A/N: Okay so I didn't really know how to start this chapter.... Still I hope you enjoy what I wrote.

Orochimaru asked both Kimimaro and his son Naruto to escort him to the Land of Iron; Kimimaro also because he was a excellent fighter  Naruto because his sensory skills and his wood style. (Also, because there both really skilled ANBU.) And they where now on their way there, walking  without being too much in a hurry.

They were walking in utter silence, being serious and focused on any danger that they might encounter sooner or later.

Everything seemed to be pretty normal and calm so far until Orochimaru suddenly stopped in his tracks, making Kimimaro and Naruto stop as well as they were nearing the border of the Land of Fire.

"What is Lord Orochimaru?" Kimimaro asked him, being somewhat confused.

Orochimaru didn’t replied as he was busy observing her surroundings carefully. He then put his ear to the ground and closed his eyes.

Kimimaro just watched in silence without saying anything.  While Naruto copy his father by also putting his ear to the ground.

"Where surrounded by shinobi. I can't tell how many. How many would you say it is Otosan?" Naruto said while standing up.

"I would say about forty of them." Orochimaru stated before standing up.

"You mean Shinobi from one of the four other villages?" Kimimaro asked him. "But why would they surround us?"

"..... That's very unlikely. I don't see why any of the other Kage would have ordered his or her shinobi to attack us right before the Summit. That wouldn't really make sense," Naruto plainly answered.

"Naruto right that makes no sense. I send one of my snakes to check it out." Orochimaru then summoned a small green snake to check out the enemies.

After few minutes the snake came back. "They aren't shinobi from any other village, she hissed confirming but Naruto and Orochimaru intuition.

"Thanks for checking it out Ebony." Orochimaru said.

"What do you mean?" Kimimaro asked confused.

"Lord Orochimaru!" Ebony hissed to warn him, noticing that they about to be attacked.

Fortunately, Orochimaru anticipate their attack with Ebony help. And so, he weaved hand seals swiftly before mud dome emerged from the ground to protect the three of them. The shinobi weapons ended up being driven into the mud all around the dome.

"But who would attack also then if they are not enemies?" Kimimaro asked Orochimaru as they were still protected in the dome.

"......"

Anyway, they would have no other choice than to fight back and defeat them, whoever they are...

"Kimimaro, Naruto. Get ready to fight. They won't leave us alone until they reach their goal. So, we have to fight back. And since we are clearly outnumbered, we must be twice cautious, okay?"

The two males nodded firmly, ready to protect Orochimaru from them.

And since Orochimaru was expecting them attack them once again just as they done, he decided to use his earth style justu again, but to counterattack this time.

Actually, he wasn't really in the mood to be fighting back and wasting time. Hence his choice to prevent most of them from moving, also because he wanted to interrogate them and get to the Kage Summit.

Afterward he finally released his mud dome justu so they could fight properly those that where left.

"If you want to attack us don't hide in the trees. Stop this annoying game of hide and seek and have the guts to come attack us face to face like real shinobi." Orochimaru sated sternly before they could attempt to do anything.

But nothing happened.

"I don't like this at all," Kimimaro said as he was in his fighting stance.

"I bet they are trying to gain some time," Orochimaru just responded. "In order to delay is."

"Otosan! I don't think they just want to delay us. They just tried to kill us!" Naruto reminded him.

"I know that son. But I think they are realizing that they don't really stand a chance against us. So, they are trying to find something as a backup."

Naruto just stared at Orochimaru, thinking about what he had just said.

"I guess you’re right, he finally said after a few moments of reflexing. "Let's just not drop out guard just yet."

"Of course, I just want don't want this to take too long."

Naruto nodded his understanding.

"Don't worry Lord Orochimaru, we'll do everything to keep the fight as short as possible," Kimimaro assured him.

Orochimaru nodded back. He removed his hokage hat and let it fall to the ground.

"We're waiting for you to come out."

After a while, they eventually managed to defeat all of them mostly thanks to Kimimaro taijustu and Orochimaru incredible skills as a Sannin.  Naruto wood style to shield them also was a major help to win the fight. But much to his dismay, this delayed them a lot since none would reveal why they had been sent, no matter how hard he tried. He really wanted to hear why they were here. But nothing could be done and they were already running late. So, nothing could be done.

