Chapter 2- Twelve Years Later, Naruto Becomes a Genin

I sat up gasping for air; I looked over at my clock and saw it was five in the morning, like always. The night of Naruto's birth has always replayed in my head since their deaths, because of that masked man our parents died protecting Naruto and I from the Nine Tails. One thing for sure was that I could never hate or blame my brother for something he did not cause. The village, although I understood their grief the first few years, disgusts me to no end with the treatment they often have given Naruto. Instead of treating him as their hero, they treated him as if he were the fox himself, totally ignoring father's wishes.

Then there's me. At the age of five, I graduated the academy after being there for a couple of days. I took the ANBU Black Ops test at the young age of seven and then I was put with Itachi Uchiha at the age of nine as his temporary ANBU Captain. However, four years ago Itachi was given the mission to assassinate his whole clan and in hope of protecting Sasuke, he lied to him. Only I knew of that mission because I had accidentally found out about the coup d'état, and I was supposed to help Itachi with the massacre. Instead of helping out, Itachi drove a sword through my stomach and made me swear that I would protect Sasuke and the village in his stead.

At the age of same age of seven, after my first ANBU mission, I also found out that the villagers would harm and berate my brother. The last straw was when a shinobi decided he would try to break in and kill my brother while I was home. I was ten at the time and had just returned home from a daylong mission, when the shinobi broke in; I was reading Naruto a bedtime story, because of this, the Third Hokage had seals put on the doors and windows that would only allow Naruto, Jiji, and I to enter our home along with whoever we happen to give permission to.

Getting off my bed, I went to cook some real breakfast. I know Naruto can live off of ramen but I can't! I'm in ANBU, I need all the nutrients I can get; that and I'm pretty sure both of our parents would be disappointed if I was not feeding Naruto correctly. I made some egg omelets, rice, and salmon with green tea. I saw I still had ten minutes before I needed to go wake Naruto up, so I hid all the ramen cups and went to take a shower. After ten minutes I heard something hit the cold hard wooden floor. I stopped the water and listened, I heard footsteps coming towards the bathroom and then there was a knock.

"Onee-chan hurry up, I need to use the bathroom!" I heard Naruto yell at me from the other side of the door. I could practically see him dancing in front of the restroom wanting to use the toilet.

"Going, I'm going." I said. I stepped out and change quickly into my ANBU uniform and dried my hair using my towel. I opened the door and stepped aside letting Naruto run into the restroom, "Food is on the table already Naruto!" I yelled through the now closed door. I started to set the table and then I started to serve both of us.

"I wanted ramen Minako." I heard Naruto say after I put his plate down.

Looking at my pouting brother I spoke softly, "Look Naruto, you can survive on that all you want but you know I can't. Now eat up." I responded giving him a soft smile.

"Fine, but you owe me ramen." He whispered and started eating his food after he said thanks.

"Yeah I'll make sure to get enough for your sixteen bowls. I packed your lunch already and you should head out very soon. I wouldn't want you to be late to classes. Please try not to pull a prank today as I have training with Lord Hokage. I won't be back until sometime before you exit the academy. Training later tonight in training ground four." I stated. Naruto nodded and put his dishes in the sink. I got up and went to wash our dishes when Naruto ran out the door and I teleported in front of him with his bento box, "Forgetting something you knucklehead?" I asked him. Naruto jumped on me and hugged me.

"Best sister in the world!" He said.

"True, now be careful and you know how to call me if anyone is threatening you." I said.

"Yosh!" Naruto reached up and pecked my cheek, "Good luck onee-chan!" Naruto took off running and I knew he was going to cause chaos today. Mom, Dad do you see your son? I can't complain because he is the highlight of my day. If only you were both still here. I shook my head and went back inside for my three pouches; I was ambidextrous meaning I was both right and left handed; and my boxed lunch. After closing the door and locking it I used the seal I placed in the Hokage's tower to get to the Hokage's office. Some ANBU rushed in when they heard the Hokage curse loudly at me but relaxed after they saw who it was after they saw me laughing on the floor.

"Minako you need to stop doing that." Lord Hokage said after he calmed down.

"But, sensei it's too hilarious!" I exclaimed walking to the window and watched as someone started to paint the Hokage faces. Let's be honest, I knew it was Naruto and I knew where he got the paint.

"You are just like Minato sometimes." He said as he lit his pipe and I opened a window. No way was I going to allow the old man to kill me with second-hand smoke.

"Is it a good thing or bad thing? Anyways, what is there to learn today?" I asked standing in front of him.

