Naruto was outside this high school that was made for devils, something he wondered why they picked Japan of all places. He kept his eyes on the school while he started to remember just how he got to this point in his life.

Naruto's side was losing the war, so badly losing. He could not believe this person Kaguya could be this powerful. He did know he refused to lose, he had to win in order for everyone to surive this war.

"How badly do you want to win this war? Tell me, what are you giving to give up in order to gain the strength to win?" He could hear a voice, yet he could not see where it was coming from.

His vision was already almost gone due to the blood covering his face and body, he just did his best to look for the voice without any luck.

"I will do anything to keep the people I care about safe, because I will give up everything to save the ones I care about." He gave his honest answer.

"I guess you will do then, you will be the one to lead the future." Voice spoke before stopping for a moment. "My name is Inari Okami, what I am? That is simply you can call me a goddess, true one."

Naruto looked to finally see her, beautiful woman with long black hair and black eyes. He never watch anyone that looked as beautiful as she did. He watched her walk over to him before touching his head, all his pain was gone. He could fully see again, he wondered what he had to give up.

"Look at your new body, you will be leading the kitsune race once your battle is over. That is the cost of wining your war. You will become the next leader of the kitsune race, once Yasaka finds you worthy of taking over." The woman said before disappearing.

Naruto went to look at his self in the nearby water, he was shocked at what he was seeing. He had nine fox tails and two cut ears, both being colored blonde. He could hear Kurama laughing in his head, which he just shook his head few times because if it gave him the strength to win then so be it, he will win.

With the powers of a royal kitsune he had won that battle, it was still close call, yet he did bring peace to the shinobi world. This was years ago, now Naruto was full adult and already the leader of the race. Which he did know it was big headache not something fun like he had hoped it would have been.

He noticed the person he was looking for, because it was a young girl with short white hair and small in size. He did know she was not a full devil, that was due to the fact this girl was his sister-in-law even if his mate picked to go into hiding overstaying with him. He told her he was strong enough to keep her safe from any and all devils yet she refused to listen to him.

Kuroka was one of his mates, he did know that his sister-in-law was going by a new name after the attack on her race. Naruto simply had placed the devils in a genjutsu to fool them into thinking they had killed the neko race. In truth they will still alive and living in the kitsune lands, Naruto would never allow innocents to die for some devil's pride.

He did know the real reason Kuroka killed her master, it was to keep her sister safe due to him wanting use her as a lab rat. Even if he did know the world believed she did in for power, lust for power caused her kill her master. These lies made Naruto's blood boil yet he was here to set the record straight, to bring Kuroka back home to him and their children.

He started to over to her, to see her sleeping on the breach outside. He just shook his head because she really was a odd one, he started to poke her shoulder causing the girl to wake up rubbing her eyes.

"Yes? Who are you?" She asked while looking up at him.

"Name's Naruto, you shouldn't be sleeping outside like this you know? It really isn't very safe to do." Naruto told her.

"I will be fine but thank you." She said as she moved to sit up.

Naruto sat down beside her, he looked over at her. He did know he had no clue how to even start this talk with her, he was also scared of how she woud react.

"How do you like it here? Is the school treating you good?" Naruto asked, buying himself some more time.

"It is ok, I have few people that care about me." She gave an honest answer,

"What is your name if it is ok for me to ask," Naruto slowly forming a plan.

"Koneko Tojo, why do you want to know?" She tilted her head in a cute way.

"Just wondering, you do remind me of someone I know. I guess I just hoped you were that person but I guess you aren't." Naruto smiled to her.

"Who is this person?" She asked wondering who it could have been.

"Her name is Shirone," He did not get to finish that as he could tell she was glaring over at him with angry.

"How do you know that name?" She asked mad but same time scared.

"Because shirone's sister is my mate, also mother of my children. Since the day she left I been trying to find her again." Naruto looked up at the sky while talking.

"You're my sister's mate...." She was shocked, so shocked the angry left her.