And they couldn't kill them since they were indeed Konoha shinobi, even though they had tried to kill them. And even if they were now defeated.

"Alright, there nothing we can learn from them, so let's just stop here," Orochimaru ended up saying after sighing in defeat. "Let's just get them back to the village. I'll deal with them personally later."

"But Lord Orochimaru, we can't get them back to the village now. We never arrive on time if we do. We are already pretty late and-"

"I know, Kimimaro but I don't want to leave them here."

"That want they want. Making us go back to the village to delay us even more since they couldn't kill you." Naruto pointed out.

"Yes, I know. But I won't let them run free and escape. So, matter how long it will take to deal with them, I want them to be locked up until I decide on what I will do with them. Plus, Manda can get us back faster."

And it took a while to get them all locked up and even longer to go to the meeting place of the summit.

Meanwhile at the place where the Kage Summit was being held...

"So that's understood. Godaime Hokage, you will be the main leader of the Allied Shinobi forces."

"Wait a minute! This person is not the Godaime Hokage," Ao interjected.

He could see it thanks to his Byakugan. Something about the Godaime had seem suspicious to him, hence his decision to activate his Byakugan to check his suspicious.

"What do you mean this isn't the Godaime Hokage, Ao?" The Mizukage asked him.

"It a usurper, Godaime- Sama. And he been manipulating us all along."

And right after saying that, the doors opened revealing the real Orochimaru with Kimimaro and Naruto on each of his sides.

They approached the table where Mifune was sitting swiftly, Orochimaru sighing being the only noise that could be heard as everyone was presently watching them approached wide eyed.

"Sorry for the long delay. Something unexpected has detained us our way here." Orochimaru sated solemnly as he was now standing behind Mifune.

"Godaime Hokage? But what's the meaning of this?" He asked as he turned back to the fake Orochimaru.

"I always knew you admire Danzo.  But I didn't it was to the point of pretending to be me." Orochimaru stated wryly.

"Danzo?" Orochimaru repeated as he was now glaring at him.

"You need to train your men better. They weren't strong enough to defeat me. I was quite disappointed seeing what they could do, and so where my men." He proceeded, still in an annoyed tone. "I hope these two can do better than them. Also stop using that eye there not point using now that I'm here."

"Danzo, how could you do this?" Mifune asked him.
"And why do such a thing?"

Afterward, Danzo became his real self as he stopped using his sharingan eye hidden out his bandages, and so then Torune and Fu.

"I can't believe we've been deceived by this man all along." The Tsuchikage sated.

"Why you!" The Raikage exclaimed angrily.

And right after all that, the white Zestu emerged from the ground like a flower.

"Hello!!!"

And in a flash, all the people escorting the Kage were on the table before them, ready to attack, including Torune and Fu.

"One problem after the other! What is it now?!" The Raikage said.

"It the Akatsuki...?" Danzo intervened.

"That is a pathetic excuse of the Shodai cells" Orochimaru muttered quietly to himself.

"Sauske Uchiha has snuck in!" Zestu just stated with a smirk plastered on his face.

"What?!" The Raikage said.

"Sauske?" Garra said.

"What he doing here?" Temari inquired.

"That the last thing we need." Orochimaru whispered.

And next thing Zestu knew, the Raikage was holding him by the throat.

"Where Sauske Uchiha?!" He said, snapping.
"Answer me!!"

But it was totally useless, because not long afterward, Zestu's neck was broken and he could no longer say anything.

"Raikage, please let me deal with him. I am the one responsible for what he did."

"Oh you, just shut up! You'd better deal with that man right here!!" He replied sharply, referring to Danzo.

"...."

That would be more of a pain, then what Orochimaru wants to deal with right now.

"You didn't have to crush his throat though," Mei pointed out. "And no Hokage-Sama this not your fault it this Uchiha boy fault.

I know it Sauske own fault.  But I can't help but believe it my fault since he was my student, Orochimaru thought to himself.

