Naruto looked up at the Kyuubi while slowly crawling away backwards trying to get away from it.

"H-how are y-you here, I was told you died by the fourths hand" said Naruto looking at the Kyuubi in fear.

Kurama looked at Naruto for a moment then sighed and laid his head on his hands before he spoke.

"I was never killed I was sealed inside of you to protect your village and to protect you. Your forth Hokage gave his life to seal me in you because of a man powerful enough to control me". Said Kurama.

"W-what... Why would the fourth give his life to seal you into me and why would you protect me?" Asked Naruto confused.

"Who else could he trust other than his own son and I respected your mother and she asked me to protect you in her stead" said Kurama shocking Naruto.

"Wait.. so that means... I'm the son of the.. fourth Hokage" said Naruto in shock.

"Indeed you are kit and your the heir to, two of the three most powerful clans to ever walk the earth" said Kurama with a hint of respect in his voice "your heir to the Senju clan who were known for their strength and being able to endure as well as fighting those blasted Uchiha. Your father was the son of Tsunade Senju and Jiraya of the sanin. your Mother was daughter of the previous Uzukage of the Uzumaki clan that lived in Uzushiogakure. They were known for Fuinjutsu and Kenjutsu as well as their longevity. Your mother was the princess of the country which makes you the the prince and heir to the throne".

Naruto looked at Kurama wide eyed and in shock for what he just said "wait.. but my last name has always been Namikaze why would Jiji lie to me about that?".

"Because of human hatred.. if some people found out you exist and we're their son they would stop at nothing to kill you even if it meant declaring war" said Kurama.

Naruto looked down and walked to the bars of the cage then looked up at Kurama. "Um Mr Kyuubi... Did they love me... I know Jiji tells me they do but... Since you were with my mom..."

"Much like your Hokage said, they did indeed love you. When your mom found out she was pregnant it took 3 squads of Anbu and 5 squads of Jonin along with your dad and grandparents. To stop her from running around screaming it" said Kurama which received a smile from Naruto.

"You know... Your not like what everyone says... I think your just misunderstood" said Naruto making Kurama's eyes widen slightly. "If you were a mindless beast like everyone says then we wouldn't be here having this conversation. You'd probably be trying to kill me and demand that I let you out, plus... You agreed with my mom's request to protect me. So... Thank you Kyuubi and I hope that one day maybe... We can be friends".

Kurama stared at Naruto wide eyed for a while "is he the one father.." thought Kurama. "I respected your family and besides I don't need friends".

"That's not true everyone needs a friend even you and if your okay with it I'd like to be yours" said Naruto as he took a step into the cage and walked to Kurama.

Kurama looked at him shocked that this boy would willingly walk into his cage even though he could easily kill him.

"... ... ... I don't know about friend but If you want to work together you'll have to earn my respect like your mother did" said Kurama as he closed his eyes.

"That's fine but maybe one day" said Naruto before he placed a hand on Kurama's snout making his eyes snap open. "We can be friends and I'd like to your first friend Kyuubi".

Kurama was about to respond when he saw Naruto start to fade away with him panicking. "Naruto stop your just waking up and also tell your Hokage everything we talked about, he'll understand".

Naruto faded away and Kurama was left alone in his cell where he laid down again. "Friend...... Would he really want to be my friend.. if knew I was the reason he's a orphan..."

Naruto slowly started to wake up and when he opened his eyes he saw that he was in a hospital room. He looked around and saw Jiji was sitting next to his bed with his eyes closed looking like he fell asleep.

"Jiji.." said Naruto which made Hiruzen quickly wake up and see that Naruto was awake.

"Naruto I'm so glad your ok" said Hiruzen as he reached over and pulled him into a hug. "What happened Naruto, why were you out in the woods so late?".

"I was hungry and wanted some fish and I don't know why but I like being out in nature.. I feel like I'm at home" said Naruto which made Hiruzen nod.

"I'm glad your safe Naruto but next time please be more careful or let me know your heading out that far at night" said Hiruzen.

"Hai I'll be sure to... Jiji.. I met him.. the Kyuubi and he told me everything.. about my parents" said Naruto which shocked Hiruzen.

"I see... I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner Naruto but it was for your own safety. If Iwa or at the time Kumo and Kiri found out about your heritage then we'd possibly be at war" said Hiruzen.