"It's a good thing Minako. Well about what you are learning today you have two scrolls left to finish learning. The one for your Earth Release and the one remaining on Lightning Release. I have a proposition for you. You do remember your old partner Kakashi Hatake?" Oji-chan asked me.

"Yes, of course, I remember him. Anyways; what about him?" I asked.

"He has offered to help you with controlling your lightning release. Until then, you will be a Tonkatsu Jounin like you had requested originally." Oji-chan said.

"Wait so does that mean Kakashi is in charge of the team Naruto will be in? I can finally bug him again." I said fist pumping. I was on Naruto about his grades always and he can actually rival Sasuke when he actually uses his brain.

"Here take the scroll and finish perfecting your last earth release technique. Then you may go home." Oji-san said. I sat down and read the scroll. After an hour I decided to go and practice the jutsu. Just as I was about to walk out a shinobi ran in.

"Lord Hokage, it's an emergency." He said.

"I hope you're not bothering me with me with some trivia. And don't tell me it's Naruto again." Lord Third said.

"It is Naruto again he climbed up the great stone faces. He put graffiti all over the Hokage." The Shinobi said.

"Where are those bastards?" I asked myself silently then I paused, "Oh yeah, nowhere to be found when they hand Naruto things to pull his pranks."

"Minako head to the Academy and talk with Naruto." Oji-Chan said.

"As an ANBU or myself?" I asked.

"However you please." He said.

"Well I feel like scaring kids so... Bye." I said as I pulled my face mask on. I teleported to the academy and walked into the room. Students looked at me and they began to whisper to each other.

"And you're messing up again. How do you think your sister feels?" Iruka asked Naruto.

"Don't know, why not ask her." I said as I leaned on the door frame. Good thing about being an ANBU is that no one knows my face besides a few, bad thing people compare me to Hatake due to half of my face being hidden behind a face mask. Naruto pouted and looked away.

"Minako..." Iruka whispered.

"Oh no continue Iruka I want to see this." I whispered back.

"Fine, because you missed it Naruto everyone will review the Transformation Jutsu." Everyone started to whine after that.

"Oh suck it up! Not like you can whine in a real life situation!" I yelled at them. It was after all regular for me to be here.

After a while we had everyone lined up and I was calling the students names, "Sakura Hurano." I called. A girl with pink hair stepped up.

"Alright Sakura here, let's do it! Transform!" She turned into Iruka.

"Transformed into me, good." Iruka said.

Sakura started to celebrate and turned to Sasuke, "Sasuke did you see that?" She asked. I know a Haruno and he hates this type of behavior. Yet again he is my age and we grew up together, we were are even in the same team.

"Next, Sasuke Uchiha." I called. Sasuke transformed quickly into Iruka without saying anything.

"Ah, good." Iruka muttered not really surprised while Sasuke's fangirls, well fangirled. Sasuke released it and went to stand beside me momentarily before he left without saying anything.

I grabbed the back of his high collared shirt and pulled him back, "Sasuke, we have training in two days." I whispered.

"Thank you Mi-Chan." Sasuke said.

"Next, Naruto Uzumaki." I called. I put my clipboard down and looked at Naruto. Let's see what my dear little brother does this time.

"This is a total waste of time Naruto." Shikamaru Nara said. Like he should talk he has bad scores in his classes. However, something tells me this boy is just a lazy super genius, like his father who was my sensei.

"We always pay for your screw ups." Ino Yamanaka said. She was nothing like Inochi sadly, always worrying about her looks and whether an asexual Uchiha liked her.

"Like I care." I heard Naruto say. I looked out the window seeing a blur pass by, "Transform." Naruto said. He turned into a female version of himself with no clothes on. Only clouds were covering his private areas. Iruka got a nose bleed and I facepalmed with the clipboard. Naruto started laughing and released the jutsu, "That's my sexy jutsu." He said.

"Cut the stupid tricks! This is your last warning!" Iruka yelled at Naruto. I looked at Iruka and I could have sworn his head got larger while he yelled at my brother.

"Naruto Uzumaki, tell me one thing. Do you think that is okay?" I asked him in a dark voice.

Naruto froze and looked over at me, "Gomenasai, Minako nee-chan." Naruto said. Every one of his classmates stared at me in shock. It's like they didn't know I was related to him, I mean come on; why else would I be here every time he did something?

By the time class ended I was helping Iruka grading some papers he was momentarily behind in. I heard someone walking over to me and when I looked up it was Iruka, "Minako, I have to take him to clean the Hokage faces." He explained.

