Team Kakashi and Team Guy were almost to the gate to the hidden leaf village. Guy and Lee were racing to the gate.

Everyone else was just staring at Guy and Lee. With looks saying what is wrong with these guys.

" Ok everyone account for let's report into Lord Orochimaru right away. "

" Ahh Guy sensei."

"What is it."

" Kakashi sensei doesn't look so good."

" Your right frist stop the hospital then we will report in."

So Team Guy and and the others took Kakashi to the hospital. Now they were just waiting for him to wake up.

" Look he waking up," Burto said.

" Good job everyone well done."

Everyone turn to see Orochimaru, Shizune, and Tsunade walk into the hospital room.

"My lady and Lord," Sakura said.

" Lord Orochimaru," Kakashi said trying to sit up.

" No Kakashi you must not push yourself. "

" Sakura right I examined you earlier and it going to take you some time before you return to duty. It bed rest for you for at least a week."

" I guess I'm not surprised. "

" Looks like you need a little more practice before you master that new sharingan of yours."

" Looks that way."

" Well I have work to finsh so see you later. Also team Guy you all should get some rest also just file in your report later."

" Yes sir."

Tsunade and Shizune followed Orochimaru out of the door.

" My Lord wait."

" What is it?"

" Does it have something to do with the akatsuki?"

" Yes sir."

" Have you talked to Kakashi about it?"

" Kakashi been out of it for a while so not yet ."

" How about Burto?"

" No I felt like I should talk to you about it first."

" Tell me everything. "

" Sasori from the akatsuki said ten days from now at noon. He was supposed to meet with spy for the akatsuki at tenchi bridge. To pick up information the spy was supposed to be gathering for the akatsuki. Hw saidit was a reward for defeating him."

" Ten days at the tenchi bridge."

" It already been four days since then we only have six days left."

"Yes but are you sure your source can be trusted?"

"They were his last words so I doubt he was lieing."

" True it could be a trap with information about what the akatsuki after being bait. And the akatsuki there at for force waiting for who might be foolish enough to show up."

" If it a trap well then we fight them!"

" Yes but Kakashi is going be out of comission for more then a week. And with only six days till the rendezvous. He won't be recovered in time so you won't have a leader. On top Suigetsu is still new to the team and doesn't know how to work with you guys yet or trust you guys.."

" That true."

" The only solution is to find someone who can fill in for Kakashi. And find away to get Suigetsu to trust you and want to work with you or get you a different team member that will actually try working with you."

" Lord Orochimaru!"

"What is it Shizune?"

" Why don't you just send a different team?"

" Team Kakashi was the ones to get this information. So they should be the ones to go on the mission."

" Why do you think they shouldn't go Shizune?" Tsunade asked.

" Without Kakashi who going to stop Burto if he does something reckless. Kakashi knows how he works plus what if Suigetsu decides not to help this time. He barely wanted to help at all base on what Sakura told us before she shared this information with us."

" I understand how you feel Shizune but if Burto heard us talking what do you think he would say right now?" Tsunade asked.

" I would say we need to find new teammates or get Suigetsu to relize he can trust us and that we aren't going to betrayed him. Thats what! Are just find us a new teammate."

Everyone looked up to see Burto up on the roof of the hokage building. Burto then jumped down to the ledge.

" See you," Burto said jumping off the ledge.

"That boy always rambunctious. He didn't even let me finish my speech."

Orochimaru nodded.

" Well then if you want to send them on this mission. Then I won't stop you was only giving you my advice," Shizune said.

Orochimaru nodded.

" I will fine you a new team leader and firgure out something for your team member. I might be able to convince Suigetsu to work with you. Are just get a new team member. I do have someone who needs a team still, Orochimaru walking back to his office.

Sakura nodded.

" I be in my office working."

Orochimaru was now in his office working on paperwork and thinking about what to do with team Kakashi. Until Tsunade voice interrupted his thinking.

" So what are you going to do with team Kakashi?"

" I don't know yet I might know a good leader to fill in for Kakashi. But I don't know what to do with Suigetsu."

" I see who do you have in mind for there leader?"

Orochimaru was about to speak until he heard his named called by Shizune.

" Lord Orochimaru!"

" What is it Shizune?"

" The elders want to talk with you."

" I see I'm coming."

Orochimaru, Tsunade, and Shizune headed to the meeting room to talk with the elders.

" So what did you want to talk to me about?"

" We want to talk to you about."

" It about Burto Uzumaki. "

" What about him?"

" He shouldn't allowed on mission regarding the akatsuki."

" You know the reason don't you?"

" Yeah Shizune said the same thing earlier. "

" For now on, make sure he works in a four-man squad with more skilled shinobi. And increase surveillance on him as well as protection."

" Furthermore you decrease the amount of missions you assign him as much as possible, and limit the scope of his activities."

Orochimaru sighed and look at Tsunade and saw she had a angry expression.

" You got it Orochimaru? "

"I will say the same this once and only once. No I will not limit Burto mission are stop him from going on this mission. "

" Orochimaru Burto's is not a ordinary kid."