Naruto nodded his head in understanding "it's okay Jiji the Kyuubi explained to me why you couldn't" said Naruto.

Hiruzen grew a sad smile on his face "Naruto since you know about your parents what will you do?".

"I'll... Learn all their techniques and everything about both my clans so I can make my parents and ancestors proud of me. Then I'll restore my mother's home country before I become Hokage" said Naruto with a fire in his eyes.

"Well if that's the case" said Hiruzen standing up "you'll have to get their belongings so you can learn it".

"Do you know where they are Jiji?" Asked Naruto which Hiruzen made nod.

"Yes I do it's at your parents home safely protected behind the seals they made. The only people alive that can enter your house is you, Jiraiya, and Tsunade. If someone else was to try and enter it without the seal to let them... Well let's just say it won't be pleasant" said Hiruzen.

Hiruzen then stood up and gestured for Naruto to follow him, he placed his hand on his shoulder and body flickered them to his parents house.

Naruto looked up at it and saw the symbol of the Uzumaki and Senju clan on the gates and it was a big compound. It was about the same size of the Uchiha clans and in the middle of it was a massive house for the main family.

Behind all the houses was a massive training ground that Hashirama and Tobirama both made together. After they made it Mito placed some seals on it to make sure no one can spy on the training grounds. In the very center of the grounds was a massive tree that was taller than any nearby houses.

"Wow.... So... This is all mine?" Asked Naruto looking up at Hiruzen.

"Indeed it is along with your grandparents, personally I don't want you to live here all by yourself but.. it'd probably be the safest idea. In here you'll be able to train and never have to worry about being hurt again" said Hiruzen.

"I'd like to live here Jiji... I know it's a massive area and I'll be all along but... It's my home" said Naruto walking to the gate. "Um... Jiji... How do I open it...?" Naruto had a massive embarrassed look on his face.

"Hehe just cut your finger and wipe your blood on the door and it'll open" said Hiruzen handing him a kunai.

Naruto did as he said and the gate opened wide for him.

"Well Naruto this is as far as I can go, I'd suggest exploring the entire place and if you find something your not sure of ask my or the fox ok". Said Hiruzen with him whispering the last part In case anyone was nearby.

"Okay Jiji" said Naruto as he ran in and the gates closed behind him making him disappear because of the seals.

"Kakashi do you think I made the right choice?" Said Hiruzen to no one before a figure appeared next to him revealing himself to be Kakashi.

"I believe so Hokage-sama and Naruto is a smart kid he'll figure any problem he faces and if he can't he has us and the Kyuubi" said Kakashi.

"I see well thank you Kakashi but please keep an eye on him and also...help him with his training he'll need it. I'll ask Jiraiya to return and add your blood to the seal so you can enter the compound and train him" said Hiruzen.

"Hai Hokage-sama I'll train him as best as I can... Also does Jiraiya-sama have any news on Tsunade-sama?" Asked Kakashi.

"From the last letter he send me he's on her trail but because of Orochimaru and this new organization made up of S class ninja. His search for her is slower than he'd like but he said he's on it and hopefully he'll catch her" said Hiruzen.

"Hopefully he finds her soon... but then again she's probably gonna destroy the village when she finds out. Also what type of training should I give Naruto?" Said Kakashi.

"Jajaja knowing her we'll be lucky if there's a building left standing, and begin on unlocking his chakra then help him with his clans fighting styles. As well as Jutsus" said Hiruzen making Kakashi nod.

Elsewhere in the elemental nations Jiraiya was sitting in a bar waiting for his informant. He took a sip of his tea then placed it down and tapped it twice.

Across the bar a man tapped his cup twice as well, after Jiraiya noticed that he placed his bill down and left the bar.

He walked a couple blocks away and entered a alley and waited for a moment "took you long enough to show up".

"Don't blame me your the one who rushed me to come here as fast as I can" said the hooded figure.

"Hmm so what information you got?" Asked Jiraiya.

"From what I've heard A killed his father and ended the short civil war in Kumo and took the Raikage position and is hoping to enter a none aggression pact with the leaf. Also your other info for Tsunade from what I heard she was last seen in the land of Tea and making her way to Vegetables" said the hooded figure.

"Hmm I see and thank you for the info" said Jiraiya walking away and the figure disappearing.

"I'm on your trail Hime... Hopefully I'll find you soon and ask why you abandoned our grandson" thought Jiraiya leaving the town and heading in her direction.