"Yes, she is in hidden due to the devils hunting her down for lies that they told. The truth is she did not kill her master out of lust for power. I trained her, these powers of hers doesn't cause her to become mindless killer for power. I know the truth, the truth that they refuse to tell the world due to their pride." Naruto stated.

"What truth is that?" A new voice spoke behind them.

They both looked to see a long red hair woman, she had two blue eyes that were glaring down at him which he just shrugged. He could see she was wearing a school outfit, her chest was large, but he had seen bigger. He just looked at her eyes, he did know he was not in the mood to deal with an angry teenage.

"I'll tell you it, name is Naruto and yours?" He asked friendly.

"Rias Gremory," That was all he got from her.

"The truth is, Kuroka's master was an madman. He was the person that devils would bring their pieces to, in order to get treated like lab rats. Tested on to make them stronger, painful and high risk of death kind of tests. He wanted to try to see how a full blooded nekomata would handle these tests, with a slim to none chance of survival. He was crazy mad doctor and when she found out his plan for his sister? She killed him to save her, to look out for her." Naruto took moment to stop.

"Don't get me wrong, Kuroka has her own flaws and ways of doing things. Like letting her sister believe lies about her doing for power, the reason for that? How could she keep her safe while hiding from devils, it would only put Shi...I mean Koneko at risk which she refuse to do. Even if it meant her own sister could one day hate her for it." Naruto stopped once more.

"Even if that true, does that mean my race is died because of her wanting to keep me safe?" Neko almost had tears coming out.

"No, they aren't dead. I fooled the devils into thinking they were when they went to the village to burn it to the ground. Your people are alive, I do not allow innocent to die. I wouldn't be a good leader if I did." He spoke, taking shot at the devil leader with his words.

"So that makes you the leader of the west faction of Youkai?" Rias asked.

"No, I'm the leader of all the factions but that's tale for another time." Naruto smirked which shocked both of them.

"Why would all the factions become one?" Neko asked.

"Because of the attack on the Nekomata, it showed the we can not trust the devils to keep their word. So, we figured it one of three big factions went crazy again? We would have defend ourselves, becoming one faction was the best idea." Naruto explained.

'What do you plan doing now that you told her all this." She asked him.

He just started to rub the neko's head softly while looking at her, he did not plan on doing anything really. He would like it if she meet his twin daughters, she was their aunt after all yet he would not force her to do anything.

"Nothing, I wanted her to know the truth. I do plan on clearing my mate's name even if it means fighting devils, so I had figured he would be the one running this school. Maybe Koneko would want to see her family, my twin daughters is her family after all." He explained.

"My brother is currently inside the school but I would avoid if you two did not fight, so why not just try to talk it out?" The red head asked.

"I could but I will clear her name no matter what, if devils want hide behind lies that is their choice in the end. Even if the new satans claim to be better than the old ones, something like this isn't better. Madman using pieces as lab rats, it shows just how much devils think of their own pieces, so little of them." Naruto spoke before getting up.

"Not all devils are like that, I care about mine because they are my family. I would do anything for each one of them." She got in front of him.

"Then I'm glad Koneko has such a good person to look after her." He headed inside the school to find the satan running it.

"I hope they don't get into a fight and I hope I can see my sister again, I want to ask her if that was true reason. To keep me safe so I wouldn't have always be on the run like that, I do miss her even if it was hurting me." Koneko admitted yet her king pulled her into a hug.

When he got inside he was almost immediately melt with a man with red hair, which he figured was her brother and the leader. He just smirked because it did not take long for him to come face to face with the man he needed to speak with.

"You must be looking for me, I'm Sirzechs Lucifer and who may you be?" He nicely asked.

"Naruto, leader of the Youkai and I want my mate of your hunting list. You may have told lies about why her and her race was put to death. You know the truth, Kuroka's master was mad doctor that treated your pieces like lab rats to make them stronger through insane tests. You did not want that go public so you made it so she was crazy lost devil." Naruto told him which he just looked at him.

"Let's talk about this in my office, so we can make sure no one gets in the middle of our talk, is that ok with you?" Sirzechs asked.

