Naruto, Shikamaru, Hana and Kakashi we're all heading back to Konoha, Hana managed to help the doctors back in sooner find a cure to help all the sick citizens.

But before they did leave Naruto noticed one thing, Garra seemed to follow them around, but always kept his distance and simply observed them. A couple times when this happened, that girl named Temari would talk to Naruto, but she did seem kind of scared plus confused.

Naruto was pulled out of his thoughts when he heard Kakashi speak "Only a couple more hours, we are now on the main road".

"Finally, now I can sleep in more" muttered Shikamaru.

"You slept through most of this trip" said Naruto.

"Not enough though, besides it was such a drag to have to head all the way to Suna" Shikamaru said.

"A typical Nara" thought the others.

They continued to head through the forest when a puff of smoke appeared and Gamakichi was on Naruto's shoulder.

"Hey bro sorry for bothering ya but Jiraiya says he has a important message for you" said Gamakichi.

"Sure go ahead".

The toad then leaned in to his ear to whisper it "he said that Tayuya will meet you at the same location as last time, from the message he got, she has very important information".

"Not that I'm complaining, why isn't he meeting the spy?" Whispered Naruto.

"He's all the way out near Iwa, he's investigating sudden movement of over 3 battalions of ninja" whispered Gamakichi.

Kakashi's keen ears heard this and it made him nervous, the Chunin exams were coming up and from what him and the other Jonin have been told there is a very high chance that Orochimaru will try to infiltrate the village. The last thing Konoha needs is Iwa getting involved in this and possibly starting a war, not only that but while in Suna he did notice that tensions between him and his team with the Suna ninja we're higher than normal.

"Alright I'll go, but tell Jiji when he comes back to train me, I want him to show me how he does the giant Rasengan, I can't keep it well balanced" whispered Naruto.

Gamakichi nodded his head and disappeared in a puff of smoke.

"Go ahead Naruto I'll inform Hokage-sama, though I will send a clone with you just so Tsunade doesn't kill me" said Kakashi.

"Fine but know that the clone has to stay far away from me" said Naruto before he turned and ran off in a different direction.

Shikamaru narrowed his eyes watching this, then seeing Kakashi make a clone that trailed after him. First was a toad suddenly appearing and whispering it into his ear and then suddenly Naruto leaves with Kakashi sending a clone to follow him, this could only mean that Naruto was apart of Jiraiya's spy network, why else would he suddenly leave like that.

"Troublesome..." Grumbled Shikamaru.

Hana looked at the direction Naruto disappeared to and sighed, she was hoping to talk to him more since he was nice to talk to and also unlike a good amount of the men around her own age, he isn't  trying to get in her pants.

With Naruto he ran for over a hour until he arrived at the location, a bit of a ways away was Kakashi's clone that was far enough away to not alert Tayuya but was close enough in case something happened.

Naruto went to the same tree as last time and he sat on the ground with his legs crossed and began to meditate like Jiraiya taught him. It only took about half an hour before he sensed her chakra coming towards him.

"Hey skank how are you doing?" Said Naruto looking at her as she entered the clearing and walked towards him.

"Oh I'm doing good jackass" said Tayuya as she walked up to him "not gonna lie, you look a bit better than I saw you last time".

"I'll take that as a compliment, also you don't look too bad yourself" said Naruto with a warm smile.

A tiny blush formed on her cheeks as she smirked at him "ok fucker before we end up sucking face let me give you the information I collected".

A blush adorned Naruto's own cheeks at that comment.

"The snake pedo is recruiting lots of missing ninja from different villains, though from what I heard and saw a good amount of them are from Iwa which should tell you something is going on" said Tayuya.

"So either Iwa has lots of missing ninja or the Tsuchikage is labeling them missing ninja to attack our village, it's a dirty strategy but every village does it and can't say anything against it or else we'd loose the right to use the same strategy" said Naruto.

Tayuya nodded her head "not only that but a spy named Kabuto has already infiltrated your village and is currently leaking village to Orochimaru, not only that but he has knowledge about most of Konoha's medical history along with the ninja".

Now Naruto was even more worried, this Kabuto man would have to be taken out fast before he got something critically important.

"Not only that but during the invasion he's going to separate the Hokage and he wants me and my team to create a barrier to prevent anyone from helping him" said Tayuya.

"Thank you for this information Tayuya, you have no idea how valuable this is and how much it will help my village" said Naruto.

"Psh no problem, now how far have you gotten with removing this seal on my neck?" She said looking at him.

"Almost done.. the only problem I face now is that I have to purge the soul in it and that will take 16 hours without stopping even for a second or else there will be extremely severe consequences" said Naruto.

"So in other words I have to deal with it for a while longer..." Said Tayuya.

"Sadly, it'll most likely be after the invasion since hopefully by then Orochimaru will be dead and his village destroyed which will then free you so you can come here and I can free you from that seal" said Naruto.

"I'll hold you up to it Naruto" she said before she walked over and kissed his cheek before leaving and heading back to the sound village before she was caught missing.

He touched his cheek and had a small blush but quickly shook his head to get himself back in the game, he then summoned back Gamakichi and wrote in a scroll and told him to give it to Jiraiya as fast as he could. After the toad left, Naruto ran back to Kakashi's clone and they both started to head back to the village.

It was later in the day and the sun already set when Naruto finally entered the village and he immediately went to the Hokage tower to give his side of the mission in Suna.

"Hmm I see... Also about the spy you met, did you learn anything critically important?" Said Hiruzen.

"Orochimaru is recruiting lots of missing ninja from different villains, though from what I was told a good amount of them are from Iwa, also apparently he has a spy deeply implanted into our village, his name is Kabuto and he has knowledge on all of our medical records" said Naruto.