"Don't worry, I understand. Also make him clean the Fourth's first before I die of laughter." I responded as I stood from the table that held the papers I was grading. I walked over to Naruto and ruffled his hair, "Hey listen I will meet you at Ichiraku's at dusk or when I see you have finished cleaning your mess." I told him. Naruto nodded and I walked out the academy. I made my way to the training grounds and walked into the one that is never used, training ground seven. When I got there I started to meditate to rebalance my chakra flow. After ten minutes I stood up and practiced the last jutsu I needed from my earth release. Earth Release: Rock Pillar Prison Technique. I made the hand signs of the rat, horse, dog, and snake and I slammed my hands on the ground. A lot of bamboo-like pillars surrounded me like a prison. Perfection! Even though it was perfect I continued to practice until the sun set.

I released the jutsu for the last time and looked back when someone dropped behind me. Kakashi was standing behind me, "Yo." He greeted lazily.

"'Sup Hatake; ready to see if this year's team passes the team exam?" I asked.

"Hopefully they do Namikaze. As for your training, we will start tomorrow." Kakashi said.

"But tomorrow is my last ANBU mission!" I exclaimed.

"Be prepared then for the day after." He said as he disappeared.

"Talk about weirdos with gravity defying hair." I complained as I made my way to Ichirakus and when I walked in Naruto was eating with Iruka.

"Onee-chan! Can you train me now?" Naruto asked.

"Of course, but let me eat first." I said.

"The usual, Minako?" Tenchi asked me.

"Yes, please." I said.

"Coming right up, oh by the way I heard that you are leaving the ANBU for a while." Tenchi said. Iruka and Naruto stopped their conversation to listen to mine.

"Yes, I am helping a friend train his Genin this year. The Hokage thought it would be a good idea to take some time off and be with kids closer to my age." I said.

"I still remember when you first ranked ANBU, instead of going to your favorite restaurant you came here to celebrate with Naruto." Tenchi said as he smiled at me.

"I always come here to celebrate though. Sadly enough, tomorrow I am leaving very early to complete my last mission. I know I will get back by the time this year's class has taken their graduation exam, hopefully." I stated.

"That's great. Here you go Minako." Tenchi said.

"Arigato Tenchi-san." I said. I turned to Naruto and Iruka, "Ya done eavesdropping?" I asked. Iruka and Naruto blushed in embarrassment while I chuckled and dug in.

"Anyways, Naruto why would you do that to the Hokage faces? I mean you know who the Hokage are, don't you?" Iruka asked him.

"Course I do. Everybody knows, they were the greatest Shinobi of our time, right. The best of the best? Undefeated ninja champs? And the Fourth Hokage is the one who saved the village from the nine tailed fox, he was the most amazing." Naruto said. Oh Naru,if you only knew.

"Then why did you?" Iruka asked.

"Because, I'm going to be greater than any of them. Me! Naruto! The next Hokage! A ninja legend, then everyone will have to stop disrespecting me and look up to me. Believe it!" Naruto said. Iruka stopped eating and he looked at Naruto with a noodle hanging out his mouth, and then the noodle disappeared, "Oh, by the way, I sort of want to ask a little favor Sensei." Naruto said.

"You want another bowl?" Iruka asked.

"I want to try on your headband, come on please." Naruto said and he put his hands together begging Iruka.

"Oh this? No way, you can only wear the leaf headband when you graduate the academy and become a ninja. You got to pass the graduation exam tomorrow." Iruka said.

"That is so uncool!" Naruto said.

"Is that why you took off your goggles?" I asked.

"I want another bowl!" Naruto yelled.

After he was finally done eating I used the Flying Thunder God technique, father had made sure to leave scrolls behind so that I could teach myself, and teleported us to the training grounds. I worked with Naruto on his Clone Technique that I created, one that he can use instead of the basic technique they teach him at the academy. He got the hang of it just like I expected him to and I seriously hope he uses the one I've spent two weeks teaching him and not the academy one. He has so much chakra that it's not even funny, the Eight Signed Seal I have is what stores the chakra of the nine tails that Naruto's body does not filter, it also helps store Naruto's excessive chakra. There are times the chakra burns my own chakra network, hence the reason why I meditate and tend to use the chakra in the seal when opportunity calls.