"No one cares about that!!!! I'm going to find him and kill him myself!!!"

"No!!! You don't!!! I forbid you!!!!" Orochimaru hissed.

Apparently Burto hadn't been able to convince him at all....

"Sauske is Burto friend and a shinobi from Konoha so you can't just kill him like that.

"I said shut up!!!"

And next thing Orochimaru knew he was gone to go find the Uchiha teenager.

Darui and C swiftly followed after the strong man.

Meanwhile, Danzo took the opportunity to clear off while he could. And didn't go unnoticed to Orochimaru.

"You're not going to leave already, are you? I've just arrived here." Orochimaru stated as he was now standing before him. "And if  you wanted to kill me, you should have done it yourself instead of sending those pathetic weaklings to do it for you."

Danzo didn't reply anything as he was simply glaring at him.

"What did think you would accomplish after killing me?"
"Replace me as Hokage after pretending to be me?"

"...."

"Seriously that pathetic even for you!"

"You just like your father with that annoying taunting of yours."

"Hokage-Sama, you should go join the Raikage now," Mei said to him. "You can go without worrying about him. Chojuro, Ao and myself will keep an eye on him so he won't be able to escape." She assured.

Orochimaru considered her proposition.

"Thank you Mizukage-Sama, but Kimimaro and Naruto will keep an eye on him. Don't bother with him.

Orochimaru turned to the two of them and gestured for them to keep him away from everyone else.

"Hokage-Sama." Mei called after him.

Orochimaru turned around to face her.

"What with the Kaguya?"

"Long story short I found alone one day while on a mission in your village. He decided to come with me."

Mei nodded. "I understand glad one of them survived."

"Hokage-Sama let me come with you to deal with Sauske." Garra said.

"Okay, whatever you want, let's go join them before things get too bad."

"We're coming too." Kankuro said.

Orochimaru nodded at him before they moved away to join the Raikage.

They arrived where they were currently fighting not too long afterward.

"Sauske!" Orochimaru called after him.

Said boy turned his attention to him swiftly, glaring at him darkly.

"Stop this nonsense! Why have you joined the Akatsuki in the first place?" He asked.

"That none of your business, Godaime." He replied sharply.

Meanwhile the Raikage took this opportunity to strike again. But Orochimaru wouldn't let him touch him. He wanted to talk to him before doing anything. And he wouldn't let the Raikage intervene any longer.  He stepped in just time and blocked the Raikage fist with his left hand.

Yes, the Raikage was bigger and strong, but Orochimaru knew how to use his body against a bigger opponent.

"I said I would deal with him." He said sternly.

But the Raikage wasn't pleased at all with his sudden intervention.

"Hokage!! Get out of my way!!! Now!!"

Afterward, he didn't hesitate to aim at him to hit him. But Orochimaru blocked his blow once again without any difficulty.

"Hokage...!!!" He said as he was angrier the before.

"I won't let you touch him. He my old student so I will deal with him. Anyway, do you really think you stand a chance against a Uchiha. "

The Raikage was shaking with anger.

"You..." he said with venom filling his voice.

Meanwhile Karin was observing them silently from the shadows, trying to stay hidden as best she could so she wouldn't get caught by anyone.

"Lord Orochimaru...?" She whispered, both frowning and somewhat confused.  "But why would he still defend Sauske after what he did?"

"I know Burto came to talk to you before the Summit could begin. And since you wouldn't listen to him, you have no other choice then to do as I say. And if you wish to fight me, I won't hold back even if I don't want to hurt you."

"Huh? Why protect Sauske?" Karin asked out loud, not too loud though.

The Raikage said nothing as if thinking.

"Let me talk to him before doing anything. I need some answers first. And violence doesn't resolve anything. On the contrary, it only makes things worse. Listen, revenge isn't the right way to do things. I know how you are feeling and I can perfectly understand. I lost my parents and I was itching to make the person pay for killing them. But it was pointless I just ended up becoming consumed by darkness.  I also lost my best friend not so long ago and I wanted to make that person pay also. But I couldn't once I realize I was turning back into the monster I was before wanted to see them dead."

