NARUTO POV

After the fight with Gaara, Sakura took sasuke and me to the hospital to get our wounds checked on, (the war is over), although I only had a few scratch marks on me and my chakra was low I was fine all I had to do was cover my wounds with bandages and have a nice long sleep and I will be healed, sasuke is also the same, all his chakra was used up by the cursed mark but other then that we were both fine but Sakura wouldn't take that and took us to the hospital. When we got there I saw someone I didn't think I wanted to see again but I was wrong, here he was ryner lute and some other girl I do not know who kept saying he was a pervert. I stop walking and Sakura looks at me confused.

"What wrong Naruto" she asks but I don't reply cause I'm to focused as to what is in front of me

"What are you doing here ryner" I shout out at my old comrade, he looks at me and smiles but it was not a happy smile it was a 'get out of here before something bad happen smile'. But before I could the blonde hair girl who was standing with ryner came up to me.

"Ah you must be Naruto uzumaki, am I correct?" She asked

"Yeah and what do you want" I ask

"Umm Naruto do you know this person?" Sakura asks

"Ah yeah sort of, you can go take sasuke inside I think I have business with these two" I say in which the blonde hair girl nods her head, yes.

"Okay then see you later" Sakura says taking sasuke inside (he's unconscious by the way)

"So what do you want with me, I have no business with you guys anymore" I say to them

"Why don't we go somewhere private to talk and my name is Ferris Eris" the blonde girl now named Ferris said

"Naruto uzumaki but I'm sure you know that considering you had to travel very far to get here" I say

"Indeed come this way and you too pervert" ferris says

"Hey how many times to I have to tell you I'm not a pervert" ryner yells which people stare at him, he catches up to us.

I take them to my place to talk because no one lives anywhere near my place cause they despise me for the doc that is inside me.

"This should be private enough" I say to them as I unlock the door and sit down on the chair, both of them did the same.

"Right well of order of the king, you have to help us gather the hero relics" ferris says

"Really? And you is this king that says I must help" I ask

"Sion astal" was all ryner said

"What him?, so he finally managed to become king huh" I say

"Yeah I couldn't even believe it myself" ryner says

"Please If it weren't for him you would still be rotting in prison" Ferris says

"At least I could take as many long naps as I want" ryner says

"Why are you so lazy" Ferris asked

But before he could answer I interrupted them

"Wait you were in prison" I asked shocked

"Ah oh yeah" he says in a not so caring tone

"Why didn't you say anything to me" I ask

"Well after you left to go back to your home country, we lost contact, plus you could really send letters" he says

I was a bit upset that ryner never told me about what happened but I guess it was my fault that happened considering I never contacted him as well.

"Okay now that that's out of the way why don't we go back to business" Ferris asked

"Right sorry" both me and Ryner said

"Okay well we leave tomorrow so pack what you need" Ferris says

"Wait what I never agreed to doing it" I say

"Your coming with us if you like it or not" she says

I look at Ryner for him to explain but all he said was;

"She's always been like that"

"I can't just leave" I say to Ferris

"Don't worry I already got the hokage's permission" Ferris says handing me a scroll with the mission on it and his signature

(The third didn't die)

"Okay fine then I'll pack a bag --- wait it says here that I'll be gone for 2 years" I look up at them

"Well of cause, so you know how hard it is to find these hero relics" said Ferris

"No but will it take that long" I ask

"Who know it could be shorter or longer, it really depends" Ferris says

"Fine we leave tomorrow, I need rest I'm exhausted and I want to say goodbye to my friends and gramps" I say

"Fine but do it quick we leave at dawn tomorrow morning" Ferris says leaving my apartment

"Fine see ya tomorrow" I say and they shut the door, leaving me in an empty apartment.

"Great what have I gotten myself into" I say to myself "well I better go and see the others and make sure they're okay"

I leave my apartment to say good bye to the others and then rest, it's going to be a long 2 years with those two.