Halfway through training, Naruto passed out so I carried him back to our flat. I moved us out of the really crappy flat years ago. I believe Naruto was seven when I moved us from place, I do remember he was ecstatic as he got a larger room. When I got home I put Naruto on his bed and laid out a clean outfit for him. I went to my room grabbed my clothes and took a quick shower. After changing I meditated once again and then went to sleep.

I woke up at five in the morning and cooked Naruto some breakfast. I looked at the milk carton and threw it out. Mental List: I have to go grocery shopping either when I get back or tomorrow. I packed Naruto some lunch and then my own and left him a note. I disappeared from the flat and appeared in the ANBU headquarters where my mission lay. I grabbed the scroll and saw it was an S-Ranked mission. I had to take my team which consists of two other people and take down an S-Ranked Criminal. This criminal also happened to be part of Konoha once but he tried to kill our ANBU Chief Commander.

I turned to my teammate's, "Let's go Inu, Neko." I ordered.

"Hai Kitsune." They responded and we left Konoha. The last place this criminal was seen at was around the border to the Land of Waves. I won't be back until sunset then; sometimes I swear the universe hates me, along with our commander who is such an icicle.

After we had finally disposed of the remains and collected the bounty on him, we made our way home. I felt Naruto out in the forest and I stopped right in my tracks, "Kitsune is something wrong?" Inu asked as I turned to face the direction I sensed Naruto.

"I have no idea Inu. Here, turn the report in while I go and check it out. Tell the Commander I will give my own half of the report tomorrow, please." I said.

"Of course, Kitsune, let's go." Neko said and continued on their way. I followed Naruto's chakra signature and when I found him close to a lonesome building in the forest, with him he had the scroll of sealing. The one that the First Hokage had made and where the key to the nine tails also laid, I was about to jump down when Iruka walked up to Naruto.

"It's all over." Iruka said.

"Caught me already, not bad. You're quick sensei I only had enough time to learn one technique." Naruto said. I looked at him and could instantly tell he was working hard this whole time, "Listen Iruka-Sensei, I'm going to show you this amazing new jutsu and you're gonna let me graduate and then everything is going to be okay. That's the way it works, right? Anyone who learns a jutsu from this scroll passes." Naruto said.

Wait where did he get that ridiculous idea from?

"Where did you get that idea from?" Iruka asked him.

"Mizuki-sensei told me about it dattebayo! He told me where to find the scroll and this place." Naruto lowered his voice when he saw Iruka's face.

I saw kunai heading over to them. Iruka acted before I could, "Look out!" he pushed Naruto out the way and some kunai embedded themselves in him.

"I see you found my little hideaway." I heard Mizuki say. I pulled out my customized kunai getting ready to throw it down when the time was right.

"So that's the way it is huh? I should have known." Iruka said.

"Naruto! Give me the scroll!" Mizuki said from the top of the tree he was perched on.

"Wait a minute what's going on here?" Naruto asked.

"Naruto don't let Mizuki get the scroll. It contains forbidden jutsu that can put this village in danger! Mizuki used you to get the scroll for himself, for his own power!" Iruka told him.

"Naruto, Iruka is just trying to scare you because he doesn't want you to have the scroll." Mizuki said. I decided to make my presence known.

"Stop lying Mizuki! Don't let him trick you Naruto!" I yelled from my tree.

Mizuki laughed, "Oh I'll tell you who's really lying." Mizuki started.

"No Mizuki!" Iruka yelled.

"They've been lying to you your whole life, Naruto. Since the day of the decree twelve years ago." Mizuki said.

"What decree?" Naruto asked.

"Everyone knows except you. Iruka is trying to hide it from you even now. He'd do anything to shut me up." Mizuki said.

"What is this decree? Why does everyone else know about it?" Naruto asked.

"Don't tell him, it's forbidden!" Iruka yelled.

"The decree is, no one can tell you the nine tail fox is inside you. The fox spirit that killed Iruka's parents and destroyed our village has taken over your body. You are the nine tailed fox." Mizuki said.

"Stop it!" Iruka and I yelled.

"They've all been sneaking around hiding things from you, your whole life. Didn't you think it was strange how they treated you? Like dirt like they hated you for just being alive." Mizuki said. I saw Naruto releasing a lot of chakra, "That's why you will never be accepted in this village. Even your beloved sister and sensei hate you." Mizuki said. I saw Mizuki throw a demon wind shuriken. I threw my kunai.

"NARUTO GET DOWN!" Iruka yelled. When he got in front of Naruto my kunai hit the ground. Release. I appeared before Iruka and Naruto letting the shuriken hit me.

