Naruto: he tries to look cool and help you when you're in danger, but he always messes something up and winds up thanking you for your help

Sasuke: you try to defend him, but he always runs passed you and takes out whagever threat is ahead

Sakura: you protect her. You always stand up for her when she's being made fun of, and you always make sure she's safe on the battlefield

Shikamaru: you protect him. He's usually the brains behind every mission, while you're the brawn. You've saved him from danger multiple times, each of which time he'd thanked you for your help

Choji: you protect him. Choji is strong and can handle himself, but occasionally he falters, and everytime he does you're always there to pick him back up and save him

Ino: she protects you. You wind up making some silly mistake on the battlefield which puts you in danger, and she always swoops in to save you just in time

Kakashi: he protects you. You try to show off to the kids so they like would like you more and think you're super strong, but you always wind up getting hurt, everytime, Kakashi stepping in to save you

Gaara: he protects you. If you're in danger he doesn't hesitate to help you, which causes you to blush and get very embarrassed. He loves seeing your red face after he saves you

Neji: he protects you. He often finds himself trying to help you and protect you. Although you aren't greatful that your rival is helping you and doing better than you. Everytime he saves you, you state that you could have done it yourself

Hinata: you protect her. Since she's the princess, you're always by her side protecting her, even from the small things, like making sure she doesn't hurt herself while training, and making sure she's never sad

Kiba: you protect him. He tries to look cool and fight alongside Akamaru to help you, but he always winds up getting hurt. Everytime he gets hurt you heal him and make sure he's okay before kicking the butt of whatever or whoever hurt him and Akamaru in the first place

Shino: you protect each other. Sometimes he needs a hand and you help him, and other times you need a hand and he helps you. You always have each other's backs, no matter what

Itachi: he protects you. He doesn't say much about it, which you're very greatful for, but he always has an eye on you to make sure you're not getting yourself into trouble

Deidara: you protect him. Often times he loses sight of the goal of the mission, or gets distracted by his art just enough to leave a gap open for the enemy to attack. Every time he drops his guard and leaves himself open, you're there to protect him, although he likes to think he's your savior, when really it's the other way around

Sasori: he protects you. You aren't the strongest shinobi, although you try very hard. More often than not, Sasori and his puppets are right by your side to help and aid you

Hidan: you protect each other; almost in a competitive way. If you save him you always make fun of him, and if he saves you, he makes fun of you. You're constantly calling each other weak and incapable of fighting

Sai: you protect each other. He usually protects you and tries to flatter you by saving you and looking strong in front of you, although there are definitely times you've impressed him with your strength and protected him from harm