He nodded to the man before the two of them headed to his office, Naruto did know that this was going end either good or bad. Even so, he had his bodyguards nearby in case any kind of fight had started with the satan.

Rias noticed Grayfia coming over to her, she was woman with long silver hair with silver eyes and body most would sell their soul for. She was wearing a maid outfit like normal that showed off her well gifted chest.

"Grayfia! Guess what is going on now?" She asked her sister-in-law.

"What happened now and why is there people watching you?" She asked before pointing out few of the hooded people on nearby rooftop.

"These must be his bodyguards, I should have guessed their leader weren't come to devil area without backup." Rias stated before filling her in on everything.

Soon after a woman walked over to them, she took her robe off to show she had nine long white fox tails and two blue fox ears. She had long blueish/black hair that went to her rear which she did know her mate loved about her. She was wearing a long red dress with slits running down each side of her leg. The dressed showed off her large breasts, even so she only allowed one male to look at them.

"Who may you be?" Maid asked.

"Ahri, I'm here to make sure my mate doesn't do anything stupid." Ahri answered.

"Just how many mates does he have?" Rias asked.

"About six or seven." Ahri said while petting Koneko's little head.

Back with Naruto with his talking with the Satan, so far both of them seem to agree to why Naruto is here. To he point he is here so his mate can go back to her family and stop being hunted down, even so he still did not know if he was going to allow the truth to really be told to everyone.

"I get where you are coming from but if the truth were to come out to could cause a lot of problems for the underworld." Sirzechs explained.

"Let me ask you this, you four claim to be better than the last four satans. Would this not show them that you truly are trying to be better than them? To live a lie, is just lying to all your people straight in the face." Naruto countered.

Sirzechs went silence to think over what the man had just said, he did know he was lying to everyone. He did know he wanted to be better than the last leaders, something his group all agreed on.

"You do make a good point, I will have her name written out at the very least. Even if I can't get truth out right away, she will no longer be hunted down anymore. At least then she can be with her children and be the mother she wants to be." The man said before Naruto got up.

Naruto walked out after thanking the man, he did know he was glad this ended without fighting due to it being pointless fighting. It was a simple matter that should have never happened in the first place, when Naruto got over to Ahri he gave her a look.

"Shouldn't you be home?" He asked her.

"Someone has to keep a eye on you." She fired back.

"Maybe but it is Yuki's twelve birthday and we need to get everything ready for it." He simply explained to his mate.

"You forget, she is a daddy's girl and won't do anything till you get back. I swear you spoiled her too much." Ahri glared at him.

"It's time to go home and she is off their wanted list, Koneko would you like to see your family today? You can bring your friends if you want?" Koneko looked at Rias which she just nodded her head. "Good, let's get going then."

Naruto body changed into his true form, golden fur ears with black outlining, his tails were golden in color and had golden flames covering them. The biggest thing was the fact he did not have nine tails but ten tails. This tenth tail was sign of him being favored by the goddess Inari, him and Inari were only ones with ten kitsune tails.

"Wait, you have ten tails?" Koneko asked while being shocked.

"Yes, this is proof of me being leader of all the factions. This is also why I was not worried if I had to fight to get my mate off the list, I can stand against anyone. Can I die, yes I can die just like anyone here but it will be insanely hard to kill me." Naruto answered her.

On the way there Rias had called her other two pieces to join them, which Naruto did like seeing the miko outfit on her queen's body. He were not say anything just yet, may be in the future he would say something.

Few things like to point out and that is one before anyone says Naruto can't have ten tails? Inari is always showed to have ten in lore/artwork. He is Inari's favored/champion which is proof of that with his tenth tail.

As for the Harem list, I'm still working on it. Right now it follows as this.

Yes Naruto still has jutsu and shinobi training, but where is Kurama? Is she or he still alive and where?

Yes you will learn how he become leader and how he meant each and every of his mates during the story. So, no need to worry about that. Each of his mate will have a good amount of coverage when comes to their part of his life.