" He's a jinchuriki!"

Orochimaru nodded. " I know."

" Under normal circumstances, the logical thing to do would be to keep him in the village and under surveillance..... it may not sound like it but this is a compromise."

" I agree he should work in a four-man squad. But Burto shouldn't have so many restrictions on him! It unfair his sister a jinchuriki yet she has no restrictions."

" That different she isn't reckless like her twin brother. Plus she has a four- men squad."

"Ok I understand thst reasoning but still it unfair. All he needs is a new team leader then they will be a four-man squad. "

" Besides even if we keep Burto in the village, the akatsuki will definitely come after him and his sister. They went after jinchuriki in sand Gaara even though he was considered to be in the safest location in the village."

" He right and there a strong possibility that they'll take a similarly hard-line approach in regards to Burto and Namai as well. At the end of the day the Leaf village will in danger as well," Tsunade stated.

" She right even if were talking about Burto Namai safety is just as important," Orochimaru said.

"If Burto and Namai stay on the move, the enemy won't immediately be able to firgure what there doing," Orochimaru stated.

"Plus Burto does have talent he's a shinobi who should be a great asset to the leaf village."

" That a pathetic objection, Orochimaru and you call yourself the hokage?"

Orochimaru sighed again putting his hands on his face.

"He trying to make a compromise with you guys!"

"Then can he ensure that until then, Burto get taken out by the akatsuki?!"

" And can he ensure that the akatsuki take the nine-tails from Burto, that it won't bring about bigger calamity for the Leaf village?!"

Tsunade started to think about the bet she made with Burto back in the past.

" Burto won't be beaten! I believe in him."

"If that judgement to mistaken then what?"

" Then I will protect the village with my life. I won't let anything happen to the village no matter what. After all I'm the fifth hokage." Orochimaru stated

" Thank you Tsunade for saying the rest for me. Was starting to get a headache," Orochimaru whispered in Tsunade ear.

Tsunade nodded.

"Very well if that how you feel then do as you wish."

' However in exchange for that, you will use the shinobi we select. As the additional members for the four- man squad."

" They only need one member a new team leader. They already have a new teammate."

" But I will listen to you suggestion."

" Danzo come on in!"

Orochimaru turned around with a annoyed look on his face.

"It been awhile Danzo," Orochimaru said very annoyed.

" Yes it has been a long time Orochimaru."

" If your here then one of the new members must be from the foundation," Orochimaru said.

"So will you be arranging one of the members. Because like I said Suigetsu is already feeling in as there new teammate. We only really need a team leader."

"I was just now deciding what to do about Kakashi fill in. Until you ask to see me."

" I suggest you make a member of the ANBU Black Ops under your direct order to lead the team.

" Yes that a good idea."

" You have no objections right Orochimaru?"

" Leave the selection to me I believe I know just who to make the leader."

"How about it Danzo?"

"No reply then I just do as I please."

" I suggest do add the foundation member to the team.How do we know that Suigetsu boy can be trusted he not even from this village."

Orochimaru then got up and quickly left very angry to head back to his office.

" Orochimaru you ok?"

" No I'm not Tsunade I don't like any of this plus I can't stand Danzo not after everything he made me do. I don't understand why Sarutobi sensei never punished him for the experiments. "

" I'm sorry Lord Orochimaru I didn't think they were going to try and convince that Burto shouldn't be allowed to go on mission. I said I wasn't going to try and change your mind so I didn't say anything to them I promise."

" I know Shizune I could tell that you were telling me the true I'm not blaming you."

Orochimaru was now back in his office deciding who should fill in for Kakashi as team leader.

" So who did you decide on to led the team?" Tsunade asked.

" I was thinking Yamato or golden fox should be the leader."

"You mean are son why those two?"

" Well if Burto loses control of the nine tailed fox again. Then Yamato or Naruto can stop it with there wood style. But can't decide which one to givw the mission to."

" How about you give it to Yamato since Naruto just got back from a mission so he probably wants to rest. But if your really worried you can make both leaders."

Orochimaru close his eyes and thought about it for a minute.

"Yeah I just send both just for safety measures just incase Naruto lose control of the nine tailed fox. "

Orochimaru then summon both Yamato and Naruto to his office. Once they arrived he began explaining the mission to them and about a member of the foundation joining the team. So he asked them to keep a close eye on him.

" Why do you want us to keep a close eye on him?" Yamato asked.

"Danzo recommended this recruit. Danzo was once a member of a the take faction that opposed the thrid hokage. He formed the Foundation training Division. As a detached unit of the ANBU Black Ops and took the position as chief. You probably heard of his name before."

Yamato nodded.

" The foundation is supposed to disband and he has fallen from power. But I still feel like he up to something just don't know what."

" Perhaps you just stressing out to much?"

" Maybe I'm any way meet up with your team immediately. "

" Yes sir."

Naruto and Yamato then left to meet up with there team.