The Raikage seem to be pondering over Orochimaru little speech for a few moments.

"How do we know you’re not still a monster siding with him?!" He spat sharply.

"I may be defending him but only because he was my student."

"Well that makes it even more reasonable that you’re on his side!!"

"I don't think so."

"I don't care what you think Hokage!!! All I see is that you’re not even able to do anything about your traitorous student!!!!!"

While Orochimaru and the Raikage were arguing, Sauske was really getting tired of it now, even though at first, he had been somehow shocked that the Hokage would stand up for him against the Raikage, his hatred was much stronger than the shock and his blood was boiling. He didn't have any time to waste because of a pointless argument. So, without warning he stabbed Orochimaru in the back with his sword, taking her by surprise. Even the Raikage seemed to be somehow shocked as he witnessed it. Fortunately for him, he didn't stab him where his heart was located. Blood started staining Orochimaru clothes.

"You just as pathetic as Burto, Godaime." Sauske plainly said with his voice full of contempt.

"I once told you revenge wasn't the answer. Yet you still don't listen, can't you see that this path you choose is destroying you. Orochimaru stated.  "You don't know what Burto is ready to do for you. He got beaten up pretty bad just to save you, because he doesn't want anyone to harm you... Why are you doing this to him?"

Sauske still hadn't withdrawn his sword that was though Orochimaru body as he spoke these words.

But Sauske kept glaring at him.

"I don't care if he's ready to get beaten up just for me, that's not my problem. And even if he were to die, I couldn't care less. He doesn't mean anything to me."

Orochimaru sighed.

"See, you're here with your empty words and here's what happening!!" The Raikage exclaimed angrily.

"No way, he stabbed the Hokage, that's just wrong." Suigetsu said as Jugo was standing by his side.

"Sauske..." Karin whispered.  Why did you have to become like that?

"Glad to see you haven't changed Suigetsu." Orochimaru said.

Suigetsu just turned away with a look of regret in his eyes.

"Okay, so now we should really intervene before things really get bad..." Kankuro said as he was frowning.

"I can't believe he had the guts to stab the Hokage..." Temari said as she was getting angry too. "Garra! Do something!"

"You know Sauske, at one point I won't be able to do anything to save you, neither will Burto. So, you'd better stop all this now while you can. Also still mad you almost killed Manda, but luckily his daughter told me he was weaken by you and I was able to heal him."

"Hn, you’re wasting your time Godaime. You should fear for your life instead of worrying about me."

"... Where is the old Sauske?" He asked referring to the kid he was when he first began training him.

"What is it with you, Godaime? Why are you still worrying about me? While you're dying?" You should see the poor condition your in."

"Because I am the Hokage and your sensei, Sauske. And you shouldn't be worrying about me." He said the last part of his sentence with irony in his voice.  "I'm not going to die now, not with the power of the white snake healing me." He said with a smirk on his face.

Sauske seem shocked by his words and afterwards he eventually withdrew his sword, which mad Orochimaru fall on his knees.

"You piece of trash..." The Raikage said as his blood was boiling again.

He charged at the Uchiha boy as he jumped above Orochimaru to hit him, taking this opportunity as the Hokage couldn't prevent him any longer from touching him. (no of course, he wouldn't help him. He's the Raikage after all)

Orochimaru then panting as dark purple charka started to swirl around his body healing his wound, as the fighting between Sauske and the Raikage was now resumed.

He wasn't going fail anymore.

""Hokage-Sama! Hang on!" An unfamiliar voice said to him. He couldn't see who was speaking since his head was lowered due to pain he was feeling from charka and swirling and from being stabbed.

But he was certain it wasn't nobody from Konoha nor from Suna.

"C! Heal him! We don't want the Hokage to die, do we?"

Said man nodded before approaching Orochimaru swiftly. He then started healing his wound, until Orochimaru grabbed his hand.

"Don't touch me! It dangerous to touch me with my charka like this. I can heal on my own." He said while still looking down.

Yes, because his charka would burn or poison anything that gets too close to him. He also couldn't give up or die yet like his parents told him.

So, he would live and keep fighting.
