In Iwa the Tsuchikage Onoki was looking at the report he was given.

"I can't believe it... That man and woman had a child..." He muttered looking over the envelope.

It showed a picture of Naruto and showed his heritage showing that he was the son of Minato Senju and Kushina Uzumaki.

"Tsuchikage-sama we should take this chance to kill the boy! He's the last remnant of those two clans and he's the son of that MAN! This is the perfect chance to finally end them" said one of the counsel member.

Soon the entire council room broke out into massive arguments with most saying they should do anything but declare war to kill the boy while others said they should only put him in the bingo book.

"ENOUGH!" Yelled Onoki slamming his fist on the desk silencing everyone immediately "I know how you all feel but we can't outright kill the boy!".

"But why not!".

"If we just outright kill that boy like you said All of Konoha and the fire daimyo himself would be after our heads.. so we have to wait till the time is right... Until then put him in the bingo back as an 'A' rank threat and to be kept an eye on".

"Try and get as much information as you can on him and try to make him doubt the leaf subtlety" said Orochimaru.

"At once Orochimaru-sama" said Kabuto before he turned and left heading back to Konoha.

In a hidden hideout outside of Ame sat a deathly skinny man with red hair and purple ringed eyes, he was staring at a picture of Naruto for a long time while trying to analyze him.

"Konan.. ask Zetsu to spy on him and confirm he is indeed the son of Kushina-dono" said Nagato.

"At once Nagato.." she said before she walked off to find the creepy plant like man.

After she left he looked back at his hand that had a dragon seal on it.

Hanzo the salamander sat on his chair reading the report with a blank expression but his mind was going a million miles an hour.

"Hanzo-sama are you alright?" Asked one of the guards.

"Yes... Get me Kurayami" said Hanzo.

Naruto was staring at his Jiji with shock "what do you mean I have to marry up to 8 woman!?".

"Naruto your the heir to both the Uzumaki and Senju clans and because of that you'll have to rebuild them, and I'm going to tell you this first... If you don't find at least 8 woman by the time your 18 then the council will force you to marry 8 woman they will choose" said Hiruzen.

"B-but I... Bachan isn't there a way to get around this?" Asked Naruto.

"Naruto why would you wanna get out of this? It's almost every man's dream and not only that but you could have as many woman as your want, the sky is the limit" said Kakashi putting his arm around his shoulder like a salesman.

Akane and Fuu had tick marks on their foreheads and Tsunade is angry since Kakashi is trying to convince her grandson to be a playboy.

"YOU PERVERTED ASSHOLE!!" Yelled Akane and Fuu who then punched Kakashi sending him all the way to Kumo.

"Definitely an Uzumaki and it appears Fuu even has the legendary female Uzumaki anger" thought Hiruzen "well I'm sure Kakashi is fine and will be back in no time".

"So there's no way to get out of this?" Asked Naruto.

"Sadly you can't Naruto, my grandfather wrote it into law that the last male member of any clan will have to rebuild the clan with 16 woman... But thankfully my granduncle changed it to 4 along with my grandma beating him black and blue" said Tsunade.

"Wait then why do I have to marry 8? how did dad get away with it?" Asked Naruto.

"Kushina" said everyone in the room including the Anbu.

"And for the other question it's because you come from 2 clans" said Tsunade.

"Wow Naruto.. I might need to take some advice from your mom" said Akane.

"Sadly that won't be possible since if Naruto dies then the Senju and Uzumaki royal family will be gone and even the fire daimyo signed it" said Hiruzen.

"Oh I'm so getting that old bastard back.." muttered Naruto "ok so... What are the rules with all this since this is the only thing Bachan didn't go over".

"Like I mentioned once your 18 you'll have to have at least 8 wives but your allowed to have more, you'll have to have at least 2 children by the time your 20" said Hiruzen.

"Ok... So basically I have to be a dad immediately....".

"Sadly.. if I could change it I would so you can enjoy more time with your wives and so they could spend more time as ninjas" said Hiruzen.

"Fine...".

"Besides.. I've been getting lots of arranged marriage requests from everyone.. especially the Hyuuga, they are trying to make you marry Hinata" said Tsunade.

"I'm guessing it's so they can get influence over the Uzumaki and Senju" said Naruto.

"Yes and I keep telling them I won't agree to any marriage from them!" said Tsunade.

Everyone in the room stood up and walked to the council chambers.

All the clan heads and even the heirs were present, stood up in a show of respect towards the Hokage while most of the civilians simply glanced at him showing no respect for the Hokage.

"Civilian council you should stand up and show your Hokage respect in this council room and even outside of it" said Yona glaring at the civilians.

Hiruzen smirked at seeing Yona put them in their place, ever since the kyuubi attack, death of Minato and finally the Uchiha massacre. The civilian council has been gaining lots of power from the power vacuum that was formed.

But now that both Yona and Tsunade we're here Hiruzen was gaining his power back and the civilian along with the elders were loosing it faster than they could say 'Kai'.

"Thank you Uzumaki-san, now let's all take a seat" said Hiruzen before he glanced at the civilian council "also next time this happens you'll be thrown out".

They all took their seats with Tsunade sitting next to Yona since she was the head doctor and in charge of the hospital but also the Senju clan head.

Naruto stood behind her and crossed his arms and kept his face stern with a cold glare that reminded Hiruzen much of Tobirama sensei.

"Please don't become a cold calculating man Naruto... I don't think the ninja world could survive that.." thought Hiruzen "now let's get onto the meeting and why we are all here".