I let out a cry of pain and some of my blood fell on Naruto, "W-Why?" He asked.

"Because we're the same. When I lost my parents no one seemed to care. They didn't have time for me. They just forgot I was there. My grades dropped, I became the class clown. I just wanted to be seen and them know my name. When school wasn't good enough to get their attention... so I did crazy things. Then I had to pay for it. It was hard, I know that's how you feel Naruto. You feel lonely and it hurts inside. And I could have been there for you more. I let you down, and I'm sorry no one should have to suffer that much. No one should be alone like that, even if you had your sister." Iruka said while some tears escaped his eyes. Naruto looked at me and his eyes widened. I saw anger and sadness in them.

"Naruto, you are my little brother. I have raised you since our parents died. I don't regret being related to you. Even if father hadn't asked me to take care of you, I would have. I know I have let you down and I'm sorry. I should have always been there, you should have never been left alone like you were when I was off on missions. I know sorry won't fix it but I still hope you can forgive me." I said crying and coughing up some more blood, the shuriken had stabbed my lung from behind.

"Don't make me laugh. Iruka has always hated you! He was orphaned because the nine tailed fox killed his parents. And that beast is inside you, he'd say anything to get the scroll from you. And your sister is no different! You killed your own parents and forced her to care for you, a demon child." Naruto looked to the side and took off.

"Naruto! NARUTO!" Iruka and I yelled out. I finally collapsed on my knees feeling the pain overwhelm my body.

"You know, once he makes up his mind nothing can change it. He's going to use the scroll to take revenge on the village." Iruka pulled the shuriken from my back, "You saw the look in his eyes. The eyes of the beast." Mizuki said. Iruka stood and threw the shuriken back at Mizuki.

"No, Naruto isn't like that!" Iruka yelled.

"Hmph, you're a joke as soon as I eliminate Naruto and get the scroll I'll come back to finish you two." Mizuki said as he went after Naruto while I started to heal my wound and stop it from bleeding before I turned to heal Iruka's.

"Let's go get him before he finds my brother." I said. Using the transformation jutsu I was on Iruka's back as the scroll while Iruka was Naruto. Mizuki eventually found us and tried to convince us on giving him the scroll but he was henged into Iruka.

"Naruto, everything Mizuki said was a lie. Give me the scroll hurry. He's coming after you to take it away." The fake Iruka, also known as Mizuki, said. Iruka hit him in the gut and he landed on the ground. Iruka sat down on the ground and I was put beside him, "How did you know Naruto? How did you know that it was me and not Iruka?" Muzuki asked.

Iruka laughed and we released the jutsu, "Because I'm Iruka also you can never forget Minako if someone is out looking for Naruto. She is always close by." Iruka said.

"You're both fools. Why are you protecting that freak? He's the one that wiped out your families." Mizuki said.

"Watch it you bastard! That's my brother you are talking about!" I yelled breathing hard.

"I don't care what you say; you're not getting your hands on that scroll." Iruka said.

"As if you can stop me. Don't you get it? Naruto is just like me." Mizuki said.

"How's that?" I questioned Mizuki.

"He wants the scroll for his own power and his own vengeance. That's how beasts are. He'll pour all his rage into the scroll and destroy everything." Mizuki said.

"Right." Iruka started.

"That is how beasts are, but that is not how my little brother is." I finished knowing Naruto was behind the tree.

"He's nothing like that. Naruto is one of a kind, works hard, and puts his own heart to it. Sure he messes up sometimes and everyone jumps on him, but his suffering makes him stronger. That's what separates him from being a beast. So you're wrong. He's nothing like the nine tailed beast." Iruka said.

"He is Naruto Uzumaki of the Village Hidden in the Leaves brother of the Red Shadow and jailer of the nine tailed fox." I said standing up with my sword drawn. My back wasn't completely healed so let's hope I get out of this one alive and I wasted my chakra while fighting the S Rank Criminal. So, can this day get any worse?

"You really believe that shrivel. Iruka, Minako I was really going to save you for later but I changed my mind. You're finished!" Mizuki yelled as he came at us with the intent to kill, specifically me.

Is this really how it might end? Someone jumped in front of me, just as I was going to go onto a defensive stance, and hit Mizuki. I saw Naruto standing before me, the scroll beside him, "Not bad for a little punk." Mizuki said.

"If you ever lay a hand on my Sister or my Sensei, I'll kill you." Naruto threatened.

"Such big words, I can completely destroy you with a single move." Mizuki said.

