pierce, but can still cut" said Jiraiya.

"Got it" said Naruto.

Trying it, the way his father did made him miss target by over a foot which made him frown, he tried again and missed once again.

"Your to stiff, loosen your arm a bit then try" said Jiraiya.

Naruto nodded and did as he asked and he threw the kunai which hit the second ring on the target with a audible thunk as the kunai went half way up the handle when it pierced the target.

"Haha good, now you just gotta work on accuracy, speed and make sure you can throw the kunai to it will either pierce through him or get stuck like regular kunai for when you eventually learn the hirashin" said Jiraiya.

He nodded his head and continued to practice throwing the kunai and after throwing a lot of them, he finally learned the trick to throwing them and even started to get bullseyes.

A couple hours later, the sun started to go down and Naruto's hand was shaking from throwing them, his arm felt heavy and was full of lactic acid from overwork from training all day.

"You did good.. now I think I'll reward you" said Jiraiya as he walked up to Naruto and raised his palm up and a blue ball formed in his hand that was spinning in multiple directions. "This is the Rasengan and considering you already know the Chidori I can skip the first two steps since that's how Kakashi accidentally created the Chidori".

"So what are the first two steps then?" Said Naruto curiously.

"The first step is rotation where you spin the chakra in multiple directions at once. To help in this regard, you'd be given a water balloon so that you can mark your progress by the churning water; this step is complete once the you are able to burst the balloon with their chakra.

The second step powwr where you must increase the volume and density of chakra you output. To help in this regard, you will be given a rubber ball: there is no water inside to help you burst the exterior and the rubber shell is thicker than a balloon's.

Then last is containment where you'll combine the first two steps into a contained sphere. To help in this regard, you'll be given a balloon to help you visualise the intended shape; if the balloon is popped or otherwise moves, mastery is not yet achieved" said Jiraiya.

"Ok.. I believe I understand how to do this, so can I be given a balloon to get started" said Naruto ready to get back into training regardless of how tired he was.

"It's late so no, even with your infinite stamina and Kuramas chakra, you still need to take breaks" said Jiraiya.

"What but I can kee-" Kurama then sent chakra into him in a way that knocked him out, making him face plant in the ground.

(2 weeks later).

The past 2 weeks have been nothing but more and more brutal training, he even got to train with his summons which helped him with combination jutsus. Also sometime during the training, Yamato came to help him with his Mokuton.

Naruto was well on his way to competing the Rasengan, thanks to him knowing the Chidori, he is able to not pop the balloon for 15 seconds, but his chakra is still not refined enough yet.

He even got to learn a bunch of elemental jutsus that will help him greatly in his fight against Sasuke and for the 3 way free for all.

But as of right now, he was standing at the front gates of Konoha with Tsunade, Jiraiya, Clan Heads, Anbu, Jonin and lastly Hiruzen. They were all waiting for the Fire Daimyo and his family along with his entourage.

"So Jiraiya... we are going to be having a very long talk after this for taking Naruto for 3 weeks and just leaving a note" said Tsunade making said man shiver and try to hide behind Hiruzen.

"Oh and don't think your off the hook either Naruto, ya got a lot of explaining to do with Akane and Fuu along with that new girl Karin who was hoping to learn more about her and your clan that even Akane doesn't know yet" said Tsunade making him scared now.

An angry Akane and Fuu were terrifying to him... they both have female Uzumaki anger, even with Fuu not being one.

Shivers went down his spine, he was definitely gonna have to make it up to them.

Just then an Anbu body flickered on the ground before them all "Hokage-Sama, the Fire Daimyo and his entourage have arrived".

In the distance they could see a slight cloud of dust, which was from the entourage.

Everyone at the gate stood a little straighter to show respect for the feudal lord of the Land Of Fire.

They all saw hundreds of samurai wearing black armor and in red was the symbol of fire painted brightly on their chest armor. Behind them were archers along with what could be seen as warrior monks and the usual ninja guard consisting of Jonin and Anbu who's Job is to protect the royal family. In the center of the convoy was servants, nobility, assistants and other samurai. The Daimyo and his family were all in Litters which were carried by other servants.

The Litter was a small box just big enough to fit a person, it was decorated in fine gold artwork along with dark oak, it also had the symbol of the Land Of Fire. The box was carried by 8 servants and was heavily guarded by at least 20 royal guard samurai, the other Litters that were part of his family had 10 samurai royal guards.

It only took a couple more minutes until the entourage arrived at the gates and the samurai moved to the side while some held banners of the land of fire. Then the Litter was brought up and then the door on the side was opened for the fire Daimyo.

