A silent, dead-down forest,

But I know that they are there.

Quick! Like a flash,

Disappear into thin air,

Take them out, unnoticed

Like a leaf flailing in the wind.

A land of dust and rocks,

And I need to take them down.

Quick! Like a flash,

Appear on the horror scene,

End the blood theft now, or

It's more lives snatched away.

A calm and clean home,

Yes!, I can hear the door open.

Quick! Like a flash,

Appear just like that,

Hug all the happiness in her, excited

As the little boy will soon be there!

...But

Because there is always a 'but' in life...

A raging, burning beast,

And we can't step much further.

Quick! Like a flash,

Time has rushed by, and

We tear up, 

We cry all that could-have-been joy out.

But even if we are not there,

Our love will always be around.

And like a flash,

You'll become the most amazing person out there...

A/N: I think this is the longest poem I've ever written. Anyway, if u haven't realised, dis is a Minato-point-of-view poem. It's also the first Naruto poem I've written dat does not use the word 'I' and has an actual character's name in it!