"This is very bad..." Hiruzen raised his hand and the Anbu in the room appeared and were kneeling "get Kakashi and a team of Anbu and have the search the village for Kabuto, if he is here I want him taken alive, lethal force is authorized just as long as he lives".

The Anbu nodded before they all disappeared to do as ordered.

"Thank you Naruto, this will be labeled an A rank mission and the money will be transferred over to your account in the morning, now I recommend you head home and rest because in a month the Chunin exams are going to start" said Hiruzen.

"Very well and goodnight Jiji" said Naruto before he body flickered away and landed at his home.

Naruto landed Infront of his compound and entered it where he saw that the lights were off, he looked over into the kitchen and saw Tsunade asleep at the kitchen table with a plate of food for him. He couldn't help but smile and walked over to her and gently picked her up and carried her to her bedroom so she could get a good night's sleep in her bed. He carefully opened the door and placed her in her bed before he took off her slippers and pulled a blanket over her "goodnight Bachan" he said kissing her forehead before he went back downstairs to warm up his dinner.

As he was warming it up he thought over the mission and his conversation with Tayuya to see if he messed up anywhere.

"I'd say the only mistake was letting that Garra guy know you contain me, besides that you didn't do anything bad" said Kurama.

"Hmm maybe... I'm gonna have to ask Yamato sensei for more Mokuton training since I haven't focused on it to much lately and I only have 4 Justus and only 1 could restrain a tailed beast" thought Naruto as he grabbed his dinner and began eating.

"Hm that would be smart, though I'd recommend only learn Jutsus that you can see yourself using and don't just learn them to know them" said Kurama.

"Don't worry that's my plan, hopefully he'll teach me the wood dragon jutsu, if he doesn't know that then I'm gonna have to rely on the scroll" thought Naruto.

"Hmm, also I recommend don't showing you have Mokuton until you fight him, it's best to keep that secret for as long as possible so people won't be as eager to capture you" said Kurama.

"I'm a Uzumaki and a Senju, I'm also the son to Kushina Uzumaki the whirlpool princess and Minato Senju the son of Tsunade Senju and Jiraiya. Not only that but I have chakra chains, and am heir to the Uzumaki throne and Senju clan, plus I have you sealed in me, I already have a huge target on my back" thought Naruto.

"Yes but they don't know about your Mokuton, that alone is almost worth the rest" said Kurama.

Naruto nodded his head and noticed that his food was gone, so he went and put everything in the sink and quickly rinsed them off before he went to bed.

It was the next morning and Naruto along with Fuu and Akane we're sitting Infront of Yamato who had a small smile on his face.

"Welcome back Naruto, I hope your mission was as good as Kakashi told me" said Yamato.

"It was, though I can't see myself going to Suna any time soon, it was very hot and that sun just kills you" said Naruto.

"Well Suna is a desert country so it makes sense... Anyways that isn't the reason I called you all here, the Chunin exams are a month away and I plan to sign you all up for it. Because of that for the rest of this month we shall do nothing but train and stop training 3 days before the exams start so you can all rest and be at 100% for them" said Yamato. "But before we get started, what things do you all want to focus on so I can help you".

"I wanna get faster at my taijutsu, I have great strength like Tsunade taught me but I'm not as fast as I want to be" said Fuu as she twirled a kunai around her finger.

"Hmm, I'll have you wear resistance seals because it'll force your body to work harder to move. It'll both increase your strength and make you faster at punching and kicking along with running" said Yamato before he looked at Akane.

"I just finished learning about how to mend torn chakra points so on medical knowledge I'm good, I'd like to learn a couple of medium to long range water Jutsus since that's my affinity" said Akane.

"I know a couple of water Jutsus but if they aren't what your looking for I'm sure Naruto has a scroll somewhere, also I'd say you should learn how to thrown senbon as good as you can throw kunai, so you can set traps and more easily poison opponents" said Yamato.

Akane nodded her head "that'd be a good idea, I'll go ask Shizune for help with that since she's really proficient at throwing them and rarely misses".

Yamato smiled and looked at Naruto wondering what he could even teach him since Naruto makes a active effort to learn everything and then master it like his great great granduncle Tobirama and also his father Minato.

"Sensei I'd like more lessons on my Mokuton, I bet the Suna Jinchuriki and I want to make sure I have everything to take him down because you can't just rely on one trick" said Naruto.

"Hmm... I'd have to ask Hokage-sama because that is highly secretive, so we'll have to find a place no one can see you training in it, besides that I don't see why not" said Yamato.

"We can use my clan compound, the training grounds are big enough that we can even use large area Jutsus, though I'd recommend being careful where you aim them since Bachan's medicine garden is near it" said Naruto with a shiver.

Akane and Fuu shivered at the memory.

"Dully noted" said Yamato with a smile.

Meanwhile in a different part of the village, Kabuto was heading to his 'fathers' home, he just returned from his mission in Suna and reporting to his master and now he had to start gaining Intel on Sasuke Uchiha and Naruto Uzumaki Senju.

He arrived at his front door and unlocked the door when he felt a hot sharp pain in his back, he turned around and looked right into a lone sharingan.

Kabuto collapsed to the ground not feeling his legs because Kakashi severed his spine with a kunai along with using a extremely potent paralysis poison that Tsunade made that not even Orochimaru knew of, meaning Kabuto wasn't immune.

"Kabuto Yuuki your under arrest for being a spy of Orochimaru" said Kakashi as he placed a chakra sealing tag on him that Naruto made, it was strong enough that not even Anbu could break it unless they were very well knowledged in seals.

"M-master I'm sorry but I failed you..." Thought Kabuto as the Anbu picked him up and disappeared heading to the Anbu HQ to begin interrogating him.