Since Naruto last saw him, he hasn't changed much except now having a couple more wrinkles and some more gray hair, besides that he looked exactly the same as last time he saw him.

"Ah Hiruzen it's so good to see you, when was the last time we me? Back when Minato was appointed as Hokage?" Said the Fire Daimyo.

"Yes I believe so, it makes me happy to see you in good health" said Hiruzen with a smile.

As the two lords talked, Naruto smiled and was about to say something when his eyes caught onto something.

"Hello Naruto-kun" said a voice he hasn't heard in years, looking over he saw that it was Kayo but now she was older and even more beautiful.

Her long chocolate brown hair was wrapped in a small bun on the back of her head, being held together with two 
Kanzashi. Her bright green eyes seemed to shine more and her face became heart-shaped, under the left side of her lip, the mole slowly started to fade slightly so it wasn't as clear as before. She was wearing a beautiful nagabakama that was red in color and had blue flowers sewn into it to make it more beautiful. Since she was older, her womanly features were showing, given Naruto could see her curves clearly, even with her outfit on and could tell that once she's older she'll be a looker.

"I have to say Naruto-kun you've become very handsome since I've last seen you" Kayo said with a warm smile as a tint of red covered her cheeks.

"It's good to see you as well Kayo-san" he said bowing in respect given the elders and clan heads are present.

Kayo puffed her cheeks "chan".

"Huh?".

She crossed her arms under her growing bust making them look bigger and turned away "call me Kayo-chan".

Feeling a sweatdrop form on the back of his head, Naruto chuckled "very well, Kayo-chan".

"Good" she said back to normal "now if yo7 could, I'd like to be shown around the village since me and my family will be here until after the Chunin Exams".

Naruto smiled and nodded his head as they both started to walk, while he told Akane and Fuu he'll talk to them tonight.

Later in the day at the request of the Daimyo, they were all at the Uzumaki Senju compound, he Requested to stay there since he said it'll give him some peace and not have to worry about having guards around him 24/7.

Both Naruto and the Daimyo were in Narutos study staring at each other.

"I'm still surprised you wanted to stay here, instead of the Sarutobi compound like you did in the past" said Naruto.

"In normal circumstances I would, but according to Hiruzen, with everything going on, he said this would be the safest place in the village since according to him. The people who made and maintained the seals until you came were all sadists.

"He's referring to my grea great grandma Mito and my great great grand uncle Tobirama..." Thought Naruto.

"Anyways, I also wanted to talk to you about a letter you sent a while ago, making the Land of Waves be part of thr Land Of Fire, along with Uzushiogakure, but both places would have a form of independence" said the Fire Daimyo.

"Yes, I want my homeland to he part of the Land Of Fire, but it is able to control and govern itself" said Naruto.

The Daimyo stroked his chin in thought, it's not unheard of for countries to do this, after that's how Kiri was originally formed along with a couple of the stronger small nations. "I don't see anything wrong with it, just as long Uzushiogakure provides some taxes and during times of war, help the war front with soldiers and if in surplus, materials and food".

Naruto nodded his head at that, he was honestly surprised that he was being that lax, especially since he could've made it much much stricter.

"Now for the Land of waves... since it's requesting to be apart of Uzushiogakure.. nothing would really change since it'd be apart of your clans territory" said the Daimyo.

"I can agree to that, in return for good trade and we control our own ninja and samurai" said Naruto.

"Like I said, I see nothing wrong with that, now onto a couple other reasons why I needed to talk to you" said the Daimyo. "Given your heritage and changing times, I'd like for my granddaughter Kayo to live here with you".

"Huh..".

"I'd like for her to live here, times are changing and she'd be my representative here" said The Daimyo "plus to get closer with you".

"Ok tha... wait closer to me?".

"Yes, in my court, all of the men that have sons around her age, want them to get married for whole purpose of getting closer to me. But for you, you actually care about her and you make her happy so I want you two to get closer and if possible, maybe form a relationship".

"I.. I uh.." a blush formed on his face "b-but you are aware... t-that I.. have to form a-a harem".

"I am and so is she" said the Daimyo "as long as she's happy, then me and her father will he happy".

Nartos face was the same shade of red as his hair "b-but uhhh".

"I'm asking to force a marriage, I'm thinking that you two get closer and if it happens then maybe you two will marry, but if not then remain good friends" said the Daimyo.

"What is going on with my life..." Thought Naruto.

"My fucking entertainment" said Kurama.