"Indeed Hokage-sama said Homura standing up "we'd like to issue clause 36 stating that Naruto-san will be put under the clan restoration act and will have to marry up to 8 woman.

We have already found multiple suitable candidates a-" "that law also states that the council can only choose whom I marry once I'm 18 and if I haven't found someone" he was cut off by Naruto who with held a small smirk.

"And I can find 8 woman whom I wish to marry and when I do I can assure you they won't be from any of the civilian council who only wants to power of my clans" said Naruto.

The civilian council glared at him with some curing the fox inside him even though they viewed his dad and mom as living gods.

"And have you found anyone Senju-san?" Asked Danzo looking at the boy.

"As of now no but I'm sure in time I will" said Naruto.

Both Akane and Fuu smiled slightly hearing that, they talked and both agreed that'd they share him with others.. even though they didn't like the idea of 6 or more other woman.

"I see.. and what about your other Uzumaki clan members?" Danzo asked "Yona-san is still young enough to bare more children and Akane will soon be old enough to bare some as well".

"If Yona decides to remarry and have another kid than that is her choice and Akane can choose whom she wishes to marry, any matters revolving the clan restoration act will fall on me to uphold and not my clan members" said Naruto.

"I Sasuke Uchiha wish to be placed in the clan restoration act as well" said Sasuke.

Everyone looked at him and since he only belonged to one clan the minimum he had to have would be 4 wives while Naruto had to have 8 given he's from 2 clans.

Hiruzen stroked his chin in thought.. it did hold merit and might make Sasuke stop being a flight risk but at the same time... He was emotionally unstable and might abuse his wives.

"I'll cast it to a vote on whether or not he should be put in the restoration act now or at a later date" said Hiruzen.

All the civilians and elders raise their hands saying that they agreed to the motion while everyone else didn't.

"Motion passed Sasuke Uchiha shall not be placed in the restoration act as of now but at a later date" said Hiruzen.

Sasuke clenched his fists in anger since the village was holding him back. Not only that but his sensei only taught him about teamwork, when he needed to get stronger to kill Itachi.

"Now if that is all the-" "actually Hokage-sama I have something else to say" said Hiruzen before Danzo interrupted.

"All the clans in Konoha provide for the village but the only one that isn't is the Uzumaki clan" said Danzo "I believe they should start by sharing Uzumaki clan scrolls".

"The Uzumaki clan will help provide seals but not with our own clan level seals since those are clan secrets and Konoha law protects clan secrets Danzo-san" said Naruto.

"Minato-chan, Kushina you'd be so proud of your son if you we're here" thought Tsunade.

"I was already planning to start making seals to provide for the ninja but now I just have a bigger reason too" said Naruto.

Danzo kept his face neutral but his grip on his cane tightened to the point he was surprised he didn't break it.

Hiruzen looked around the room and saw that no one else had anything to say so he brought the council meeting to an end for the day.

Hiruzen walked back to his office with Dragon the Anbu commander, Tsunade, Naruto, Yona Akane and Fuu following.

"Now that, that is over we can go over the last things I have to tell you given all of this.. and so you don't ask.. your father had to go through this training as well" said Hiruzen. "Your going to have to be trained how to resist seduction, lots of male Shinobi died because they were led by the dick".

"Kurama help!?".

"Go fuck yourself".

"Ugh... Can I at least get a couple days to process all of this first..." Asked Naruto.

"Very well I'll give you 3 days to think this all over but then you have to begin your seduction training" said Hiruzen who looked back at his desk.. the paperwork pile was somehow 20 times bigger... He was only gone for half an hour.

"Man Jiji that must suck to have to deal with" said Naruto.

"You have no idea...".

"Haha actually I do, Yona gives me half the paperwork which is mainly the important stuff since I'm the clan head" said Naruto.

"Then you know part of my pain... Just wait till you get my hat boy you'll be in the same hell as me" said Hiruzen planning to make it so Naruto has twice as much paperwork.

"Jiji... Haven't you ever wondered why I'm always free? My paperwork doesn't hinder me so I can focus on other things".

Everyone in the room immediately looked at Naruto wide eyed.

"I beat the bane of all your existences known as paperwork" said Naruto.

"PLEASE TEACH US YOUR WAYS NARUTO-SAMA!!!!" Yelled Hiruzen and Dragon bowing with absolutely zero shame.

"Hmmmm I don't know...".

"Naruto I'll give you anything you want if you teach me how to beat this paperwork!" Said Hiruzen.

"Naruto-sama I'll give you access to Anbu level jutsus if you teach me how to beat paperwork" said Dragon.

Yona herself wanted to know along with Tsunade... But they'd beat it out of him if he didn't tell them.. well mainly Tsunade, Yona would get Akane to do it for her.

"I guess I can.. if I can have access to the Hokage vault and the Hokage library along with 4 IOU's" Naruto said looking at Hiruzen "and your offer as well Dragon-san".

"Done!" Said both men not caring for the consequences, they could care less if Naruto found out how to summon Kami herself if it meant they didn't have to do paperwork.

"The answer is..." Everyone leaned in wanting to know "shadow clones" they all face faulted hearing that.

Hiruzen suddenly stood up straight and walked to his desk and opened up a drawer pulling out a piece of paper placing it on his desk.

They all soon left leaving him alone where he did it for 5 more minutes before he stopped and created 2 clones and walked to his couch pulling out a orange book.

"Hehehe Oh Jiraiya I don't know how you convinced Tsunade to let you write this books but thank you" he giggled.