"Take your best shot fool. I'll give it back to you a thousand fold." Naruto threatened.

"Let's see you try! Show me what you got nine tailed fox!" Mizuki yelled.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu." Naruto said and many clones appeared around us. Naruto, they're not Illusions, he mastered an A Rank Jutsu! The many clones took to beating Mizuki to a pulp and not long after I finally collapsed on the ground.

"Sorry I kind of got carried away. You okay Iruka-Sensei? What about you onee-chan?" Naruto asked.

"Yeah." Iruka answered.

"I just need to go get looked at, I should be fine. Now Naruto come here for a minute please," I started. He walked up to us and I looked at Iruka to see if he was thinking the same as me. He nodded and I turned back to Naruto, "Close your eyes please." I said.

Naruto did as told and I took Iruka's headband as he handed it to me. I positioned it on his forehead and slowly placed my own headband in his right hand.

"Onee-chan how much longer?" Naruto questioned me.

"There open up your eyes Naruto." I said.

"Congratulations, you graduate and to celebrate we're going out for ramen tonight." Iruka said.

"Actually, no I am cooking all of us an amazing meal and some cake. I'll even make home cooked ramen." I said.

"Iruka-Sensei!" Naruto yelled and tackled Iruka down. They were laughing and then they glanced at me and looked at each other. They tackled me to the ground hugging me while Naruto put his head on my neck and nuzzled into me.

"Hey you guys, I love you both and all but my back kind of still has a hole in it." I said from underneath them.

"Kitsune!" I heard a familiar voice yell.

"Inu, over here! We've found them." I heard someone else say.

"Yo! I got a hole in my back and Iruka is injured. I also need someone to take Mizuki to Ibiki. Take us to the ANBU Clinic considering its closer." I ordered. I turned towards Naruto, "So can we like get the scroll back now? Of course you do not have an option knucklehead." I stated. Everyone around me chuckled a bit. I spotted something lying on the ground and it looked blonde to me. Inu followed my gaze and went towards it.

"Kit did you summon a wolf?" He asked.

I stood up and walked over slowly, "No." I looked down and sure enough it was a wolf pup, "You poor thing." I got down and picked it up. I noticed it had blood on it, "Yo can we start heading I think the pup is injured." I said holding it to me.

"Sure, we're not that far. Looks like Naruto is coming in again." Inu said. Naruto would only be allowed into the ANBU Clinic with me present or when he magically gets sick.

"Shut up at least he is the one who beat Mizuki. Unlike you who took forever to get here." I said. Inu growled at me, "Shut up Haruno. Let's go I can see that the pup is waking up." We started walking towards one of the ANBU entrances and once inside we were immediately taken to the clinic. The good thing about the ANBU entrances was that they constantly changed every twenty minutes. I was separated from the boys and the pup stayed with me.

"Miss Namikaze we have to take off your vest and shirt." The nurse said to me. I nodded and they took off my vest and my two shirts, three if you count the mesh shirt. I was left with my bandaged chest and the nurse started to heal my back. Once she finished I was handed a new shirt and my white Jounin vest and she left the room. The pup stood when I was done changing. I went over to it slowly so I would not startle it and once I was close it was looking at me almost as if it knew me.

"Hey little one, I'm Minako Namikaze and I'm going to make sure you're alright. To do that I need to know you will not harm me. I can understand you, I am contracted to wolves." I said softly. It didn't say anything but it nodded at me. I summoned Kai who was a healer she was a white wolf with black tribal markings.

"Yes my Lady?" She questioned.

"This pup was found outside the village with blood on him and I want to make sure he's alright." I said.

"Alright this will take a couple of minutes. Minako come I want you to help out." Kai said. I nodded and sat across from her beside the pup. She nodded and backed away a bit, "Put your hands on the pups back. Then you will channel your chakra to heal him just like I taught you years ago. Then look through the pups memories to see how he got injured." She stated. I nodded and started to concentrate my chakra to my palms. For an odd reason whenever I do this my chakra is always purple. Once I started to check the pup I noticed he had no wounds. I tried looking through his thoughts but they seemed blocked. I tilted my head in confusion and stopped what I was doing.

"Kai, this pup has no injuries and its memories are blocked." I said looking at her while I got up to get a towel. I wet the towel and brought it to the pup. I picked the pup up and started to clean the blood off of him. I checked the pup's fur to see if it was dyed and found out it was natural just like its eyes were Naruto's shade of blue. I smiled at the pup and Kai stared at me.
